Recently, moved to Colorado Springs and needed a versatile vehicle. The Honda Ridgeline was the vehicle for us: all wheel drive to handle the Colorado snow, a spacious cabin to seat the family and a handy bed area to haul everything from bikes to mulch. Sales Reps. Danielle C. and Brandon W. were super friendly and knowledgeable. No tricks or pressure sales techniques here. Sales manager Scott B. closed the deal by meeting our financial goals! Again, no tricks just walked us through our buying experience. Great sales crew!!! Great vehicle price!!! A most positive buying experience!!!

I have lived in Colorado Springs for over 30 years. The only Honda Dealership at the time in Colorado Springs was called Front Range Honda. It had a bad reputation of service. You would go in for a simple problem and they would always come up with a whole list of problems that did not exist. Because this practice was well know in Colorado Springs the residence would go to either Denver or Littleton to purchase or have their Honda serviced. My wife's first Honda was purchased at Schomps in Littleton CO and they made us a great deal. When my wife's car was totaled in a recent accident we returned to Schomps at their new facility and we hated our experience. They gave us a price and would not negotiate at all. We returned to Colorado Springs and I had heard a lot of good things about a new Honda Dealership down the road from where I live..... Freedom Honda ! We went their the same day we returned from Littleton and I am so glad we did. I worked with a great Salesman "Brandon and his boss/manager Dan. I told them about our bad experience in Littleton. Within 15-20 minutes Brandon & Dan found the exact car/make/model ....but it even had more options than the one in Littleton. They offered it for a better price. I heard that Freedom Honda was recently Ranked #1 in Sales and Service in all of Colorado. That does not surprise me at all! I would give them more than FIVE STARS if I could.

My car was totaled in a hail storm and I had to get a new car. I bought a brand new Honda Civic Touring, which I regret. It had constant issues and I was in the shop 6 times in 2 months. The mechanics didn't seem to care is they even resolved any of the issues as I had to come in multiple times for the same issues. Some of the issues, Honda was aware of and were still working on fixing. The mechanics did not know this only the service manager. The mechanics told me that if they cannot replicate these random issues than they cannot fix them. After two months of this I got so fed up that I traded it in for the Honda Accord Touring. I was expecting to get a great deal considering all the issues I had with the civic, a defective product that they sold me. This was not the case, I was mislead into thinking I was getting a great deal. They gave me high numbers, which I said I would not pay then they come back with a credit so I thought they were helping me out because of all my issues. This actually turned out to be my extended warranty that was transferred over from my civic which they shorted me on. I thought this was already transferred over and this was an additional credit. I asked three times how much would I lose on this trade in, which they avoided answering. I asked the finance person to compare the numbers to see how much I was losing also. I told me one or two numbers but never gave me a total. After all said and done I bought the Accord because I was so fed up with the Civic and thought I was getting a great deal on the trade in. I compared the numbers and I lost $5,000. I expected with all my issues they would at least split the loss of the vehicle with me not completely pass the loss onto me. I am a life long Honda buyer but after all this I will never buy a Honda through Freedom Honda again, and will never buy a Honda in general again.

We called to set up an apptment to test drive a specific vehicle. Tamarin was great, pulled out the vehicle, we tested it and were ready to buy. We filled out paperwork (we have excellent credit) and sat down to go over numbers. They had added on $8100.00 for accessories as well as $600 for maintenance charges. The $38000 dollar vehicle msrp became $51000 with no explanation. We asked for a list of the added on items and we were told that the guy who runs that department was not there and apparently doesn't keep any records. If you add on every accessory from the website it is a few thousand. There is no way to reasonably justify the $8000 extra! Two hour drive round trip from Denver wasted. We bought the higher trim maxed out with all the same accessories for msrp at Mile High Honda that evening in a different color. It wasn't the sales person Tyler - he was great. So was Tamarin from internet sales. John Walker III, the sales manager was running some kind of scam and I still don't understand the goal except to make sure a customer does not buy a car. We certainly did not buy from them!

Freedom Honda is your usual high pressure sales dealer. They tell you they will work with you and then bring you a rediculous price.( 44000 msrp to 59000 ) with all their add ons, extended warranty , pre paid oil changes , and additions that most people would not want, and at inflated prices. So if you want this a kind of treatment this is the place to go. !!!!!!!!

We first started dealing with Geoff in 2014. We were referred to him by a friend. When we walked in the door we knew it was going to be difficult to find us financing due to poor credit, but we had no idea how hard. After ALOT of effort on Geoff's part we finally drove our new car home. So, it was a no brainer that when we were ready to trade it in, we went right back to see him. We are now driving a brand new 2016 Honda Accord LX. We never thought we would be driving brand new. Geoff is always willing to go above and beyond and he does it all with a constant smile and upbeat attitude. We will always return to him no matter where he is at. Dan was our sales manager, although contact with him was brief, we knew he was working hard to get us into the car we wanted. He was kind and courteous and clearly explained all options to us. Cardier helped us in financing. It was quick and not too painful and we left happy.

My daugher bought a used van earlier this month Once she was working with the finance dept, she had told them she declined the service contract and the theft deterrent policy, they convinced her to buy both after lowering interest rate and increasing the length of the loan, so the monthly payments would be similar. It ended up costing her an additional year of payments to pay for services that will run out before the end of the loan.The orginial contact through the internet was fantastic, but once we arrived at the dealer, it went down hill

Recently completed a scheduled service. I had to change my appt time, no problem with the online app. Arrived, immediately received and off went my truck for service. One hour later as promised the work was completed. The dreaded "sit down" with other things I needed to buy didn't happen. The waiting area is consumer friendly, but could stand updating. The team helped everyone and anyone. The price was fair and the free car wash was a nice touch. I'm glad I bought there, get my vehicle maintained there.

