For an industry that needs to be proactive in talking and responding to their customers or potential customers, taking 4 days to respond to an inquiry on a vehicle is sad. And when they get around to it - start the conversation off with not 'How do you do, my name is such and such, from so and so, and we received your inquiry for such and such vehicle - are you still interested, and if so how may I help you?', but rather, 'hey this is unintelligible name, from so and so, and when are you going to come in to look at this vehicle' - PURE Rude. Poor salesmanship. Not aligned with helping customers and inviting them to come visit. And LATE! Would have had a sale - but since they took 4 days - they lost the 'race'. Every dollar counts - every customer counts.

Our salesman, Fawad Gardizi, provided excellent customer service and was upfront and comfortable to work with. Fawad took every opportunity to explain the process to us, which was important to us, since it had been many years ago for purchasing a new car. He was especially patient and thorough with showing us the features of our car before and after the purchase. I'm so happy with my new 2014 Cherokee, it's a beautiful car. He was more then helpful by showing me 4 different cars! until we found the features i was looking for, most dealers I had been to before would not even open one unless I said i was looking to buy rite there and then. I had a terrific experience buying a car from this dealership not to mention a great price. John Basir was very helpful and his sales manager Carlos worked with me to resolve several issues that I encountered after I bought the vehicle. When was heading home from the dealership with the car I got a flat tire that was caused by a defective rim. John and Carlos made sure that I quickly got a replacement tire and rim. I went in to look at a used car and the sales man "John Basir" really took care of me. He helped me with every thing I needed, so much that the following week I brought my dad in to buy a 2015 jeep and just like John took care of me he gave great service to my dad as well. Even weeks after I purchased my used car i had a issue with the battery and John took care of it free of charge. Had a great experience here. Will definitely come back when I'm ready to trade up.

It was a pretty straight forward experience. Erick Catalan called me up when I expressed interest in buying a Chrysler 200, he asked for details about what features I wanted, then he emailed me with a few matching cars on their lot. I made an appointment ahead of time, Erick had the car I wanted parked near the entrance for me and then we drew up the paper work. All the financial details I asked for, he was able to accommodate. The car aside, actually doing the paperwork is the biggest hassle in my opinion. I'm not really the smartest guy when it comes to that sort of thing, but Erick and a few others at the lot made it as simple as it could possibly be. Like I said, it was a straight forward transition from having my little brother drive me to the lot all the way up to me riding back home in a new car.

I've been shopping for a new car for a while now. After experiencing pushy sales people at other dealerships, Ace was a breath of fresh air! He wasn't pushy and was patient as I test drove a number of cars and took time to answer my questions. He even came in on his day off to help me out! I do know recommend this dealer. I have bad experience I buy BMW 335I the car have few problem when I tell the owner or manager to repair the car the tell I have to pay 50% on part and labor. when I pay cash for the car. when I go back to the dealer to get the titles dealer don't have the tittles they want me to wait few more days to get the tittle. when from the beginner I tell this car I will shipping to South Korea I will need the title they said no problem I will the titles by the time you shipping you car. I cant no shipping the car and I lose money and time. we this dealer. BEST BRAND SERVICE.

Since DGDG of fremont is our neighbor, my name is Gabriel from Nijo Castle Japanese restaurant. One day, it was a time for me to purchase a new car, so I walked into this dealer (One of the most annoying part where you meet the salesman) I was greeted by Chafi "John" Zafar. The first thing I noticed was his most warming personality. He was very nice man. I felt very confident and was treated professionally. Whenever you go to any dealer, you can actually smell the salesperson trying to squeeze every little ounce of you, but Chafi was a rare breed. No matter how long I asked him about the car, options, he was always there for your service. Actually, I purchased two cars from him. First was my 2012 Chrysler 300 srt8 and now 2014 Jeep wrangler Rubicon unlimited with factory 3.5" lift and 37" tires. Very good prices, I'm a research junky and I know they gave me a awesome deal. It started out as just price searching online and asking a few questions and Michael Cooper was very professional and informative and did what he could to do answer all my questions and after awhile of answering my questions made an appt. to come in and check out a 2014 Dodge Charger. Michael then turned me over to Daniel Goff to show me to the different models and answer more of my questions, he was very nice and had a lot of helpful information to help me out. When I decided on the car that I was interested in Choch Salas helped me with the Financial forms and everything was done in a very timely manner and they were kind enough to give me a free first tank of gas as well. Richard Shepard is an excellent salesman/consultant. I found a truck for sale online, and called 4 or 5 times with different questions about it since I live 2 hours away. Mr. Shepard patiently answered all of my questions, and even made trips out to the lot to get answers for me. I decided to drive down and look at the truck. Mr. Shepard went out to the lot and brought the truck to the front of the dealership so I didn't have to walk to see the truck. When he brought it to me, he gave me the keys, and backed off and gave me space to check it out on my own. He was never pushy, but was available to answer questions that I had. I decided to make an offer, and there was no hassle, and no haggle. They accepted my offer, and I drive away in less than 2 hours. Overall excellent experience.g

