If I could give zero stars I would, communication is horrendous, service department should be closed and the actual dealership is subpar. Trying to get in touch with anyone is a game of roulette, my service advisors never answers my texts. My car on the other hand is a piece of garbage that has lived in out of the so-called service department for the past two and a half years. I am now filling a lemon law to get out of my Lincoln MKC and out of Galpin.

I recently leased a top of the line Navigator from Moe Hosseini at Galpin Motors. Moe is one of the best auto sales and leasing reps I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve leased many different cars from different dealerships - Escalade, Porsche, Land Rover and Moe’s service is bar none. Moe’s extremely professional, bright, and driven by customer satisfaction. Always accessible and responsive and never pushy. I can’t recommend him enough. Best thing is that Moe is a VIP Multi Brand Rep for all of Galpin Motors. Galpin Motors now owns dealerships of all high end cars - Range Rover, Porsche, Austin Martin, etc. Moe represents and handles all of these brands for Galpin so he is an amazing asset as a one stop shop for any of these brands. Thus far exceeding what any one sales rep can deliver. I’ve previously always used lease brokers, but trust me when I say if you’re looking at different options for your next high end auto, contact Moe. Galpin couldn’t be more fortunate to have him on their team.

I leased a loaded Lincoln MKX at Galpin. A few weeks later, I had some minor problems and asked them to take a look. Service kept my vehicle for EIGHT DAYS. I sent multiple texts, called, etc asking for its return. Finally, then admitted that they'd had a problem with the service adviser who was "no longer with the company" and had mothballed my car for that period without doing any work on it. They eventually returned the car, with no work done. So, thanks to their personnel issues, I paid the lease fee on a vehicle for eight days while they kept the car locked up in their shop. Do you seriously want to trust your car to these guys? I sure as heck won't be doing business there again.

I shopped for my new Volvo at about 8 different dealerships. Most turned me off by their aggressiveness and evasiveness when trying to pin down a price. I immediately like Todd's approach and in both phone and email he was honest, forthright, and helpful. His knowledge of the Volvo was beyond other dealerships and when I went out to see the car at Galpin, it was a delightful experience to meet Todd in person, discuss the car, sports, and life in general. You cannot ask for better. The car buying experience was made seamless and easy by Todd, and he went out of this way to help deliver the car (I couldn't take delivery myself right away) and he braved the LA Freeway traffic to drive over one hour to bring me the car. That is no mean feat!!! I was very impressed. I am in the market for a Ford F250, and Todd Kessler will be my man!!

Our first visit to Galpin Premier Collection was extraordinary. Lana Krizki was our sales executive and she made it a great experience. She made us feel very comfortable and has a welcoming and friendly personality. This is my first Lincoln. I was a Cadillac client for almost twenty years. I have friends that call me Cadillac Rick. After repeated mechanical setbacks with my Cadillacs, that reign has come to an end. I could no longer ignore what Lincoln has to offer in a vehicle. My fingers are officially crossed with this move to Lincoln, but if the product is half as good as my salesman's professionalism and focus on my needs, then I should have no problem in the future. I can't say enough about Todd Kessler. Although, trustworthy is the first word that comes to mind. It took just the right salesperson to get me to acknowledge that it was time for a change. Early this year I purchased my new Lincoln MKZ. I had the pleasure of working with Todd Kessler. Buying a car isn't always as fun as it might sound. There is the opportunity for pushy closers to make you sign a deal. The trade-in of an old vehicle for a new one gives even more opportunity for salesmen to leave you feeling bled dry of your patience and trust. This is NOT the case when dealing with Todd. Todd was the only person I worked with when working on my deal. I had a 2012 Mazda as a trade-in and Todd handled the back and forth for me. I never had to deal with some manager intent on meeting a bottom line. Todd was respectful with my time and patience and made every effort to make my experience top notch. Dealing with Todd means you will be treated like a V.I.P. In addition to the pleasant negotiation, Todd handled the delivery of my vehicle directly to my home in Santa Clarita. Paperwork was signed in the comfort of my dining room. Todd's overt attempt at making the purchase seamless and efficient was more than evident and appreciated. My Service Manager Mark Schuler has handled some routine items for me as well. I'm always treated like a VIP when I arrive at the dealership and Mark makes absolutely certain my experience is handled with efficiency and professionalism. I recommend Galpin Lincoln, Todd Kessler and Mark Schuler to anyone who needs a great experience. I love my MKZ and it's truly the first car I have not had any regrets purchasing.

