I highly recommend Todd Kessler as your salesman at Galpin.. He does an excellent job at making the customer feel comfortable in the purchasing experience and is very accommodating to all customer needs. I had a great experience.

Great staff and amazing facilities. I was floored by the Starbucks in the dealership! The staff was very professional, polite and worked with me to figure out my exact desire. Justin Permijo and Lana Krizki have the patiences of a Saint. After months of test driving every luxury vehicles out there and not finding what I desired; I found Justin and Lana! They were the perfect sales tag team making me feel as if I were their only customer. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle.

After months of looking for vehicles I had finally found what I was looking for, the Lincoln MKZ. I wanted something luxurious and classy, but didn't want to be in the same type of vehicle that every other person in Los Angeles is in. I went to the Galpin Lincoln early Saturday and was greeted by Justin Permijo. He showed me every Lincoln MKZ on the lot to find the right color of exterior and interior I was looking for. I found this really sweet champagne Lincoln with coffee brown leather interior, it stood out and I want it bad. We took it for a test drive and I was hooked. Justin was really cool, personable and very professional. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and at a price I can afford. So I signed the dotted line and took home my 2017 Lincoln MKZ, like a boss! I will definitely be sending my friends to Justin when they're shopping for a new ride.

I had an excellent experience leasing a car from Galpin. Jorge Martinez and Vincent Villa spent a lot of time with me, worked with me to find an alternative when my first choice didn't work out, stayed with me through the whole process and, as importantly, have been extremely responsive to the inevitable questions I've had since--they were great. And I believe the dealership gave me a fair price on a lease for a car I'm very happy with. This has been my first experience at Galpin and I would definitely return and recommend it.

I have one of my best buying experiences ever buying at Galpin Premier. I found a terrific deal on a nearly new 2015 Audi Q7. My salesmen Justin Permijo was top notch. He provided excellent customer service and was really helpful the whole entire way through the process. He/they really made things as easy as possible. Ask for Justin if you come in there to buy. He will not disappoint. We drove all the way from Temecula for this great deal. Hope to buy there again next time we are ready.

I just leased my second Volvo S60 from Galpin because I was so happy with my first experience and... they managed to top that experience. It's hard to believe that people in the car business can be so genuinely friendly and good-natured, but every single person at Galpin Volvo is special. As a single woman, the car shopping task is daunting at best. Two years ago, I dreamed about finding a place that would not take advantage of me and where I wouldn't feel on guard throughout the entire process. I found this at Galpin Volvo. The Sales Manager, Jeremy Guller, sets the tone for a friendly, classy, mature, and non-threatening environment where they are not just selling cars, but cultivating relationships. I am so grateful for the respect and cheerful attitude I received from each and every employee I came into contact with. Jeremy went out of his way to finalize an incredible lease deal for me, for the second time. His team, which works so collaboratively, paid lots of attention to every aspect of the process. At Galpin Volvo, its as if they can sense good people and only hire those kind:Don Rhode - his reputation brought me to Galpin two years ago. Such integrity and generosity in how he worked with me. He used his knowledge to educate me and support me and helped me get into my first Volvo, which was more much more car than I ever imagined I could be in. He even helped me clean out my old car and put one of those big red Christmas ribbons on my new car to take a photo! Anthony Shahan - enthusiastically took me on a test drive. Goes out of his way to take care of my car in a thorough, timely way. The most wonderful thing about Galpin Volvo, is they treat you the same way before and after you get a car. I am on my fourth Volvo with Galpin and I always have the best and most pleasant experience when getting my new cars. I am very pleased, or actually ecstatic, about my new Volvo XC90! It is without a doubt the most exclusive, luxurious and high end SUV on the market! Manny Hovanesian is absolutely terrific and more like a family member to me then a car-salesman. He is always extremely professional, knowledgable, very helpful and on top of it all has the best sense of humor! I trust and value his opinion tremendously and never feel pushed into something I'm not looking for. He is always courteous and patient with me about everything I ask or need to know. Yourik Ghadimi, the Sales Manager at Galpin Volvo, is the the best and absolutely brilliant! He has a patience of a saint when it comes to explaining numbers during the lease signing process and never makes you feel that you are asking too many questions. Todd Kessler made me a solid offer on my trade in. He got me financing quickly with not great credit for the balance of my preowned certified Volvo XC60. It was SO easy and I love my car. Todd totally made the experience painless and wasn't a hard seller at all. It was nice to have had someone with service experience, so he know everything in and out about the vehicle. Hopefully he will be there in 75,000 miles:)

