Let me be first to say, the customer service was spectacular. Before I came down to buy i set up an appointment to look at the truck. Steve was very polite and very attentive to my sceduale and was able to work around it. I showed up and the lot was pretty packed, and he stillWas able to have the truck ready for me to look at when I showed up. The vehicle itself had some unforeseen items that had issues with it, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall the truck for the year and mileage was spectacular. The truck and like many vehicles on the lot were priced to move. Took the truck for a test drive and was very pleased with how it performed. I myself made a vow never to buy from a dealer but the reviews left about them were so above average for a dealer I figured i would drive 2.5 hours from ct to come see it.I ended up making the purchase and since then have been very happy with the truck. Steve was very polite and was willing to handle the numerous calls I made after the purchase waiting for the title to be sent to me. (Dealer has 30 days to furnish title, very common protocol. And was nice enough to overnight it when it showed up) all the paperwork was prefilled for me and from now on, whenever I need a car or my family does, I will be sure to do deals with only frontline, and frontline only.

As a female it's not always easy shopping for a car and trusting those you're dealing with. This was not the case when dealing with Steve at Frontline. He went over and above my expectations. From first introduction , to test drive to price and closing the deal Steve was great ....so great that I'm going back to make another purchase today. It will be a pleasure to see and work with him again. Highly recommend and a true gentleman.

When my primary car finally "passed on" I found myself in the normally horrifying possition of having to visit a used car dealership. I put off looking for a replacement car for almost two months by sharing my wifes car, a practice I do not reccomend. When I could no longer endure the sharing game I needed to accept that I would have to buy a used car. I'm not a research guy and even less a haggle guy making the process that much more terrifying. Frontline Auto Sales was recomended, they were local and I went. They had a large selection of clean pre-owned cars in a wide price range. I was pleasantly surprized that I was not immediatly approached by an overly aggressive sales person. As a matter of fact it wasn't until my second visit that I met Tony, one of the salesman. Very pleasant and laid back, Tony was fine with me browsing for almost an hour before I left with a few cars in mind to consider. I made up my mind and called Tony on his cell to put a deposit on the car I choose. We discussed all of the details of the deal which were very straight forward and agreed on a delivery time and date. When a change in my schedule made it necessary to put off delivery Tony was very accomodating. Upon delivery the car was ready to go, perfectly cleaned, inspected and plates on. A quick exchange of money and paperwork and I was on my way. The entire buying experience was pleasant from start to finish. It has changed my view of buying a used car and I would reccomend Frontline and Tony to my best friend and not think twice about purchasing my next pre-owned car from them. Good job Tony!!!

With so many independent used car dealers out there which leave you questioning your deal, I found the folks at Frontline Auto Sales to be very fair and professional. I searched for over 2 months looking for my Ram 1500, so many so called "clean cars" were far from being clean. The vehicles at Frontline Auto Sales are truly represented and the sales experience went very well thanks to Tony which was very helpful and made the process go very smoothly. My truck needed a tire sensor upon delivery and he was quick to get the part and correct the issue. He even delivered the car with new rubber mats. I would buy my next car there.

Months later, and I'm still very happy with my purchase. I randomly stopped at Frontline as I was driving down Sunrise Hwy, when a truck on the lot caught my eye. I spoke with Tony about trading in my 2013 Ram truck, for a 2014 Ford F350 platinum edition. I was obviously only interested in trading "up", if the numbers worked out. Tony was glad to work with me and the banks to get me approved at a rate and payment I was happy with. Within 2 days, I was in the new truck and out of my old one. I wasn't sure what to expect with a dealership on the smaller scale, compared to all the commercial ones. I really only dealt with Tony, but I felt he was honest and professional and I didn't feel like I was being suckered-in or scammed into a deal, which was my skepticism at the start, but I was comfortable and still loving my new truck today.

