I was searching for prices online for a Honda HRV and Galpin was highly rated. When I called in Yusuf Fuad answered my call, we made an appointment and the rest is history. He was extremely prompt to our appointment, was extremely courteous and patient. He listened to all my requests and answered all the questions I had in mind. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He even educated me in the most respectful manner about the different car versions for the Honda HRV. He worked hard to meet my requirements for the sale and worked with me in setting a great payment plan (even if it took hours to do so!) He honestly is amazing, I highly recommend you ask for Yusuf Fuad, he will work tirelessly to get the best deal for the car of your dreams!

I've never been a person that liked Honda's but 2 of my sister's went to Galpin Honda in Mission Hills and were helped out by Junior they talked nothing but amazing things about how helpful he was and what a great deal they recieved so I decided to give it a try. As always Junior was very helpful, answered any questions I had, and made sure I was getting a good deal. I'm now very happy with my new Honda Civic thank you very much Junior.

I can say nothing but great things about my car shopping experience. I went in three seperate times because I couldn't make a decision. I was having anxiety about the whole thing. I didn't want to relive the awful car buying experiences I'd had st other dealers. I'm so happy I ended up going to Galpin. Hugo Lopez really put me at ease. He made everything seamless and easy. The complete opposite of what I expected. He was very patient. I had lots of questions and he answered every one of them until I finally decided on a car. Once all the paperwork was completed he walked me through all the features of the car, answered even more questions, and even offered to have me come back if I wanted to learn more about the car. This is hands down the best purchase I've made.

Upon walking into Galpin Honda, I was quickly approached by Alan. He was able to show me an array of Honda models and was able to tell me the interior/exterior color combinations per model at the top of his head. He was extremely knowledgeable on specifications (hp, mpg, etc) and was able to help me make my decision quickly. Once I made my decision, he got the paperwork prepared and filled out in a timely manner. I really appreciate the fact that he did not make me wait hours. I was very happy with his customer service skills as he was polite and efficient. Once the paper work was finalized, he did a walk around of the car and even set up my Bluetooth and programmed my favorite radio stations. I would highly recommend this representative as he is the epitome of "helpful Honda"!

So yesterday was black friday, my BF and I decided to check out any special deals at this dealer. We have been wanting to change a car for quite sometime now. I was interested in trading in my leased vehicle early to finace a car this time around. Nancy was awesome, she is sweet, patient, and very helpful in our quest to buy a new Accord Hybrid. She remained cheerful and upbeat even though it was getting really late on a Saturday night. My husband loves his new Accord and is a very satisfied customer! We give Nancy 5 stars, but the dealership itself 4 stars.The only thing is that the finance guy pressured use to buy the SilverCare warranty, we weren't interested, but he was so convincing that we ended up buying. After doing more research and deciding against it, we went back to cancel, and then the finance guy was really rude and angry. I don't recommend people buy the extended warranty.

I have been to many different dealerships many different times. I can say this was the first time I had had a positive and pleasant experience due to their great customer service and professionalism. Buying a car can be a tedious process, but having a helpful sales guy like Ali Ashikali, and the perks this dealership has to offer like a snack bar (with Coffee Bean!), kid's playing area (with Ipads!), and mini basketball hoops to relieve some stress, can make it a lot easier. Not only were we able to walk out with the car we wanted and the terms we wanted, but it took minimal time for Ali to get us the best deal. He understood our situation, respected our time, and took care of us through the whole process. I would recommend this dealership versus any other nearby Honda dealers by far. Definitely coming back here for my next purchase.

We came this dealership to buy new Honda after testing the vehicle we decided to moved and sales person has introduced sales manager Christopher. During credit application sales person seek help with Christopher and he said he will be back but he never show up and we wasted our time for nothing...Sales person was good but since manager was ignorant and has no importance for customer therefore we went other dealership bought the vehicle.My suggestion : manager shall be valued to customers rather than holding customers in dealership and be ignorant.