My old '1990' Volvo 240 was having an issue with the SRS Light which causes the radio and "air" conditioning to stop functioning. They explained my options since my vehicle is so old and scheduled a diagnostic test. Then provided me & a coworker with a ride to work. They were quick to diagnose the problem and were able to secure the parts needed to correct the problem. My car was ready the very next day and has been running well ever since. The Service Manager Jack made me feel like I had a brand new vehicle versus the old time Volvo that I am driving. He was so pleasant, helpful and kept me informed on the progress of the repair. I will definitely go back to Galpin for any service issues that arise in the future. And hopefully in the future will purchase a newer Volvo from Galpin. Great Service !!!

For me buying a car is not something I look forward to, the way the sales guys all look at you as an easy customer to force a sale on, since a woman will not understand the differs anyway.This is why I go to Galpin Premier Auto Grupe also called "PAG", where Galpin has a couple of different makes like Volvo, Lincoln and Jaguars, here the sales people are very nice and helpful, put I have to say Gary Kessler is way over the top not just his service but the way he makes you feel relaxed about the hole buying process and that I can't have any "dum questions" he made sure that the car I liked was also the car I wanted, Gary never pushed me to "buy it now" or any other typical sales guys saying, no Gary has years of sales any is a true gentleman, plus if you are not sure about what car you like Gary can assist you with all the over 9 different makes that Galpin has, this way you don't have to meet all this typical sales guys and you get a great deal from Gary, he has that power to get you the best deal no matter what make you end up getting, I know since I have now gotten my 5th new car from him and Galpin.Now you can go any place to buy your car but if you want to feel good doing and after the deal go to Galpin and ask for Gary Kessler no matter what make you are looking for if Galpin has it Gary will get it done for you, new or used.

This was my third Volvo. I love the cars, but I love Galpin Volvo even more. My cars have been serviced there for years, with excellent results. This is the first Volvo I have purchased there and the experience was wonderful. Robert Katch, my sales representative, was great. He was helpful and very knowledgeable. He never pressured me and guided me gently toward making a decision whether to lease or buy.

I walked in with a group of 5 of which 2 where kids under 5 and luckily Manny Hovanesian was assigned to take care of us. I was short on time and had to make a deal in 2 hours or less. Manny took great care of us showing exactly what we were looking for in less than 20 minutes while also entertaining the kids which was a great plus. It was a very pleasant experience for everyone. We walked in with a payment in mind and he was able to get the payment we were looking for all in less than an hour. Manny organized all the paper work and had me signing docs 15 minutes after the deal was made. Manny did an excellent job and we could not be more satisfied. Just awesome!

Not to outdo myself, but I went in July 11, 2014 to trade up & Steve Rodgers is the rock star at Galpin Premiere! I just had my Volvo C70 serviced at Galpin. Bill Baumgardner was the service advisor that took care of me. Like every other experience I've had at Galpin, this one was no different. Bill took care of my car in the amount of time he told me it would take. One part was needed for the care and was ordered. I just received a call from Bill saying that I could bring my car by to have that part installed quickly. Jeremy, the Volvo sales manager was, as always very accommodating while I waited for my car. Everyone I knew at Galpin that was working that day, a Saturday morning, came by to say hello to me. Peter Leiberman, who sold me my C70, came by to say hello. He now worked in finance. I felt like I was a part of a wonderful family at Galpin. I highly recommend this place to anyone that would ask about a great dealership. Wonderful experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Galpin Volvo. Not only was I given a great deal , but I was treated as part of the Volvo family. Robert and Jonny were extremely patient and helpful, giving me time to think about the choices and also working with me to get a car that I was completely satisfied with. There was no pressure to quickly make choices and that made me feel at ease.I have leased many cars but this time it was different! I appreciate all the hard work and dedication that those two gentlemen provided me with. And, because of their genuine care and assistance, I will refer my friends and family members to them so that they can experience superior service . Overall it was a great experience!