Last summer I needed a car after the huge rain storm we had that flooded everyone I was searching for the same car I lost bam I found a beautiful 2009 Nissan Altima they gave us a good deal for paying cash and three days later I toke her home! They were friendly and not rushing u into making the sale!! I came back three times to make sure I loved the car and my mechanic said the car is sound! The car looks brand new I'm so happy with my car! I would definitely buy another car from frontline

My Wife was looking for a car but her credit isn't great. We searched places on Sunrise and our experience was less than pleasant. Dealers pressuring us to purchase cars we didn't want. Telling me I need to cosign I decided to drive down Route 109 as I drove down I stumbled upon Frontline Auto Sales. The cars on the Lot were clean most of them have Carfax stickers on the window. My wife and I walked through the lot and saw a good mix of cars from older to newer models. Our salesman Tony was extremely helpful and never pressured us at all. My wife found a car that was in perfect condition one owner practically new. She was able to get the car without me as a cosigner. The process was easy no hassle. Whether your credit is great or less than great this car dealership is the 1st I have been to that can get you a loan. Yes there is higher interest depending on your credit but the guys at Frontline are honest and will tell you exactly what to expect and I appreciate that the most about Tony he was a great guy... Was actively looking for a good used car for over 6 months. I searched places in Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey and Long Island. From the first phone call with Tony, everything went smoothly. I looked at different cars at his dealership and many of the cars were in good shape and AFFORDABLE! His partner, Steve was also very helpful. The BEST thing about Frontline is their honesty especially when it comes to pricing. The price you see online is what they will charge you (minus taxes and registration fees which you must pay) No bait and switch foolishnesses or extra hidden fees at Frontline. The ease of buying my car was satisfying. Tony took care of everything (registration, plates, requesting car title etc.),all within 24 hours. Definitely consider this place if you're looking for affordale used cars. The excellent customer service made my car buying experience pleasurable.

We drove 3 hours from PA to buy our Explorer from Tony at Frontline Auto and we couldn't be happier. The vehicle was as advertised, and the process was smooth. He even referred u to a local Italian Restaurant for lunch, and it happened have some of the best food around. All in all it was a good experience from a small local dealership that still offers personal attention. Highly Recommended!

Steve at front line was very helpful. he made my car buying experience as easy and stress less as possible.I got a great deal and wasnt charged any extra hidden fees. steve kept me posted with everything and did his best to make sure everything was ready when i got there. he was more than helpful, explaining everything in detail as this was my first time buying from a dealer. He wasnt pushy like the other salesmen I went to. He did everything he could to accommodate my busy work schedule like coming in on his days off and staying later than office hours. I was looking for a used Toyota Rav 4 at various dealerships, among others also some official Toyota dealers. First great news to me were that Frontline did not add any of those nasty hidden fees (the Toyota dealer on Sunrise e.g. tried to add a 890$ prepping fee, although the car looked like a mess). I was also relieved to not experience those typical sales strategies found at other places. So all in all the whole sales experience was far better at Frontline even when compared to some official Toyota dealership, not to forget that the price was better too.I should mention that after driving the car for a couple of days I found a small issue with the Transmission; Frontline fixed the problem without any questions and cost, in my view an excellent service. Hence I would buy a used car there anytime again.

I have been looking for a car for about a month or so and found a nice BMW from this dealer on craigslist. The car was priced well looked clean and after dealing with many shady dealers, I was glad to see the quote on there website Please realize the DIFFERENCE here at Frontline Auto Sales,we do not ADVERTISE LOW BALL prices that lure (you) people in,and then add thousands of dollars in magical fee's.We sell quality vehicles at competitive prices,backed with honesty and integrity. Sure a lot of dealers say that, but this one actually meant it. I purchased the BMW the next day from Tony, It was a no haggle price, they did not tack on any fees except the necessary Tax inspection and registration. There was a minor issue with the car one of the tire pressure monitoring sensors battery had died. Tony offered to have it replaced for me without hassle even though I don't think that is required to be replaced under the mandatory warranty they are required to give by NY State. All in all I am very happy and will add them to the list of dealers who's web sites I check out when I am looking for a car. (I usually replace my car every year or 18 months.

