I found the car I wanted online, but dreaded actually having to go to the dealership. I went to Freehold Buick/GMC fully expecting to be attacked by a sales person as soon as I exited my car. What I found was Mitch Zarrow. By far THE BEST sales person I have ever dealt with. He found the car I was interested in and answered all my questions and concerns in an EXTREMLY professional manner. Never once did I feel pressured into a purchase. He was genuinely concerned that I get exactly what I was looking for. I felt like I was with a friend rather than a sales person. He made my purchase nothing less than a pleasure and very easy to complete. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone interested in a new vehicle to see Mitch Zarrow. I have no doubt that I will purchase another vehicle from him when the time comes. Best car buying experience ever!

Absolutely the best car experience we've ever had! My sales rep - Mitch Zarrow - is absolutely the best! I have now bought 3 vehicles there and it was painless, fully transparent, no sales pitches of any kind, he is a very genuine, professional man. Stephanie Jeffery is also fantastic and kept in touch with me and alerted me to a sale which worked out perfectly with my own plans for my purchase this month. We were looking for a buick enclave (CXL WITH AWD AND 2XL) and freehold had this single owner car which we really loved.We live in Manhattan and this dealer was 65 miles away from us, I was in touch with Stephanie and made an appointment for saturday evening to test drive the car. In middle of our journey to Freehold we had a flat tire and were running late, we requested that we will be there but might get late by 15 mins. Stephanie confirmed that this is not possible since their last appointment is at 5:30 pm on a saturday but we still showed up at around 5:45 pm.The fun starts here: The dealership was almost closed but Joe was willing to help us and go above and beyond to take us on a test drive. He was very professional and gave us a detailed run down on all the features and the history of the car. The test drive was good 2 miles in the hood and told us about the history of dealership also.We ended up purchasing the buick enclave from Joe and from Freehold Buick, Joe mailed me the plates and registration on time :) great customer service and honest people !!

I went to Freehold Buick Gmc because i saw there advertisement for a used Honda Accord. I went and instantly knew this was the car for me. My salesman Paul came answered all my question, then it came time to make a deal. I had some prior credit issues but Paul and the team there went and were able to get me a deal in the price range i was looking for. Anytime i had a question Stephanie who also worked there emailed or answered all my questions very promptly and was beyond nice. Once the deal was made the paperwork was fast and easy. I went to Freehold Buick last July to try and have my car window fixed while I was waiting Bruce asked me if I was interested in leasing a vehicle I said I would listen to any offers that he had but it would take a super deal for me to buy. 2 hours later I left with a 2015 Buick Lacrosse and I love the car it is amazing as was the service Bruce and the rest of the staff I dealt with provided. I was very happy with my experience at Freehold Buick GMC last Saturday. As it was over an hour from my home, I inquired to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. Stephanie confirmed that it was and, although she had other email inquiries, she would pull the keys to make sure it was there for me to look at when I arrived. I was promptly greeted and the salesman did a quick review around the car and under the hood and didn't hesitate to get us out on the road. It wasn't a short trip around the block, but we were able to test drive on both US 9 and back residential roads. Dave and his team was very helpful in answering all our questions, looking up details, and providing a fair trade. They were very patient in helping us make the right decision with no pressure. The paperwork and on-the-spot sale and cleaning of the car was handled efficiently and we were on our way in our new convertible. I couldn't be happier.

My wife and I were searching for the perfect SUV for our family and from the moment we walked into Freehold GMC/Buick we knew we found it. We were greeted by Paul who worked with us for two days to find the best fit for us. After reviewing our situation, Paul showed us the SUVs that were a good fit, worked out the numbers starting with a low ball price and working our way up. It was a great way for us to judge our budget. It didn't feel like we were sitting with a pushy salesman, but a friend. When we left the first day we were thinking one style, but as the night progressed we decided to upgrade. The next day when we went in to complete the purchase...I told Paul we were changing the models and he immediately got working to get the car cleaned and the paperwork process going. We then met with Mike who walked us through the paperwork effortlessly. Once it was time to get in the car, Paul explained the features in detail with the knowledge as if the car was his own. It was a very pleasurable experience and I believe they've made customers for life.

I usually don't enjoy the experience of buying or leasing a new vehicle. Freehold Buick GMC changed that. I dealt with great people, and got a really good deal. Starting with my salesman, Jimmy Mack, and then the Sales Manager, Bruce Greenstein, I was treated with respect. I never felt that anyone was trying to pull one over on me. I came in to the dealership after dinner on a Thursday evening, and both Jimmy and Bruce worked with me to close the deal. I never felt pressured or rushed. We concluded business well after closing with a handshake. When I came in to pick up my new vehicle two days later, everything was as promised. I highly recommend this dealership.

