This dealership will.be very nice when you're buying or leasing a car. They go over every financial contract terms in detail except for what will get you at the ene. When you call to discuss it at the end of the lease, you're told they can't go over all the information. Funny how anything they make money on is discussed clearly. They hid the disposition fee of $350 by skimming over it and telling you what a great rate and deal your getting. I felt trust in Dominic but his and his manager Mr Kupec cover for each other and tell you that it is your fault for signing the contract. DONT GO THERE. THE NICENESS BECOMES UNETHICAL AT THE END IF YOU DON'T BUY OR LEASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM. FEEL FREE TO CALL ME AT 678-923-9034. I will tell you the warnings about Gale Toyota and Toyota Finance. Please , please, please buyer beware.

I bought a used truck, had issues, they didn't care if I did and were VERY disappointing in speaking, helping me. Several trips to attend to things the salesman assured me their maintenance people look at, well, those guys need glasses. Crack in wind shied !! door noises and not detailed looking vehicle upon delivery. Folks stay away from these guys.

If you want a great buying experience for a Toyota, go see Rob Apted at Gale Toyota. He was very courteous and absolutely did not pressure me into buying the car I bought (2014 Toyota Coralla LE). Got me approved on a busy Saturday and I drove off the lot same day. When I went to drop off the title to the car I traded in, I talked to him about some concerns with the car (front bumper loose, one hubcap different from others, etc.) We scheduled an appointment for today to detail the car and he stated that he would take care of my concerns and he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. Thanks Rob.

Don't believe a word they tell you, they just give you numbers you want to hear then the deal changes once you really get down to it. I only really had a problem with Chris and the GM, they promised the world. The only problem is, I questioned everything, the numbers just didn't add up. I drove to three other Toyota dealers and shared the numbers I was given and they just laughed. All three of these dealers where within $20 of each other on the payment. Not Gale, $180 less than everyone else, you know what they say, if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Went there for a trade was already a Toyota customer their service sucks spent 6 hrs in there. They are all about the money and not the customer. I will never ever go back. Only reason I'm giving them one star is because I have no choice. I advise everyone to go elsewhere. Any other Toyota dealer but this one.

So you're going to go to Gale Toyota for a new car??..DON'T!!! Picked up my new Camry SE, drove it into my garage....What's this??!! A hanging rear molding!! Called my salesman and he sets up an appointment with service for me. I go...they put it up on the lift, easy fix. OK. So then I see my car parked outside..all done they say. But when I look it is still hanging??!! AND now there are deep scratches by the molding. Back into service...tell them it's not fixed and about the scratches. Up goes the car again on the lift for the 2nd time, this time with the Service Manager. He says "you made the scratches by the molding" ???!!! Finally get the molding attached. But no apologies from ANYONE. There's more, but you folks reading get the point. TO ALL THE PEOPLE AT GALE TOYOTA...1) GET TO WORK AND DO YOUR JOB AND 2) LEARN HOW TO DELIVER A CAR.BTW - I did get a note by snail mail from Gale Toyota, asking me to write a nice piece for YELP and Google+. Consumers - you've been warned!

Worst place ever to buy a car ! Sleazy, crreepy sales people ! Not welcoming at all, and are only focused on making their sales happen. Took them forever to get my car registered and for license plates. Hoping they take some steps to improve their customer service and be more polite and professional to customers.

I had an appointment for 3:30 pm on 5/20/15Went 1hr early at 2:15pm and waited until 3:40 pm , my car was still parked out side to be taken in for service , so I left without having oil change , service advisor lady not even said we are sorry ( just gave the key to me ) Just for oil change I waited I waited too long I should have gone to local station and get better service More one thing Service dept has NO service parking for customer , customers parks them self and than walk to service entrance Other Toyota dealer has service drive thru service which gale Toyota doesn't have , and when the car us done service , tech parks the car out side and customers has to look for their car where was park ( that's very bad ) no respect

I found Gale Toyota through my sister who has leased three vehicles. My salesman was Shaun Stevens. He answered all my questions and searched other Toyota dealerships to find the exact color I requested. This was the best experience for buying a vehicle no pressure.I highly recommend them and I would purchase another vehicle from Gale Toyota.

