Worst experience. Did not receive promised promotions and also kept my Chrysler appreciation bonus from Chrysler. Did not receive gift cards that were promised. Sales man kept stringing us along for five days and was trying to force me buy a specific car that I didn't want. I complained to Chrysler , that is how poorly we were treated. They have yet to return my calls.

We bought our new dodge dart GT 2016 from here and are very excited to own this new car. STEPHAN was amazing in helping us with our purchase and made sure he answered any nessasary questions we had and what our goal was overall. there is a little lack of urgency when it comes to the service department though and kindness towards us and our vehicle they "forgot" to order our windshield so we had to wait an extra week to take it home. but they gave us a rental in the meantime which was very convienent. detailers should brush up on how a new vehicle should look since they had a whole week to get it perfect. but other then that we are very happy!!

I have asked to speak with a manager over email and for someone to get back to me regarding the terrible experience I had buying my second car here and never received a phone call from anyone except the salesperson who sold me the car. They made myself and my mom uncomfortable throughout the whole experience by constantly asking her what SHE pays for our house and what SHE makes because they didn't believe that I was buying this car on my own as I'm only 18 years old. This was the second car I've purchased in my own name, I was ready to show them my bank account and pay stubs to prove to them that I was the one buying the jeep I purchased. Not only that, they made us sit and wait for 2 hours while they got paperwork and payments ready for a jeep that I hadn't even seen yet! How are you going to set someone up when they haven't even seen the vehicle yet? Completely backwards than any other dealer I would have went to in my opinion. When they went to get the car for me to test drive, it was in another lot. So we waited... And waited... And waited. For another hour... For a lot that was only 4 miles down the road. An hour. Not only that but I felt so forced into signing the papers on the Jeep that same night because they had already set up all of the payment process. It was about 10:15 before we even left and could not leave sooner because they still had the keys to the car I was trading in. I ended up signing the papers and drove the new (2016 Jeep Patriot) home on an empty tank of gas with the window stickers still on the car because they "didn't have time" to clean or get it gassed up. They told me to come back the following Saturday and that they would put gas and detail it. We sat for another TWO HOURS for a detail and gas that should have taken 45 minutes to an hour. Their excuse was that "other people from the day were ahead of me" and basically making me feel like even though I bought the car 2 days before and drove it around with gas I put in myself and window stickers that I wasn't a priority and they knew I was coming back that same Saturday as we had discussed. That's not even the best part... A brand new jeep infested with ants!! From the time I drove it out of the lot to today I'm constantly killing huge ants on my dashboard that come crawling out of the vents. I sent an email to the company asking for a manager to call me or email me with some kind of resolution to the frustrating experience I have had and nothing. I gave them from Saturday night to today with my email, phone number, and specific times I would be available and have heard nothing. Absolutely worst company to purchase a car from. Do not go here! Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Went in to purchase a van for my grandparents and did not have a good experience. Salesmen did not know his product and they falsely advertised. Well we decided to leave then all of a sudden the used car sales manager struck my car in the parking lot with a car he was appraising there was no damage but he didn't have the decency to appologize. You just lost a potential customer and not recomending anyone here.

The car buying process is inherently long and tedious. However, the personnel at Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram made it a fun experience for me. My sales team was Daniel Gonzalez (sales person), Rico Manley (Sales Manager), Al Rodriguez (General Sales Manager) and Mark Mesa (Finance). They all contributed to making the day go by quickly, by being friendly and efficient, and quickly arriving at a fair price to buy the truck. I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and Im very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

I had a car in for warranty and they did a great job of doing the work. when there they advised of another recall that just required a hose clamp but was not in stock and they would advise when in. Approximately one week later I received a post card from the dealer stating "Please stop by our parts department t pick up your special order parts." I stopped by to pick up the hose clamp and the parts department would not give it to me so I went outside to the service writers area and asked why the parts dept. would not give me the part that the notice advised was ready to be picked up. Writer advised that the clamp had to be installed by a registered technician or Chrysler would not pay for the part. I asked why they would send a card out advising that I could pick up the part and was told that it was "Just a generic notice" I left without the clamp and never intend to visit this dealer again. I did not have the car there at the time and who cannot install a hose clamp.

Visited and test drove Jeep Grand Cherokee on a rainy day..Salesman very pleasant and helpful. Came back next day after having him hold a used Jeep for me overnight, hoping to buy. My husband refused used, wanted to buy new. Salesman discouraged newwrote up contract, went to his boss, came back and decreased the amount he would give me for my vehicle as trade by a long shot. Not interested in showing me a new vehicle after I requested it, then lowered his offer on my vehicle. It was then obvious that as a woman, I was now getting the back and forth sales pitch. I walked out..and was chased to my car. A very bad shipping experience. Wont' go back.

My buying experience was exceptionally thanks to my salesman, Larry Talbert. He answered my questions, helped me in deciding my alternatives between purchasing new or used, and worked with his boss to get me pricing and warranty info as well as handling installation of a sunroof fore. He and Chick helped me make the best choice for me. Very pleasant people to deal with as well as knowledgeable about the cars I looked at. I would definitely return to the dealership for future auto purchases when the time is right.

Had a good experience with your shop the apointment at 08:30 was kept and told van would be ready at 11:30 but was ready at 10:30 yes I would recommend your shop.
