GOD help you if you need anything after you sign the papers. I had some defects in my paint that I didn't notice right away, I called to express my concern as this is a lease. They told me to come by, so I did, They had someone look at it and tell me its a stain from bird poop and not to worry cause it wont affect my lease. Its a brand new vehicle why is there a stain from bird poop on it and why should I have to live with that ? OK that's not too bad right ? Well its been two months since I signed the papers for my car and STILL have not received the new registration for my vehicle. NO one at the dealership will get on the phone with me, I keep getting the runaround. Finally someone gets on the phone after repeated calls to tell me to come in and they will reprint it with a new expiration date. So I drive the 40 minutes to the dealer to be told " Nope, we cant do that" with out so much as an apology. I am still waiting for a reason or my new registration that I paid them to handle. I will be going to the DMV myself to get the Registration handled. So thank you for nothing Garden City Mazda. Your customer service and after sales service is a joke, or would be if it existed.....Just pathetic. I really wish google would update this rating system so that I could leave ZERO stars. I have worked in retail my entire life and could not imagine treating people this way, its just despicable.

They made it an easy stress free process in a very difficult buyer’s market due to low inventory and high demand. I was very pleased with the sales manager, salesman, finance manager. All very receptive to any questions I had. Really glad I chose this dealership. Thank you! 😊

I saw a used car on their website, and called them to check if car was still available. They offered to schedule an appointment on the same day and also received text confirmation. I was there as scheduled , but I was told that the car was not there one of their managers took it home, so they drive used cars as a commuter car and it is ok to make an appointment for a non existing car! Also they offered me another appointment sometime next day, because they think they are the only dealer in Long Island and there is no way to find another car. I bought 10+ new and used cars in my life I haven’t had any experience like this. Good luck if you want to buy a car from Garden City Mazda.

Great Mazda dealership and Andrew GM provided outstanding service on a new car purchase. Fast and easy to put deal together, very responsive, and excellent communication throughout the process. The physical location looked a little out of date... but they’re building a huge new dealership right down the road! My wife and I drove 2 hours from CT to transact with Garden City... no regrets and highly recommend.

Awesome service department! I can't wait for the new building to be completed - the current one has a very small parking lot and needs updates. Updated for 2020 Car Lease Experience: The smoothest and easiest car leasing experience thanks to the revitalized team at Mazda Garden City. Extra special kudos to Andrew from sales and Andrew from finance! Right off the bat, I could see that the team we were working with was passionate in what they do and wanted to put the customer first - it did not feel like the usual arduous, grimey car purchasing process. My husband and I came in to the dealership ready to take on this behemoth task but was pleasantly surprised with what we encountered. We were warmly, greeted and taken care of by Andrew from sales. Andrew was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth - to the point that he felt like an extended family member. He was direct and helpful when assisting my husband and I in selecting the car model/features we wanted. Andrew from finance showed the same enthusiasm as his sales team member. He was also very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He was very thorough when going through the finance process and provided helpful explanations. Also, the other big positives we loved about this experience was the speed of the process (about 3 hours in a span of 2 days at the dealership) and safety measures implemented at the dealership that made us feel safe during these unprecedented times. My husband and I love the CX5 and the team at Mazda Garden City!