On Saturday April 9th 2016 I went to look at a car at the Freehold dealership. in New Jersey. I live ion Staten Island. There are plenty of dealerships on the Island, which are well known. Three people in my family came upon this dealership and were happy with their service and selling experience. Three cars were purchased from this dealership and David was the salesperson. No he was not pushy in any way in selling a car. I went to look at a car that i saw on line, and it was on the lot. a 2015 Buick Encore that was returned off of a lease and was in beautiful condition. comparing a lease and buying the pre owned car I decided to lease a new 2016 Buick Encore. My reasoning to this was I am a senior citizen I have a few more good years and I am tired of buying a car paying for it only to have to pay money for repairs when it is out of warranty. The dealership itself had many cars to sell I never saw such a busy place. The salesman work together the whole crew is great. from selling to financing to service. Greatest experience sitting there and watching them. David thank you for your patients with my whole family and myself. One of the best, if not, buying experience I have had. I saw the vehicle on the internet and sent an email inquiring about the vehicle. Stephanie contacted me asking if I had any questions. Took my information and had one of the salesperson call me. Mike Whyno called me and ask how he could help. I put a deposit on it till I could get down there. Went down on 1/30/16 to look at it. Whe i walked in i asked for Mike and he was paged. The salesperson in the showroom asked if we wanted any water, soda or bsgel. Was asked numerous times, by multiple salesperson, if we wanted anything. Mike was very helpful when I got there. Very smooth from start to finish. Recommend highly.

I was very pleased with this dealership. They had plenty of trucks on site for me to look at so I could choose which options I wanted. I was able to go for a test drive and see how the car felt. I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever and felt I got a great deal. My salesman Paul Serle was great. He was honest and trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone. I worked with David De Jong on my new Canyon purchase. My first visit to the dealer I took a test drive and Dave ran through the truck with me, simply stating the facts not trying to make a sale at every turn. The truck spoke for itself, and David answered any questions that I had,we got back to the lot and the sales manager and Dave worked out the dealers best price for the truck. It was a good price but I had other vehicles to test drive. We shook hands and I was off, no pressure. I was back three days later and bought the truck. Thanks to Dave and the crew at Freehold.

Went in to check out Terrains for my wife. Had the pleasure of meeting "Jimmy Mack" while we were looking and the rest is history. The guy is A++ class. I'm very pleased with the experience my family had at the Freehold Buick GMC. On yet another adventure to find a replacement for our minivan, we started the trip down route 9 South. Seeing a sign for the dealership, we decided to stop in to see what they had available to fit our needs. Our salesman David DeJong was very knowledgeable about their product line and was willing to listen to and accommodate our family vehicle necessities. We test drove the Encore and Terrain, both great vehicles. Ultimately, we leased a Terrain. David worked hard to help us meet out budget requirements and we left very pleasantly surprised about the quality vehicle we were now driving. I never considered a GMC vehicle but now realize the Terrain is a huge upgrade from the other SUVs we drove.

The only dealer I would deal with and have bought 6 cars from Salesman Joe Faruolo. Would never go any where else. When I wanted a sports car, Joe found me a G-6; when I wanted a convertible, Joe found me a G-6 convertible. When I was expecting my twins, Joe found me a Mini Van. As the family grew, I had to give up the sports cars and Joe got me my first Terrain. Last Saturday we got 2 new 2015 GMC Terrains and couldn't be happier. My wife loved my 2013 Terrain, and when it was time to look for new cars, we brought them both in and Joe got us exactly what we wanted. 2 new 2015 Terrain's. I was very pleased with my experience at Freehold Buick GMC. I was with my boyfriend waiting for his car to be serviced and we decided to look around for a new car for me. Paul Serle was excellent to work with. He helped me to find a great deal that I was looking for on a Buick Verano. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful. We test drove the car on a Saturday 7-25 and then came back the following Tuesday 7-28 to close the deal. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Overall, very happy with my experience with the sales and finance department. My only issue (with service dept) is that when I pulled away from from the dealership with my new car, the gas tank was not full (bout a half tank), there was no wiper fluid in the car, and it smelled like someone recently smoked in the car. It did not smell that way when I test drove it.

I had a loud noise from the rear of the car. Brought the car in to the service department. Mike took me in right away because I told him I was afraid the car would brake down on the road. In less than a half hour Mike told me I had the wrong type of tires on the car and maybe a bad rear bearing and hub. he not only showed me the wear on the tires he actually educated me on what types of tires should be on the car. Mike was concerned with keeping the cost down and recommended a tire that was very good which he ordered. Unfortunately after changing the tires I did need a wheel bearing and hub. The car rides great, better than new. I appreciate Mike's concern for my satisfaction and notifying me on every step of the repair.I just wanted to say, "THANKS MIKE" Joe Mizzi

I have never purchased a car from GM but after this experience I may make it a habit. My family never bought from GM we only ever had fords or toyotas. With that being said when my wife and I strolled into freehold Buick gmc I was slightly sceptical. However my reservations were put to rest when we took a test drive with your sales rep mike. He was phenomenal in explaining all of the uses of the car and all of its bells and whistles. We had done our research and there were no cars in the area that mached our needs and price range as well as the Terrain we purchased. The staff was friendly and made themselves easily available for us. As good as everything was I only have one bit of constructive feedback to offer; if it is at all possible to speed up the buying process that would've made the trip even that much better. We arrived at around 9:30 in the morning and didn't drive off the lot until 1:20 or so....in my opinion that is way to long. Luckily the dealership had free bagels and water to keep me less antsy. The Customer service and Price I was offered by Freehold GMC and Paul Serle, I felt they went above and beyond not only to get my business, but also to get me the best GMC experience. Like any other friend of mine, I was more into Honda and Toyota, but the amount of detail and value I was explained by Paul for the price they offered, it was too difficult for me and my family not to say YES. The dealership was so confident, they even gave me a weeks time to find another dealer who can give me a better price, and I must say I visited several dealer and all of them thought the offer Freehold made to me was TOO GOOD to not take it. On the day when we picked our car, my wife accidentally bumped into a brand new car at the showroom, but the dealership manager was kind enough to let us go, he could have charged us for a few hundred dollars. There is no question that the sales staff, starting with the salesman, including the finance dept. and general manager are simply the best the car industry has to offer. This is not just the best GM dealer, but the best dealer in general. Want a soda, how about a bagel? I thought I was buying a car from my friends, not from a dealership. Quality of care? Well, the people at Freehold not only are your friends, they truly care about getting you the best for your money. This is the precedent, very few will ever match up.

