This rating and review is in regards to the service center only. I called and spoke to a gentleman in the service center about my vehicle to give them a heads up that my vehicle was being towed to them. I explained that the AC went out and a few days later the vehicle would not stay running. When I was contacted about what was causing the issue and an estimate, the issue causing the vehicle not to run was addressed and quoted but nothing was mentioned about the AC. I was told that the AC would be checked after they got the vehicle running again. I was notified today that I was charged another $260 to check the AC which was one of the original issues discussed with them at the time the vehicle was being towed to them. I don't feel I should have been charged 2 fees for checking the vehicle when both issues were supposed to have been checked to begin with. My mother also took her vehicle to them when it wasn't running. They quoted her $2,700 to replace the engine. I've been quoted $2700 just to replace a switch in the fuel pump and the AC compressor. I contacted another auto mechanic and was told they could get the AC compressor for $300. My mother also took her vehicle elsewhere and paid half of the quote to have her engine replaced. I realize that some mechanics cost more than others but I can't help but feel like I've been took for a ride. This makes me very sad because the staff is so nice. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the service center to anyone else unless you have unlimited funds and don't care how much more you'll pay than is necessary.

Everyone was professional, nice, quick to respond to my request for information and quick to complete my transaction. I drove 4 hours to buy my Yukon from them and I would do it again. Great team of people!