I never thought I could of had such a positive experience at a Car Dealership. I mean let's be honest, it can be exhausting just dealing with the pressure by some of the sales personnel. In my experience I always felt that they just wanted to sell you a car and not so much that they wanted to help you. But this time it was very different. With all honesty--- This was the first time I felt comfortable at a Car Dealer.. most of the time I feel scared of being giving the run around.. Hugo at (Galpin Honda) did not make me feel that way at all. he was honest but yet strived to get my payment where I needed it to be on a new car... the best part of my deal was he got Honda to pay off (Trade) my old car that was killing me with gas and high car payment... Literally as I turned around to grab the last of my things there was a service tech taking the hubcaps off for me and putting the Toyota symbol on every rim of my new Toyota Prius and by the time I was finished loading my stuff it was drive away ready. Seriously guys I couldn't of asked for better service here at Galpin Honda of mission hills. In August, we stopped by to check out a used Sienna. Cesar was with us and took us out for a test drive. The car was well maintained and they had all the car records/history. Cesar Mancilla was really helpful and not pushy at all. I bought a used Scion from Galpin Vw about 5 or 6 months ago which included a full service check list. Today I went to another place to get my first oil change. They showed me I did not have an air conditioner filter so I paid $40 to have one installed. I immediately went to Galpin to see if they would give me all or part of the $40. I should have written this review sooner but I've been out enjoying my new car. Originally looking for a used car, I found a 2014 CR-V at Galpin Honda and contacted them via their website to make sure the car was still there. I received an email confirming the cars availability along with a contact name and number so that we could set up a time for a test drive. I placed a call to Victoria and after a brief discussion about what exactly we were looking for, she mentioned that they had a great deal going on new 2016's. The price was right, under MSRP and in the price range we had been finding for used 2014's and 2015's. We set up a time for a test drive and in the meantime, she emailed me the price quote we had discussed and the name of the sales associate. Two days later, email in hand, we met with Nancy Trujillo. Within an hour, we had driven to the overflow lot, found the car we liked, taken a test drive and returned to the dealership to start the purchase process. Nancy was helpful, attentive, willing to answer any question and very personable. While we met with Oliver Lopez in the finance department, Nancy made sure the car was spiffed up, ready and waiting for us.I have never enjoyed car buying in the past. I am not a person who likes to dicker about price. This process was painless, the price quoted in the email was what we paid, no haggling, no pressure, no surprise fees. Not to mention I am now driving a brand new CRV and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Victoria, Oliver and especially Nancy for making this car buying experience painless and pleasurable.

'OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE' -- My wife and ventured out of the Central Valley into Santa Clarita and then into the LA area and found ourselves at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills. We were looking at a Ford Purchase but I wanted to see how the Honda stood up in comparison -- as it would be we never looked back -- the Honda won us over and it was largely due to Javier Navarro -- one of the Most -- if not the Best -- new car sales persons we have ever worked with -- answered all of our questions in an extremely pleasant and professional way -- walked us through the financing and really understood what we were looking for...this was on our first new Honda a few months back -- liked the car so much and the way Javier took care of us --we just recently went back to him and bought another new Honda from Galpin. I knew I wanted a Honda Fit for about half a year, and finally followed through at Galpin. I was greeted at the door by Jose Mozperaza and he ended up taking care of me throughout the entire process. Thankfully he was able to gauge that my priority was getting in and out as quickly as possible, and he stayed on top of and expedited all the internal processes required for both a new car sale and trade-in, even with a few back-and-forths from me on the down payment/financing end of things. Happy with the service and would definitely recommend to any of my friends looking in the car market!