This dealership is truly concerned about their customers time. After doing all of the prep workOn my purchase by telephone they had me in and out of the dealership within an hour. This is Unheard of. What a pleasure.. In the past I have been held captive at dealerships for hours whileThey prepared the paperwork. These guys know what they are doing. This dealership is Great. My wife and I bought a 2015 Yukon XL from them today. Jack Cordero was our salesman and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the new features in the truck. Very pleased with my experience at Freehold Buick GMC. My wife and I originally stopped in to get some information on a few cars we were considering leasing, with really no intentions of making a purchase. The first thing I noticed was all the salesman were very friendly, they were not overly aggressive or pushy. After looking around for a bit I spent some time talking with salesman Mike Whyno. Mike asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. No pressure, no questions about what Im looking to spend, he was more focused on finding a car that would fit my needs. Mike is an outstanding guy, knowledgeable, patient, someone Im comfortable highly recommending to friends and family. I purchased several cars over the years for myself, friends and family members, and Im glad I decided to stop in Freehold Buick. Theyre not like any dealership I have ever been in. The overall environment is very relaxed, yet professional, everyone is friendly and courteous, and they truly make the car buying experience as easy as possible. The entire staff is great, from the sales manager to the finance professional, when it came down to making the final deal, I really felt the numbers made a lot of sense. We just purchased a 2015 Acadia from this dealership. Our sales rep Mike Whino was amazing. There was an immediate bond made between myself and my husband with Mike. We did research and test drove several different vehicles from other dealers and decided on the GMC Acadia. Without hesitation, we decided to go back to Mike even though there was closer dealers. We were treated like family. None of the pressure or haggling you would expect from a car sales rep. We laid out our desires and Mike met them immediately. It actually turned into a team effort when Jim, another sales rep stepped in to assist Mike. It was a wonderful and positive experience. My next priority is how much i am willing to spend on the vehicle. Service was quick and total. Had fuel injectors cleaned tires rotated the car was washed and runs great. And an oil change My experience was great in and out in less than 2 hours and this was even after a slight problem with my appointment. Pete Roman was my service advisor and he did a great job

Took my Pontiac Vibe in on a Tues. morning for an advertised oil/filter change/tire rotation. Service advisor (did not introduce himself, name on invoice listed as Michael Langley) told me it would be about 45 minutes and I waited. It took more than 1 hour, delay was not bad, however when I returned home and checked my car, the tires were not rotated even though it was listed on the Invoice. More disturbing, when I checked the oil dipstick level, it was way over the full mark (about 1-1/4 inches above). Invoice itemized 5 quarts of motor oil at $3.50 each for total charge of $17.50 for the oil (5 x 3.50). Vibe manual specifies max engine oil capacity as 3.9 quarts. Manual also emphasizes the warning that overfilling can cause engine damage. I chatted my complaint to Dealer. A Michael Howardson, who said he was a shop foreman called me in reply. He told me to bring the car back and he would drain the oil and refill to proper level and do the rotation. Upon returning to Dealer I met the same service advisor as before. He had an attitude, insisting they added the correct amount of oil. I offered to pull the dipstick and show him while the car was still in check-in area but he declined saying since I spoke to Howardson, (Howardson) would handle it. This time the oil change/rotation took only 1/2 hour before service advisor returned my keys. He did not apologize/say sorry for wasting my time having to make a second trip to redo simple basic service that should have been done and done properly the first time. Before leaving dealer I checked and verified oil level was at full mark and tires were rotated.Other than previous warranty work (safety recall services for defective airbag components), this was my only non-warranty experience with this Dealer. I chose this Dealer based on the mostly favorable reviews from this site, but after this experience I wonder if they took the same attitude with the airbag safety recall services, i.e, did they do the repairs properly, did they cut corners or worse. Difficult to tell, unless the airbags deploy (or perhaps not) in a collision.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. This was my first time at this dealership, let alone looking at a GMC car. Everyone was extremely helpful, noncompetitive, and a very relaxed atmosphere. My salesperson, Mike W., was laid back and there was no pressure. He of course did everything in his power to seal the deal, which he did. But again, there was no pressure and he wanted me to make my own decision and be happy with my choice. I selected the GMC Terrain after not being able to get a price point below my current lease through my current local dealership (FORD). Freehold GMC came in well under my current lease cost, as well as under $300 for a very-well equipped terrain. And when it turned out that the Terrain we selected from the stock list was not available, the owner ensure I had the same car or better - for the same lease price. Mike had all the paperwork ready when I came in to pick up my car, as well as went over the myriad of things that I needed to know about how to use the car's technology. He was well informed and easily explained it all. Now, please be aware that in order to get bells and whistles on a lease and between $200 and $300 a month, you need to have excellent credit. You can possibly get a decent model under $200 with excellent credit, however, there are too many criteria to meet to get that kind of discounting. I received a teachers discount ($1500) plus several other rebates including a competitive lease rebate. I also paid the taxes, DMV fee's etc, which helped keep the monthly payment under $300. I hope your experience is as good!