Jesse & Tony were absolutely wonderful. They made sure everything was working before I transferred a used van down to Florida. The a/c was not working properly and it was fixed I probably would not of known until I reached the southern states when the a/c was needed. All the paper work was done 100% correctly so registering it out of state was a breeze. Tony was very good at keeping me informed of when my car would be ready and what I needed for the transfer. During my car buying experience, Frontline was the first dealership I went to. I saw a 2004 Malibu LS that was in great shape at a reasonable price: a fair deal. Since Frontline was the first dealership I went to I thought I should shop around more and I passed on purchasing the car even though the deal was fair. After getting run around by other dealers, I returned to Frontline and made the deal with Tony. Don't put up with bad attitude, missing inventory, and delays at another dealer. we recently purchased a 2004 Buick LeSabre Custom at Frontline Auto Sales. It was nice to experience the no pressure environment. Tony gave us the keys, and respected the space you dont usually see or get from used car dealers. He let us take the car to our mechanic. Our mechanic informed us when he stepped on the brake the car pulled to the left. We informed Tony and the problem was taken care of immediately on the spot. Which was a ball-joint needed to be tightened. We took the car back out and it drove perfect. Tony said our mechanic missed another thing which was the battery was getting old and he replaced it with a new one for nothing. The bottom-line, Tony at Frontline Auto Sales honored the internet price. No hidden cost, no buying an extended warranty, or financing through them to get the advertised price.Thank you.Charlie

Steve was a very good salesman . There was no pressure or B.S. like 99% of car salesmen give you . I brought the vehicle back due to vibration and I came home the same day with 2 new tires . After I search online a couple cars I found that Frontline Autosales have the Best option for, immediately I contact them and Steve Musso over the phone make me feel comfortable and detailed all the options that I have. Personally I couldn't be happier with the helpful, the Auto was available on the agreed date & time and everything was as a planned. When I leave the place I feel that he has become your friend. Steve, Tony and Bob were straight forward with all parts of the sale. Did not waste my time with a lot of sales add on or delays like I have had with other dealers. When I went to pick up the car I was out of there in like 15 min . I've went to pick cars at other dealers and it took several hours to sign all the documents only to see that errors were made in the pricing. I was promised new floor mats and I got a call several days later that they were waiting for me. I also called them with a windshield wiper issue which as taken care of on the spot when I returned to the dealer. I would recommend FRONTLINE to all who are looking for fair and honest pricing, good customer service, friendliness and good service after you leave the lot.

This was my first time ever buying a car, so I was pretty nervous to say the least, but I couldn't have asked for better than my experience at Frontline Auto Sales. Tony was fantastic and made me feel comfortable right from the test drive. I never once felt pressured to buy, he was extremely reliable communication-wise and, as promised, there were no hidden fees. I'd shopped at around a couple of LI dealerships who's online ads didn't match up to the reality, and a few that seemed to take advantage of my inexperience as a first time buyer. My 2008 used Mazda from Frontline has exceeded my expectations, and it's also great to know that Tony is only ever one call away. Highly recommended.

I bought my car two months ago. The first thing that caught my eye was how professional the place looked. My car went down and I needed to purchase a vehicle.I was nervous, hoping everything worked out. I was going through a rough time. Tony made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. 9 out of 10 times you feel like the salesperson is trying to just make a sale and that once the sale is over you are on your own. Not with Tony! The experience here compared to other used car dealerships was awesome. Other places I had gone to before here made it more then obvious they were trying to screw you. Not here. Very up front with everything, from the price of the vehicle to anything you wanted to know about the car. No hidden fees added on to the price we disgust. Everything was straight forward and quick. Absolutely zero hassle at all. Ask for Tony when you go, the guy is great!

We were looking for a car for my 20 year old son and we literally stumbled upon this dealership. They had many cars to look at, all at great prices and clean. Tony was a great sales person. He is very personable and relates to his customers well. By the time you leave there, you can honestly say that you feel that his has become your friend. Very welcoming. We bought a 2011 Toyota Corolla at a great price with low mileage and not only the dealer warranty, but also with time left on a factory warranty. The price was about $2,000 less than the Kelly Blue Book, which made us very happy. My wife needed a dependable car for work at a fair price. We could not afford new so we decided on a used vehicle with an extended warranty. We found some crazy prices on other dealer lots and the pressure to buy made us walk out of one car lot. We have been living in the area for 20 years and pass this car lot all the time so I went to the website and found something that sounded good. We went to the car lot to check the car out Steve and Tony both could not be more helpful. We decided not to make our decision on the first visit expecting to hear it wont be here when you come back, I need a deposit all the other b.s. we heard from several other dealers. T o make along story short we came back , road tested the car Steve and Tony took care of the financing and the car prep and we closed the deal that day. I cannot give a higher recommendation for this dealer. Both Tony and Jesse made this experience wonderful. I was assured from them right from the start that I was in good hands and they were 100% correct. I didn't feel as though I was being pushed into anything I couldn't afford (I've had that before with other dealers). The car I purchased was immaculate. Everything they said they would do, they followed thru with. The entire process was fast and easy. They listened to me as to what I was looking for in a vehicle and was familiar with their inventory. I recently purchased a used 2008 Ford van from Tony at Frontline. He was very friendly to deal with and was able to deliver the vehicle the same day. This was one of the best experiences thatI have ever had purchasing a vech. I was searching for a JEEP unlimited 4 door for awhile for a reasonable price. I am slo trying to rebuild my credit from a horriable divorce and lost everything. To top it all off my credit was destroyed, I went in and I was very straight forward with Steve and told him my issues. He went out of his way to take care of me and help me get into the JEEP I wanted and at a good price. Working with Tony was a fantastic experience. He was honest and upfront regarding the 2003 Nissan Sentra we purchased.After the test drive I explained my concerns and he said they would look into it and sure enough during inspection they found out it was the front brakes and they were replaced at no charge. The total experience was better than a 5. I highly recommend Frontline..