I am a very indecisive person especially when I have to many choices. I've been eyeing new cars BMW, BENZ, and JAG for months maybe even a little over a year. I went Into Galpin Jaguar at closing 8:30 just window shopping really Justin Permijo came Showed me a 2012 white Jaguar with a tan inside very low miles CLEAN!!!! He let me test drive it I fell n love !!! As I said before I am very indecisive, most sales man are very pushy not Justin. He actually told me to go home and sleep on it, It is a very big decision. I sleep on it came back the next day drove out that evening in my new car !!!!Justin was so cool down to earth, and helped me find the right car. I had a great experience. My mom loves his service she will be purchasing her Lincoln from him shortly.

I must say, Lana Krizki and her team proved me wrong with about every single thing I thought to be true about car dealerships. I think the biggest thing was the incredibly difficult challenge Lana had in getting me into a new car. Despite my credit and an issue that no other dealership was able to fix, she sat there (and it was a long time) and figured it out. It wasnt about the money or making a deal. My wife and had a great experience buying our car from the Galpin Premier Collection dealership in Van Nuys. The reason for this are the people working there. Upon stepping into the beautiful showroom we were introduced to Justin Permijo. He was unlike any salesman we had expected to meet. He showed us the car we were interested in and compared it to others that were also available. He listened to both our concerns and hopes addressing each in a thoughtful manner. After the exhilarating test drive with the top down he treated us to iced coffee from the on-site Starbucks (a life saver during a hot day in The Valley). Then he carefully explained to us about what constituted a Certified Pre-owned Car and also about the Power Life Warranty coverage that comes standard with the used cars Galpin sells which covers extended replacement and repair. Along the way we got to meet the rest of his sales team, including Jonathan Kramer, who walked us though financing, guarantees and service, and a hands on explanation of what all the buttons, switches and other stalks, knobs and handles did. We had arrived at Galpin at 1:00PM and we finally left at 7:30PM with a beautiful red Volvo C70 hard-top convertible, which our neighbors cant believe isnt new. Thank you Justin, thank you Jonathan, thank you Peggy, and thanks to the rest of the Galpin group. Oh, and yes Justin, we did cruise the PCH to Zuma Beach with the top down. Wow!!

My fiance and I went in to Galpin Premier with the hopes of getting out of our Ford Flex lease into a purchase of an Expedition. We had been turned down multiple times before at other places due to how upside down we were on the lease so we were skeptical if we were going to get what we wanted at Galpin. Boy were we wrong! Thanks to Todd Kessler we got out of our lease and got into a Lincoln Navigator at the same price as an Expedition with less options! Prior to going in we never even considered a Lincoln Navigator due to the cost. But with the help from Todd he made it happen. We give you 2 thumbs up Todd Kessler for taking care of us! Go see Todd Kessler if you want to deal with someone who knows their stuff and will make things happen!

Justin Permijo knows exactly how to treat a customer and the dealership was exactly what I was looking for in a car searching experience. It's always good to kick tires with someone who really knows what they are talking about and makes you feel comfortable. I was not pushed into making any decisions that I was unsure about and was given ample information regarding the cars of interest. I would recommend him and the dealership itself to anyone who is in the market for a car for themselves or a friend or family member. Justin Permijo elucidated the things about the cars that I wanted to know more about and didn't talk my ear off with information that I wasn't interested in or didn't find pertinent to my search. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way and just wanted to thank him and the company for such a positive overall experience.