My first car was a Honda Civic, which I drove for 15 years. I then bought a new Toyota Corolla but swapped it for my wife's Honda Civic until it died at age 20. I was all set to buy another Toyota Corolla at Liberty Toyota, until we met Vanna Zago at Freedom Honda. I am sure Vanna's job title has the word "sales" in it, but our experience at Freedom was nothing like a "sales" relationship. Over the course of two weeks, Vanna spent several hours getting to know us as we browsed the inventory. She worked with her management to order up the cars we needed to test drive in order to make a purchasing decision. At some point, Vanna became a close friend and we bought a new Honda Civic. My time with Freedom Honda was always friendly, helpful, and professional, and I have no qualms about returning there for service or to purchase another vehicle. I highly recommend Freedom Honda enthusiastically and without reservation!

In a nutshell they told me that my Odyssey needed service that was already performed (i.e. air filter, cabin filter, power steering fluid), misdiagnosed a power steering leak and then treated me like the plague. In addition they said I needed a wheel alignment but when I took it somewhere else it spec'd fine. These people are supposed to be the cream of the crop for expertise and reputation but when they replaced a power steering pump and it turned out to be the hose and was still leaking I took it back. The good news I go it fixed at no charge. The bad news it took hours to replace a hose. This vehicle has been a money pit and when you add crappy service on top of it I'm not likely to buy another Honda ever.Follow up:I sent a message response to theirs. She wanted more information so I referred her to my Yelp review which is more detailed than this. No further response from them. I have to assume they haven't any defense for their train wreck service department.

I brought my Honda in for a safety recall with the expectation I would be without my vehicle for the majority of the day. I was greeted by Jerrell who quickly moved through the process of checking in, he updated my information in the system and went above and beyond to find me a ride home when the service shuttle was out. Can't really thank Vanna Zago enough for her wonderful personality and the experience we had with her while purchasing our new CRV. We had planned on buying a Toyota but after 5 minutes of thumb twirling and our daughter helping herself to the free popcorn and still not even being greeted we went across the street to Freedom Honda for proper service. We drove up from Durango to look for cars for my daughter. I dread car shopping, but Noble Thomas made the whole process so nice. There was no pressure when we wanted to check a few other places. Noble went above and beyond getting the car rechecked due to our concern about one thing. The price was fair and again there was no pressure when we declined the extra services. The carfax was explained as well as repairs their own service department had done. They detailed the car and filled the gas tank before we left. Noble even called the next day to make sure everything was OK.

Met Geoff Craft at Freedom Honda and informed him that I wanted a Honda CRZ in Red. He said that they sold all there's but he would look for me one. After several visit's and none were available I was not giving up. Craig was our sales man when they received a Red CRZ as a trade in. It was a used 2011 but in excellent shape. We went to see the car and I test drove it and found it road very nice and handled very well. I wanted it and we bought the car and I have been very Happy with it. Carol Jackson.

I was in the market to find a late model Honda Accord EX with a manual transmission. Searching on Auto Trader, Freedom Honda had a used 2014 on their lot. I ventured over to Freedom and met Geoff Craft in the lot and we talked about and looked at the different used Accord Ex models available and the one with the stick shift. We took the unit out for a test drive and needless to say I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Geoff is really a great representative of the dealership and was very pleasant to deal with. This is our second purchase of a new car in three years from Freedom Honda and both experiences have been exceptional. We feel that freedom Honda puts the customer first and our sales guy (Robert) and financial guy (Mario) went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. We were looking at helping our military son purchase a vehicle in Colorado, although his home is still in AL. Originally, we had overlooked this dealership, because we did not realize there were 2 in Colorado Springs. My phone interactions with Tamarin and her assistants was great. We came to a mutual agreement quickly (very fair deal) on a new CRV for our son, and she and the rest of the Freedom employees made it all happen as agreed upon. They went out of their way to help get special AL forms filled out and to communicate long distance with me via email and phone. Brian from finance was very helpful also, and Wendy really was a great help in the title/registration area. Thanks to everyone for helping make this happen for our son!! My son was very complimentary of the delivery process, also, that Freedom provided. I would recommend dealing with Tamarin and Freedom for your new Honda purchase.

We went back to Freedom Honda against our better judgment, having had a less than wonderful experience the first time we bought something from them. Ufortunately, it seems we went from bad to worse. The van we were looking at was very dirty, smelled awful, and had significant paint damage, but it was one of the only ones we could find without going clear to Denver. We got them down to a reasonable price (what a pain that was) and filled out a "we owe" for cleaning it and some headphones for the DVD player. When we went back to the detail area, the girl that was working there said that the carpet was "stained" and could not be cleaned any better. It would have to be dyed (spray painted) she proceeded to put a in cannister of something that made the car smell like bleach. When we got the car home, the DVD player that they made such a big deal about adding value to the car... worked all for a rew minutes then quit. Nothing we do will male it work. Two days later, the bleach smell wore off and the stench returned. The fourth time we drove it, the check engine light came on. I'm guessing they pulled the old "remove the fuse so the light goes off for a few miles" trick. Very shady. My husband thoroughly cleaned the carpet and low-and-behold the stains and the stink both magically went away. Needless to say, I will not be going back, and I will steer as many people away as I possibly can. The only good part of the experience was Vanna. She was awesome.

