I came into gateway after seeing a beautiful escalade sitting on the lot to check out. After talking to Chris discussing with him what I needed to get in that SUV he went to work. Very seamless transition after trading in my truck to get into the escalade. He was very knowledgeable and super fast on creating the best deal. I purchased my Silverado last March from Justin and Jason took care of financing. It was a great experience! I was expecting a similar experience that I had when I purchased the last vehicle at a different dealership that literally took 5 hours. I was in and out of Gateway in no time. I was impressed! While on a trip to SD I had trouble with my truck 300 miles into the trip. Justin saved my trip by arranging another truck to drive at the Chevy dealer in that town. We continued on our trip while the issue was being fixed. They couldn't get the part in time but were assured we could drive it home. When we got back I talked to Jeff about the problem and it was resolved painlessly. I would recommend Gateway to anyone looking for a dealer that gives you a fair price and stands behind what they sell.

Robert Persson was able to get a very favorable interest rate for my loan. I appreciate that Faith Heir helped with my initial introduction to the features and functions I was unfamiliar with. Cory Axvig is assisting in a paint touch-up issue. One of the reasons I purchased from Gateway Nissan is the excellent service I have received from the Gateway Nissan service department on my 2010 Nissan. I was driving a Yukon XL Denali for the past 5 years and I wasn't really interested in changing the vehicle. I was working with another dealership in the area to find the right fit for me. I was actually very interested in one at a different dealership...a 2016 Yukon XL SLT. I wasn't impressed with their trade value for my vehicle so was convinced to go to Gateway and look at the Suburban. I wasn't interested in that vehicle AT ALL! Anyway, after running numbers and hearing what they would give me for a trade sealed the deal! Walk in appt. 15 min for tire rotation and they washed my Wrangler. I came to Gateway because Corwin damaged two rims when they rotated the tires and they didn't say a word, like it never happened until I confronted the service manager. I has a Chevy for 15 years and came to Gateway. If it's not covered by warranty I'll be bringing my Jeep to Gateway.

We have been to a lot of dealers in the past few years looking for the right replacement for her Infiniti QX 56..In fact we pretty much gave up the search and were up in Fargo to do a 60000 mile service when we stumbled upon the new 2016 TITAN XD. We really weren't looking to replace our SUV with a truck until we took it for a test drive and that's were we met Alan in sales..He said he'd do anything for a sale and boy did we put him to the test. On the way home that evening my wife came up with this brilliant idea to not only trade in her Infiniti but trade in my GMC also.. That's when I went to work on their website to see if I could find a decent 2nd vehicle that would fit us well and it didn't take long and I found an Infiniti G37.. The next day our Qx was done so we headed up to Fargo..On the way up I called Alan and informed him that we were looking at a 2 vehicle trade and he was up to the task.. By the time we got there both vehicles were in the front of the dealer waiting for us.. Needless to say we were impressed and were impressed by the sales manager and the financial services manager.. We made the deal and drove home a new Nissan Titan XD that night.. This dealership is truly one in a million..Everyone from the service to sales to finance are true professionals..

Experience was OK. Work took longer than quoted due to server being down (probably not their fault). This was not an issue because I left the vehicle with them while I was out of town. Had I been waiting, it would have been frustrating. When I went to pick it up my service mgr was busy with another customer and nobody seemed overly interested in helping me. Once my mgr was available he did a good job of explaining the work that was performed. They washed my vehicle and I was on my way in 10-15 minutes.

When we first met Nate is was like connecting with an old friend. He is very personable and easy to deal with . We drove a couple of vehicles and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Once our decision was made Nate introduced us to Tyler in service. Tyler explained the service department to us and scheduled an appointment for our first service in 3 months. Next, Nate introduced us to Ryan who not only took care of all the paperwork, he answered all of our questions about the car as we thought of them. Our experience today was outstanding!