I met salesman Hugo Lopez and I told him what happened at the other dealership. He told me not to worry, that I'd get a much better deal at Galpin Honda. Hugo was very kind, patient, and honest. I had a very good experience at this dealership. When I made contact with Galpin, I was assisted by a really friendly sales person, Oscar Rodriguez. He guided me through the leasing process without pressurizing me and has followed up with me since to check on my satisfaction with the car I leased. Oscar made the sales process fun and much less stressful. I had visited other dealerships before deciding to take the lease with Galpin, but it was clear that the customer service was significantly better at Galpin than the other dealerships I had contact with. I was also assisted during the process by Eddie who Oscar put me in touch with on a day he was not available. Again, Eddie was very helpful and made the process a lot easier. I will definitely be returning to Galpin in the future.

I bought over 10 cars from this dealership for me and my friends.. on the first 5 cars they were willing to negotiate and actually i got good deals but now they don't!! that might be because they're now too famous and they have too many customers so they're not willing to negotiate too much.. My advice is to go to a less known dealership 'cause they'll be willing to give better deals to achieve their target with Honda..

Today I was one lucky consumer! I found what I was looking for and I was treated very well.Galpin Honda Employee Mr. Walter Barry was the first person to great us with a smile when we arrived. He continue to assist us during our time there. He was patient, professional, courteous and very helpful. Ultimately he helped me find a vehicle that met all my needs within the price range I wanted.Mr. Barry went above and beyond what I would ever expect from anyone. I recently lost my D.L. and I could not proceed with the purchase until I had a copy, so what did he do? He offered to drive me over to the D.M.V. Yes, he drove me and he waited patiently, he even found me a pen as he saw me rummaging through my purse. I never had to ask, he just new what I needed. Not one negative comment or any sign of being inconvenienced. That my friends, is a great sales person and even better human being. They still do exist!He was observant and very accommodating. Yes, he drove me and he waited patiently, he even found me a pen as he saw me rummaging through my purse. I never had to ask, he just new what I needed. Not one negative comment or any sign of being inconvenienced. That my friends, is a great sales person and even better human being. They still do exist!He was observant and very accommodating. My husband and I leased a new Honda from this dealership yesterday, and we couldn't be more thankful and amazed from the entire sales experience. Our sales rep was Mile Naumovski and what I liked the most was that he did NOT have the stereotypical pushy car sales person approach that drives most of us crazy. He was very friendly and welcoming, was explaining everything thoroughly, answered all our questions and treated us with respect. Just purchased my 4th Honda with Galpin. VERY happy with how our sales person Felipe Flores treated us. The whole process took no more than a couple hours! He did not stop until we were happy with the price. He found us a car with everything we asked for and He was very honest and gave us various options when it came down to pricing. I never write reviews but i had such a positive experience this past month at Galpin Honda that i had to write one. Aside from the great deals that Galpin has their sales staff is amazing. One person in particular i want to mention is Michael Fogleman. My experience with Michael was so easy that i purchased 2 cars in 1 month. Galpin Honda is the BEST dealership to go to! I especially love and appreciate that they provide lifetime warranty on transmission and engine. Every potential buyer should know that Yusuf Fuad is the RIGHT consultant to do business with, especially if you are a first time buyer. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient. He went the extra mile to provide the best customer service. I appreciate him for not being the typical pushy and difficult salesman that likes to beat around the bush. It was my first time purchasing a car and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I had come with a couple family members who had experience and knowledge of buying cars and they too expressed that it was a pleasure doing business with Yusuf. I came in on August 8, 2016. I was looking to buy a used car that wasn't too old, mileage under 100k, and principle price that worked for me. Fortunately, I came to Yusuf at the right time because he found the only 2011 Honda Civic in the lot with mileage of 73k and price within the fair market range. I was absolutely happy with this and it best suited me. During the process of dealing with the paperwork and what not, Yusuf constantly offered us food and beverages, which adds on to his great customer service. In the end, I purchased 3 additional warrantie as I thought it was all worth it. All in all, I am very grateful and thankful to Yusuf for being the great salesman that he is. I will definitely be coming back to him in the future when I am ready to buy another car and I will be referring him to all my family and friends.