Very courteous salesman, not overly aggressive. He listened to what I asked and answered. If he wasn't sure,he was willing to ask questions of others rather than "bs" me to get me the correct informaton. This is only the beginning of our relationship but so far I couldn't ask for or expect more!

I went in looking for a used toyota corolla s. fortuntely that had a 2009 but at 15495$, not that best price i was looking for but i liked the car. salesman told me he'd give me 1.9% financing for 60 months as well as 72 months. essentially he lied because after deciding for the 72 months it ended up being 3.4% apr. Their warrenty made the monthly payment even higher which i thought was automatically included. they charged a 1500$ service contract fee as well. Way too many hidden fees. Im a first time car buyer so I guess you could say i got ahead of myself. 15495$ car turned into a 20k car after interest and fees... Im totally regretting going there and buying the car at the price. Hopefully they will clean it prestinely. Should've spent more time looking around dealerships..

I went in to look at a used 4runner that I had seen listed for sale on Gale's website. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Shaun Stevens who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went over the options and features on the truck and we went for a test drive. I had noticed a few minor things wrong with the truck and was told that it could be repaired and cleaned up by the weekend. The vehicle was certified and the repairs were numerous but minor. I decided to make the purchase. I gave a down payment and arranged to pick the vehicle up that weekend.Basically, repairs and a good cleaning was promised. After two weeks, they had made a few attempts to repair problems and clean car but it was a huge run around and consumed much of my time and driving back and forth tot he dealership. They promised to fix however I think the truck just sat on their lot and wasn't even looked at. I am not sure they ever looked over the vehicle to certify it. I think they just took it as a trade in and put it on the lot :(I will never ever go back.

My fiancee and I were looking for new (used) cars and we were recommended to Gale Toyota. We were a little hesitant going out of state to buy a car. All the people there were really nice, but Bob made us feel really comfortable and he was a lot of fun to work with. He was extra helpful and and super friendly. purchased 2004 Toyota 4Runner--it has been back 3x for the same problems/itshould have been taken care of before the purchase-now it's back there forthe 2nd time on the same complaints-- at the drop off this morning I wastold that there is a recall for the brake system that was never taken care of--why wasn't this taken care of before hand--I have already been called to pick it up--I was told by the mechanic that the recall had been fixed--but he does not feel the slight pulling to the left and shake in thesteering wheel when the car is on the highway and as far as the vibraton Ifeel the brake pedal--I was advised to by thicker shoes.

I just bought a 2010 certified used Scion XD from Gale Toyota. My positive past experience, particularly with the service staff, is what brought me back after my first purchase, a new 2004 Scion xA. Shaun Stevens, the sales representative with whom I dealt, was accommodating and personable, and was professional throughout my entire experience. He had the answers to all my questions, and was obviously well-versed in Scion knowledge. Dominic, who completed the sale, was great, and the transaction couldn't have been smoother. When it's time for service, I know without a doubt that Rich, Roger, Mary Jane, and the rest of the service staff will give me and my "new' car the same wonderful attention and service that they've been providing for the eight years I've been coming to them.

I had emailed about a suv off Gayle's website,was told yes it was available would I care for a test drive etc..I sent an email stating I would be in the area and was there any way we could cut the cost down...I didn't give a particular figure.(This dealer has high doc fees)When I was in the area and called make sure the hybrid was on the lot,so as not to waste time. However I was asked if I was from VT....then told the vehicle was sold last night. I purchased myself a very nice loaded hybrid suv a another dealer who actually wanted to make a sale.

I recenly had the misfotune of an accident with my 2008 Avalon. After seaching extensively I found one at Gale Toyota. My lucky day. The price was fair, the carfax placed in front of me without asking and the process of replacing my car with another of its like couldn't have been easier. The people at Gale did eveything to make that happen. A quick illustration. Upon getting my car home I found that one of the 2 keyless remotes didn't work. When Gale couldn't quickly repair it, they simply gave me a new one. These are not inexpensive items. I am a very p[leased customer.

