Buying a new car can be stressful, but Fremont Toyota staff are always courteous, laid back, and very helpful. Adam Trujillo was able show me a wide selection, offer an attractive package, and have the vehicle for me in less than a week. I feel that the entire Fremont Toyota team worked together to make my experience pleasant. I appreciate that I don't have to travel out of county or state to find a vehicle. These guys work for there customer and the community. I had a situation with my purchase, specifically my trade-in was totaled the day my new truck came on the lot. These guys worked with me and were extremely patient. It took two months for the situation to resolve but through it all these guys stuck by me and let me use a demo truck. I hate to even think how I would have been treated with this situation by an out of town dealer. On top of that this dealership contributes mightely to our communities causes. You just can't beat the support we get from this dealer as a communit y and a consumer. Thank you!

All went smooth on a long-distance purchase. Much of the transaction was done thru email and telephone conversations. Plenty of photographs of my car were emailed to us and final inspection was done when my car was delivered to a spot that was three hours closer than if We drove to dealership. Follow-up conversations were received from our salesman, Matt Romer to be sure all went as represented. I recommend Lander Toyota without any hesitation.

I called Matt and gave him a run down of what kind of truck our grandson wanted for his first vehicle! Matt searched it places that I had not and found not only the perfect truck , but in the exact price range we were looking ! He then had it delivered the next day so that we could drive over and have a look. He had also sent us photos as to no surprises! When we arrived Matt was polite and kind, we never felt pressured . An honest, friendly, personable car salesman without sales pressure? Unbelievable!! But, that was our experience working with Matt at Fremont Toyota, Lander. We were looking for a specific "Limited" Toyota Tundra which was short on availability. Matt was patient with our many questions, explaining all the new features of the 2014 Tundra, laid-back with no sales pressure, and very personable and respectful. After a full day on the sales lot, we sealed the deal and had our new truck. We made a new friend with Matt, and plan to buy another Toyota in the near future for my wife. Natalie was amazing. Super kind and positive throughout the whole process. Got me into a nice vehicle with affordable payments and that had to take tenacity because my credit is not great. Price matter to them as much as me and they made the effort to put us in the vehicle we wanted as well as needed. Natalie has served as our dealer on 3 occasions. She is awesome to work with and we have complete trust in her ability to be more than fair. We will always talk to Natalie before we purchase or trade in on a vehicle. Matt and Corky worked hard to make sure the deal would work for what we needed. I traded in a Toyota Sequoia that I absolutely loved and we were able to lease a Highlander and a Tacoma for a payment that worked for our budget. We love the vehicles! Matt is a fabulous salesman and is willing to go above and beyond to help his people get the deal that works for them. I have no plans to drive anything but Toyota products, we love ours! I went to Fremont Toyota in Lander WY with no idea of what I was looking for, all I knew was that I needed a good vehicle. Layla was my sales woman and she took me under her wing and showed me everything that she had available. I have never owned a Toyota before and she was very helpful with every question that I asked. Layla sold me a Toyota Tacoma and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend Layla to all my friends!

I was searching for a new Tacoma and had contacted several dealerships within a 200 mile radius because I live far from any Toyota dealer. Layla at Fremont Lander Toyota was by far more responsive to my requests (without ever being annoyingly pushy) than other sales person I contacted. In fact I drove away in exactly the truck I wanted within the week, before other dealerships had even gotten back to me.Corky the finance manager was friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain the various optional warranties etc. available, but was ever pushy about trying to up sell options or coverage.I feel that the team at Fremont recognized that I knew exactly what I wanted and the terms that I was willing to meet in order to get it and left it at that, rare and refreshing from a car dealer. Overall it was a very pleasant transaction without any seedy car salesman feel to it. I will definitely continue to go to Fremont Lander for further needs even though the location is farther from where I live than other Toyota dealers.

I had just gotten into an accident that totaled my vehicle. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and had specific needs. Those needs were addressed when I went to the Fremont Toyota dealership. It was incredibly affordable for me and working with the sales staff was excellent. Didn't think I would be walking out happier with my new car than my totaled one. I was at the dealership on other business when I chanced to ask Conrad if they had any used Sienna mini-vans available. He said yes, but it had literally just come in from a local trade. We looked at it anyway and I said I'd be back in a few days after it was detailed. I came back, talked to Conrad and we arrived at a tentative price. My wife and I took the vehicle home for the evening, then went back the next day. We loved the vehicle but were not 100% happy with the deal. We entered into further talks and they discounted the minivan a bit more, at which time we said we agreed. Hai (Sales Mgr) did the paperwork with us and he was terrific also. We love the van and have already taken a 400 mile trip in it. A win-win situation!