Horrible customer service. They did not give me the student discount which I qualify for. I had to leave on Saturday and came back on Monday. After they already pulled my credit and offered me a lease option, because I didn't take it and came back on Monday, the price went up 17/month. They weren't friendly and waisted my time coming in during finals weeks. This was the owners decision they said. Saturday's was off the table on Monday and were done negotiating. As a 30 something women, I am appalled at their behavior and will never buy a Honda because of their behavior. I don't want to be reminded about such horrible customer service.

My experience with Freedom Honda was great. I had originally stopped to get my keys for my other CRV fixed and I had been wanting to look at a new CRV so I asked the service guy which lady to speak to because I really didn't want to deal with any men since my husband wasn't around. He said ask for Patricia Maher. Well we test drove one and then went in to get some figures. I told them that I probably wouldn't get anything that day without my husband. Well low and behold he said that if its brand new I don't need to be there then:-) This made me very happy so we moved forward as long as I could have the same monthly payment. They worked it out so that I could yeah, and I drove off with a new ride!!! Happy girl!

I can't say thank-you enough to Morgan for his patience and professional demeanor working with my daughter on her 1st brand new car purchase. He took the time to answer all of her questions and not once did he appear to be flustered by her abundance of them. When my daughter spotted the car she wanted to test drive, it hadn't been PDI'd yet. This didn't stop Morgan, he gassed the car up and allowed for a test drive. He then proceeded to bring up two more models, same car and different color. My daughter wasn't sure of the color that would interest her best. Have just started looking for a new car, and Noble Thomas was very helpful in determining what I would like, finding me the almost-perfect car and explaining all the features in detail. He patiently answered all my questions, as did the Sales Manager. Neither of them pressured me to make a decision, but offered several avenues for asking any questions I might have in the future. I didn't have any work done, so I couldn't give a work rating, and we didn't get down to an exact price for me on the car, so I had to rate the sticker prices as average. My first experience with a Honda dealer was excellent.

Best car salesman we have ever dealt with in our last 20+ car purchases. You need to clone him. He made our decision to purchase from Freedom a no-brainer, even if it cost us more $ then going up to Ralph Schomp, where we purchased our last 2 Hondas and a Mini Cooper. In the end, he was able to beat RS on pricing which was an added plus for Freedom.

After "window shopping" at several other dealerships, we stopped by Freedom Honda to see what they had to offer. We met Tommy Lovato on the used car lot and after discussing our wish list, we decided to test drive a new Pilot. Although it was close to closing time, he and his manager were willing to stay to discuss our concerns. We wanted to wait until we came back from our trip to make our decision. Two weeks later we called to schedule an appointment. Tommy was happy to hear from us, even though he had our phone numbers- he did not "bother" us. We had not bought a car for several years and we were a little anxious about going through the ordeal. We were pleasantly surprised! The team was friendly, courteous and professionala pleasure to work with. From Tamarin setting up our meeting, to Kenzies greeting when we arrived, going over the process with Scott, to signing the dotted line with Brian; each step in the process was clearly explained and painless. They listened to our requirements and presented options to satisfy them. That included the mechanics of the car, financing, warrantees and follow-on service. Kenzie gave us a thorough bumper-to-bumper walk-thru of our cars features. Its amazing! The high tech electronics were intimidating, but he was very patient with our questions and showed us step by step how to set everything up the way we wanted. He made sure we were confident with everything, but gave us an open ended invitation to help with anything that gave us trouble. Brian explained the options and service features, matching them to our needs. We had many questions on maintenance coverage and he provided comparisons of each one and how they could apply to our needs. He gave us a very fair price for everything. We did not feel pressured. They didnt rush us to sign and get us off the lot or push stuff we did not need. The whole team ensured we were getting what we wanted. I believe they wanted happy customers, and they worked at making that happen. We appreciate everything they did and would go back to them in the future. We are happy customers.

Terrible customer service. Came in late to make a deal on a van, was told that they would call me back the next day. Three days later, no phone call. Decided to give them another chance so called back. They once again said they would call me back the next day......NO CALL BACK. Terrible customer service!!! Went to Front Range Honda and received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Drove away in a brand new Odyssey Touring!!! Front Range Honda knows how to treat their customers! Vanna was very nice, but just disappointed in the overall service received.

