Drove 50 minutes to specifically get our Nissan Rogue serviced at Friendly Ford. We knew that we had some major issues that needed repair in the near future and had received some estimates near our home. Friendly Ford not only gave us an honest assessment of the vehicle's needs but gave us an estimate that was hundreds below others. I dropped the vehicle off and they called to alert me of the issues, cost and time estimates. On that 50 minute ride back home I could already tell a huge different after repairs. The car now drives like new and we saved a time of money. Friendly Ford has a great reward program, which puts a percentage of what you paid in an account to use on oil changes and such. Thanks so much to John, Ryan and the Gang for Your Great work. Highly recommended!

I would just like to share my experience of excellence in customer service from the Friendly Ford ,Geneva NY facility! They all did an outstanding job at making our experience all that it should be, with the utmost respect, care and concern as customers. I would like to, however, state that there was one person who, in my opinion, went above and beyond! That person is Kevin Greenlee! Not only did he show us courteous, professional behavior but also made us feel welcomed as friends and people who matter not just as dollar signs from a dual sale! From the start we were greeted with kindness and almost as a part of an extended family! In the down time of waiting for paperwork we did not just talk about vehicles. We also talked about music concerts and the best places to go camping! He made us feel like real people with lives that matter! The salesman (Kevin Greenlee) was very personable, down to earth and he didn't try to shove a vehicle down my throat like ive had at other dealerships. He worked with me on what he could do. buying process gets a 4 star only due to the length of time it took that day to buy the truck. was very busy that day, but the length of time was a little excessive. quality of repairs was a sore subject due to me not knowing that due to the wheelbase of my truck there is a manufacturer defect that is not totally fixable with the driveshaft. with this being said the entire friendly ford team has been nothing but helpful and personable, working with my schedule at work and going above and beyond by simply washing my truck every time it has come in for repairs. Everyone has had bad or good experiences with certain dealerships, ive bought from 3 different places in the last 3 years and the best experience I have had was from friendly ford. I recommend coming to see Kevin Greenlee if you are interested. Maybe if you are lucky you could win the $1,000.00 test drive like I did!

I AM CURRENTLY LEASING A 2014 F-150 FROM FRIENDLY AND HAD A TIRE GO DOWN ON 20 NOV 2015. I INSTALLED THE SPARE AND SINCE I WAS ONLY 10 MILES AWAY I DECIDED TO BRING THE FLAT TO THE DEALERSHIP. GOOD DECISION. SINCE ALL THE TECHS WERE BUSY SERVICE MUST HAVE REDIRECTED ONE OF THEM TO MY SITUATION. THE TIRE HAD A BAD PUNCTURE REQUIRING AN INSIDE PATCH (THEY SHOWED ME). REINSTALLED THE WHEEL/TIRE AND STOWED THE SPARE ( WHICH IS A CHORE) AND I WAS OUT OF THERE IN SHORT ORDER. GOOD MORALE ALL AROUND.

They will only complete a sale if you promise to give them a good review... After some misleading conversations and after changing the negotiated price, I let Mark and Bob know that I was not happy. It is a long story, but the short of it is they refused to complete the sale unless I promised to give them a 100% positive review on the Ford survey. They actually pressured me to do it and, again, refused to honor a negotiated deal even after I made the down payment. Horrible that they wouldn't complete the transaction and live with the result of their service. The funny thing is, I went to another Ford dealership and made a deal on the same vehicle ($250 more in MSRP). I was out of the other dealership in an hour and actually saved $40/month over what Friendly Ford told me was their rock bottom price. Friendly went so far as to say they were loosing money on the deal. Interesting that the other dealer never mentioned their profit/loss and charged me significantly less.

My Fiance and I worked with Shea at Friendly Ford. We were looking for something semi-specific and within a budget. We stopped at nearly every other dealership in the area, and with the exception of one other, we were thoroughly disappointed with the quality of service. From high-end dealers to small, side of the road dealers, it was evident to us that the Customer Service in car buying has become a thing of the past. It really was quite sad. Our final stop was at Friendly Ford to talk to Shea, upon a referral from a friend of mine. After a few hours, pretty typical for buying a new car, we walked away with what she wanted and for a price we were both happy with. The vehicle has had to go back for a couple small repairs since, but Friendly Ford has been completely accommodating, providing rental cars and doing whatever they need to in order to make things right. I never really thought I'd be able to 5-star a dealership, as I tend to nit-pick the little things, but these guys have really stepped up and have definitely found a long time customer in us. Thank You Shea, and the Friendly Ford Team.