All of my questions and concerns were answered, the process is transparent and direct and the purchase transaction was done quickly and efficiently. My husband bought me a car for our anniversary this past August 2011. To begin with everything went great. My husband made it very clear that we needed a car that was safe for our 2 young children to be in. A week after having the car, my husband put the car up on the lift (he is a mechanic) to find multiple things wrong with it. The rear wheel cylinders were both broken, not to mention the brake lines were all rotted out and could have gone at any minute (with my kids in the car) he also checked the oil sticker which said it was up to date, but when he checked it, he said it was the blackest oil he had ever seen, so basically the oil sticker had been changed but not the oil or the filter. He called Gale Toyota who said to bring it down and they would fix what was wrong with it, however we were leaving for Pennsylvania in the morning and were expecting to have a CERTIFIED car to get there in, not to mention, he didn't want these people working on the car since they obviously didn't know what they were doing, and I wanted my children in a car that I knew was safe... so John the sales manager told us that if we fixed the car that night he would pay for the parts and my husbands' hourly labor charge which worked out to be a total of a little over $200.00. John said he would send the check...that was back in August and it is now the end of December. We called a couple times and got the run around until we just decided, well they weren't going to give us our money. Now a couple days ago we get a letter in the mail saying that our registration had been canceled because of $80 in taxes that were due...which didn't make sense because we have not even had the car that long, so once again my husband called to see what was going on, if there was a lien on the previous owner, John said it didn't make sense and that he would look into it and to fax him the information. Today my husband called again because they still wouldn't get back to us and now they are trying to tell us that it is our responsibility to take care of it because when they registered our car it was only a 60 day registration!!!!!!! Now does anyone want to tell us how you get a 60 registration with hard plates that lasts almost 4 months??? And why did we only get 60 days? Why didn't they feel the need to mention to us that we would have to reregister in 2 months? So now we have to pay this money on top of my husband needs a day off of work to go to the DMV and pay another $93 to register the car AGAIN...this "certified" car that already needs a new front axel...this certified car that could have killed my kids and someone else's...I wouldn't have given such a big down payment if I knew I would need that money to fix all of Gale's screw ups. I will NEVER buy another car from them and I will NEVER recommend them but I will definately warn everyone else about how they have been with us. I am absolutely disgusted that people in business can behave this way and still sell cars to families.

I brought my truck in for an oil change and to check tire pressure and fix the light that was out in my dash. I was told by 2 people it would be 45 mins. I waited 1 hour and 45 mins (and the only thing they did was change my oil! I was told I needed to make another appointment for the light on my dash). I explained to the older woman at the service desk (Maryann?) that I had somewhere to be and that I would have liked someone to have been up front with me about the time involved. I even said, "I know this isn't your fault, but I've been here an hour and 45 minutes..." which is an opener for an apology. She seemed disinterested and detached, handed me my paperwork and told me I needed my brakes looked at (incidentally, I never asked them to look at my brakes!) This is horrible customer service! A sincere apology would have remedied the entire situation but it was never given. I will absolutely NOT return to Gale Toyota. I can go to Sears and get an oil change in 25 minutes. For any additional work Sears always lets you know exactly how long you will be waiting and, should you choose to leave, communicates via phone to let you know how things are going. Perhaps most important, their staff is friendly and is quick to take ownership should anything unexpected occur. I work with the public as well and this is just poor customer service. Very disappointing.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Gale Toyota. Both were good experiences. The salesman I worked with, Shaun Stevens, was knowledgeable, accommodating, reasonable and easy to work with. At no point did I feel pressured during the sale. I was purchasing a used Highlander and we negotiated the cars price over email as opposed to in-person which I preferred. When picking up the car I found all the figures exactly as I was expecting which is a huge deal for me. The process of picking up the car took about an hour of my time which was what I was told to expect and there were no hiccups. I would recommend this dealer and especially Shaun Stevens.

I was looking to lease a new car and had tried different ones but fell in love with the Corolla. I was referred to Gale Toyota from another very satisfied customer that had bought a used Camry there so I emailed them and Shaun had replied and told me to come in and get a trade in value on my car and to speak to him or Scott. I went back and forth on this for a few weeks and went in and filled out paperwork with Shaun and then the day I picked up the car I dealt with Scott and then later John. All three young men were very professional and helpful to me. They explained everything and they were not pushy at all. They seemed to really understand how much I could afford each month and worked with me on it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, whether for a new or a used car. I just love my car. Drives wonderfully and what great gas mileage. I plan on buying it at the end of the lease. I thought I would miss my 2001 Ford Taurus as I had had it for 9 years but I don't miss it at all.I just love my Corolla and I am just thrilled with the service I got at Gale Toyota.Sincerely, Heidi Corrigan

I scheduled my routine maintenance online where it said they offered a shuttle service for the local area.When I got there, I found out that this was not the case.Next time, I'm going to try the dealer in West Springfield, MA. A co-worker of mine was happy with their service, and reports that they do provide a shuttle service so I can get to work while they work on the car.