frontline auto sales and tony are good people. they were very friendly and professional. the car I bought from them was as they described it. they also were very patient with me and gave me plenty of time after we agreed on the purchase to finalize the deal. when I went to pick up the car everything was ready and it took no time for me to get in my new car. they were also kind enough to give me a complimentary car wash since the weather did not allow them to do it. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Bought a used truck. Nothing but problems from the beginning... They took their sweet time fixing things including a massive leak into the interior that wasn't noticed until it rained. After the warranty ran out they said sorry we are not responsible...lemon law and court he we come.

I bought a car from Frontline and first week i had it smelled oil and antifreeze, had a mechanic give it a thorough look .. they found leaking valve,oil pan,and timing cover gaskets along with a leaking water pump. I took the car back and Bobby tells me " my mechanic disdiagnosed the problem it was only a leaking oil pressure switch and housing unit that was leaking"..well I still smelled antifreeze less than a week later so I place a white board under the car .. and there are oil drippings and quite a bit of antifreeze, this model is a long job to replace a water pump , shows me they just didn't want to do it , so less than a month after buying this car I'm in deep regret and will have to be sinking big money into it....I also had to have tie rods replaced in order to get the front end alignment done..very disappointed and definitely won't be back.

After going to multiple dealers, I was happy to find myself at Frontline working with Tony. All the previous dealers I went to listed nice cars at wonderful prices online, and then when I'd go into the store they'd say that the price only applied if (insert b.s. small print deal here). When I went in to check out a used truck at Frontline I was pleased to see that the price was actually AS LISTED on the website. Tony went out of his way to make my experience a good one. He gave me a fair trade-in deal for my old car and helped me get the new car out of the lot the same day because I had a time constraint. I found him to be fair, friendly, and personable and he even asked me to follow up in a week to make sure I was pleased with the vehicle. As a young woman, I really appreciate when someone in the automobile industry takes me seriously and does not try to rip me off or assume I don't know anything. I'd certainly do business with them again. Save yourself the headache and poor customer service of the big dealerships and check out Frontline.

I had trouble in the past with car dealers so the first thing I did was look up this car dealer reviews. I was impressed so I made a appt to go see Steve. He was very friendly and helpful. We were buying a car for my son. He understood the price point and helped us though the process. We picked up the car yesterday it was so easy, fast and friendly. I purchased a suzuki forenza from frontline and the car runs great and when i hought the car the passenger door handle was broken and tony told me he would order a new one and within a week he had the new handle and installed it immediately. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone.

The car that I had inquired about was not available, but he did tell me about another one, which is the one that I actuall bought. When we met in person, he was very friendly . I hate when I'm shopping for a car at a dealer that the salesman comes over and starts working on me to buy a car. That's not the case at Frontline Auto Sales. I was never approached and hounded on. I was able to look at the car I was interested in with my son without a hassle and he was even given the key to check it out inside and out. When I was ready to ask questions about the car Steve and Tony were there to answer them all honestly. When he was ready to test drive it the car was ready and he was handed the key and allowed to take it on the road without any sales person with us! They even said we could drive it to our mechanic to check out if we wanted to! When we picked the car up after the deal was sealed this 2004 Mustang looked like it just came off the assembly line! We have since had it maintenanced at a Ford dealer near us and they said the car should not give him any problems at all! The price couldn't be beat either! I will not hesitate to buy from Steve and Tony again and I highly recommend this dealer!