What a terrific buying experience! Honest, sincere, professional, patient - just the absolute nicest bunch of folks you could meet! Loaded lot with plenty of choice. Cannot think of one negative. All my memories of how horrendous the car buying experience could be were laid to rest. It was the easiest, hassle-free experience one could wish for. I bought a brand new Acadia so I cannot comment on their Quality of Repairs yet - but from what I saw and experienced, I cannot believe it would anything but top-notch as well and I definitely plan on going there for future maintenance. As a female car buyer, I have found male salesmen, in the past, to be quite condescending, shaking my hand like a wet noodle, with no pure meaning of respect to another person, or that they position their hand as if it should be kissed in submissiveness. Needless to say, I did not go back to that other dealership. However, Jack Codero at Freehold Buick GMC in Freehold, NJ, Route 9 South, Bruce and all the salesmen at Freehold Buick GMC are respectful and courteous to female car buyers. I felt quite comfortable having a professional conversation regarding my wishes and must haves in purchasing a car within my budget. Jack did an excellent job in scouting the lots for my perfect car and he did find for me a brand new 2015 LaCross that I just love! THANK YOU JACK! With the help also of Bruce, I have my new car for only a few days now, but know that the LaCross is a solid car I can trust to get me to where I am going and back home. Pete Roman in the Service Department at Freehold Buick GMC is another fine example of a respectful, courteous gentleman who oversees the service to your vehicle as if it were his own. Even the Repair Technician Mechanics are respectful when passing by and always give a "good morning" greeting. For about 2 weeks I was researching all the different trucks out there trying to find the perfect fit. I had been in and out of 4 different dealerships in 2 days and was tired of either being ignored or trying to be worked over. I am a short, young looking woman and most salesman either didn't take me seriously or thought they could pull one over and make out with a steal of a commission. Sadly I am a lot smarter about these things then they gave me credit. BUT the silver lining was when I walked in to Freehold GMC and I was greeted with smiles and friendly service. No one tried to sell me on the latest model or tell me their was no room to negotiate the price. The sales manager was the one who finally sat down with me to run the numbers. I still had a few questions about the truck I had chosen and wanted to make sure I was leasing the right one for me. Instead of feeding me lines, Gary pulled up the two different models I was looking at and said take them for a ride and you tell me what you want and we'll see what we can do. Overall my experience at Freehold GMC was friendly, professional and I truly felt like the salesmen there were trying to help me and not trying to just take my money. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is in the market for a car, buying or leasing, new or used. I believe I will be a long time customer of Freehold GMC.

Just stopped into Freehold GMC to take a look at the new Terrain. I really thought it was pretty spiffy so I took it for a spin around the dealer's lot. The rest is history. Jimmy Mack, our salesperson was absolutely easy to work with. He has an easy-going, non pushy sales approach that I liked very much. The entire staff was both friendly and kind and never for a second did I feel as if I was being pushed into anything. Aaron was hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with. With the lease on our 2012 Enclave coming due, we did quite a bit of comparison shopping for a replacement vehicle with a useable 3rd row with room behind the 3rd row for a day trips worth of stuff. The Acura MDX is a technological marvel, but not quite big enough and does not have 2nd row captains chairs my teenage kids love. The Audi Q7 is solid as a rock, but similarly equipped to an Enclave, much more expensive. Same with the Cadillac Escalade - beautiful truck, but... A really expensive truck. The Chevy Traverse and GMC Acadia are Encore clones, but don't quite have the panache as the Enclave. So, we knew a 2015 Enclave would be our vehicle. Our original Enclave was purchased as Perrine Buick, but the experience we had with their service department led much to be desired. So, we tried Freehold Buick's service department and were pleasantly surprised. Knowing we had a good experience a couple of times there, we stopped in to the sales side of Freehold Buick a couple of weeks before our lease was due and had a terrific introduction to Mitch Zarrow from sales. Easy going, low pressure, friendly.... A nice guy! I gave Mitch our desired configuration of options and colors as well as discounts I was eligible for (GM Supplier pricing, USAA discount, current GM lease, own a non-GM car, etc.) and he went to work. He found a few vehicles meeting our configuration desires and gave us a few very competitive quotes as well. We picked our vehicle, gave a deposit over the phone and picked it up this week. The process of picking it up was smooth with Chris in the business office. From start to finish, a terrific experience!

Having gone through the purchasing/leasing dance many times through the years I was amazed to find an experienced, professional sales person such as Mitch Zarrow in this day and age. Mitch was as upfront and transparent as any auto person I'd ever met. After only a few minutes with Mitch I felt as if I'd made a new friend. He not only asked all of the correct questions ... he listened to my answers. I'd been to several dealerships prior to Freehold and Mitch Zarrow ... none compared. My Acadia requirements were leather and a moonroof. OMG ... I drove away with so much more at a price far better than any other dealership I'd visited. It is rare for me to do a survey ... BUT ... Mitch Zarrow (Chris in the business office as well) and the entire Freehold team should be proud of what they do and how they do it.