We recently purchase our 2nd Volvo from Galpin Volvo in Van Nuys and our experience was nothing but OUTSTANDING!!! Henrik Einfeldt the salesman that graciously introduced himself to us offering his help with any Volvo knows his Volvos like the palm of his hands, but of course, he is from where my Volvo was made. He was instrumental in helping us make our decision easier since we were looking to trade our XC90 into a new one... couple of hours after we first met, we were signing paper for our new XC60. Without Henrik's help, I don't think we would have trade our XC90 so fast. Henrik was helpful then and has continue been there for me to answer any questions regarding my new XC60!!! So, if you are in the marker for a new Volvo and don't want the "car salesman pressure" go to Galpin Volvo and ask for Henrik, he will help you make the right decision with the right car for you.

Galpin Volvo provided the most positive dealer experience that I have had in over 30 years of purchasing new cars. Our salesperson, Robert Katch, was exceptional. He was personable without being pushy, highly knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, clear in his communication style, responsive to questions, and refreshingly low-key. We purchased a Volvo XC60 and received excellent pricing with a minimum of haggling. We also appreciated the very helpful assistance of others at the dealership, including Jeff Skobin, David Choi, and Todd Kessler. I would definitely purchase another car from Robert Katch and recommend the Galpin Volvo dealership highly to others.

I called on the phone and Greg Lee was very friendly and made me feel Welcome to come in at the last minute to purchase my new 2012 Volvo S60 T5. Greg Lee also introduce me to Fred Jorjani and other salespersons on his team. Fred was very knowledgeable and helped me and my friend feel comfortable. He also help me to make the purchase and should be awarded. Fred provided orientation of the car as Greg Lee provided orientation information.Valerie Teplitsky, stayed over and assist me with the paperwork and made me and my friend feel comfortable and answered questions. Eric Ragland is an excellent sales manager and worked out a excellent deal for me to purchase the car without trading in my car. I was able to keep my car and drive off in a volvo.Also, Greg Lee and Fred Jorjani, made sure my friend and I were very much hydrated with the Starbucks each time we came in to visit the Volvo up to when I drove the car off the Volvo Lot.Eric Ragland gave me and my friend the opportunity to eat at Galpin's Resturaunt on the house. I would refer more customers to Galpin as they are wanting to sale their car and make an excellent deal to meet your money budget. Even, being competitive in lowering your interest rate beating my credit union. That is a plus. Thank you all so much and please reward them all, as they were excellent.

I had visited Galpin Motors about 1 year ago to inquire about trading my Jaguar in for a newer vehicle. At that time I decided to wait and not do the trade-in because I was absolutely in love with my car. One year later my wonderful car had close to 200,000 miles on it and I decided to contact Galpin again. I called that morning to schedule an appt. for the afternoon. When I got there I was not sure what type of Vehicle I was in the market for. I met with a salesperson who was very helpful but, ended up with another one who was absolutely fantastic. Since I am terrible with names I will have to call him by his first name Frederick(Denmark). He was without a doubt the most patient and helpful car salesperson I have ever worked with. Anyone knows that when you purchase a large ticket item you usually have to be on guard and somewhat defensive when dealing with car sales representative. With Frederick it was exactly the opposite he made a normally stressful situation a very unstressful and dare I say even pleasant. Something I have never experienced when purchasing a car. When I received my vehicle he was kind enough to empty the contents of my old car and put them in my new car. That was unbelievable!! I highly recommend anyone purchasing a car from Galpin Jaguar to make sure you call and ask for Frederick(Mr. Denmark) he will definately make sure you get a great car at a great price!!!!