I highly recommend Gateway Hyundai in Fargo, the staff was so nice and helpful. I first met Robert Persson over the phone when I called just to ask simple questions about a certain car and their deals/prices, and knew he was a good person the way he talked with me and explained everything. We came to Fargo from Grand Forks because we had bad experiences here, and were treated very nicely from both Robert and Tim Brandt. I highly recommend Tim and Robert and will be definitely returning here for future car purchases.

Gateway service person called me to set up the recall appointment. They followed up serveral times to confirm my appointment. Arrived with Silverado at Gateway, van ride back home very accommodating, received call several hours later when work was done, and friendly service when I picked up the truck. Well, my wife's car had some serious work done. On the whole, a very good job. The window was another matter. The passenger window motor was stuck. It needed to be replaced. They did the work, but the day I picked up the vehicle, I was informed that the driver's side window motor was now broke. Are you kidding me? Fine, fix it. Well, another scheduled service and they replaced the window motor and it worked. Sort of. Seemed like it didn't operate like before. A month later, the window is stuck halfway open. What? Bring it back in and they tell me its the felt track that is missing and needs to be replaced. Let me get this straight, the window motor you replaced a few weeks ago is NOW missing a part. Fortunately, Tim my service manager went to bat for me and was able to get the work done for free, and I just had to cover the part. Not happy about the whole process and the lack of oversight to make sure that all repairs were done and done at a five star level. Will be very, very concerned about future service at this location. This was a service technician issue.

Started out to get my oil change and tires rotated. Found out that I had an outstanding recall that needed to be addressed. Also found out that I really needed to replace some filters and I was in bad need of an alignment. I know some people think that when their service advisors point out these other things during a routine oil change that they only do it to "upsell." That may be, but the reason I take my car to my Chevrolet dealer versus an automotive repair center, is so they'll keep on top of exactly what my Chevy needs. I want my car to always perform well and I personally love the reminders. Thanks Tyler.

This is the second time I had to bring my vehicle in to get this work done. The first time I had it in, my appointment was at 8:15 am. They said it would be done around noon. I came to pick it up at 1pm (or at least see if it was close to being done) and they hadn't even started on it.

I had an hour for my lunch break so when I pulled in for an oil change the first thing I asked was how long it would take. I was told 40-50 minutes. After sitting in the waiting room 80 minutes, I walked out to check on my pickup. They had just pulled it into a stall. I explained that I was late getting back to work and how if I had known it was going to take so long I would have waited to do my oil change another time. The service manager apologized and said they would rush to get my pickup done. It ended up being at least another 15 minutes before I was called to pay. I used to bring my vehicles to Gateway for oil changes but had switched to a place closer to where I work. I figured I'd try them again because I want to use a GM dealer for maintenance and my pickup just hit 50,000 miles. I'm not sure I want to try them again after this experience.

The oil change and service took approx. 1 hour, which seems a little long. According to GM.com I have 2 year Scheduled LOF maintenance left on my vehicel until 40,023 miles or 10/09/2017. This oil change should have been covered unless this contract is not transferable but according to GM it is.

When stopping in for an oil change last week I received a complimentary alignment check which showed I needed an alignment. Parts were ordered and a appointment was made. When I drove into the garage I was instantly greeted in a friendly manner by several Gateway employees. My service advisor took care of all the necessary paper-work and offered a courtesy ride. I waited for over 2-1/2 hours to get an oil change finished. I have been to this service center hundreds of times and it has never taken over 30 minutes previously. When I checked on the status of my pickup after 90 minutes of waiting (when i was told that it would no more than 45 minutes), I was told that it had not even been taken in yet. I have multiple other vehicles that are not Chevrolets and I have always taken them to Gateway because of the great service that I normally get - I don't foresee that happening going forward.