We stopped by a on cold snowy Saturday morning 'just looking'. We really were, we had an 8 year old Saturn making noise and desperately needed a new car but I was determined to drive up and down Rt 9 a few times to every dealer and find a bargain. Our salesman was big Mitch Zarrow, and I told him this. He was gracious, warm, said he would show us as much or as little as we wanted and no pressure. We had used the service dept at this dealer for years for our Saturn and brought our parents old Buick here for service too but had never been to sales. (By the way, the Service dept is also fantastic, have always liked them). Within 5 minutes with Mitch we decided we didn't want to shop around, as long as we didn't get sticker shock there was no reason to leave this showroom and these fine people. I walked in wanting a new car with nothing more than 4 tires, steering wheel, brake and gas pedal. Due to the amazing plans Mitch researched, inventory he searched and our changing desires we ended up leasing a 2015 GMC Terrain with the works for the exact price I expected, No hard sell; all nice people. Nothing but respect both ways, total transparency. Even other shoppers we met were happy with this dealer, their sales agents and their purchases. I've purchased and leased many vehicles and sometimes felt buyers remorse the next day, nothing like that at Freehold Buick GMC and with the best sales professional Mitch Zarrow!!!!!

Picked up my 2015 GMC Terrain from Freehold Buick GMC and could not have been happier. This is the 5th vehicle I purchased from Gary Lewis. Gary is a true professional who takes the pain out of the car buying experience very courteous and knowledgeable with no sales pressure or tricks. Gary is a man of his word - you don't find that from many (if any) car dealers these days. After a test drive, I determined what features I wanted in my Terrain. Freehold didnt have one in stock with all the features I was looking for but Gary quickly located one from another dealer and had it at Freehold within a day. When I arrived for delivery, the car and paperwork were all ready and closing process was quick and painless not to mention a great deal on the vehicle. From my first contact with Gary Louis my experience was a pleasure. His product knowledge was what convinced me to purchase a GMC vehicle. When I asked for a special hard to find color of the vehicle that I was interested in, Gary said no problem. Within a short period of time and a lot of diligence Gary was able to find the exact vehicle that I wanted. When were finalizing the purchase Gary recommended a rebate that I was not aware of, and appreciate the fact that he had my interest in mind. Ordered a 2015 GMC Canyon from them. Because of thier high GMC volume, my truck got built in 3 weeks. When GM "lost" my truck they went above and beyond to get it found and expidited to me. Picked up my ordered 2015 GMC Canyon from Freehold today and I have to say this was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Jack, our Salesman and Bruce the Sales Manger from the first time we met them, Professional, Courteous and worked hard to make us happy. We were in the Costco Auto Program which told us our dealer was on the other side of NJ. Looking to test drive the new Canyon and not finding any at any closer dealer, we stopped into Freehold to test drive a vehicle, not intending to buy. After the test drive I explained to Jack that we had just wanted to test drive and that we had our deal with another dealer. Jacks words were "My sales manager wants to sell trucks and he will not let you walk out with matching or beating your other offer." True to his word they matched the offer in short order and we left a deposit on an ordered to our specifications SLT. the estimated delivery time was 6 to 8 weeks. This is the part of the story where the excellent customer service of Freehold came into play. As the truck got built in a relatively short 3 weeks (due to an excellent allocation (due high sales volume) this dealer has that gets your order place ahead of most other dealers in the country, something that is very important), I thought we would have our truck in the 6 maybe 7 weeks, life is good. Then the lost truck saga started. GM is trying hard to improve quality of the vehicles they build and does not want trucks being delivered to customers that have defects. My truck and thousands of others (Check out coloradofans.com forums) got stored while GM inspected and reinspected. Finding out about this (GM did not inform the dealers) I kept Jack and Bruce updated as to what i was finding out. They beat the bushes on their end to expedite my truck and they kept me informed and updated. In my discussions with others in a similar situation I found that the effort that they put in to get my truck to me was way above what other dealers across the country were doing for their customers. When my truck finally got here (Picked it up 12 weeks to the hour from the order date) they again expedited the delivery process. And at every step of the process they treated my wife and I great. My only regret in this process was that we do not have another car to buy from them. I cannot recommend these two guys and this dealership enough. I look forward to purchasing other vehicles from them in the future.