At Galpin Honda I had the best car buying experience of my life last weekend, seriously. I was shopping for the new Ridgeline and there are not many out there yet. I test drove at a dealer nearby and then compared color and trims at others where I could find them. Once I had that figured out I sent for pricing to many dealers including those that were a bit farther away. Galpin had two in the color at the top of my list. It began with a very quick internet quote which I requested late on a Saturday night and was reading early Sunday morning. I was shocked at the turn time for a weekend. Not only that, but for a vehicle that was getting quoted at MSRP all over town I received an actual discounted price which I was very satisfied with. I got a follow up call too and an hour later I was on my to Galpin. It was a storybook experience. Everyone I engaged with was courteous, polite and cheerful. Alen Bagdasaryan was my internet sales person and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His product expertise, courteous customer centric style and patience were all outstanding. After the deal was done it would have been easy to send me on my way but Alen made sure I was aware of every feature on the truck, we reviewed everything. I really appreciated that focus on customer satisfaction. The facility was great, everyone involved in the purchase were great and Ill mention again, the best car buying experience of my life was last weekend, seriously.

It is no secret to those that know me that I detest being hounded by sales individuals. It's probably why I held on to my last car for over 15 years; I didn't want to deal to all the haggling that can sometimes come with leasing/buying a new car. I was extremely happy when my good friend put me in touch with Yusuf Fuad at Galpin Honda. Yusuf had the car I wanted and didn't try to pressure me to get add-ons that I didn't want (and didn't need). He was kind, patient, did a fantastic job explaining everything about the car. Went in yesterday and didn't even know if my dad was going to approved to get a new family car. Had the pleasure of working with Jose Mozperaza greeted us at the door and gave us hope in getting a Pilot. He said he had some other vehicles in mind just to give us some options in case the bank wanted to go a different way. But at the end he helped us getting a Certified Pre Owned Honda Pilot and my family was super happy. I had gone to robertsons Honda, where they were giving me a 13%interest rate!. They told me if I didn't take it there was nothing else they can do! So I left. I had an appointment at Galpin earlier this month and my only hope was to leave with a reasonable deal on a good car. Junior Morales took great care of me and ensured my experience at Galpin was above and beyond expectations. He paid unwavering attention to my needs, from offering me food and coffee throughout the morning, to his time and patience in showing me multiple vehicles, models, and pricing options. He really worked with my budget and I was able to leave with a lease on the exact car (2016 Honda Fit) I wanted, but at a higher trim level - hello moonroof, alloy wheels, lane watch, and push button start!! - and really awesome deal. Once the car was purchased, Junior took me through navigating the instrument panel and all other aspects of using the car, confirming I felt comfortable before leaving the lot. They also helped customize a plan for an extended service warranty and worked with me on a cost option I could afford. Junior has checked in with me a couple of times since my purchase and continues to make himself available if any needs arise. Terrific overall experience but Junior was the best!!

My wife and I are the type of people who buy and hold cars so we have not had a great deal of car buying experience. This time around we visited a number of dealers, took several test drives, and eventually ended up between Honda of Thousand Oaks and Galpin Honda in Mission Hills. The contrast could not have been more distinct and yet it ran opposite of what might have been expected. The smaller dealership in our home community could not have made us feel more unwelcome and ultimately more distrustful. At the same time the mammoth #2 dealership in the country, Galpin Honda, excelled at customer service while managing what I suspect are at least 10x's the numbers. They beat TO's price, gave us a 0% interest rate, two years free oil change, and the Galpin lifetime drive train warranty. In the process Chaudry and Artin made it clear they were determined to earn our business. Buying a new car is not easy, it is expensive, and can take a long time, but Galpin despite their size (and maybe because they sell so many cars) are practiced professionals. Do your homework, figure out what you want to buy, how much it should cost, and given their interest in doing volume business, it is likely Galpin will be motivated to work with you.