We found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to buy a new car when someone ran into me and my car was totaled. So, we took a Saturday to drive so many cars. We weren't intending to buy a car that day, we just wanted to know what was out there. A co-worker had recently bought a Volvo so, after driving 7 other cars, we drove down to Galpin Volvo to check them out. We were fortunate enough to meet a very helpful salesman, Todd Kessler. The experience was so very pleasant. No hard sell, at all! We drove a couple different models. Todd's approach was very informative. We could tell that he really believes in the cars he is selling. Once we determined which model we wanted, Todd helped us find the perfect car. Without any pressure from him, we bought a car that night. He spent quite a bit of time with us going through all of the details of the car, even though it was almost 10PM when we finished with everything. When we discovered that we didn't get the cargo cover with the model we chose, Todd offered to have one delivered to our house. And, even the finance process was quick with no pressure. We ended up paying less than we expected. Looking for a new car? You should definitely go to Galpin Motors and ask for Todd Kessler!!!

After months of looking for vehicles I had finally found what I was looking for, the Lincoln MKZ. I wanted something luxurious and classy, but didn't want to be in the same type of vehicle that every other person in Los Angeles is in. I went to the Galpin Lincoln early Saturday and was greeted by Justin Permijo. He showed me every Lincoln MKZ on the lot to find the right color of exterior and interior I was looking for. I found this really sweet champagne Lincoln with coffee brown leather interior, it stood out and I want it bad. We took it for a test drive and I was hooked. Justin was really cool, personable and very professional. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and at a price I can afford. So I signed the dotted line and took home my 2017 Lincoln MKZ, like a boss! I will definitely be sending my friends to Justin when they're shopping for a new ride.

I just bought a new Volvo XC 90 from Galpin. Todd Kessler was amazing. Helping me with this deal was no easy task, but Todd was amazing. He just kept "going with the flow." No pressure. I couldn't decide which model I wanted -- the XC 60 or the XC 90, and then when I settled on the XC 90, which trim level. Todd and Jeremy Guller worked pricing on purchasing and leasing a number of vehicles, and I kept changing my mind. I recently purchased a 2017 Lincoln Mkz for an astounding price!!! I'm blown away. I walked into the Galpin Dealership with the intentions of buying another Mazda 6. However the sales manager Jeremy convinced me to buy a Mkz. One of the best choices I've made thus ! far!! My salesman Justin Permijo was very helpful! We test drove a few cars and he also guided me through the purchasing process. He also showed me a lot of the features on my car before I drove off the lot. If you ever need a salesman that's professional, yet comedic at the same time, then Justin is your guy!!!

After 10 years and 3 leases by Nissan we have decided to look around for a different car. We stepped into Galpin Van Nuys to look at the Lincoln MKX and boy or boy am I glad we did so. Our sales representative was Orson Van Gay, From the moment we stepped in this nice and professional man took his time to understand exactly what we want and more importantly what we need. You can easily get lost between all the options, which of course I did, but he kept me focus on what important. When we finally found the car I want, Orson went out of his way to make the numbers work for me. He put aside the fact it was Valentine and he was late for dinner with his wife, he even put up with our 7 years old losing her patients and only focus on making us as happy customers as can be and he did. I leased a beautiful black MKX and I am so happy! Thank you Orson for being so reliable and respectful, you made this car-shopping experience a one to remember.