I went out to the sale that Fremont Motors was having at Wind River Casino just to simply see what could happen. I was not happy with my current vehicle, and just wanted to see what the possibility was, if any, of getting a new car. The moment I walked on the lot, Natalie Corcgimiglia greeted my Girlfriend and I with a smile. From that moment until the sale was completed, I did not feel pressured or stressed in any way whatsoever. Natalie did an amazing job explaining things to us and she went out of her way to make sure that I was informed and comfortable with every step the process took. I went from just wondering to purchasing a 2014 Toyota Camry all in the process of one day. I could not be happier! I have worked with other Dealerships in the Fremont Motors family before, but after this experience with Natalie and the team at Fremont Toyota, I can say with all confidence that they have any and all of my business exclusively. I have been a customer of the Fremont Toyota dealership in Lander for nearly 20 years. Because of their friendly and professional services in the past, (concerning my previous purchases (2003 Toyota tundra & 2006 Rav-4) I have come to expect a good deal and continued excellent service when I decided to purchase a new 2014 Toyota. I made contact with salesman Conrad Thain who introduced my wife and I to the new line of Toyotas, we compared them to similar makes and models , we made the decision to stay with Fremont Toyota, not only because of the quality of the vehicles but because of the helpfulness and friendly service, especially when salesman Adam Trujillo helped us to decide on a new 2014 Toyota Tacoma, with all the added complimentary service packages. Our choice had to be transported in from another dealer and we received it within three days of making our choice. We rate Adam as one of the best sales representatives we have had the privilege of knowing.

After getting the run-around from another dealership, I decided to contact Fremont Toyota. It was the best experience buying a vehicle. The atmosphere was great. The whole process of buying the vehicle was stress free. The salesman was so friendly, as was everyone that we talked with. I highly recommend Fremont Toyota for those looking for a vehicle, and if I ever need another, that is where I will do my business.

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from this dealership because the salesman (Adam Trujillo) has been really good to work with. When we bring a vehicle in for routine maint. Adam makes sure we have a loner vehicle to drive while we are in Lander. We have found this dealership to be honest and accommodating and the service department to be very good.

Fremont Toyota is the best dealership I have worked with. The salesman were great to work with and go above and beyond to fill your needs. The employees in the Finance Department were also very good to work with strive to please the customer. Overall what a great Dealership and great bunch of Employees. Also My Son and his family purchased a Toyota pickup and Daughter and her family purchased a Toyota Camary, all in the month of March.

Conrad was excellent, friendly, helpful. I feel he really went out of his way to help me get into a newer vehicle. I showed up in an old beater with a heater, greasy jeans (from working on said beater) and was treated like family; by Conrad and everyone I came in contact with. I'm really pleased with my vehicle and the service. Next time I need to purchase a vehicle, I will undoubtedly come to Fremont Toyota first!

I am always so pleased with the service that I receive at Fremont Toyota in Lander. I have known Corky Ayers for a very long time and I always know that whenever I have a problem with something that I can call him and he will always do his best to help me get the best result possible. Even though he is not a salesman anymore he still dropped everything and got me exactly what I needed and wanted and in a very fast time. I am always able to call or text him whenever I want or need and he will give me the best answer he can. Whenever I go into Fremont Toyota I am always greeted with smiles and friendly service by everyone that works there. This is the only dealership that both myself and my family will go to. Corky Ayers has helped out my family tremendously and have made our lives a lot easier with our newly purchased vehicle. I am working on my credit and my previous vehicle was through the credit acceptance program and he did everything in his power to get me financed through a bank which I never thought was possible but with my credit improving he made it happen. We will be looking into purchasing a truck next year and I know without hesitation that we will want to go through Corky and I know that I can trust him to place us in the hands of an amazing salesman to finish the job which he did with our purchase today which was Adam Trujilio. I highly recommend Fremont Toyota to anyone they are such a well rounded business that will always put their customers needs first.

The quality of service I expect after the point-of-sale is of paramount importance to me as a consumer. To this end, I can say with conviction that the quality of service I receive from Fremont Toyota not only meets but exceeds my expectations. I say this for several reasons. First, the service department works hard to accommodate my needs when I call to make a service appointment. When parts need to be ordered, the staff does so in a timely manner. When I show for a scheduled appointment, I am greeted at the door to the service department before being shown to a comfortable, well appointed waiting area. If the appointment is to take a consider amount of time, I am always offered shuttle services.Second, Fremont Toyota employs well trained technicians who have never failed to accurately diagnose and expertly repair the issues I have presented them. Their work is always done right the first time!Finally, every visit to the service department leaves me with an expertly washed and vacumed vehicle. I drive away from the service department knowing that the staff has provided me with dependable, quality service.

The folks at Fremont Toyota really went above and beyond for us. We were looking for a new Tundra and Corky was very accomodating. He made the process very quick and easy. The staff at Fremont Toyota are to notch. They did not pressure use into buying. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and great customer service.

The service department was no good! It took forever for a simple head gasket fix (almost a month!) and not only that, they were rude to us every time we tried to contact them. We had to initiate the communication, for example, we were on the way to pick up the car, called to check in, and then they let us know it wasn't actually ready. Not impressed, Fremont Toyota.

I had been researching a new rig and decided to pull the trigger. I had contacted many dealerships looking for the best price. This dealership said they would match or beat any price. They couldn't get within $1,500 of the best price and tried to lay the guilt trip on me for not buying local. If they could have gotten to within a few hundred $ I would have done it. I wanted to support this dealership. I have been impressed with their service department but I will now never purchase a vehicle from them.