I purchased a rare find from frontline auto, a 05 bmw x5 4.8IS. After bringing it to my mechanic we found some issues one was heavy smog and second was suspension. After two weeks of it being at frontline getting repaired I finally received vehicle. Three days after suspension light came on, apart from that driver side front bumper dropped nearly touching tire. So I brought it to a bmw dealer for a diagnostic the result was 12,000 dollars in repair which was sent to my warranty which I purchased from frontline. However, the warranty refused to cover the charges due to the fact that issues with the car were pre-existing and told me to bring it back to frontline for repair. It has been a nightmare since I purchased this car from frontline the two weeks it was being repaired I payed $40 a day to work and back, bmw charged me 500 for diagnostic and enterprise charged me 500 for rental.

Nothing bad to say here, at all! Tony helped me get a nice car. And with my credit that was a little tricky. But he pulled through. The man is friendly and he is honest. I was looking for a car for my mother. When we walked into Front line we were greeted by Steve and he let us explore his lot. He was not pushy and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. When we chose a car he went over the car with us and he was completely HONEST about the car and showed us the CARFAX report and explained it to us. I would recommend Front line to anyone looking for a car, from the most experienced car buyer to the first time car buyer.

Arrived at the dealership, went into the office and was barely greeted. Dealer asked what car I wanted and told me I could go look at it. No welcoming handshake nor did he get out of his seat to show me where the car was. He just glanced out the window and said it was in the front. The car was not open and I had to come back to the office to get the keys. This was the only time he got up from his desk. After such poor service, he had the audacity to give me his card and say that when I am interested, give him a call so he can come up the street (because he lived around the corner) so that he can make the deal and get paid and not the other guy. Totally disgusting.

This was the second time that I have purchased from Steve over at Frontline. I have had nothing but a great experience both times now. Steve was very friendly and informative. There no nonsense approach is what I like best about them. The price you see is the price you get and believe me, I searched around for better prices but came back to Steve both times. He is also helping me with the minor issues I'm having with the new truck. Little things that weren't noticable on first inspection are being remedied with no issues whatsoever. I would suggest to anyone out there to go to Frontline Auto first when looking for a vehicle. Then go to another dealer. Chances are you'll be right back at Frontline like I was. Go to Frontline and check them out. It's well worth it.

Recently bought a Mazda Tribute, Steve the sales rep allowed me to drive the SUV to my mechanic to have it checked out for any problems, this put my mind at ease knowing I wasnt buying blind. After I had told him of a couple of problems that were found he agreed to fix them all. Steve is a friendly and helpful guy that really wants to please his customers. I have to take a minute to write about my experience at Frontline this afternoon. I was recently rear-ended by a drunk driver in a 2002 (showroom condition) Corvette Coupe and will be in the market for another car. I stopped by your dealer today on my lunch break to take a look around because you guys always seem to have a great collection. I honestly have to say that I have never had a similar experience with ANY car dealership before. I believe the gentleman who helped me was Tony. He was more than willing and helpful to give me any information that I requested on any of the vehicles available. I was totally blown away by how not-pushy and sales-like my experience was. I would highly recommend Frontline to anybody I know who is looking for a car, and rest assured that when I am serious about a purchase in the near future that my first stop will be at Frontline. After driving in an out of the dealership for 2 months undecided in purchasing the 2003 XK8 Convertible Jaguar they had for sale i closed the deal in May of 2003. Steve, Tony and Bob were very pleasant and worked together with me to make sure this car was to my satisfaction. There was a passenger window issue, they resolved it, one day my car did not start, they towed my car to a mechanic, at their expense, It was a key issue, they could not make a new key unless I had the title. They told me once I recieved my title to call them and they would take care of it. AND THEY DELIVERED!!!! I called them when i received the title, they told me to bring my car to Jaguar of Huntington, NY, Jaguar of Huntington issued me a new key and programed they key to my car. FRONTLINE PAID FOR THE ENTIRE BILL!!!!!! Where can you get such service!!!! I recommend this Dealership to everyone. I LOVE MY CAR!!!!