Once upon a time in the land of Fargo not too far away, there was a quaint and classy business known to locals as Gateway. Here they had cars and trucks, some big and some small and they could fit every kind of person either short or tall. As I cruised slowly down the line to see what I could find, my car Cherry knew she was reaching the end of her time. She was 10 years old and didn't run as smooth as her younger years and the rattle I heard was like her engine choking back tears. I was her first owner, the only driver behind her wheel and for both of us this moment was quite a big deal. We pulled up to the front door and I gave her a short pep talk. 'Maybe the time is now', I said. 'Remember Cherry, it's not your fault'. I walked in through the doors to Gateway, a heaviness in my heart. But that's when I first met Melissa, and I could tell that she was smart. She listened to my story and how much Cherry meant to me. It's just been her and I against the world since I first turned her key. She's listened to my off key singing and the shouting at other cars, she's been there for break-ups and driving rowdy friends home from the bars. The long car trips and countless meals spilled on her seats and when I turned her up as loud as she could just to hear some sick beats. Melissa laughed with me and was so kind, she truly listened to me. She knew from my stories exactly what kind of vehicle would be most befitting for me. But alas, my credit wasn't really exactly great. I was working hard to repair past mistakes of making some payments too late. That's when Robert came and heard the situation I was in. He helped me feel as if I could redeem some of those past financial sins. Robert and Melissa worked tirelessly for me, trying to help in any way they could. They worked far past their work hours and sacrificed more time than anyone else really would. Test drives and payment amounts and numbers run back and forth, I am convinced Gateway employs the greatest workers in the North. A few test drives later, a new car found and I knew it was perfect for me. Melissa and Robert were so helpful and kind and showed great sincerity. As I walked outside to my new car, Cherry was parked so she could see. I wanted her to know that this new car would take excellent care of me. I had been in the same place, 10 years ago when I climbed into the drivers seat. Now she was home again, much less new and much less neat. I took a moment and said goodbye, a heaviness building inside. But Cherry knew and she was content that we had shared our last ride. As I drove away in my new car with confidence at the end of the day; I knew I wouldn't have been able to do it, had it not been for the great people at Gateway.**Melissa and Robert provided me with superb service. I bought my first Nissan with Gateway Automotive 10 years ago and loved my experience so much, I came back for my second. Both were so patient with me and my situation. They didn't pressure me to buy but made sure they did everything they could to give me every option so I could make a good decision. I am also so thankful to the other employees who stopped by to inquire about my decision and about my car. I appreciate how much they all truly care about every customer that comes in, regardless if they are working with that customer or not. I will continue to come to Gateway Nissan for all of my vehicle needs, as well as refer others to them as well.**

We had a great experience. There was no pressure. It went very smooth. We really like our new purchase but we were misinformed. We were told we could start my new 2017 Santa Fe Sport from my phone if we paid for an additional price. Come to find out that information is INCORRECT. My vehicle does not have that feature. The only thing our sales person can say is "he has sold many and has told people the same thing he told me and no one has come back and told him that they couldn't start their car from their phones. I was the first." Yet the only thing I've heard was I'm sorry, but If you decide to put an auto start in your vehicle I know someone who might be able to give you a discount. I'm VERY dissatisfied with this part!! I liked the idea of starting my brand new car from my phone. I don't want to put an after market auto start on my brand new vehicle. I would recommend them to others ONLY because of the no pressure experience. However I would advise people to do more of their own home work on the features of any vehicle that they plan to purchase before purchasing any vehicle.

Because Michael is so very knowledgeable and the service department has done a great job of maintaining my Equinox, it only made sense to return to Gateway and look for Michael when I decided to lease an additional vehicle. Michael answered all my questions and made it easy to lease a 2016 Trax. Now I have the Equinox for longer trips and the Trax for getting around town. They are great vehicles. Gateway changed my oil and rotated my tires as well as anyone could expect. It was quick and easy, the way it should be. The one issue I have is that when I was younger, my local dealership would always return my car cleaner than when they received it. Vacuumed inside, washed outside. Don't expect that from Gateway; they won't even run it through their drive-thru car wash. Plus my steering wheel, door handles, and a couple other controls were sticky from whoever drove my car in and out of the shop. They'll change your oil, but don't expect them to go above and beyond. And make sure you bring a wet cloth to clean up afterward.