Yusuf Fuad. This is the guy you want. I'm a woman and if its your first time leasing/financing for a car, it can be a little intimidating. My plan was to bring my brother or someone else but I ended up coming alone. FYI make sure you do your homework. I knew what car I wanted but I couldn't find a monthly payment I was okay with. So I came, told Yusuf the make and model of the car I'm looking for and I told him what the other dealership quoted me. He was able to stay UNDER my budget and didn't try to sell me anything he didn't think I needed like Honda Sensing (maybe the next car I lease can have that). I'm always going off of people's vibes and Yusuf definitely has a good vibe + he's honest. A few things before you come:1. Go to Kelley Blue Book or any other site that's helpful and check the price of the car. MSRP is one thing but you're gonna have to know if the car quoted to you is a good deal or not. 2. Bring something to read or do or watch. It's such a long wait to see the finance department. 3. Check your FICO score. It's good to know before you start negotiating with the dealership. Good Luck!

I can see why this is the #2 dealership in the nation. Galpin Honda will by far be the best dealership in Los Angeles in my mind based on my experience in all of the other Honda dealerships. The level of customer service is beyond words as you not only feel like a valued customer, but are treated with such a high level of respect and care. I felt unbelievably lucky to have worked with Alexander Tumasov as he was an invaluable resource in going over everything with me and answered every single question I had with regards to my lease. I wasn't pushed around, rushed or manipulated in anyway - I felt like he was beyond helpful in getting me the deal I wanted. The staff was very welcoming, I never experienced this at Chevy or Toyota. I have to say that they surprised me in every step I took, I had so many questions and concerns. I had researched many different car companies (ex: Toyota, Mazda, Kia) and finally made my way to Honda to find the exact car I was looking for. It had everything that I required in a car. The only Problem was that it was a little out of my price range, but no other dealer would help me or meet me half way. I talked to 3 different dealerships and didn't feel that I was receiving not only the best communication but it wasn't making me feel like I was being helped. I then got a message back from Galpin (it being the final dealership I had contacted) and I had told them exactly how much I had to spend and the exact car I was looking at. Michael Skierka later called me and unlike any other car salesman not only did not go over my budget but found a way to go below it for me. He was fast, helpful, responsive to all my questions and even through in some info I didn't even know to ask. The whole buying process was a breeze as well. I felt taken care of the whole way through and would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and Family (and to my self in the future if I Buy another car)

They have gone out of their way to be helpful to me. My car was recalled and I just broke my ankle. They came to my house and delivered a loaner car and when my car was repaired, they picked up the loaner and delivered my car (washed as well!!). Luis Urrutia drove my car both ways. He went out of his way to help me by unloading my car and carrying my stuff to the loaner. I can't thank Galpin enough!!!