Upon arrival Noble greeted me and Rachel came out and let me know that I was in good hands with Noble. He took me to the cars I was interested in and was very knowledgeable on the cars. He is very customer oriented and made the test drive a pleasure. I then met with Frank and he was also very customer oriented. I had found this 2013 Honda Accord Sedan EX-L V6 w/ Navigation on line which was exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I went to see if I could buy a used car and Frank who is very awesome introduce me to John. I was a little uncomfortable because I was afraid that he might be pushy. I was recommended to contact John Walker III, from my friend Julie. She spoke incredibly highly of John, and through her three of our mutual friends have bought cars from him. Now I know why. Meeting John was like getting together with an long time friend. He was very easy to talk to you, and very patient throughout the entire process. I emailed Freedom Honda and began my interaction with Tamarin Mullenaux. She was quick to respond and understood exactly what I wanted. We agreed on a final price in less than 24 hours without spending any time in dealership itself. I had already done all my homework and knew I was going to buy a vehicle, it was just a matter of from which dealership. Tamarin got me the best deal she could and made the transaction very seamless. I wanted to take this opportunity to ensure you knew of the outstanding experience I had a couple of weeks ago purchasing a vehicle from Freedom Honda. I went in expecting the typical pushy salesperson who would offer opinions based on their needs and NOT on mine. I was in for a pleasant surprise. I was met by Nance Caldwell and this turned out to be my good fortune. In decades of buying autos/motorcycles I've never met a salesperson/saleswoman like her. She wasn't pushing an agenda, was easy to work with and clearly listened to what I was saying. Her depth of knowledge and professional acumen is certainly a confidence builder for any buyer.Even though I was trading in and looking for a used car, she treated me as if I was going top of the line and that my hard earned money was as important to her as me. Once I explained my buying parameters and concerns she displayed the patience of a Saint and a remarkable intuition finding a selection of vehicles to consider. I really ap preciated her approach, not good/better/best but 4 viable vehicles that each had pros and cons yet still fell within my needs. I knew I was going to leave with one of them before I knew which one! That's a first for me! Then I realized the buying experience had become exciting and fun but that I had a decision to make. I truly felt that her and I were a team. But it got better. When we went in to talk to Dan he was the voice of reason. Logical, concise, and completely honest, he addressed every issue/concern. When I went to Rick in finance he also was focused on my situation, clear, concise and didn't waste time. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Nance, Dan, and Rick. They earned my trust and that breeds loyalty. I have my commuter car now and plan to get another more upscale model in the near future. My first and hopefully only stop will be to see Nance at Freedom Honda.

I went to this dealership to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord EX. Nance Caldwell helped me looked at a few vehicles before deciding on this one. Nance was especially helpful throughout the process. There was very little pressure throughout the process and Frank Claris was helpful with the price negotiation. I was able to get my USAA pricing and was very near what I felt I should have paid. We almost had an issue with the anti theft etching that I was unaware of but were able to knock that price off of the total. Used Honda financing at .9% and have very palatable monthly payments. Nance was even nice enough to follow me to the airport to drop my rental car off and then return me to the dealership to get my new car! Rachel and Dan were also helpful in the process as well.

We searched for a CRV online and then got in touch with Tamarin, the internet sales director, she welcomed us to the dealership and promised to offer the best price. We visited the dealership and then Kenzie helped us test drive the CRV, we then decided on a color which was not available at the dealership so after negotiating the price, they arranged a car for us with the exact specs we wanted from a different dealership.The whole process was pretty smooth and all the staff was friendly and helpful which made this experience very pleasant for us.We would definitely go back to Freedom Honda and tell our friends about them as well.

Right off the bat Gino was very informative, friendly and excited, not a vulture making you his prey! The sales team gave us more for our trade in than what it was worth to get us closer to our targeted monthly price we wished to pay! Finally our finance guy Mario was awesome as well and worked to get us the lowest interest rate possible considering we are both self employed and had a hard time proving our income. We bought a Certified 2012 Honda Pilot and traded in a Toyota Tundra... Toyota offered significantly less on our trade in and we had to pull teeth to get there...Freedoms first offer was better than Toyotas last! I definitely recommend this dealership!

Frank and John were very helpful in finding a used car for my son. The car was very clean and the carfax showed all the records of servicing. They also provided their own inspection details on the car. My son was so excited he was jumping up and down about the car. We did a trade in on an old car that my daughter had driven before she left for college. We had some issues getting the old car started, but Frank and John worked with me and I sincerely appreciate all their help and understanding! My experience at Freedom Honda was spectacular. Nancy greeted us with a smile and was very knowledgable. I purchased an 09 Pilot. Everything about the car is perfect for my family. I had to return 2 days after purchase due to a slight issue with the vehicles alignment, Dan and Nancy made sure I was well taken care of. They fixed the alignment free of charge and also detailed the vehicle without me asking them to do so. I will be buying another vehicle soon and I know exactly where I will be going. FREEDOM HONDA!

We went into this Honda dealership after visiting several other dealerships (of various vehicle brands). Freedom Honda was our last stop before we were to put our car search on temporary hold. We left Freedom Honda satisfied and happy. All the Freedom Honda employees we worked with are professional, courteous and attentive. Tamarin Mullenaux promptly got us into the dealership with excellent communication. Scott Brunelle patiently worked with us get to our budget bottomline price. Eric Holt, in particular is exceptional. Not only is Eric personable, he really went above and beyond, and we are grateful for his thoughtfulness. Mario Martinez got all our finance ducks in order, but when we found a little concern, Ricky Olson willingly assisted us right away when we dropped-in (unannounced) to straighten the problem out.Overall, our experience was great. However, at that point, he went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I had a battery problem - would go dead after one to two weeks of not being driven. Three times from May 2010 to June 2012 I took it to Front Range Honda in Colorado Springs and they could not find any problem. After the Freedom Honda dealer opened, I took it there in September 2012 and they fixed the problem - the first visit. It was a slightly loose connection of the battery negative wire. I have had no problem since. I go to Freedom for all of my service and they are friendly, professional, prompt, and always have gotten the job done on time. I especially have found that Dan Moran is a fantastic service manager (I believe that is his title.)