I must say, I'm really disappointed that I have to write this review. I will say that I gave Jeremy Guller, Galpin Lincoln's General Sales Manager every chance to fix the issue before I was forced to start working on making sure others don't end up a victim to a similar experience.I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette for a total amount of $47,668.95. I put down $5,500 although my intentions were to only put down $4,000. My salesman, Jeff Stevenson explained to me that another $1,500 would need to be put down for the deal to work. He also explained that the manager(I'm assuming Jeremy Guller) was reluctant to discount the price of the car because of how clean and "well maintained" it was.The car had 24,485 miles on it at the time of purchase and just over 26,000 miles on it before I realized in Laguna Beach that the manual transmission wouldn't go into reverse any longer. I brought the car in to have it repaired and was greeted by my service advisor, Brian. I explained that I just purchased the vehicle and the reverse function was no longer working.The next day, Brian asks me for my permission to send the car to an outsourced mechanic to figure out what was wrong with the car since their inspection couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't go into reverse.Once inspected by their mechanic, the problem found was that the clutch was too worn to allow the transmission to go into reverse any longer and that it needed to be replaced. I'm already irritated because I purchased this vehicle from "Galpin Premier Collection" thinking I'm buying a solid car AND I had already purchased two vehicles from Galpin before.I reply to Jeff that Galpin should repair it. He explains that he waiting to hear from a general manager who will return in the morning and get back to me with an approval by late morning. At 1:24pm, I send Jeff a text following up to make sure the repair has been approved. After receiving NO response, at 3:49pm I text, "Really Jeff? Come on man".3 minutes later I receive a call from Jeremy Guller. The first words that come from his mouth is that the clutch is a "wear and tear" item and that they would not cover it. When I heard those words come out of his mouth, I was livid. I'm expecting a positive response but receive the complete opposite. He goes on further to explain that the tire diameter is significantly shorter than it was at the time of purchase 2 months prior. First, I'd like to say that if they were so good at checking the diameter of the tire, why couldn't they check the clutch as well? Especially after selling me the "clean" Z06 for thousands more than I should've had to pay. Second, I have babied the car and have been driving manual cars for 20 years! I've NEVER had a clutch wear out on me after 1,500 miles, of which most were freeway by the way!After he accused me of abusing the car, Jeremy did offer to "work with me". Really? Working with me is not what I want to hear after just purchasing the car. Working with me involves more money coming out of my pocket for an issue that should've been resolved before selling me the car in the first place! Regardless of whether the clutch is covered or not, there's a bigger picture to this story. Fix the clutch, and I continue to purchase with Galpin! Don't, and lose more money in potential sales because of the greed involved in the auto sales operation of Galpin than the cost of a clutch repair.I've been without my car now for 6 days and all I keep hearing is a bunch of chatter. Galpin's dropped the ball and they expect me to pay for their "Premier Mistake" There's plenty more for me to go on about. Like the second vehicle I bought that still has transmission problems, but I won't bore you guys with that story.For those of you reading this, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CONSIDER BUYING FROM SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN GALPIN. ThanksOh yeah, this is Galpin's "Customer Bill of Rights":You have the right to:-Courteous and professional treatment at all times.-Honest information when you request it, without evasiveness.-PROMPT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE WITH GENUINE CONCERN FOR YOUR TIME. **That's a NO in this case**-Choose which products and services you purchase.-Clear and thorough explanations of all financing and purchase details.-Receive copies of all documents signed.-EXPECT THE VALUE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO BE EQUAL TO OR EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE. Very nice dealership. The fact that there are private offices to discuss what you want, an organized service center, and a Starbucks, make it a place you feel comfortable making a purchase. The people working around there made us feel welcome and comfortable. They listened to our expectations and desires. We left there with a new (used) car that we are very comfortable with and enjoying very much. I appreciate the time they took with us for without them. I rarely write a review for service, good or bad, but felt that others should be aware that this dealership is worth consideration when looking for a vehicle.

I have Purchased and leased automobiles from Galpin since 1984. I have purchased a 1984 fully equipped Van, Ford, Mazda, Volvo, and the last few automobiles have been Lincolns. I had a 2013 Lexus GS that I loved and had been a long term member of the Lexus family. I needed to trade my car in for a larger SUV because of severe back pain and after visiting several other Lincoln dealers and being very disappointed and treated poorly I had given up. As a last try I called Galpin Lincoln and was connected to Joseph, told him where I was in my current lease and what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay. I also explain that was suffering from chronic pain and wanted this to be as easy as possible and "painless" as possible.He asked some additional questions to get a more accurate idea of what exactly what I was looking for and what I needed and what would help me the best. He invited me to come to Galpin have a cup of coffee (on him) and look and at Navigator. I arrived at the dealership which is stunning facility by any standard. Joseph was waiting for me when I arrived and had already brought down a Navigator for me to look at and parked it at the front door. Considering I suffer from chronic pain the simple fact that I didn't have to "tour the lot" was incredibly helpful.What I was surprised about what Joseph did not immediately find the most expensive Navigator on the lot but the one that fit my needs and the amenities I was looking for. There was no constant "up selling" or trying to get me to buy more than what I was looking for. I have been driving luxury brand cars for some time and expect a certain experience and treatment and Joseph exceeded all my expectations.He with the sales manager immediately came back with the deal that I was looking for and made the entire process of financing and purchasing the vehicle. The experience that I had at Galpin Lincoln and Joseph was impressive to say the least. I made a point of tracking down the General Manager to explain what an amazing experience it was. Any luxury car dealer could take notes from Joseph and Galpin Lincoln on how to work with customers to meet their needs.If you are going to Galpin Lincoln be sure to ask for Joseph Jones....it will be the best car buying experience of your life.