We worked directly with DONNA ALVAREZ, who is amazing at her job! If you are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle-- I highly recommend that you request to work with/ask for Donna Alvarez. She is professional, trustworthy, friendly and personable, knowledgable about the vehicles and the leasing/purchasing process, and is a true pleasure to do business with. We came into the dealership over a very busy Memorial Day weekend and Donna Alvarez worked patiently with us (and very quickly behind the scenes) to help us lease TWO new cars. Despite the fact that it was our first time purchasing cars, we felt extremely comfortable working with Donna and trusted that she was working to get us the best possible deals on our cars. (Me and my fiance are both attorneys who worked in NYC for several years, so our trust does not come easy.) The dealership itself is also pretty incredible. They provide free bottled water, soda, or coffee while you wait, there is an on-site cafe, as well as a kids playroom, basketball shooting area, and clowns who do face-painting and make balloons for the kids. On the two days we were there, the dealership also gave out free pizza and grilled kabobs to customers. I came here on June 3rd and drove off with a silver 2016 Honda Accord Sport sedan. I'll say this first, I am not into shopping around for cars and the hours of negotiating before coming to terms with a price. My family loves Honda, but usually we spend a whole day at the dealership (Kolbe, Miller, etc.) so I really wasn't looking forward to the experience. That is, until Chaudry Ahmed came up to my dad and I, and helped us out. Chaudry is not only a true professional that really wants to help you find your dream car, but he is really a great guy that just loves what he does. I already knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay per month. Chaudry made it happen in under two hours! Keep in mind, this is us creating a profile in the system, going to see the car I wanted, test driving it, and negotiating the price. He wasn't the only helpful one, Matthew in Finance is just as awesome and extremely quick. I signed the contract and all the paperwork was completed in 20 minutes!Overall, I spent about less than 3 hours at the dealership thanks to Chaudry and Matthew. I highly recommend Galpin Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda because these guys are amazing! Chaudry, if you ever read this, thank you so much for welcoming my dad and I with open arms and for helping me realize that car-buying can just be as easy as anything else. We got a brand new Honda Odyssey yesterday (Memorial Day)! I was one of the first customers in the morning but since it was a holiday, it took longer than usual. Gilbert Jordan was our sales person. He was very patient and helped us as much as possible. The managers also helped out and were nice to us. They gave us a good price on the van. They were very busy yesterday but still accommodating. They even served free lunch! We are happy with their customer service. At the end of the day, we finally got to take home the van after a long process. We will definitely go back there if we ever decide to get another car in the future. We will also recommend this dealer to our family/friends. Thanks Gilbert & Galpin Honda!

My 25 yr old daughter got her very first car and I was 3,000 miles away and couldn't be there to guide her through the process. I was given to Kathy Cong and explained to her that I needed a sales person to step in on my behalf and take care of my daughter as if she were her own or I would take my business elsewhere. I am used to equating buying a car to the worst corners of Hell. It was Memorial Day and that is what I expected, but the salesperson, Mr. Arias, tried his best to ensure we were comfortable. We met Sylvia and she helped my sister by showing her varied models of Accord's until she decided on the Touring. What made this experience great was that it was our second visit in 2 weeks as my sister looked and test drove other cars. Sylvia was very patient and pleasant to work with she made the process go smoothly. While looking for my sisters car I started becoming interest in a new car for myself. I already had a pilot and I liked the new design of the 2016 model, and after negotiating a good price for my car trade in value I left with a new Pilot for myself. This dealership is so accommodating and the employees make you feel welcomed. They make sure you are not missing anything and they show you different options not just one . Very helpful and patient when it comes to your decision. Mathew makes sure you are comfortable and helps you get into an agreement were is going to be good for yourself. Best dealer in the nation !!!! I'm truly amazed with the service I received! CARLOS RODRIGUEZ went the whole 9 yards, very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He is my "to go to salesman" from now on ! Not just that he became a friend! Honestly the sale process went like a breeze. I was unable to go to the dealership that day do to car issues I had at the moment, but that was not a problem with Carlos he personally came to pick me up! Talk about award wining service !! I got the car I wanted, the price and the monthly payments. From now on no need to search for all my future car purchases. As long as Carlos is there I'm there! So...my partner's car broke down on a Friday and before she knew it, she was off in a 2016 metal sheen Honda Civic EX by the end of the weekend thanks to Kathy Cong! My partner spent all-day that Saturday calling every Honda dealership in the greater Los Angeles area and everyone kept giving her the runaround on a lease. They either wouldn't budge on the price of the car or some didn't even bother talking to her once she said she wanted $0 down (yea, I'm talking to you Honda of Santa Monica). I found Kathy through all the great reviews on Yelp and after my partner called her, we both knew that all the reviews were true. She is thorough, called/texted her back when she said she would, and got her an amazing deal on a lease. Once we got to the lot, she attended to us right away and we were out of there within three hours, which was incredible because the dealership was super packed. I have never been personally interested in a Honda, but Kathy may have changed my mind. The transaction was seamless. I wish my experience buying Mazdas was even half as good as my partner's experience with Kathy. If you're interested in a Honda, you don't have to look any further...Kathy is the best!