This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at Gale is down to earth and that makes it much easier to shop for cars. Scott Brocci was my salesperson and he knew his stuff, but also understood that women can also know about cars and did not talk down to me like some other dealerships did. There was not one ounce of pressure within the whole transaction. In fact, the management was as above-board as Scott was. I was not initially planning on purchasing a Toyota, but after stopping there to check things out, I knew Toyota was the way to go. I could not be any happier with my purchase and I will be sending anyone I know who needs a car down to Gale Toyota.

I purchased an used camry with them sometime back. The vehicle looked good and the pricing was decent too. Since i needed a car badly, I went ahead with my purchase. When I picked up the car, I noticed the "Low Tire Pressure" symbol ON and asked that to be checked. They came back and said everything was allright and the symbol is off now. After a week, the indicator was ON again and I took it to them (45 mins drive) and they said the same thing. I had to believe them and left. The same kept happening every week and I took the vehicle to my local "Toyota" dealer who verified the tires and told me that the tires was bad and needs replacement. The vehicle was just 18K miles old and I was shocked to hear that. There was also a problem with the Front Indicator and my local dealer told me that the vehicle must have been in an accident and the bumper had snapped out. I was so annoyed and took the vehicle back to Gale Toyota. They were so un professional and unfriendly and kept telling me that the vehicle and the tires had no problem whatsoever. The service guy, in particular, was very rude and kept telling me the tires were good. How can the tires be good if it kept losing air from day one???? and he had the nerve to tell me that it was my driving that was a problem. I was so frustated and contacted the General Manager. Well, he promised to take care of the problems for me. The car was sent to a body shop for 3 days and came back in the same exact condition. I finally gave up and decided to live with it. After a month, the tire pressure indicator was back on and my local dealer said that they had plugged the tires and had never fixed it. I finally had to pay $600 out of my pocket and replace the tires as I never wanted to go back to Gale Toyota again. These guys are the worst dealers I have been to and would lie to save their skin. I was very disappointed that not even a single person I dealt with was trust worthy. There are many good dealerships in CT and I would suggest avoiding this particular dealer.

I leased a Limited RAV-4 and my experience could not have been more pleasant. I initially began talking to Scott and Shaun online. They gave me realistic prices for the vehicle that I wanted. I felt comfortable walking into the dealership and sitting down with Scott. Scott had me test drive the RAV-4 and I ended up leasing the only one that I drove. I even changed my mind on the color. Initially, I wanted white or blue, but the black model that Scott brought out was so handsome that it made sense to change my mind.I met with Doug in financing. He was very friendly and made the transaction painless. He also had good advice about the $15 extra per month for minor maintenance, which I felt comfortable getting. My dealings with Scott when I picked up the vehicle were great. He provided excellent service and made me feel like even though the transaction was a done deal, he would take all the time that was needed to teach me about the RAV. He knows the product well, which is probably why he's such a good salesman. In closing, I would highly recommend Gale Toyota to anyone interested in leasing or buying a vehicle.

My experience with Gale Toyota of Enfield, CT was seamless from step one. The conversation started online as I began my search. Not knowing anything about purchasing/leasing a car, Shaun Stevens was my first and final point of contact. My initial questions and clarifications were answered via their online chat (a GREAT feature) and then continued when I went in that night and chose my vehicle. Shaun was extremely patient with me and walked me through every step until I got to drive my new(used) car off the lot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car without intimidation/games/manipulation that many have come to expect from car dealers. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Gale Toyota!

Purchased a 2010 Highlander. Very pleased with the experience overall. It's always intimidating purchasing a vehicle, however, we were not pressured or misled in any way. Dave (salesman) was very laid back and professional. This was our second Toyota purchased from Gale Toyota. I would recommend them to others.

