After looking at new Jeep Renegades at my local dealership without success I went to Friendship and was immediately meet by courteous sales members. We told them what we were interested in and within minutes they brought out several vehicles with the options we wanted in the various colors available to one location on the lot so we could compare them which was very helpful. Once we decided on a vehicle they gave us a very fair trade in on our old car and provided us with several financing options. In the end we got the exact vehicle we were looking for, a lifetime drivetrain warranty, four free oil changes, a full tank of gas and saved several thousand dollars. Friendship knows how to treat their customers!

I saw a vehicle online I was interested in and called the dealer to see if it was available, they said it was so I told them I would come look at it. My wife and I had looked at a vehicle online and wanted to buy. We were fearful, however, because we would have to wait another week before we could make it to the dealership (we were from out of town). After talking to many helpful people all day long, they were willing to stay late on a Friday afternoon to wait on us. We arrived 45 minutes after they closed, and they greeted us with a smile on their faces and a handshake. I am so thankful for this, I know they could have been at home with their families, but they were there to help us. Even though it was so late, they were in no rush to get us out and on the road. They sat down and explained every detail to us, and even made small talk about other topics. It was a great experience all around, great facilities, and friendly people. They had all of the paper work ready to go, and we were in and out in no time with our new vehicle. Thank you for a great experience, and our great new ride!

My name is Paula Lane and I went to friendship Chrysler jeep dodge in Bristol,Tennessee. I called before I went there to let them know which vehicle I was interested in. When I got there I went to the showroom and was met at the door knew who I was and the vehicle I was looking at. I got mark Phillips and he was great. Got the vehicle ready for me to test drive with my sister and brother-in-law. He went with us and talked and asked if I had any questions. My brother-in-law was looking at other vehicles and showed me the 2016 jeep Cherokee limited. He let us test drive it and was very friendly. When we got back I told him I had changed my mind about which vehicle I liked. He was very helpful in getting prices for me. We went in to his office and he gave us some numbers and what price I was looking at monthly. He was gone for a few minutes and then Tom came over and introduced himself and told me what I was looking at. He was off by he stopped by to see if he could help. After all that I was introduced to Dominic. They all went beyond what I expected at this dealership. They are awesome and I would recommend this dealership. I love my new vehicle.

First time dealing with Friendship CJDR. Very nice facility and easy to find location. First contact was through the internet with Adrielle V. Quick response and very helpful. Was hesitant about the 100+ mile drive to the dealership but I am glad I did. Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and set up with Craig U, salesman. Craig was easy going, friendly, and honest which made the whole process enjoyable. He answered all of our questions and was willing to work with us on the deal. After finding this vehicle on cars.com and noticing it was 377 miles from us, we were hesitant to inquire at first. The price seemed fair and the miles on the vehicle were low, so we called. Tom Jackson is the man to ask for should you choose to contact Friendship CJDR. He "bent over backward" to answer every question we had through calls, emails, and photos. The whole team was friendly, honest and upfront about the vehicle. They even contacted the previous owner so we could talk to them about the vehicle. Not once were we pressured to purchase. As a matter of fact, we were the ones who initiated the negotiation for the vehicle. I'm glad they chose to use cars.com as a tool to advertise or we may not have found the vehicle. And I'm especially happy to have had such a great experience with the Friendship dealers. We would definitely do it again!

Happily, I am still buying new vehicles at age 68 and this is the easiest experience I have ever had. There are no games or tricks just professional advice and support guiding me to my selection. All the staff is friendly and knowledgable. I was able to schedule an appointment for a test drive and was met promptly at the scheduled time. I like being able to use my computer to select the vehicle I want to see and had a quick response. The financing was handled quickly. I wasn't really prepared to trade when I was at Friendship, but Mark provided a tote bag for me to move my belongings from my old car to my new car. I felt like my business was appeeciated and would definitely recommend Friendship for anyone looking for a new automobile.

