As usual the Ford Service Department at Garber did an outstanding job servicing my F-150 and taking care of the brake recall for me this time too. Friendly check in staff, competent and professional! Had an appointment and everything went off without a hitch. This time I just dropped it off since the brake check and fix would take a while, but most times I stay and wait in their comfortable waiting area - pool table and coffee there if needed! I got my truck back on time, ready to go - and washed and vacuumed for me too! Love this place! Love the service! Love the people!

My problem was with Garber Automall Dodge. I was at the finance portion of the deal when they began to ask for more money. The sales department and myself agreed on a price and it was changed at the last moment when I was about to pay for the truck. I recommend people to go somewhere else. Your hopes will be raised and then destroyed at the end. The problem was with the sales department and the lack of understanding of their own products. I am also military and have passed the word along to stay away from this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, AVOID GARBER AUTOMALL!!!!

My 2008 Silverado had a transmission issue and I was worried about whether or not my extended warranty would cover it. When calling to make an appointment for an oil change, no one answers the phone except the switchboard operator. She takes a message and no one calls you back. You have to call multiple times. I don't live local so the call is long distance. They will also rotate your tires, but won't put air in your tires if they need it. That also say they will vacuum your car, but that only happened on the first oil change.

My wife and I went looking for a sporty type of car. Having never owned a Ford in my 67 years we decided to look at the Mustang. We went to Garber Ford and the experience was terrific. Our sales associate and sales manager were great. When we didn't see one we liked the sales manager had one brought over that just came off the truck. Well, say no more. That is the one that we purchased. A 2016 blue Mustang. The were absolutely a great group of people to work with. The finance associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great service! I was dropping my truck off for some minor warranty work. Only problem was my "ride home"-- you see my wife's vehicle broke down across the street from Garber while on her way to pick me up. All of the sudden, we went from having 2 vehicles to none. Corey was my rep that afternoon, and he saved the day! He kindly drove me across the street (Green Cove Animal Hospital) and he was able to get the vehicle jumped and back over to service. He then quickly arranged for a courtesy vehicle for us. Corey and the Garber Team certainly went above and beyond that day! We picked up both vehicles the next day and they are doing great. Thanks again!

1 hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change. The service was pre-scheduled. Requested a tire rotation upon arrival and the said they would do it. It was not done. I guess they didn't have a couple hours needed to complete a 10 minute job. They asked for feedback and then proceeded to blame us. I guess they think 1:45 for an oil change is normal.

I purchased my 2015 Malibu in October 2014 and left the next day for a week's vacation to NC & WV with my husband & his parents. I noticed a vibration, but thought it was due to the flat spots on the tires caused by the car sitting on the lot and perhaps not the best roads. When we got back (over 2000 miles later) I took it into Garber and John B. (former service rep) found all 4 tires were out of balance. Afterward there was still a vibration and this time John found 2 tires out of round - and no I have not hit or run over anything. After that there was STILL a vibration, though it was less, and I mentioned it everytime I brought my vehicle in for service which is quite often since I drive a minimum of 600 miles per week. As you can imagine, by now I'm getting concerned there could be a deeper issue. Since I live in Keystone Heights and work in Jacksonville, Saturday's are really the only time I can get my vehicle serviced. The first time I dealt with Corey, he was very nice and said he did see the history of vibration but I would need to bring my vehicle in during the week when they could have more time to inspect it and possibly keep it a day or two. Well, last week my radio et al went on the blink. Afraid it was an electrical issue I brought my car in first thing in the morning - thankfully my car cranked since the radio display was on all night...no tunes couldn't change station, use blue tooth, or anything. Fortunately Corey was there and took excellent care of me. He said he would put his best electrical tech on it and in the meantime get me a vehicle so I could go to work. He would also call with anything they found and keep me updated on the progress. I told him to keep her until the vibration issue was resolved and go ahead and do the 30k mile service that was due while it was there. True to his word he called a couple of hours later, asked if they could try something with the wheel weights, and informed me the 30k service was going smoothly. Many people do not understand what all that entails, but working with technicians for the past almost 30 years, I know it's not an out the door in an hour or two job. Surprisingly I was able to leave work early and pick up my car. She feels great and so far I have not felt any vibrations. I realize this is a bit long, but I want you to know how important it is to most of us - especially those of us that live far away and travel a lot - to know we can depend on someone that cares about our vehicles as much as we do. Also, I must say when I picked up my car there was a woman who previously had not had a good experience with the service department. Luckily she got Corey!! We spoke for a bit and she stated he was the only one she would deal with there from now on and I agreed. Thank you, Corey, for taking care of your customers, especially women who too often are taken advantage of due to their lack of mechanical knowledge. I must also say he went above and beyond helping an elderly lady get situated in the waiting room and then went and got her a cup of coffee. Sorry ladies, he's married, but he'll still take good care of you!!! :-)