Just purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500. Love the truck and I want to truly say this was one of the best dealing that I had with buying a new car. Davd DeJong was truly a professional salesman. I was not presssured to buy my truck. He gave me many options on financing the truck. The truck came with many options and he explained them all to me. The 40 gallon tank was filled before I left and he also paid for 60 minutes of OnStar phone service and 3gb of WiFi. The Freehold dealership has good reviews for a reason because they are professional, not pushy & very informative. Jim Mack, our sales rep went above & beyond through the whole process. It was my first new car in quite awhile I was dreading the whole experience. To my surprise & delight it wasn't an awful experience at all. It was totally the opposite. Jim was very personable & answered all our questions. I felt comfortable & at times actually forgot I was in a dealership. I would certainly buy another vehicle from him. I thought I'd get my keys & go on my merry way, but Jim took the time to help me set up my On Star. He also went through the basics on the dashboard explaining each feature in depth. I visited 3 dealers and my experience at Freehold Buick was awesome. My salesperson, Jack Cordero was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I was making an informed choice. He was patient and explained the entire process. I never felt pressured or put on the defensive concerning the price I wanted. The Manager Mike went out of his way to help me purchase the vehicle of my choice, he even allowed me to take the vehicle home to show my family before I closed the deal. The Finance Manager was awesome as well, loved his dog Bella! He explained all of the additional coverages to me and did not pressure me to take anything I was not comfortable with. Arnold, the Internet Salesman, immediately made us feel comfortable, and took us for a test drive. Arnold helped us decide on the right car. Gary, the sales manager, relieved our anxieties and assured us that Freehold GMC wanted us to become part of their family, and would help us in every aspect. Our salesman, Paul Serle was excellent. Recently purchased a GMC Acadia from Bruce Greenstein and he made the buying experience such an easy process. There was no pushing to get more of a car then i needed. I was having some problems with my 2002 Envoy and stopped by the dealership to schedule an appointment to have the four wheel drive fixed. When I arrived I decided to look at their used car inventory. Joe Faruolo came outside to introduce himself and to ask me to let him know if I had any questions. Unlike many salesman I have dealt with in the past his was polite and not the least bit pushy. After looking at a few vehicles, I spoke to Joe again, asked a few questions about the SUVs I had looked at and told him what I was looking for. He showed me a Mountaineer that had recently been traded-in. After a test drive and reviewing the Carfax, I decided I could not pass up a great deal for a great SUV. I drove away in the Mountaineer within an hour and a half of arriving at the dealership. I received a call later that evening informing me that because the car had just arrived at the dealership they had not had time to have their mechanics check over the vehicle and change the oil. The next day, without an appointment I returned to the dealership. Within 45 minutes they checked the car, changed the oil and I was back on the road. Great customer service! I highly recommend the dealership and Joe in particular.

I spotted a used car that I was interested in at Freehold Buick GMC. I contacted Arnold Marchesi, the internet sales manager, who was quite friendly on the phone. I went to see the car and was pleasantly surprised that he was even nicer in person. I dealt with Dave de Jong as the salesperson, and again I was treated very nicely. Upon purchasing the car, Dave took the time to set the compass, activate the Sirius XM and the Onstar, and explain everything that I needed to know. I can highly recommend Freehold Buick GMC.

Top ratings to Freehold Buick-GMC and Joe Faruola in particular. Joe took me out for a couple of test drives in the Buick Lacrosse, and allowed me to take my time to determine if I liked the car with no pressure. When it came time to talk numbers I found Joe and the dealership to be very responsive to my needs, and they did everything they could to make the deal work for me. There were none of the typical car selling games that I have often found so aggravating at other dealers. Just straight talk and willingness to get the deal done. I am very pleased. And the Buick Lacrosse stands up to any large luxury car on the market today. I recommend them to all.

I recently made my first car purchase, and going into it I was worried about the typical "car salesman" fiasco I was going to have to deal with. The Freehold dealership really proved me wrong and made getting a care a fun and pleasant experience. Mitch, along with ALL of the staff, took such great care of me throughout the entire process and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The deal that they gave me was unbeatable, as I took it to another dealer who couldn't even come close to matching their price. The patience, knowledge, friendliness, and effort at this dealership surpass anything I could have ever imagined. I don't care where I live- all of my future car purchases will come from them. Mitch went above and beyond, even taking time during his day off to find me my perfect car. Despite him knowing that I would have purchased a car that they currently had in their lot, he went out of his way to find me the exact car that I wanted from another site without charging any additional fees. After the deal was done and everyone said their goodbyes, I was ecstatic about my car purchase but a little sad to leave the dealership since I had enjoyed my time there so much and felt as though everyone treated me as a friend rather than just another customer. Joe Faruolo made this process a seamless experience for us. We told him the model we wanted, the options we preferred, and the price range in which we wanted to stay and he took less than one business day to find an exact match to our wants and needs. He was reliable, honest, and dedicated to provide us with a great experience. He worked hard to find all the rebates, etc. that we qualified for and he/the dealer were able to provide us with a few options to keep our monthly payments within the desired price range. We walked into the dealership never having been here before. Met immediately and within a minute were introduce to Dave de Jong. We talked about the type of veh we were looking for (certified Pre owned GMC Acadia) and what we could pay. Dave reviewed his list of vehicles and came up with our car. It was pouring outside so Dave drove the car into the garage for our review. He explained the vehicle to us ie:age, miles, ammenities. We had already done some research on the GMC Acadia as to approx what we should pay. The price asked was right in the ball park No back and forth no haggling. We then sat down to discuss our payment options and within about 5 mins we had a new car. We picked the car up 2 days later as this one had just come in and needed some prep work. Dave took time to go over all the car info and helped us set up on star and XM. We would recommend this dealership to anyone we know looking for a vehicle. This was my first experience with Freehold Buick/GMC. I had never been to this dealership before, and we were immediately greeted by a friendly face. The Manager, Bruce Greenstein was working with another customer, but took the time to make sure we were properly taken care of. Bruce gave us over to Mike Whyno, who was free. Mike helped us find the right vehicle for what we were looking for. We knew we wanted the GMC Acadia, and initially, we wanted the SLT-2 model, but ending up getting the Acadia Denali. Between Mike and Bruce, they found the car as we wanted it equipped, and gave us a great price so we could purchase that vehicle. I picked up the car on Saturday, and Mike took the time to go over everything about the vehicle with me. I was very pleased with the service, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. My wife and look forward to a long standing relationship with this dealer, as we feel very comfortable there. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who has previously gone to a "pushy" dealer, or dealer where the sale seems more important than the people making the purchase itself. Not once did I feel pressure by anyone, and anyone and everyone there was than willing to answer any questions I had. Check it out and see for yourself!