What a wonderful car buying experience!! I found the truck I wanted online and came all the way from Birmingham, AL to Geneva, NY to purchase it. The entire staff at Friendly Ford couldn't have been more helpful in this entire transaction. My salesman was Austin Allen and he went above and beyond to make sure the truck was exactly how I wanted it. They added a bed liner, changed the running boards, removed the Tonneau cover, got the vehicle Pre-Owned Certified through Ford and many other things to make sure I was completely satisfied. While at the dealership I had the opportunity to meet the Sales manager, Ben Austin, the General Manager, Jeff McKee, and also the Finance Director, Elizabeth. I came into Friendly Ford looking for a small pick up. I was met by Austin Allen from sales; Austin showed me what was available on the lot and clearly explained the advantages of various sizes and models. He answered my questions fully and suggested options I would need. One of the best things about this discussion was that Austin 'listened to understand' what I needed. After I chose my pick up, Austin helped with all the paperwork; the staff at Friendly Ford was excellent at getting all the details for the sale completed. The service department was meticulous in their sale inspection and took care of all the details to prep the car before I drove it off the lot. I have been to friendly ford geneva a long time. Lee Ward is the most professional and great salesman. We have gotten a lot of vehicles from him and every experience was a A+. Not only have we got a vehicle and now my kids.. Lee is a great salesman and there is times he will even check up to see how we are doing and even to wish us a holiday. To me that says something !!!. Jeff McKee was also great and does a great job as well !!. Not too many places you walk into and they treat you like family and they do. Not only will I continue to go here but as long as they are there my family will as well. They are the greatest and couldn't see going anywhere else. Just like fsmily...our friendly family !!!!!!

I just purchased a brand new Ford Explorer XLT from Friendly Ford in Geneva NY this past Friday. The experience was nothing less than awesome. No pressure sales and the staff was very knowledgeable. Austin, who was my salesman really knew his stuff and I was surprised to find out he had only been there for 5 months.Elizabeth in finance was also very helpful and friendly. Friendly Ford in Geneva went above normal standards, to help my family find the right vehicle for our needs. We walked in looking for a newer van with low miles....... We purchased a 2010 GMC Terrain. A vehicle that we would of walked by in a car lot. Phil Wheeler had us test drive this Terrain and showed us all the room that would benefit the family. We needed the payment to stay about the same as what we were paying. Between Jeff McKee and Ben in the finance dept. They made that happen. Friendly Ford works well as a team, " A Family" is more like it. This spring we are planning on upgrading my husbands car..... We will be calling Friendly Ford in Geneva and asking for Phil wheeler!! I LOVE my new car! THANK YOU FRIENDLY FORD!!!!

I had recently gone to Frindly Ford to look at vehicles. The salesman who had helped me was named Grant and was extremely knowledgable and helpful in my overall experience. He treated me with respect and didn't push me into buying something that I wasn't comfortable with (like other dealerships I had been to prior to this one). They actually seem to care about you as a person as opposed to caring only about their commission.

I purchased my vehicle from Friendly Ford in May of last year. I had the pleasure of working with salesman Will Stenz. I was fairly apprehensive about the experience because I had never purchased a vehicle before and of course have heard the car-salesman horror stories we've all heard before. Will was great, he never took advantage of the fact that I was a first time car buyer, and was nothing but helpful. I explained to him the kind of payment I wanted, and the specifications I was looking for and he picked out a few vehicles for me to test drive. We were able to work out an excellent payment for the first car he had picked for me, after test driving a few other choices. 8 months later, I've had no issues with the car and had great service when I needed maintenance work done. Everyone seems very honest and friendly. 5 stars for you!

Horrible overall experience. Found the facility and management down right terrible however the salesman was great. Salesman admitted that the general manager was clueless about current lease programs. 200 dollar a month difference on the same exact truck compared to Summit Ford. Needless to say I will never go back and will keep my business in Auburn.

Yes there was a little "wealing and dealing" with total price and financing, but the people in the sales department were some stand up guys, Lee especially. It was great to see some follow up after my purchase to check if I was satisfied. A free oil change was a great bonus too.