Drove from Gainesville to Green Cove Springs to pick up a Camaro ZL-1. The car and new license plate were ready to go. Chris Nason, the salesman was top notch and took time to show us all the details of using the incredible technology built into the car. Mike, the finance guy, took care of a mountain of paperwork to get us ready to hit the road. Most pleasurable was chatting with everyone, including John Butt, the sales manager, while all this was going on. It really was a fun transaction! Even the detailing guy came out to express his enthusiasm for the car we had bought. At no time was there any pressure or old car salesman tricks. We were in and out in about two hours, mostly because of chatting with everyone. Great dealership!

Took my 2009 Buick Enclave in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Also asked to check the ignition/starter as I was having occasional problems with the starter engaging when the key was turned. Purchased my vehicle at Garber and was very pleased with that process, but had not had opportunity to utilize service until I had an incident while traveling to Fleming Island involving a tire puncture on SR 16. Went to Garber Service to have vehicle checked for any damage and possible tire replacement. Was welcomed by Service Advisor Corey McAninch and a mechanic (sorry I did not get his name, but he is a true asset to the organization). They assured me that they would check everything carefully and repair the tire if able. I had a previous appointment so left the vehicle and was assured that I would be notified of findings. Corey called two hours later to alert me of findings, cost and that the vehicle was ready. It was washed and vacuumed and they were able to repair the tire with minimal cost! Great! Everyone very personable and helpful.Now.....a Systems issue in my opinion....when entering the first door with huge Enterprise desk....there is no signage to indicate Service to the right, no one asked if they could assist, had to ask gal at first desk to the right where service was. She kindly directed me to an agent, but I feel I could have been left standing and ignored until I spoke up! Not sure what her position entails but it would be nice to either have appropriate signage or a greeter.On return to retrieve vehicle and pay for service, I once again had to interrupt this lady because my service agent was not at his desk. She told me to have a seat and that one of the other agents could help me when free. The mechanic who fixed my vehicle kept me engaged and explained the damage, but not one other service agent responded and they were immediately engaged from someone from the "back" before I could get attention. Finally the gal at the first desk (what is her position)noticed that I was still sitting after 15 minutes! As she rose to find someone to help I lost it and said I would like to pay for my service and leave loudly (very bad day, although that is no excuse). You need a cashier, there is no need for the service agent to be chained to a desk when there are other duties they have and they have already called the customer with explanation of service and charges. Employ a cashier to expedite this process!