My salesman at Freehold Buick was Mike Whyno. He was outstanding. I could only compare it to going to a spa. Mike made sure I was 100% aware of all the features of my new car, and was especially happy to share a feature that I had for three years that I had not known about. The Auto Start feature was something that I had never used on my old vehicle, and Mike made me aware of it. I will always thank him on very cold days! Mike couldn't have been more professional. I purchased a new 2014 GMC Acadia today from Freehold GMC and could not have had a more pleasurable experience! What an extreme difference from the dealerships I went to earlier in the week. Firstly, I called knowing what vehicle I wanted from research on the dealers inventory website. I basically made the deal on the phone, and because I was up front with the description of my trade and the dealer was up front with a no haggling attitude, the price we discussed on the phone was the price I walked out of the dealership paying for my new car. In addition, Bruce the salesman was very low key, attentive and pleasant. He is truly concerned about the experience the customer has at this dealership, and he is more concerned about the customer returning in the future than the deal on the table. I dreaded buying a car because it has always been a trying experience, questioning price, looking over paperwork, hearing one thing and seeing another on the contract. But this dealership doesn't play games and in fact when they didn't have the exact car I saw in the inventor, they gave me the next model up at the same price. Bruce and the finance manager are professionals and couldn't have been more courteous, and up front with all of their disclosures. It's about a 30 minute ride for me to get to the Freehold dealer, but I will certainly go there for service and my next cars, rather than my local dealer who couldn't care less about the customer.

Joe Faruolo is an excellent salesman with exceptional knowledge of the products that he sells. It was my first time leasing a car and Joe made sure I got all the rebates offered. He was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. He was not aggressive and made my first lease experience stress free. Joe was also very organized. When we picked up the car it literally took 20 minutes from beginning to end. All the paperwork was ready and all I needed to do was sign. Everyone else involved in the , from Mike and Bella in Finance to Gary the manager, everyone was pleasant and went above and beyond so that I was able to take my 2014 Acadia home. I look forward to doing business with Joe and the team at GMC in the future.

From the first contact with the dealership, everyone was very nice, accommodating, and low pressure. Our salesman, Paul Serle, was patient, informative, and showed great pride in the vehicles. His honesty and sincerity were greatly appreciated, and played a key role in our decision. After coming from Mercedes, Lexus and Ford dealerships, the experience at Freehold Buick was refreshingly down to earth. It felt more as if they where helping me select and buy a car, instead of selling one to me. This was extremely important and significantly contributed to my decision.For the past 15 years we had repeatedly leased Mercedes and Lexus based on the quality of the vehicles and the focus they place on service. After driving the Buick Enclave, we were sold on the quality and refinement of the vehicle. A key deciding factor was then left to the service. With my wife being a stay-at-home mom with 2 young kids, spending hours in a dealership for maintenance, or days without a car for repairs, is not an option. The overall pleasant sales experience and availability of courtesy cars left us assured that we would be in good hands when it came to maintenance.Lastly, was the price. Our decision for a new car was between the Lexus GX, Acura MDX and the Buick Enclave. For comparable quality and features, the price we got at Freehold Buick made our decision an easy one. We had a pretty bad experience with a local GMC dealer. Can't stand the silly games they play. Called Jeff Morrissey at Freehold GMC and explained what happened. He was very professional, polite and was eager to gain our business. We couldn't be happier with his level of service or with the new 2014 GMC Acadia we drove off in. I have given the below rating for the following reasons re: As a single parent female, it is always daunting when having to do something where a female could sometimes be taken advantage of, I have had that happen , However I am ecstatic to say that Mr. Jimmy Mack was kind, considerate, patient with all my needs, and questions and requests and worked the entire day from 11 AM to approx. 5PM and in his words " we have to get this done" He also said that he appreciated the work that I do as a Home Care Registered Nurse and wanted to help me. Mr. Mack is someone that I wish we had as a family " uncle" there is no better sales person than him. He has a heart as well as a business savvy for making the best deal that I could afford. At the end of the day, when I pointed to the Luxury Sky Blue Terrain and I said " I want that SUV, can you make it happen" as it had all the bells and whistles to make my many hours in the car driving from house to house to provide care comfortable, he made it happen for the monthly fee within my budget. Please give him a raise and a vacation ! He is a true asset to the GMC Brand, as a previous Cadillac owner I am so happy to be back with GMC.

