These guys will bend over backwards for a customer! Bought a truck from them, he mentioned hadn't really had time to get looked over by his shop. Shortly thereafter had some mechanical issues with the Truck. The law requires they sell a truck that passes safety inspection, but they helped us out all around. Not just what was required by law. Towing, a second opinion estimate, an alternate shop with a much better deal. I was really impressed with their responsiveness, the level of service they provided, and their willingness to make this an all around great experience for their customers, even though something might have gone wrong. Would always buy another vehicle from them again. Recommend to anyone who asked me looking to buy a truck. This dealership is super friendly, small town values, exceedingly great customer service and will do all they can possibly do to make it right if something goes wrong.

My wife and I recently bought an F-250 from Fruendly Auto Source for our transport business. Needless to say the shopping process for a well loved vehicle sturdy enough to be used commercially was tireless, but as for meticulously maintained former fleet vehicles they are THE ONLY game in town, literally leaps and bounds ahead of the rest. The cleanest and most mechanically sound examples, which isn’t to say it didn’t have it’s minute quirks as a used vehicle that I may have mentioned in passing, but was completely prepared to accept them and take delivery as is, but Brad went above and beyond to make sure they were all addressed without request or expectation. He was also very patient with my tendency to be overly inquisitive throughout the entire process and his wife was a dream to work with on the financial end, she walked us through every step and facilitated a smooth, painless transaction. My wife and I have been conceptualizing the build out of our company for the last three years and it’s because of Fruendly Auto Source that we were recently able to get our wheels turning (literally) and make our first 8 hour haul. We look forward to doing business in the future and continuing to buy trucks as we see our business expand and our fleet grow. Thank you Fruendly!