I have been a Galpin Ford Mercury Lincoln customer for 10 years. Everyone at Galpin extends the highest quality of customer care and service for cars. When we bought our car David Rogers was our sales person. He was very patient and well informed about the vehicles we were looking to buy. David walked us through the entire sales process and made everything so pleasant and easy for us. I highly recommend him in sales. The service department from the initial call for an appointment to checking the car in to picking the car up when done is the best experience that I've had anywhere. The service writers and mechanics do an excellent job of maintaining and repairing my vehicle. When I drive it I have the utmost confidence in my vehicle. On my last visit Jimmy Bentley was the man who retrieved my car for me. He is very outgoing and pleasant and is willing to do what ever it takes to make Galpin's customers happy and driving away with a smile. For me, service and price wise there is no where else that I will take my car. A great big thanks to everyone on the Galpin team!

Matthew Snider was my Salesman. I ordered a 2013 Lincoln MKZ, built the way I wanted. It took about 7 weeks to wait for the car to finish but Matthew contacted me occasionally, giving me updates about the car via email and phone. Our experience with Galpin Lincoln was very good from the day I test drove the 2013 Lincoln MKZ hybrid. There was no high pressure to buy and Ivan Merino was very informative about the car. The car was delivered within the time frame promised. When we picked up the car Ivan went through a detailed explanation of the operation of different functions. We are very pleased.

We are from Bakersfield,Ca. This is our first lease with Galpin Ford, but our third transaction with Dave Meadows. Dave Meadows is one of the few honest and caring car manager's, who delivers the best customer service we have ever received. My husband is disabled. He requested that Dave would have everything done so that when we went down to Galpin, all we would have to do is bring our trade-ins and sign. Dave kept in contact with us throughout this the deal. I faxed him information that he needed to complete the deal. We left for Galpin on Friday morning 5-10-12. Dave called us to make sure we were on the way and that we were safe. When we arrived, Dave and Charlie were there to welcome us to Galpin Ford. There was our new 2013 Edge, waiting for us. It was great to see Dave. He has always kept in touch with us by phone or mail. That's what we like abot Dave, he is old school...Customer Service!!!!!!. He introduced us to Charlie, who was very friendly and kind. Dave handed us off to Charlie, who would be handling our transaction. Charlie was great. He was very attentive, informative and knowledgable. Charlie showed us the operational information we needed to drive off. We were only there 3 1/2 hrs. Thanks Dave and Charlie for your consideration and excellent customer service. We are to return in 3 years and we are looking forward to it. I will make sure that when people comment on our beautiful Edge, that we will refer them to Dave and Charlie. This is my 3rd lease from this dealership. I have had a Jaguar, Mercury Milan and now a Lincoln MKZ. I was not sure about a 2012 lease due to some financial difficulties this year but to my surprise and beyond my expectations, not only was I put into a luxury car, there was no money down, over $5,000 of rebates and an effortless day with laughter, friendliness and warmth. I was so impressed with the service where another dealership in town was horribly rude, I literally called several friends from the showroom and told them to get down there and buy their new cars; one called, another is going this weekend. I can't rave enough about Galpin; they go the extra mile for their clients. They work magic where others don't want to work anything at all.

Typical Car Sales!! I was given a price and was told that it was the best one that they could offer me. First off, the vehicle was not explained to me AT ALL!! I felt like I was the prey in a room full of preditors. Needless to say I bought somewhere else where I was treated like a knowledgable consumer and was given a much better deal.

Liars and con artists! They said a car is in stock to get me to come down (1.5 hours away). When it wasn't there, I threw a fit. anmost every car they have is loaded with overpriced crap! When I asked for the full tank of gas they promised me if I didn't make a deal, they wouldn't allow me to drive the car to the pump, and wanted to take it to some off-site pump they had. NO THANK YOU!