Gateway charged me $111.00 to find out what the code was that caused the check engine light to be on in my truck. Then charged me to install the faulty part. I am fine with paying for a part that has failed. I am also fine with paying to find out the code of the check engine light, But I find it a bit greedy to charge for both. In the past the shops that I have dealt with have not charged for the diagnosis if you have them repair the vehicle.

I stopped in for an oil change. Ended up taking over an hour and 45 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous in my mind. I was told it was going to be an hour tops lol. Noticed my tire pressures were not adjusted as well 3 tires at 35 and the other was around 40.

Since the renovation at Gateway Chevy, it is very confusing as to where you should go for an oil change. When I pulled into the service bay, I was asked by 4 people if I had been helped. I said no and they proceeded to ask what I needed. I said an oil change and they pointed me to the lady that was swamped (4 service people with no one in front of them). When the lady finally helped me, she was very apologetic. Seems to me that some signage or another renovation should be in the works as this one didn't work.

Brought my car in for oil change and was told 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour wait. They would call my name and my phone when done. Must have been in bathroom when my name was called, and then they called the wrong number to tell me it was done. After 2 hours, I went up to inquire about the status. Car had been done for an hour. They apologized and took 50% off my bill. Will continue to use them as my service center.

Last week I had my vehicle in the service center for a check engine light and a boat motor like noise. I was called by an advisor at 4:25pm stating my vehicle repairs were done and they would send a ride right away. At 4:55pm I was still waiting for my courtesy ride and called back, they stated that the courtesy vehicle was again on their way. At 5:17pm after waiting for almost an hour for a ride, I called back again and they stated that the courtesy vehicle had just arrived back and they would send them right away. At that time I was offered a ride by a coworker and I accepted as I no longer had faith that the courtesy vehicle was on their way. Once I arrived at the service center at 5:35pm, there was no one there in the Service Center to check me out so that I could get on my way to picking my children up at daycare which closed at 6pm. Once the one individual still working in the service center arrived I told him my frustrations and he apologized and said that someone was on vacation so that is why they were not timely. I feel it had nothing to do with the drivers but the service center themselves and giving me the run around, and on top of that after spending $230+ on repairs, my vehicle still made the noise that I brought it in for.Follow-Up: I had filled out this review the following day and got a call that same day. The service manager was so polite and apologized for the mix up, offered to refund me my money and scheduled an appointment for my vehicle for the following Monday to re-look at the noise, and they even brought a rental to me and picked up my vehicle. I know it was far from their fault that I got the run around regarding the courtesy ride, but he made me feel so much better as far as my vehicle's maintenance being in their hands. Thank you, Gateway for your kindness and making things right!

I worked with Kevin Nordick on the purchase of a 2012 Volkswagon EOS. I live 10 hours away in Iowa. Kevin took a lot of time with me sending me extra pictures and walking the car while talking with me on the phone, being very upfront about its condition. When I noticed 2 of the rims were chewed up Kevin arranged to have them fixed. When I arrived in Fargo, I honestly thought I was looking at the wrong car because it looked so great. My sales woman was Danielle Kuske. I went to Gateway last December to start looking for a new car. The car I got approved for wasn't exactly what I was looking for, and I wasn't ready to commit to the monthly premium. Rather than getting frustrated, Danielle was very professional and understood. Yesterday I asked Danielle to show me some cars. She spent a lot of time showing me cars, knowing that I might not be ready to buy. She was committed to my budget and was honest about everything. Even if it meant telling me a car wasn't in my budget so we shouldn't look at it. I respect Danielle very much. She waited until I was ready to buy a car. She didn't pressure me into anything. Which made me really comfortable. She could have pushed me to a different sales person, but she took her time and let me take mine. We ended up sending in paperwork that day for a Hyundai Santa Fe. She was excited as I was when I got approved. The fact that she waited 5 months for me to come back to Gateway, to possibly buy a car, made me realize how much she loves her job. She's not a high pressure sales person. She knows what she's talking about and she genuinely cares about the people she's working with. I think other sales people need to learn from her. I won't work with anyone else.