Yes its true a Honda may seem to sell itself because they are and have always have been a company that makes exceptional vehicles but with out the saintly patience of Nance Caldwell (sales), the calming presence of Dan Steinhour (Assistant sales Manager), Tamarin Mullenaux (Internet Director), even though the sale of the Honda Accord Hybrid that I now own, did not come directly under her departments purview, went above and beyond her call of duty. guess that's the military in me coming thru. And last but not least Ricky Olson (Finance Director) funny, knowledgeable and wields a pen and I highlighter like a swashbuckler. For me the day was simply about taking my 2011 Toyota Prius in to deal with a recall and having time to kill. And armed with some simple truths. One Toyota had been sending me letters wanting me to trade in my car, two knowing with each day its value was slipping. Three, that even though the new 2015 Prius was on its way and would be an all new and improved Prius, I would rather be an owner then a test driver. New model years tend to have problems that the owners get to find. So that left me looking at maybe 2016 and who knows what I would be offered in trade.So if you find yourself in the Freedom Honda lot there is an excellent chance that you will be driving home in a new car. And I'm glad I did. If you are lucky enough to find yourself in the hands of any of the wonderful people mentioned above, well count yourself fortunate. And happy driving.

Went into have service done on our other 2004 Honda Pilot it needed brakes. We purchased it used in 2009 from another dealership. It had 85,000 miles on it and it never broke down on us not once. I love Honda Pilot's especially the redesign that they had undergone. It was my dream to get a newer one but I didn't think it would be affordable. We met with Adolfo Lopez he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He asked what I wanted as far as features and then he took us to the lot and showed us a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring edition. We went for a test drive and he explained various features. When we came back we went in an office and discussed the numbers, filled out some paperwork and before we knew it we were meeting with Rick in Financing. The whole process was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We will continue doing business with Freedom Honda for our future purchases and hopefully Adolfo in a Sales and Rick in Financing will still be part of their team.

Being a woman I have had some really bad experiences in buying a car. Freedom gave me awesome attention, respect and service. They worked with me on the car on wanted and got it in my price range. The entire team were so friendly and laughing. I felt very comfortable. The finance dept went over every detail of the paperwork and made sure I understood it all. Then the salesman spend a good half hour going over the entire car and how everything works. "A lot to remember on a loaded care"!!! He set all the personal settings for me and explained how to do it myself. Then he made sure I had his number in case I had any questions. Also said just stop in if I need help remembering how to work anything. What awesome customer service. They were there step by step through the whole process. It was a great experience in car buying and I love my new Honda!

We had only been looking for a car one night and we met Kenzie Lepper at Freedom Honda, Colorado Springs. My wife Beth and I had researched both Honda and Toyota and there were several vehicles we were interested in looking at. We left that night after looking at several options. The next day I got approved for more money than expected and that along with our money down changed the game for us. We returned to meet Kenzie on Saturday afternoon and started by looking at vehicles in the new price range. He helped us find a great deal on a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe with 18K miles on it and loaded near our price range ... they worked out a deal to get us into the vehicle at the price we needed and added in 48 months of dealer maint. Laura was really good. She knew the cars and worked to get to know what I needed. We test drove several cars to allow me to see the differences between the cars I was looking at. I was definitely looking for a budget-friendly car and she was very helpful in that regard. She also asked be good questions about my experience during the test drives and showed me features that I was not aware of. She had me really try each car and showed me how the performance differed with each model.At the end of a test drives I had settled on a car when my friend who was shopping with me suggested I check out the stereo. My friend knew that listening to music while I drive was important to me and I had forgotten to check. I was disappointed with the base stereo and asked about an upgraded stereo. Laura told me about the stereo options and which trim lines had that higher grade stereos. We found the one car I wanted! We took it for a quick spin to make sure and that was it. I was in love.I don't buy cars often and especially new cars. Laura helped me have a wonderful experience shopping for a new car. I drove away a very happy customer.

I made a deal with them because they told me that the truck I was interested in had all new injectors installed 1400 to 1800 miles ago. They told me that they had the paperwork showing that but must have misplaced it and could get me the paperwork the next business day so I had them put it in writing that they could produce said paperwork and now after two trips to the dealer and over two weeks they still have not produced paperwork and are now trying to back out of the deal.

If you are in the market for a new car...stop into Freedom Honda and ask for Isaac Spencer and Dan Steinhour. I had the opportunity to work with this particular sales team on two separate occasions. They assisted a friend of mine in the purchase of a new vehicle. The original plan was to look slightly used but after looking at how a Honda holds value...we came to Freedom Honda to look at the option of purchasing a new vehicle. For roughly the same price...our sales team at Freedom Honda under-promised and over-delivered. They found a car and worked with us on pricing that had everything on the spec list. They worked "for the customer" and did not get caught up in selling us things that we did not need or ask for. They were professional and worked together to make this work for my friend. The interest rates and competitive pricing and payment options make it the time to consider buying new...especially with a trade. The benefit of owning a new vehicle with Honda is the opportunity to be covered with their warranty program which was appealing to us. Purchasing outside a Honda dealer started to make us nervous when we asked questions about dealer warranties.. Also, our finance manager explained options for only a few dollars more a month that enhanced maintenance coverage and extended warranty...Basically for the first few years of the purchase your simply filling the car with fuel; not to mention the benefit of having great gas mileage! So we truly enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. We were being pressured by another dealer into a car that did not fit all our needs...and ended up working with a team that ensured we left happy. That is what purchasing a vehicle should be like. Only a month later, I ended up having to sell my vehicle that I brought with me to Colorado, as I recently relocated. When I learned this was to be the case...I knew exactly where to go. I did not waste my time with another dealership at this point. I went directly back to Freedom Honda and asked to work with the same individuals. From the trade to the purchase of my own new car I worked with the same four individuals (Isaac, Dan, Jeremy, and Ricky). They made a bittersweet experience...smooth and painless. Their follow-up and again attention to the customer and their needs vs sales...really hands down made the difference. I felt the need to share my experience online because I have had to look for two new vehicles recently and it can be an extremely frustrating and a stressful experience. Knowing you can count on this sales team at Freedom Honda and the solid reputation of a Honda vehicle...really makes the buying process easy and fun. If you are looking for a new car...I highly encourage you to do the same as I did...visit Freedom Honda and ask for this team. They will work for you...too!

