My wife and I were vacation when we saw Garber Chevrolet in Linwood Michigan. My wife said lets look at the trucks, not thinking they were open we stopped and started to look at them, then Jeff Wilson came out and asked us if we had any question about them. I told him that we were on a three day vacation and lived about three hours south of here and just looking. That should have sent him back inside, but Jeff stayed out side with us showing us the trucks that he had in the lot; he got the keys to a couple of them and open them up so that we could compare them and get that new truck smell. In fact he let us drive one of the 2017 crew cabs that were on the lot, not having one of the 2016 in stock. We went inside the dealer ship Jeff took the time to price out a new 2016 crew cab for us and answer more of are questions. We told him that we needed to think about it more, we were so impressed with Jeff willingness to take the time to show my wife and I the new trucks, that my wife and told him that if we were to buy a truck that we would buy it from him. We cut are vacation one day short and went to the dealers near are home in Marshall. After about three dealers in our area we knew what we wanted. A promise is a promise, called Jeff, told him the color and accessories I wanted. After couple of days he call us back and said that he had found the truck and could have it on the lot by Thursday. That coming Saturday we drove up to Linwood and picked up the truck. And yes I would drive three hours again to buy a car or truck from Jeff and Garber Chevrolet. Bill Schlee

Garber of Linwood was a fantastic facility to buy to a vehicle from. Josh Greentree was very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend shopping for a new or used vehicle from them.

Very please with my experience here at Garber and was very pleased with what our salesman George was able to do for us! I am so happy with my new 2016 Malibu!

went in there to get a used car.i told the salesman we could only afford $250 a month.We were looking at a traverse for $381 a month.I told him we couldn't afford that.The sales manager bill came over to talk with us.He said I will give you a driving job that you can make up to $500 a month.Bill gave us his word and we shook on it.I should of gotten it in writing.We were told we would get calls to drive.That they really needed people especially on wednesdays.We have not had one phone call.We have driven three times that I had to call and ask for.We got the car back in August and like I said have only driven three times.Sorry bill is a liar and because of his word my car is going to be repod.I tried to call the general manager susan volk.She wasn't aware of what bill did.She tried to tell me that we were called several times to drive.LIES We have not gotten one phone call.Nobody there seems to care.Because of bills offer that he never came through with i am going to lose my car.I have called susan twice to talk to her about this and both times she told me to hold on and she transfers me to the idiot bill.She needs to listen to her customers instead of blowing them off.Thats how she made me feel.I need to talk to someone who cares.If anyone does.