I have purchased over fifteen new cars and trucks for business and pleasure in the past. My experience with Chip Rosen, at Fremont CDJR, was by far the best of all. First and foremost, Chip is a people person who places your needs and concerns above just making another sale. He is patient, listens to questions and responds in a very personable and professional way. When it comes down to the transaction, Chip works hard to provide the lowest possible price on the first quote. In fact we made our deal over the phone for a truck that was at another dealership 60 miles away. The next day, Chip called and said the truck had been transported to Fremont CDJR and was ready for us. We concluded the deal and I have to note that we were not overwhelmed with extras or add-ons. As my wife stated later, "Chip is a rock star" and I concur.

Buying a new car can be stressful enough, but when its your first new car and you are doing it on your own you need to feel as confident about your decision as possible. I find this dealer okay when buying but not so if a warranty problem comes up like mine with some bad / missing paint from the factory. I was told when I brought it in for its first service that I waited to long and they could not repair it and it would now be up to the manufacture W.T.H. is that!!! See i only had about 7,000 miles on it then and now only have about 12,000 so lets see no paint in areas of hood sorry no can fix yet they sold it this way and also it had been hit at some time before i Bought it in the rear and that repair looks like a home done but we did not know what were doing job! Now when i took it in for service all was well tell I brought up the paint deal other wise I would say about an average dealership but one that needs a bit of work on customer service and really needed when were talking new autos here with under 10,000 miles lets get real DGDG! Next time I buy an auto I will think twice before buying here and also about any Dodge / Chrysler with out going over it with a fine tooth comb before ten miles are driven as any more and you will be denied warranty repair work even tho its plain and simple a manufacture mess up and poor quality control / workmanship!!!!!!! All this with a less then one year old auto! Rethinking my ownership of a Dodge / Chrysler because of this one! Thinking about trading in and getting a ____ as this is the second time I have Bought a new Dodge / Chrysler and both now have left me with a bitter taste. If the dealer's want to treat customers like this after the sale then its no sale to me from now on!!!!!

I have purchased (2) vehicles from this dealership in the last 8 months. The 1st was a 55k Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn 4x4 truck. I had to find the truck myself since the general manager I was working with didn't know how to search for vehicles on the Dodge website. I sent them the truck I wanted and they drove it down from Northern CA. I put down 30k and financed the balance. The finance guy tried to get me to go with extended warranty and finance through them, which was more expansive. I gave them a pass for the first transactions. 6 months later, I order from the factory, a Dodge work van. This was a special order do to it being configured for business use. I awaited 5 weeks to get. Once I came in to pick up the van, it was not ready as promised. It was direct, had to tell them 3 different times to clean. Then the same finance guy told me my credit was not that good and could only get me a loan through Alley Finance. I was happy, but went with it. Couple days later found out that I got burned on the loan, my credit score was 800+. The Dodge van I ordered from the factory special someone drove $200 miles on it. When I called to claim about the issues they offered me free car wash and oil change. Bottom line, don't buy cars for DGDG (Del Grande Dealership Group) They are dishonest and you will be sorry !!!

I wish I can give them ZEROOOOO. We bought a used minivan from the dealer. The entire buying experience was good. They told us they had a COMPREHENSIVE inspection of the car. HOWEVER, after two weeks, we had a transmission failure on the road driving at about 45 mph. At first, we noticed that we cannot speed up, and then the car was totally out of control. Luckily, other cars on the road gave us enough time and space to pull it off the road. If not, we cannot imagine what would happen. We had the ENTIRE family on board including my mother-in-law, my husband and my half year old daughter. My husband and I complained to the manager about the problem via email. We need an explanation. How could it be possible? We wonder how they can say that you have the inspection to guarantee the safety of us driving the car and all of a sudden, the transmission failed totally. He did not yet reply to us. I have to say we do not use the car for long distance drive. We drove it for commuting from home to work and the average is like 10 miles per day. I consider it as a very mild use of a car. So word of advice, never trust them about the inspection. If you wanna buy used cars from them or any other dealer, try to get an independent inspection on your side. I will never ever buy any car from the dealership who concealed or not even checked (highly doubt) the most important safety issues of the car from their customers and I will warn all of my friends stay away from them. Advice to the dealer: it's life in the car!

I found a 2011 Kia Optima online here. Hard car to find in my area with the bells and whistles I wanted. Nevertheless, I didn't have a ride out there. The salesman offered to pick me up from my house which is 30 plus miles away and bring me back. That was just one of the many things done which I found wonderful. Would definitely recommend someone purchasing a car from there.
