By the time I hit the dealership I had narrowed down the make / model to just a couple. I REALLY HATE buying a car and always put it off if possible. My car had finally died of old age and I was in a rental. Dave and Kenny made the experience so quick and easy I might have to rethink the idea of putting it off. They answered every question I had and then some, didn't push for a quick decision and tried to think of everything they could to make my experience better. My experience has been just as great now that Im going out for service on the car. I'll definitely be going back again! Its a little bit of a drive- there were certainly Chevy dealers closer to home, but they made it well worth the time and trouble to make the trip. Great price- without a hagglefest, great service dept.....a super experience

When you go to a dealer you often expect high prices, ok customer service. This is not the case with Gastorf. They went out of their way to drop me back at work while service was being preformed, some 20+ miles away. The contacted me to provide the status of the service at the end of the day and the prices where fair for quality work at a dealer. ~Richard (business owner & family man)

Great place to buy a car . We buy all our cars and trucks from Tom Hart , and for repair I've got to tell you scott hart is the best . Scott just installed halo lights on my camaro , beautiful job gastorf goes that extra mile for their customers .

I have had problems with other dealerships before. So when I started shopping around I found Gastorf. When I walked in they where all very friendly and nice. They worked with me and gave me a great deal on my trade so I could get a truck in my price range. I was very satisfied with my sales man Tony Allen.. thanks again Gastorf Chevrolet..

We drove all the way from St. Louis to purchase our car at Gastorf because at the end of the day, these were the nicest, most trustworthy people. They were patient with our indecision, delivered everythng as promised and worked really hard to get the lowest interest rate that they could for me. I definitely recommend!

This was an outstanding buying experience, was greeted at door by salesman and was explained all the steps that Tony took to get me into my used 2013 Chevy Impala. I would go there again and buy another vehicle tomorrow if I had the money to do so with these sales people, they all were very friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.Tried to get my 2012 Impala looked at due to uneven tire wear.They basically told me to take it back where I bought it from.I did that and it was fixed in 30 minutes.I have 4 vehicles,the oldest being a 2005.None of which will ever go back to Gastorf.Take your vehicle to a reputable dealer,of course you will have to drive.It will be a much better experience.

I had a great experience and would recommend my salesman Doug to everyone. Phil with Finance was also great to work with. The team was very informative and there was no high pressure sales push. When the time comes again that a new car is needed Gastorf will be my first call.

My experience at Gastorf Chevrolet is definitely the best experience I have ever had at buying a car. My salesperson put up with me for a week and a half and did everything she could to get the vehicle affordable for me. I have never had a dealership put in so much time and effort for me. I can honestly say I am overwhelmed with how good the service was at the dealership. It was so good that I will make sure I never buy another car from any other dealer. I thank the team at Gastorf for doing everything they possibly could to satisfy me and get me the car I wanted.

Everyone at the dealership is very friendly. Ie been to other dealerships and Gastorf-Schrumpf is so much more than the other ones. They make you feel so comfortable and right at home. Our salesman, Larry Rogers was so helpful in learning my features on our car. The dealership is a home town dealership and that is what customers like. We will continue to purchase our vehicles in the future through our salesman and friendly dealership.

The guys in the service/repair shop are exceptional. Theye always very kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I live closer to other dealerships but prefer to take my car to Gastorf because of the personnel there. When calling in, the receptionist answering the phone is always considerate and helpfulever abrupt and never do I feel like I interrupting her day.

This is the second vehicle we have bought from Gastorf in the past 2 years. We are so happy with our salesman, Doug Nordwald. He always friendly and kind, so much so that our 4 year old daughter calls him Uncle. We wouldn do business anywhere else even if the price was better.

I have always been happy with Gastorf-Schrumpf Motors. Their sales staff, load department and service department are outstanding. However, I have had experiences with service departments in two other Chevrolet dealerships recently that made me realize just how outstanding the service department at Gastorf-Schrumpf is. Chevrolet should send other dealerships to Warrenton to see how a good service department operates. Maybe that explains why my husband and I drive over 70 miles each way to purchase our vehicles from them.

I live in the Memphis Tn area. I have been wanting to purchase a new camaro SS ever since I saw the photos of the concept vehicle from the Detriot/Vegas car shows 3 +/- years ago. When the time came to finally start looking for my new car I searhed 50 plus dealerships inventory online starting in Memphis and working my way out for my perfect car and nobody had it. I finally contacted a local dealership that I have done business with before about possibly locating a Camaro SS and told them exactly what I was looking for in two different color options. If you are sending that kind of money you buy EXACTLY what you want. As luck would have it they found the exact car color exterior/interior and options I would have built had I just ordered it from the factory. Problem was they were way off on price. I do not like negotiating/haggling over price. The plus side however was I knew the car I wanted was out there. So I went back to the internet and it did not take to long and in Warrenton Missouri (west of St Louis) at Gastrof-Schrumpf Motors sat my car. I contacted them through E-mail and it was not long and their Internet sales person Sarah Brennan and I had worked a deal for the car through E-mail. Their first price quote to me was only $94 off of what I was wanting my price to be. They had no problem meeting my price after I countered. Another big plus in dealing with them was that they did not charge any of the Documentation fees and other B.S. fees that the Memphis Tn area dealerships charge which adds up I figure to $450-600 extra on top of the car price. By adding those charges it would be like being charged a fee every time you checked out at Wal Mart. Due to my work schedule I could not take delivery right away and they even held the car for me with a small deposit for 2 1/2 weeks until I got a day off to drive up from Tn to pick it up. They even sent me pictures with a SOLD sign in the window which was still there when I arrived. It was a 320 mile drive one way for me but I figured the $800-900 savings ( Memphis dealerships car price + Documentation fees vs. Gastorf-Schrumpf Motors price and no Doc. fees) was worth the trip. Plus it was a nice get away for the wife and myself. I car was as promised and the financing was quick and easy as well. I will probably NOT buy another car in my local Memphis area again, they are not worth the trouble and hassle. I would recommend contacting Sarah Brennan at Gastorf-Schrumph Motors in Warrenton Missouri for your next car purchase, they REALLY act like they want your business and are easy to work with.A Satisfied Tennessee customer