My family and I had the most wonderful experience. I wish all my past experiences were similar and I hope all my future experiences will be as good as this one.Sales representatives were very professional, great hospitality, very timely, we really felt as if we were VIP customers during the entire lease process. I would highly recommend Galpin Volvo Dealership. This was one of the best if not the best Car purchase experience we have ever had.Special thanks to our sales representatives Robert Katchdoryan and Karren Antonyan. My daughter and I had the distinct pleasure of visiting this dealership on Saturday, March 17, 2012 to purchase a 2011 Volvo S40 for her. It was the third dealership we had visited that day. Our first two visits did not go very well - Culver City Volvo and Beverly Hills Audi. The issue surrounded her trade-in (2006 GMC Envoy) which had a "Branded Title" through no fault of her own - it seems the California DMV did not register the mileage when she moved here from Tampa, Florida.The sales manager at Culver City Volvo did not even have the courtesy of seeing us personally and dismissed us through our sales representative - UNBELIEVABLE! The folks at Audi were more professional but the end result was the same.Enter Galpin Volvo - I will begin by telling you that the Sales Manager Arie Waiserman and our Salesman Ken Johnson are the epitome of professionalism. Mr. Waiserman warmly welcomed us into his office and FULLY explained the issue with the branded title. He completely understood my frustration and assured me that we would make a deal that would work for everyone. He genuinely felt that we should not be punished for someone else's mistake. He gave us over 30% more for our trade-in and also extended a generous discount on the vehicle we purchased. In the end, we felt very good about the transaction and my beautiful daughter was elated.Ken Johnson was not a salesman - he was a business partner working with us to accomplish a goal - mutual satisfaction in consummating a transaction. He is BY FAR the BEST car salesman I have EVER dealt with in my 55 years. As for Mr. Waiserman - he may have missed his calling - the only thing he does better than being a Sales Manager is that he is a bonafide entertainer. He had my daughter and I mesmerized with his personality - he had us laughing quite a bit.Having my daughter live across the country from me is very stressful. I came to LA to help her with her car purchase. Imagine my relief to know that I leave her in VERY good hands with this dealership on her future visits for service. Mr. Waiserman and Mr. Johnson even gave her their personal cell numbers and told her to call ahead and they will personally see to it that she is well taken care of - above and beyond the call of duty. In conclusion - this has been the BEST experience I have EVER had in purchasing a car - THANK YOU and may God bless you all !!!

I had a wonderful experience at Galpin Volvo. Peter Lieberman was my Sales Rep and he made my car-buying process quite seamless. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about Volvo. Peter was not pushy and he takes his time explaining all the electronic gadgets installed in Volvo cars. He explains the financing portion very well. He made me feel comfortable and was attentive to my needs, down to providing snacks and Starbucks coffee! I am extremely satisfied with his service and very impressed with Galpin's overall business practices.

Went in for service on my 2006 Volvo S40 (which I loved) and ended up buying a 2012 Volvo S60 from Peter Lieberman. Peter made the purchase experience very easy and took the time to show me how to operate the Volvo Sensus infotainment system. He also followed up several times after my purchase to see if everything was going well with my new Volvo and to ask if I had any questions. Great Car, Great Salesman, and Great Dealership!

First, let me preface this by saying I rarely am compelled to leave feedback, especially online. I am wary of biased reviews and always take them with a grain of salt. Given my recent experiences with Galpin, in particular Steve Rodgers, there was no way I could not give the world notice! I've purchased over 25 cars in the past 10 years, mostly high-line Mercedes, BMW's, Lexus, etc. and have never had such a pleasant, easy and professional experience as I did with Galpin Volvo. It is strange to even fathom that a Volvo dealership could provide a better experience than some that I have been lucky enough to experience, but here's the deal...Steve is a pro! Through a few phone calls and text messages we were able to make a deal over the phone, come in...test drive the car and be out within 3 hours. Thinking back on it, the most stressful, and time consuming part the test drive...probably because it became an extended one. With Steve's help, Galpin beat any deal we could find. So, price was covered. There was absolutely no pressure! Steve laid out the entire process before anything was signed or agreed to. Each step was described with detail and he had everything done behind the scenes to ensure a quick turnaround time. He is no typical salesman, I promise you! While the car was being detailed, he helped explain some of the features of the car, walked us through the maintenance, introduced us to a service writer, helped lower our auto insurance, on and on. If there were more like Steve, the car salesman stigma would no longer exist. I felt compelled to leave feedback because it was well deserved. Perhaps the most surprising part of all of this is that he extended this for a friend of mine. I strongly suggest you visit Galpin, particularly Steve with any car inquiry: Ford to Aston Martin...you'll thank your lucky stars you did.

Nice looking place, serves great to calm the rage of getting ripped off. Had a check engine light on my 01 S60, diagnostic was $172... but none of that goes toward repair. Both Calabasis Volvo and Volvo of Los Angeles said they put the full cost of diagnostic towards repairs. The manager refused to budge on putting the diagnostic fee towards repair or to compete with the other local dealerships lower prices. So enjoy that free coffee because your gonna be paying for it in your repair bill.Nice looking place, serves great to calm the rage of getting ripped off.