Came in on recommendation from my sister who's family owns three Hondas; Crosstour, Accord, Civic, and we also own a CRV my sister said go in and talk to Junior Morales so I said obliged I went in and he was available right away I went in wanting the 2016 Accord Sport Junior told me about the car and let me test drive one he wasn't the typical car salesman who tries to suck you dry of you money. He really wanted me to drive off the lot that day (May 1st). So we got to negotiating, and FYI I had no credit history, he threw some numbers around on how much it would be under just my name the payments were too high and I couldn't afford it, he worked with me and said I could get a cosigner and it would help out. So i did, my dad cosigned and the option was to lease with my old car and some cash on top as down payment and the monthly payment was awesome. I plan on keeping the car after the three years I'm not getting rid of that thing until it won't run anymore. Long story short I drove off that lot in my new Accord Sport thanks to Junior he's also been available by text and calls to answer all my questions even at 10pm I love that he was so dedicated to helping me out and still is I would recommend this dealership and Junior Morales to all my friends they make you feel like you got a great deal. There's no substitute for great service and Junior definitely delivered!

Over the past several weeks, as my old lease (a blue 2013 Honda Accord LX sedan) was coming to an end, I reached out online to many SoCal Honda dealers to find the best quote on a new lease (for a 2016 Honda Accord sedan, either LX or EX). But of all of the dealers that I reached out to, there was only one that I seriously considered. This dealer stood out above the rest. And, really, it wasn't the dealer so much as the internet salesperson who reached out to me: the amazing, incredible, awesome Sevan Behjou of Galpin Honda of Mission Hills! While other dealers dodged my detailed questions and just tried to lazily rope me into coming down to their respective lots to trap me into a deal -- as if I would fall for that(!) -- Sevan was different, and better, and incredible. Why? Because Sevan gave me what I wanted: FACTS, INFORMATION, and NUMBERS! She was straight with me, and she was real. She was knowledgeable, and caring, and interested. And she didn't try to strong-arm me. We went back-and-forth via email going over numbers and offers and options. I had many follow-up questions and I even dropped out of contact for a few days. But Sevan stuck with me, and when I was ready I came over to Galpin Honda to meet her and decide on whether I'd be going with an LX or an EX. When I told her that I was really interested in a blue EX, she personally saw to it that a blue EX came over to the lot to be there when I arrived. And when I finally met Sevan, I found her to be even more amazing, awesome, professional, and perfect than when I'd been emailing with her. We test drove the EX, but I still wasn't sold. I'd loved by LX so much over the past 3 years, and I wasn't sure that I really need the EX. But with Sevan's intelligent, beautiful guidance and support, I ultimately decided on the EX. And she made the numbers work for me so that it was an INSANELY incredible deal. And the EX was exactly the right choice. Having driven it now for the past couple weeks, I'm in love. It's got Apple CarPlay, which is amazing, but also things that I thought I didn't even care about but that now I can't even imagine living without: the keyless entry/SmartKey system (for doors and trunk); push-button start; the LaneWatch (blind spot) camera; and a dope moonroof! I drove off of that lot with the coolest car, exactly the car that I wanted. And that only happened because of The MAGNIFICENT Sevan. In 1960, there was a movie called "The Magnificent Seven," and I hear that they're re-making it this year. But they must have spelled the last word of the title wrong, because there could be nothing more magnificent than SEVAN, of Galpin Honda. She really deserves her own movie, or a whole series of them, so after they make "The Magnificent SEVAN," they really need to make the sequels, with titles like "SEVAN: Wonder of the World," "I Rolled Lucky SEVANS" and, finally, "SEVAN(th) Heaven." And even if they did, I doubt they could capture the full scope of Sevan's intelligent, caring, informative, and awesome salesmanship. In short, Sevan Behjou gave me the perfect car-leasing experience, and for that I will be forever grateful. I thank her and everyone at Galpin Honda for giving me everything. And if you're looking for a Honda, then my advice is to do yourself a favor and go talk to Sevan Behjou at Galpin Honda. You won't regret it, and your life will be better for having done it.

