Bob was friendly; however, the service team said they tested the screen (radio, Nav, etc) and it worked adequately. It did not. I tested it after I left the dealership and within 5 minutes was not working. Did the mechanic test it sufficiently? I think not. I went back to the shop. Now I have to bring it back again. This next appointment will be the 3rd attempt to get it fixed.

We had an absolute nightmare of an experience with the service department. Our car was towed here (no choice of our own, Chrysler mandated the location) and the car sat for two weeks before it was even looked at! They called and told us the car was ready to pick up, we went to drive off the lot and guess what? Same issue that it was towed in for! After another week of not hearing anything, we called and spoke to Jim. This man, and I can’t emphasize this enough, should never be placed in a customer facing role, ever. He was consistently rude, condescending, and fabricated lies. Long story short, we return a week later (car has now been there for 3 weeks) because they tell us it’s ready to pick up. Guess what? Same issue! So twice now we left work early, refueled the loaner vehicle, and drove 40 minutes only to turn right back around. We finally got the car back after 1 day shy of 1 month and all they did was “clean a few ground terminals”. Unbelievably terrible customer experience. Not only will I never buy from a Ganley dealership, we I’ll never buy another Chrysler product again. I will continue to spread the word whenever possible that this dealership should be avoided at all costs. The whole experience was so awful that we felt it was necessary to inform Chrysler directly that the service department at Ken Ganley Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram is tarnishing their brand. Update in response to the Owner's comment: Your service manager Mitch never called me back when he promised to and the only way we could get a hold of him was if we showed up in person and demanded to see him! You mention that you test drove the vehicle extensively... that was not the problem! The car threw errors when parked, not when driving! Your response just further emphasizes my point that your entire service department is out of touch with reality and entirely incompetent.

I bought My Grand Cherokee here great experience with the sales, wouldn't of went anywhere else! Any time I have any type of issue they take care of me in the service department. Highly recommended. Thank you Ganley. : )

Whenever I need anything in parts, sales or service, they are always there to help. The service department is fast and efficient.\, especially the quick lube. HIGHLY recommend!!

This place doesn’t even deserve a star at all!!. I have never felt so disrespected & disappointed in my life!” For two days I requested a quote for my vehicle window shield using the instant messaging system and was told by a live Agent named Alice ( we will have someone contact you about the qoute) but to my disappointment not once! But twice no one reach back out to me for a SIMPLE QOUTE ON A PART FOR MY VEHICLE so I called. The first person answered the phone sound like she didn’t want to even be there! And then got transferred to the service department to a RUDE GUY NAMED BOB WHO RUSHED ME OFF THE PHONE BEFORE I COULD EVEN GET A WORD OUT TO TELL HIM WHAT I NEED. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE Recommend anyone to take their vehicle to that place!.
