Brian was great. He got me a great deal on a fantastic futuristic 2022 Honda Insight Touring. He even stayed late so we could pick up the car after work. Freedom Honda also threw in the accessories like mud flaps, trunk liner, wheel locks, and specialized paint sealant. I happily drove four hours round trip for such a great car buying experience. Thanks again to Brain, Sam and all the folks at Freedom Honda. I love my new Insight!

My recent purchase of a new 2021 Honda CR-V SE was a rewarding experience. An unusual situation as most American car buyers will note. Customer focus and satisfaction have meaning for the Freedom Honda team. The sales and business office members all displayed respect for my needs and wishes and left no doubt they understand their salaries are not paid for by the owner(s) but by the customers. They reminded me of the old Crosby Quality College mantra that "q"(quality) is conformance to customer requirements". I can recommend Brian Dean and the business office team for their professionalism and efficiency. Freedom Honda is now my choice when purchasing an automobile.

I sent my son to get a vehicle history service report and a master spare key. Somehow miscommunication ended up between my son and the rep. They charged me for a master key and a diagnostic on the vehicle. Costing me $262.19. I was very upset about this. I ended up speaking with the manager Chris who was adamant about not changing the price so he told me that he's waiving the cost of the diagnostic and only charging me for the master key, and guess what he told me my total would then be $262.19. Also screaming this conversation is being recorded and I have your son on camera. Listen my son nor I had any intentions of walking away without paying the bill but I will also not be treated as if I'm slow and don't understand what just happened. I've been dealing with these people for 7 years so it's not like I had no intentions on returning. Prior to speaking with the manager the rep told us the key itself was $164 after taxes. I feel like I've just been swindled. And manager Chris hung up in my face 7 years of service I can say I won't be returning.Yes I'm sure that's recorded too.

I purchased a new Honda Accord in August 2021. I could not have asked for a better or smoother process. Donzell and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted! With the inventory being so low right now they were able to ship my new car to the dealership from out of town. The trade in process also went very well. It was the easiest process I’ve been through all because of their hard work! Definitely recommend this dealership and will be going there for any future purchases.