I had my first car buying experience at Galpin Honda; before this I had nothing but used cars and only saw buying a new car as a heavy economic burden. My experience at Galpin Honda though changed my entire perspective on buying a car. I was very nervous and felt unsure about what I was getting into until I met Chaudry Ahmed; he was a very professional sales representative that was willing to invest time explaining to me all my different options and answered all my questions. I started off on the defensive and ended up being very grateful for the deal that he worked out for me. I have barely been working my credit for 9 months and wasn't able to put a huge down payment but Chaudry still was able to get me an excellent deal and made me feel very comfortable about the investment I made on a brand new 2016 Honda Civic LX. I honestly didn't think I was going to walk out with a car because I thought my credit score and down payment were too low but after talking things out he explained to me that I had more options than I initially could see. I wasn't considering leasing but after talking things out I was able to see that leasing it was an optimal way to build my credit and try out break up my purchase into two more manageable contracts. First a least and then a to buy contract. Whenever I needed space to talk things out with my girlfriend he patiently backed off and allowed us to discuss between ourselves. He fought very hard to give me a what I believe to be very reasonable monthly payment. He showed me all the different options and what I would be getting myself into depending on the different vehicles I would try to get. As we got closer to financing he made me a promise on a monthly payment and he ended up getting me an even lower payment. When I got to financing I was delighted to meet Oliver Lopez; he made the financing department a pleasant experience. I honestly thought this was going to be the hardest part but he explained all the different packages to me and what the requirements were to maintain the limited lifetime powertrain warranty. He never pressured me into a package and even threw in some extra oil service for free. After a few minutes with these guys all my anxiety went away and I ended up having great time working out the details while sharing anecdotes about life and having good laughs. Once I get comfortable I start joking around a lot and Oliver was a great sport about it. Chaudry was so nice too, he offered my girlfriend and I a lot of advice. As a plus, he threw in tinted windows, an alarm, and low jack for free! I have to reiterate, I walked into Galpin nervous and scared and walked out happy and confident about my purchase. Next time I go to buy a car, I'm definitely going to Chaudry and if you want to a buy a car, go to him too. He will get you the best deal and treat you with respect.

Matthew Mccaster was an amazing sales man he followed up with me even after I inquired about the car online and hasn't stopped since that day. We've been working on a deal for about a month and never once was he too pushy about the deal he was patient and tried to get us the best deal he could even if it meant multiple runs to the sales manager.

I recently went to drop off my vehicle for an oil change and Armen was there to help me out. Within two hours he called to tell me my vehicle was ready and informed of what was done to my vehicle and what should be done at my next service appointment. Next time I will be sure to ask for Armen again.

I recently leased a car from Galpin Honda and had a great experience. Alexander Tumasov was very helpful throughout the whole process. All my questions were answered and he took the time to listen to my concerns and help me find the right car and payment plan. He has even kept in touch after signing the lease to check how things are going with the car and to answer any other questions I might have. Go see Alexander!

I would recommend all my family and friends to josh he was truly so much help as my first time getting a car he made me feel like I was on the right track and made me feel less stressed about going threw with getting one the same day I walked in .He answered all my questions and concerns !!! Thank you to Gilbert, Jemmie and Ricardo for all your help with our purchase of our vehicle, you guys were awesome. Only one problem, Carlos Guzman manager, not sure how he is on the position he is, if he does not know how to treat clients. His job is to creat a better environment for the client and to try to help out on whatever is needed, unlike what he did, he was rude, unhelpful, he does not care about the client. Hopefully this comment will be taken into consideration. I love Honda, this is my 5th car I get at this dealer, but with this managers attitude, I don't think I would never go back. Honda please check your managers and their customer service.