I have been coming here for all my vehicle service needs since 2007, they are fast, friendly and can usually have you in and out the same day. I only had one issue and that was this past service call, a part was promised on a Monday so that I could get it installed before I left for deployment and instead I got a phone call a week and half later. I purchase a 2013 Dodge Durango, January 2013 from Garber Auto Mall in Green Cove Springs, Florida. The General Sales Manager, not the car salesmans, emailed me an offer, which I accepted. This is part of the offer that was a selling point, or in this case a buying point for me: plus any oilchanges you need. I told Garber Auto Mall General Sales Manager and the car salesman before I purchased the vehicle that I lived in Camden County, Georgia and that I did not want to drive that far for just oil changes. I was informed by the General Sales Manager and the car salesman that I would not have to return to Garber Auto Mall and that I could use another location closer to where I live to get the oil changes. I asked the General Sales Manager and the car salesman how another location would know about the agreement we made. The General Sales Manager and the car salesman stated that the information would be put into a computer system and when the other location look up my vehicle VIN number the information would be there. THAT WAS A LIE!!! Recently, I called and spoke to the General Sales Manager to inquire about the oil changes. I was later emailed by Garber Auto Mall General Sales Manager I will honor the extra 4 oilchanges, even if they are done somewhere else, just send me the receipts. I refused. Then later Garber Auto Mall General Sales Manager emailed me after a few more email exchanges I ( Garber Automall) will provide you with an Oilchange package for 10 free oilchanges at any Chrysler locations in the US........that is all we will honor in our agreement. Again I refused. And recently Garber Auto Mall General Sales Manager sent this message to me thru the Better Business Bureau Garber Automall Chrysler will honor oil changes as needed at our location in Green Cove Springs or give the 10 we already mentioned at any Chyrsler dealership. Again I refused. None of these options was part of the original agreement. This inconsistency and constant changing of the agreement by Garber Auto Mall gives me great concern. My thoughts are, if this is happening to me, how many others has this happened to or is currently happening to. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Over all good experience. I did mention truck gas milage was 12 mpg and was blown off about that. My 99 GMC was same configuration and I was getting 16 mpg with that. Factory window sheet says 17 mpg city for this new truck. I expected better milage with all the new technology. I also believe the truck doesn't shift right, still. (Transmission has been adjusted once already). It hangs at low speeds and won't disengage when I let off the gas. Like a manual transmission? Also will hang at 65 and won't shift to over drive till I let off of the gas. Then to maintain speed it feels like I have to keep my foot on it more than normal. Probably the reason for poor mpg? I have been driving Chevy/GMC trucks all my life (I am 55) and know something just isn't right with this one. It bothers me alot to say the least.

I had requested you evaluate the dash dimmer sensor while still under warranty. On bright days the sensor might not brighten my radio lights, etc, and some it did. Intermittent operation. Instead they told my wife how to operate the knob on my dash panel when she brought the truck in for servicing. A misunderstanding but otherwise very good service.

It was very low pressure and non stressful experience. Darren help me set up car settings and gave me an overview of vehicle features before we left that evening. I returned to the dealership two weeks later and he helped me with additional questions on car settings. I would recommend Garber and Darren to others.

of course a consumer always wishes they could have paid less for a quality product, however all of your sales people were very pleasant to deal with, I didn't feel pressured or annoyed by them as is the case with most dealerships when shopping for a vehicle.

Your dealership is 45 minutes away. If I had known how much more product knowledge and how much more better I would be treated I would have come to you in the begining instead of going to Jerry Ham 5 minutes from my house. Good job team Garber!

The reason that I gave you four stars and not less is because of you service managers. They are always great and friendly. But the length of time (over 3 hours) that it took to service my truck was to long. Oh and your car wash was broke down.

I brought my 2012 truck in for routine service and was surprised how fast it was completed. I only had time for 1 cup of coffee. John Barrett in the service department was excellent and Ryan Davis who was my sales rep. when I purchased the truck is always stops by to say hello when he sees me at the facility. Makes me feel at home. Thank you all at Garber GMC .

Wow, I never experienced a car buying experience like this. Patrick who was my salesman did not try to just sale me a vehicle. Explained everything I wanted and what didn't want. He only showed me what I said I wanted. I received a great price on a great vehicle. I do plan on buying my next car from here. It's worth the 30 minute drive from Jacksonville.

The car was as described. We were coming from south Florida to see this car and told them to be up front with us if there was anything wrong so we wouldn't waste our time.