My mother passed the car lot multiple times on her way to work and would stop in and see the salesman usually on a daily basis about different cars. Eventually she found one that I was interested in as well. Went up to the lot on a Friday test drove the car, the salesman that rode with me was ver knowledgable about the car, had an answer for every question I had. He was friendly and professional. Asked if I was interested in anything else on the lot, which was nice. I scheduled an appointment to come back and look at the car a second time on Saturday. This time it was the first salesman that my mom had been dealing with at the very beginning. He gave us a tag and let us take off and drive the car again. Came back to the lot, discussed price, gave a deposit to hold the car, came back and bought it on Tuesday of the next week. From beginning to end my family and I were satisfied with the service of Friendship.. Bristol and Virginia sides ;)

Mark did an excellent job at managing the chaos of the evening. I called him that afternoon and told him I was coming to buy a Jeep for my daughter and he jumped through hoops to make it happen. The paperwork took longer than expected but everyone was very apologetic and I understand they were overcome by events and folks purchasing vehicles. I had never purchased a vehicle there, but did bring my truck there once several years ago when I was in the Air Force and had some trouble when I was traveling through the area. I haven't bought a car since 2001 and was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. I had a car make and color in mind, found it, drove it, and bought it. These guys are great. I noticed the model of vehicle that I have been eye-balling for awhile now, sitting on their lot. I had to have this car. So, an hour and a half later I took it home! Had been to 2 other Dodge dealers 1 in Kingsport and 1 in Johnson City, neither one of them would match the prices of the Dodge dealers that are 2 hours outside of my area. But then I went to Friendship Dodge in Bristol, showed the prices of other dealers and they help and not just match the price but beat the price. Justin was great and very helpful if you go ask for Justin. Thanks Friendship Dodge for helping me keep my money local and not driving 2 hours down the road for a great deal!

Initially was turned off by the normal pressure you find at car dealerships.."When are you gonna pick it up" seem to be a phrase that is standard among salesman..and Friendship was no different (even 3 locations). That wouldn't be so bad..but when you have not even made a decision weather you want the vehicle or not? That being said. I asked for no phone calls at work please only e-mails..That is a sure way to get (2) calls while your at work. Not tom pleased with that. But that turned around when Justin took the lead and text me (as In asked) and we began the process. I must say that was done very professionally and very courteous. My wife and I came the next day and purchase a car. I am satisfied with the deal and it is a great car. Justin and the sweet receptionist were top notch. She talked to my wife and they had a few laughs. very warm personality. Over all the end was much better than the beginning. Ask for Justin Gross if you go to this dealership..He is a fine, honest young man

I had dealt with 5 other car lots telling them what I'm wanting and how much I wanted to pay.I drove to each and every one with them guaranteeing they can put me into a new vehicle,when leaving everyone all i left with was my self my son and my old truck.I finally tried Friendship and talked with many people there telling them the exact same thing i told every other and also what they all had put me through.Friendship never once tried to make me drive down and waste my time,They would call with what they had for me if I didn't like it they would find another.They dealt with me for a week and called me telling me they had exactly what i needed a 2011 Jeep Patriot with only 72k miles on it.(Trading out of a 1988 f150 with 193k)I went down meet up with Daniel O'Dell nicest guy you could ever meet.He did not try to pressure me into buying the vehicle we went to the main office and no one there would even hesitate to say "Hello" unlike most places once a dealer gets you the others have no use for you.My jeep has been a great vehicle since I got it and I would Greatfully refer anyone to go to them for a New or even a used vehicle.

Friendship knew we were desperate to find another highlander after my daughters crash. Our drive was over an hour. When we arrived the highlander was parked indoors out of the cold temperature so we could look over the vehicle in the warm facility. The staff and sales are friendly, courteous offered beverages after our long drive. We left with a great deal on a Toyota Highlander exactly what we were looking for.

