When you come to freedom ask for Cole! He was attentive, informed, and organized while helping us with finding a vehicle and also getting payments and finances organized. He was very friendly and had knowledge on every question I asked. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. I personally had a great experience at this dealership! Great experience and by far the best experience we’ve had in west Texas. Go see Jacob! Not pushy at all, listens to your needs and wants (a big plus for us!), friendly and understanding. Made the process quick the way we wanted. Showed us everything about the vehicles we looked at and let me test drive the way I wanted to. We would definitely buy from him again. We enjoyed being there and talking with him. We really cannot say enough great things about Jacob. Greatest vehicle buying experience we have had in a long time. Thank you so much!

I took my malibu in to have a check engine light checked out. Mike stated to me how much it would be. I told him to take care of it. When I dropped off my car it was almost on empty. But when I picked it up it was on full. So I can say that Mike exceeded his customer service expectations. I really appreciate him doing that.