I have purchased three cars from them within the last year. Two new and one used. I had wonderful sales service both times we were in there making our purchases. Everyone from Sales all the way to Finance went above and beyond both times. Recently we ran into issues that occurred with the used car we purchased. We had been in for service with the first new car and the used car prior to the issues arising. I contacted the Service Department and instantly we were taken care of. They also went way above and beyond to help us solve the issues! There has not been one occurrence that I could say anything bad about Freedom Honda and their team of people. We have dealt with all the departments and have been treated wonderfully by each of them.

We love Freedom Honda! We were looking for a new minivan and planned to go to many dealerships to look at all the different kinds. Freedom Honda was the second dealership we visited. We were immediately impressed with the dealership itself and how new and clean it is with a nice waiting area. There were about 10 or so Honda Odesseys to look at. At the first dealer we went to (Nissan) they only had one van for us to look at. Jason Logan (JLo) worked with us and was very friendly and not pushy. He worked to get us a price that made us want to buy it without having to look anywhere else. We are so excited to have a Honda. Honda has such a great reputation. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had (and we've had a lot).

Being a one-income family who are also partially supporting two adult children, getting a good lease price with our current vehicle's negative equity made the sale a challenge for Brian. He stuck with me through all the negotiating and even when I initially thought we weren't going to be able to get a deal, he never showed resentment for all his time I took. "Share my experience." Honestly it began as I needed a new gas cap on my S2000. While I knew Mark Fenton from a handful of meetings (from riding with other groups), he went out of his way to help me with the right product, no delays and that bright disposition I've always known him to posses and share. So a year later when I offered to help as a volunteer with the Black Forest Benefit consisting of a group of firefighters and non-fighters raising funds for and awareness to the needs of so many who lost so much in the fires just three weeks ago, I knew I wanted to ask the only dealership I've ever felt so comfortable at, Freedom Honda, to be the only automotive dealership sponsor at our event. I could have raised a bit more money in sponsorship funds had I contacted other dealerships but Freedom was the one I trusted and would feel proud to have associated with our benefit. They might say no...but they were the first folks I thought of! In talking with Bret Peterson for just few minutes and explaining our focus, he didn't hesitate to offer support. I was fighting back tears. To see individuals step up; to see a community come together for so many...it never ceases to amaze me. While I have not purchased a vehicle from Freedom nor have I (until last week) had a need for major service on my Honda (she doesn't operate like her typical racing machine without a functioning clutch! :>) ), I would trust anything to the folks at Freedom Honda in Colorado Springs. Simply put...they are "good people" and good people will always do the right thing regardless if it's finding the right gas cap or helping to rebuild a community. Thank you Mark and Bret. Hello, my name is Adam and I just purchased a Honda Civic EX from Freedom Honda, and I just want to recap my experience purchasing my first ever vehicle. Everything started normal, I looked around the lot on a Sunday, and then on the following week made my way back to the dealership here in Colorado Springs on Woodmen road. I explained to the dealer how I did not want to spend anything more than $12,000 on a vehicle. As one might expect I was escorted around the lot looking at several vehicles priced at $14,000. After showing some interest in the Honda Civic EX I told the saleman (Isaac Kitchen) that the car was great but that I was serious about not spending anything more than $12,000 for the sale price of the car. Isaac then told me that we could meet in the middle which would have been $13,000, and after talking it over with my wife I agreed to the offer. That's when things got interesting for me. Isaac came back with a pre-agreement which he wanted me to sign. I started signing before my wife stopped me and told me to look at the listed price, it was still $14,000. I informed Isaac that this is not what we agreed on, and he went on to say that the manager would not approve a sale decrease. Apparently he was never going to mention that part to me. No harm done I told him, that was fine we'll do $14,000, but we are going to opt out of the extended warranty priced at $2000, to get our price down. Over the course of the next two hours I was offered and pressured a total of 12 times to reconsider the extended warranty (I did not reconsider). Next I was taken over to the financing office where I was yet again asked if I wanted the extended warranty (again I said no). The finance officer looks at me confused and says that Isaac had told them that we wanted the extended warranty and to include it in the contract. The finance officer calls Isaac in and relays the message, and we are told that the extended warranty was a really good deal (again we refuse). Next, we find out that the car is not certified, which we were told by Isaac on numerous occasions that the car was certified. After complaining to the manager he agreed to certify the car for us free of charge ($1500 it cost him to do we were told). Then our good friend and salesman Isaac comes back in and says that since we certified the car for us that we should do the extended warranty (we refuse). The finance guy finally sells us on extending the certification to 7 years for a price of $950. Overall we were at the dealership for 4 hours. The next day regretting that I had gone over my limit for what I wanted to spend I decided to try and return the car. Figuring that being at the dealership for 4 hours and the fact it was late at night had caused me to make an impulse buy. On the contract it states that it is up to the dealer if they will allow a return. To make a long story short I was told no, and that if I left the car on the lot that it would be impounded (Isaac said this). The funny thing about the threat was that I had never mentioned just leaving the car on the lot. I was frustrated that as a military member and so called valued customer that they would not take the car back when only 21 miles had been but on the car since the purchase. They demanded from me what my reasons were for returning the vehicle, and after I left to take a walk to cool down, and my wife returned with the truck we were trading in, they then talked to her with me not around asking why I was returning the vehicle.Needless to say, I do not plan on ever buying a Honda from a dealership again. I cannot believe how I was treated, and the sheer lack of flexibility of the staff. I was told time and time again that I was a valued customer, but in this case actions speak louder than words.