I am overall very satisfied with my purchase of my jeep patriot. I went know what I wanted and it just so happened that it was on the lot. Eric greeted my family and myself as we walked on the lot and he asked questions to make sure he could find me the vehicle I wanted. The but process went well. They went above and beyond to make sure we could get this payment somewhere I could afford. They staff overall was extremely friendly and this was a great experience. When I came in looking for a car I was exhausted and dreading the thought of sitting there for hours. I didn't have hours though, in 2 hours I needed to be at my next job. Justin Gross met me at the door and said he could help me. In no time he found what I wanted and sent me on my way while they took care of the financial part. I went back after work, signed the papers and that was it. I picked up my new Chrysler 200 the next day when it was all cleaned up and became their newest satisfied customer. This was my first visit to the dealership and was greatly impressed when arriving on lot. I had inquired about a Ram Truck via online and it was waiting on me at the doors to take a test ride. The salesman and internet manager were also waiting on me. I took the test drive and ended up purchasing the truck. The buying process was easy, efficient and quite painless. I wasn't there for the notorious hours and hours to work a deal. They made their offer, I countered and the rest is sitting in my driveway as I type. Friendship does what they advertise and I will definitely return there for service and any issues. Who knows, maybe even make another purchase sometime. I would like to commend the staff for the on-line used cars at Friendship Chrysler. From Shelly who answered all my questions and followed through with my requests for specific pictures of the vehicle,(I was coming in from Wisconsin to buy the car) to John Maiden the salesman who was exceptional and picked me up at the airport and finally the service Tech "Rocker" who stopped what he was doing to fix a couple of small things (dome light bulbs). The whole staff was friendly, courteous and professional. All this for a used car?! I would buy another car from them in a heart beat and recommend anyone else to do the same. My Buick Rendezvous was reasonably priced and has been a dream to drive. Kudos to all of them at Friendship Chrysler.

I was looking to purchase an SUV to replace a 2006 Isuzu, when I noticed a used 2011 Jeep at the Friendship CJD dealership. I called the owner, Tom Hall, to inquire about vehicle and he was so accommodating, brought the vehicle to me to test drive! After test driving the Jeep and visiting with the salesman, Dale Morrell, I made the decision to order a 2014 Grand Cherokee with the options that suited me. The order was placed and the dealership kept me well informed on the status of the vehicle. Vehicle arrived in less than 6 week (June 2013) and was perfect!!! Tom and Dale are both awesome and I would recommend anyone see them for your next vehicle! The service at the dealership has been awesome as well! Completed timely and follow-up calls after each visit to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We were going to purchase a used pickup, with check in hand after speaking w/ salesman. It was a white 2005 4 door F150. We drove over 1400 miles and spent over $700.00 round-trip. We were told the vehicle was ready to go; it had been all serviced and the shop went through the truck and he would have it cleaned before we got there. I also spoke to someone in the office with questions and he told me "The service dept. goes completely through all our used vehicles and all safely points are checked. Unfortunately, we arrived there on a Sunday, when the dealership was closed, and the salesman told us to call when we arrived and he's meet us there. When we arrived, it was NOT cleaned. There was trash in the box, the gas tank was less than 1/4 full, (The website states that there would be a full tank of gas - NOT) and the front tires were illegal by N.Y. standards. The worst part of it was that the oil was DIRTY, and when I pulled the dipstick out, it was over 1 quart low. If that is "servicing" a vehicle, I'd hate to see neglect. The salesman knew we were driving from NY, and we were told SEVERAL times that the truck was SERVICED, and that all the safety checks were performed and it was ready to go. Well, needless to say, we didn't buy the truck, and that took care of our "friendship" with Friendship Auto.

I purchased a jeep commander in the winter months. Was told by the salesman that they would not detail the vehicle the day I purchased it as it was snowing outside. The salesman gave me his card and said he would arrange for detailing whenever I chose to return with the vehicle for free. I returned with the vehicle and not only was it not detailed as promised, but it didn't appear that any attempt had been made to even clean bug spots off of the hood. This vehicle had numerous problems after purchase. I will never buy from Friendship again nor will I buy a jeep again.

My wife and I set out to trade in our truck that was useful, but heavy on fuel. I found a great car at a great price to replace my truck. TJ - salesman at Friendship has great communication skills and is very efficient. I recommend anyone to check this dealership out. The registration has been a little slow, as my temp. tag expires in 4 days and haven't received my state registration yet. Overall, great experience!

I found a 2007 Tahoe on cars.com and contacted the dealership via emails. The staff at Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge where outstanding in customer service!!! Between the really low price and what they gave me for my trade in, I couldn't pass the deal up and drove my new Tahoe home that evening. The staff bent over backwards for me during the sale and the weeks after!!! Thank you and I would defiantly would recommend them to anyone and when I look to buy another vehicle in the future.....THEY WILL BE MY FIRST CHOICE!