During my most recent car buying experience, I was not quite sure what I was interested in and wanted to keep my options open. The sales representative I spoke to was extremely helpful and took plenty of time to show me many different models, explain all their differences, how they're comparable and how they contrast both in performance, luxury, and in price. I didn't feel I was rushed into any decisions based on profit or incentive. I was rather steered into the right direction on what would suit me and my familie's needs best.As far as the overall price of the vehicle, after doing extensive research, I am confident I could not find a better deal at any Toyota dealer in a 100 mile radius. When it came time to sit down with the finance manager, I was explained in detail the terms of my lease, to the point where I understood it with perfect clarity. I wasn't baited or tricked into purchasing any unnecessary extended warranties or other extras, I was only explained the benefits to some of the different service plans and extended warranties, and allowed to calmly make my decision.Lastly I have to say I am also very satisfied with the more than fair and equitable value I received for my trade in towards the new purchase, and I am greatful to the sales management staff for this.I would have to say purchasing a new vehicle at Gale Toyota was one of the most stress free and enjoyable experiences I've had shopping for a car.

I was on the waiting list for the new 2010 Prius, preferably in Metallic Charcoal or Red. I was notified on Thursday that they had a metallic blue with all the options I was looking for, and asked if I would like to look at it. Because I would be able to beat the new increased Mass. sales tax, and keep the good trade value on my convertible I decided to take it. They gave me a very fair price on my trade, although the Prius was not discounted due to the waiting list for these cars. My salesman Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and spent nearly an hour with me teaching me about all the new options. All in all it was a really good experience, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Rich, Mary Jane, and Roger are the best service reps I have ever worked with. They are honest, upfront, and friendly. They make a point to get to know you and make you feel welcome whenever you go in for service. They cheerfully supply a loaner car when my car is in for the once a year major service. This has been wonderful and saved me much hassle tracking down rides. I have two cars serviced at Gale and have been a customer for over 10 years. I highly recommend Gale Toyota service.

If you're a woman [well, if you're anyone, really], don't go here alone. It's not that you'll feel uncomfortable, it's just that you'll not be given a price as low as it should be, as they have this belief that you'll either wait for "your man", or that you simply don't know anything about any other dealership.<br><br>For whatever reason, there is a haughty feeling there, thinking that you're being mean and nasty if you perhaps want to buy a car at a lower price [and on virtually every vehicle from every person I've talked to, used the internet on, Lynch always has a lower price. So, unless you have a specific reason such as knowing someone there, there's very little rationale for going there instead of Lynch. It may not be a lot cheaper there, but it will always be cheaper.<br><br><br>But, the big thing is the way they do financing. They incessantly refuse to tell you what your payments are until you give them money. Very shady. They will constantly compare the purchase of the car to the purchase of anything else [house, TV, Swimming Pool, or whatever helps them at the time], without acknowledging that you are buying a car.<br><br>They also seem very upset if you want a car the way you want it and don't just take what they have. It's a very odd visit. It's not often I have bought a car in my trips around the sun where the sales people do everything in their power to not get something your way.<br><br>But as I said, the big thing is the shady practice of not telling you what the payments are before you give them money. (and when they do, they bring the finance person out to the middle of the showroom with you, so you're around everyone else. It's very awkward and somewhat embarrassing, and it's clear they do it on purpose because you feel awkward asking all sorts of finance questions with other people right next to you.<br><br><br>I would not recommend this place. There really is no point in it, anyway, as you won't find the lowest price there, and the service doesn't make up for it.<br><br>I used to buy cars here, but the service has changed so much, it's simply no longer worth it.<br>

I had bought several new cars from another dealer in the past, but when I went to purchase my next one there I fond things had changed<br>and it wasn't as friendly as it had been in the past. A co-worker had recently purchased a Highlander (which is what I bought and recommended that I go see Steve at Gale Toyota in Enfield. What a breath of fresh air!!! Not only did he know what he was talking about as far as the features I wanted, but there was NO pressure to buy today and the typical car sales stuff you hear about or experience. They located my Highlander I wanted ( no charge) equipped as I wanted and at the price agreed on. I have since recommended them to at least five people and all have bought there. They now have a customer for life.