Tommy Lovato was really great to work with. Professional, polite, knows his product (most salesmen don't), urged us to buy - but wasn't overly pressuring us and gave my wife and I space to discuss privately. He stayed very late to help complete the sale (as did the manager and finance manager). I REALLY liked working with Tamarin. I'd never had a good experience working with car people before. I'd always come away feeling like I'd been lied to or cheated. Not with Tamarin. I felt treated with with respect, honesty, and integrity. Together we found the perfect car for my daughter and got financing that worked for us. Tamarin stayed late for us and worked past closing. She answered all my questions and met my needs quickly. She went above and beyond for us. Her coworkers at Freedom Honda really went out of their way, too. They walked me through the process and helped me when I didn't have all my paperwork with me. I would definitely shop here again.

I am writing in regards to my most recent experience at Freedom Honda. I have been going to Freedom Honda for service on my 1993 Honda Accord since May of 2012. I started going there after needing a place to get oil changes. I read positive reviews online, so I decided to give Freedom Honda a try. In addition to oil changes, I have gotten many other services done, including a timing belt, oil pan, CV axle, water pump, oil seals, alternator belt, and many other repairs. I have usually been satisfied and have come back for additional services on numerous occasions. On Monday, June 3rd, I came in for a standard oil change. After my oil change was complete, I was informed that my power steering fluid needed to be changed, and my crankcase was leaking so I needed the timing belt replacement package which is suggested every 90,000 miles according to Honda and my technician. I informed my technician that I believe my timing belt and seals were already replaced in the last year. She said that was fine, because she could double check in the system. After looking through the system, she informed me that I did not have that service done at Freedom Honda, and that she could not find it in the system from any other Honda dealer. After going home and reviewing my repair records, I found invoice #: HOCS114232 from August 8, 2012, where I had the entire timing belt replacement package which included a timing belt, seals, and a drive belt. I had other work done on that visit, so my total was $1536.37. Again, not a problem, because I trusted that the work needed to be done and it probably did. With that being said, I dont understand why that wouldnt be found in the system, and that I would be told that I need to have that expensive service done nine months later when it is recommended every 90,000 miles. On to the other suggestion that I received on my June 3rd visit. I was told that my power steering fluid was dark and needed to be replaced for $120.00. Again, I couldnt remember if/when I had that done last until I looked through my service records again. I found invoice #: 125804 from February 20, 2013. On that visit, I had my power steering pump, hose, and clamps replaced in addition to changing the fluid. I had belt work and an oil change done on that visit as well, so my total was $346.71. That was 6,000 miles ago, so I am surprised to hear that I would already need to change my power steering fluid for $120.00. On my last visit-(4-27-13), I came in for a standard oil change, and was told that I would receive a courtesy car wash as I always do when I bring my car in. I told them to skip the wash since I had just washed my car by hand and it did not need to be washed again. After picking up my car, I had noticed that it had been washed because there was water on it and the windows were spotty. I was disappointed to see that, because I had asked that it not be washed since I just spent the time washing it by hand. On my June 3rd visit, I was told that I would get a courtesy car wash. I was happy to hear that on this visit because my car was dirty and now I wouldnt have to worry about washing it later. However, when I picked up my car, it had clearly not been washed even though it is listed as job number two on invoice #: 132926. Also, my maintenance required light was not reset after the oil change like it usually is. If my crankcase is leaking, and my power steering fluid needs to replaced like I was told, I will now have to find another place to have those services completed and pay additional money when I already paid to have those services done at Freedom Honda. In my year of patronizing Freedom Honda, I have spent: $3,424.05 for repair services. I am sorry to say, but I will not be coming back to Freedom Honda in the future, and I feel like I have been taken advantage of as a customer and consumer. I have always heard that a person should not go to a dealer for service, however, I trusted the peopl

I have had bad experiences with car dealerships in the past, so buying a new car is up there by a root canal on my "least favorite things to do" list. I was very specific with my wants and needs. Tamarin was very kind and helpful, and she worked with me to get me my new car. She never made me feel pressured during the process. This was the second car I purchased from Freedom Honda. I am sure it will not be the last.

I own a 2006 CRV. I recently needed a number of service items taken care of At a mileage interval. I checked with Front Range Honda and Freedom Honda. I found Front Range to be less expensive, and I had used Front Range for years and trusted them already anyway. Just FYI, check prices against Front Range.