Overall great buying experience, basically it was painless and they provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. I was referred to Bruce Greenstein from a friend who lives in the area after I told him about a bad experience w/ another GMC/Buick dealer in North Jersey. I after a 2o minutes phone call with him, felt at ease and confident enough to drive an hour to meet with him. An hour later I am driving off with a new Arcadia Denali, with a big smile on my face. I entered Freehold GMC without a game plan, I was not completely sure of a vehicle type to look at, lease/buy etc. Mike Whyno sat with me and had a very casual conversation that eventually led to a test drive of an Acadia. Mikes manner was no nonsense and answered the questions I requested of him, (Normally, by this point of an auto dealership visit, I have one foot out the door due to a overly aggressive salesman). I then advised Mike that I would be shopping other brands and would keep in touch, he wished me well and I left on a friendly note. Subsequent conversations with mike produced an offer of an attractive lease deal. Two other friends also did business with Mike and Joe and were happy with the results.The deal was made, all of the office staff that were involved were friendly and professional.I will certainly recommend Mike, Joe and Freehold GMC to potential customers.

My wife and I visited Freehold Buick-GMC this past Saturday (Thanksgiving weekend). We were warmly met by Mike outside while looking at an Acadia. He calmly and quickly had us behind the wheel and led us on a test drive. Mike was informative and very attentive to all our questions. I called and made a service appointment on my Chevy Equinox. I spoke to Frank Cocilovo and brought my vehicle the same day. He said he would have them diagnose the problem and get back to me the same day. Not only did he have my vehicle serviced he had it done under warranty so it did not cost me anything. The vehicle was done the next day and didn't cost me a dime. He showed me professionalism.Thank you Frank, I will be back for service in the future.

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all of the details regarding the vehicle we were interested in. He also provided us with different financing options. He was not pushy and gave us time to discuss our options prior to the deal. What a wonderful experience this has been for me. I talked to 6 different dealerships about leasing a 2014 Enclave. Not one of them came close to the way that Bruce did things. Not only did I get the best price but I was treated with respect, honesty and detailed account on each step that needed to be done. Besides his honesty and knowledge of the Enclave, Bruce went out of his way to help me with other things that I needed to know. The process went exactly as he said it would. And to my great surprise he even got me money on my trade -in then I expected. Another positive was that Bruce was never pushy about add ons. I told him what I wanted and he delievered just as he said he would. No hidden charges when we went to get the car. Overall the whole thing was a real nice experience. BTW, all the salesman there from what I saw in my visits seemed to be very nice and helpful. I would recommend Bruce and this dealership to anybody looking for a good, honest ,fair deal.

From the moment I walked in the door, I wasn't pressured but was greeted in a very friendly manner and shown the vehicle that I was interested in. Once I decided to make the purchase, there was very little need for negotiation as the asking price was fair and I was given a very good price for my very old vehicle. I went to look at a used Mazda 3 that we saw on the internet. The service and response from the salesman Paul went very smoothly. We did not have to hastle with the price of the vehicle. We were looking for a used SUV to comfortable fit our two kids. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by their sales representative, Paul Serle. Paul was very attentive to listening to our needs. He showed use the differences between the vehicles they sell and what he felt would work for us. There was a used GMC Yukon Denali in beautiful condition and low miles which we decided was the right SUV for us. We were leaving for vacation and Paul handled everything for us (price, trade in, paperwork, etc.) and kept in contact while away and then had everything ready upon our return. While Paul was going through the vehicle with us he even felt it was important to add a temporary phone so he picked up the cost as a thank you. The money was $10 but the kindness was worth so much more than that. Thank you!

Arrived in the time I asked for and the salesman I was supposed to meet was on the road with another customer. I dealt with Aaron who promptly took me to see the 2010 GMC Canyon I was interested in. Showed me the truck and answered all my questions with an excellent knowledge of this vehicle. Took it for a test drive and we negotiated price which was very agreeable to both of us. There was no silly haggling the price up and down like I've experienced at other dealerships. I gave him my price and he met it. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership as the go to place for a car be it new or used.

Was looking to expedite the process and the salesman was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. He gave a thorough explanation of options available. Utilized email, text, messaging, and phone conversations prior to first visit to ensure a speedy process. Very friendly sales and office staff.

Jack was honest and easy to work with. Jack allowed us to drive as many models as we wished and allowed us all the time we needed to make a decision. Jack was very knowledgible about the products offered and spend a lot of time explaining to us the features of our new vehicle.

Salesman Paul was so uninterested in anything I had to say when I called three days later to tell him about minor but important issues that needed to be fixed. He rudely dismissed anything I said as if I was ignorant and lacked common sense. Luckily for me the gentleman in service acknowledged the issue. I just hope he is there if next time I encounter a problem. Would not recommend dealership due to salesman's poor customer service/inability to back up his word of my satisfaction.

I attempted to buy a vehicle from this dealer, but my wife and I were completly turned off by the experience. The salesmen were non responsive, appeared to be disinterested, and did not return my calls. We subsequently purchased a vehicle from another dealer. I will not darken their door again

Jason, I purchased a 05 Scion Tc from Freehold Buick GMC. I have never in my entire life seen such great customer service. Mike was happy to meet my offer because i pointed out reasonable flaws in the car. Everyone in this dealership was friendly. I felt no pressure and he gave me $20 in gas Free =D. Jason (Brooklyn)