My experience began in October of 2012. I was looking to get rid of my Corvette and my Impala for 1 car/suv in order to bring my monthly costs down. My sales agent was great( Angel). He made sure I need the different benefits of each vehicle and led me towards things I wanted, not things he wanted to sell me. He is where all of the good ends. Kind of Ironic with his name being Angel... anyhow... I told him what I was look at as far as a cost. He would go back to his sales manager(Rob) and bring back numbers. It got so bad that I told Angel, if this guy Rob insults me again with what Rob thought was a clever play on numbers I would be leaving right away. After I finally finished the games and I got to my numbers that I wanted, I was happy and ready to go. So we had agreed upon numbers and I was just waiting the next couple of days to see which bank we were going to go with. I was assured that my APRs would be our agreed upon number or lower. When I returned to sign papers, the numbers had changed. My monthly cost was the same, so I was not upset with that, but the APR went up significantly. Not only that, but I was also told that my financial institution told Freedom Honda that I would not be allowed to finish the deal without purchasing a service warranty. Although I was still in my monthly cost that I wanted, I didn't feel right about being "forced" to purchase a warranty that I don't believe in. After about a week or so I called my institution and I asked them about the warranty and they told me that they would never make a stipulation as such. With this new found information, I found myself highly upset for being lied to. I then began playing phone tag with Freedom Honda's sales manager ROB, and one of their finance guys Oscar. Rob would promise to call me back several times and never did. When I spoke to Oscar about Rob's lack of reliability, Oscar got an attitude with me and tried hanging up on me several times, making sure to never give me an answer on any questions that I would ask him. I finally called and spoke to Rob again and he tried to flip the story around on me. He told me that he spoke with me about this deal and that I agreed on the deal after speaking with him back in October. The fact is I never spoke with him about the warranty up until this December time frame. I had only spoken about the warranty with Eric in finance. So I was upset that he tried to cover up yet another lie with another lie. After finally getting an answer to my question(can I cancel over the phone or do I have to come in to cancel?) I went down to the dealership to sign the papers stating that I wanted to cancel. The next issue was a referral check that was promised by Rob, but I never received. Rob commenced in the promises of calling me back and never doing so, after finally telling me that my check was in the mail and would reach me within two weeks. That was December, It is now Valentine's Day and I never saw a check. Due to an accident, I unfortunately popped a tire on my SUV. I called to see if there were any Warranties on my tires and I was told no. I inquired about a Tow truck and I was told it would be free if I bought the tire from Freedom Honda by a lady in the service department. I again called Rob to see if the referral credit could be placed towards the purchase of a tire. He said he'd check and call me back shortly. I let him know that this was of great importance, which I would hope he would have known already. He assures that he'll call me back. He never did. I called him back and he promised to call me back in five minutes. He never called me back. I had my SUV towed to Freedom Honda. I entered and began speaking with Mark in the service area. When I told him that I was assured a free Tow, he looked at me as if I was lying and gave me the impression that this was impossible.

I had a rough customer experience to begin with, but Mr Moran was able to correct the flaws by physically picking up my vehicle at my workplace, and detailing my used civic inside and out, as well changing out the oil. What basically should have been done in the first place. Thanks Mr Moran!

Looked at vehicle with salesperson. Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. When it came to looking at the numbers the Sales Manager chose to take over from the sales person. I asked multiple times for the price of the vehicle and each time was dismissed. They collected a lot of info about me and my trade but refused to give me a number for my trade and when I finally did receive a price for the vehicle I was looking at they quoted me a price that was more than 1,000 dollars more than their price listed on their website (I researched that later). Something is wrong here, it just feels so sleazy and full of trickery that it makes it next to impossible to believe or trust anyone at this dealerships used car sales. I'll pass there are just too many sources that are honest to waste ones time at this type of dealership.

We saw a vehicle that we liked. Spoke to a salesman about, took a test drive and liked it. Sat down to talk numbers and was told that we needed to wait till monday so that their finance people could look at the deal. I asked what the value of my trade was and was shocked to find that it was about half what it is worth. Did some research online on the vehicle that i was looking at to find their internet price was almost 3k cheaper. Talked to the salesman on Monday (after i had to call after he said he would by a certain time) on regards to this. Inquired about trade in value again was told that it was only worth about half of what NADA values it at. Was told that they didnt have the vehicle there to meet my needs and they had up to 30 days before the loan approval expired. My advice... research their cars before you go and look. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone..

I leased a new civic back in November. The sales experience was great as mandated by the corporate office. As part of the deal, Freedom was to purchase my '05 hybrid. However, the check was stolen and cashed before I received it. Freedom will not pay me, because they don't want to be out the money. They aren't out the money! I am out the money. The general manager, Bret, has never returned my calls or even come out to see me when I stopped by the dealership. He sends out other managers with no authority! Now, they just ignore me...The conclusion is that Freedom takes care of the customer when you are buying or leasing car from them. If they owe you money, watch out!

I just went through the entire process of purchasing the top of the line Honda Accord ELX with Navigation. After spending all several hours last night, and going back today to learn how to use my car, I ended up getting no car at because what they told me, was untrue about the car. If you have an iphone 4S, your car will not uploan contacts leaving all of that technology to waiste. The general sale manager would not even take his time to talk to me. What they did do right was not charge me for the 43 miles I added to the car, and refund my money I spent in the service department. Be very careful... I bought all weather floor mats, and was shocked to see they would charge me $23 to install those mats. The dealership may be all new and look great from the outside, but it seems that they do not have information on how their cars work. I adorded my sales guy, but I am very disappointed to have waisted all of my time.