I took my truck into have some warranty work done. Mike tried to get me to change every fluid in the vehicle before they would work on it. Since I declined they would not replace the sensor that was under warranty and said to see if it faults again and then maybe they would look at it. I will NEVER be bringing a vehicle back there again.

Spent a week working a deal on a 2015 used vehicle and was assured that it had a clean carfax and was free of damage. GA E a deposit and drove 480 miles to pick up the car. The car had multiple cosmetic things wrong with it including evidence of poorly repaired body damage. The sales.manager even admitted to me later that it had been wrecked on the lot and repaired in their own facility. Hence the clean carfax!.....drove 7 hours home without a.car. may never trust a.salesperson again.

I did extensive research on this vehicle before I agreed to buy it. Salesperson (Ryan) consistently stated that it had a clean carfax and no damage. I asked him multiple times and he constantly reassured me that it was "beautiful".......took off work for the seven hour drive...480 miles. Arrived at the dealer and was escorted to the car. It was extrememly obvious it had been in an accident and poorly repaired as the rear bumper and fender did not line up , the rear cargo hatch area was damaged and the antenna was not there. I was furious that I was lied to. They made no attempt to rectify the situation and was told if I had a concern to contact their laywer! Sales manager would not even call me to discuss the situation......horrible business ethics. Buyer beware!!!!!!

My 9 yr old daughter and I went to Gateway yesterday to look into leasing a new vehicle. Jeremy Jenson helped us out and he was great. He sat down with us and went over how much driving I did and what I could afford and recommended a vehicle and lease to fit our needs. He explained everything to me and was very helpful through the whole leasing process. After we were all done he set up all the Onstar stuff in my car and taught me how to use everything in it- which I totally appreciate because now I don't have to monkey around to figure it out! Best of all he included my daughter in everything and kept her happy too! I was dreading looking for a new vehicle, but Jeremy made it completely painless. I didn't know 4 hours in a dealership could be fun, but we definitely had a great time there. :-). Jeremy is a great mix of professional and personable and definitely made me feel very comfortable! Looked at buying a used 2012 Silverado from this dealership. We live 4 hours away so before hand we made contact with a salesman and received extra pictures. Truck looked perfect so we got our cashiers check from the bank and headed to Fargo. When we got there the truck had 4 huge dents on the rear of the truck and a huge bleach stain under the rear seat. In the pictures the reflection of the overhead lights covered the dents. The WORST SALESMAN EVER DUSTY said, "It's a used truck what do you expect?". We were both livid. The manager acted like that doesn't happen and it was an accident. Funny thing is the truck is still for sale and no added pictures or info in the description. SHADY dealership. I wouldn't even buy new from them. They don't deserve anyone's business.

For my first vehicle, I knew I wanted an SUV with all wheel drive before winter. After calling and talking to a manager at Gateway, I planned to stop and test drive a few so I could find out what I liked before purchasing. Jeremy in the sales department greeted me and then spent the afternoon showing me numerous options, making suggestions and giving me tons of information on every single vehicle I looked at. After I found one I was interested in, the manager I talked to assisted me in making the purchase. I had been looking for a new pickup for a couple of months and on Saturday, September 26th I went to Gateway to look at some of their trucks after hearing about a special both on the radio and on the internet. I was fortunate to have Jeremy Jenson approach me and we started talking. I told him what I was looking for and he provided me with numerous options. I told him that I was very interested and he followed up with me on Monday morning via phone. I went back to the dealership on Monday afternoon and we closed the deal and I drove my brand new 2015 Silverado off the lot on Wednesday, September 30th with all the extra accessories added on. Everyone was so welcoming, and it is so nice to walk into a dealership and see people with smiles on their faces. You can tell they love their jobs, and take great pride in the work they do. I would only choose Chevrolet for me and my family members to drive. When it is something as important as what you rely on to get you to your near and far destinations, there is only on place that come to mind; Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo. We have driven Chevrolets for years and never been let down or stranded on the side of the road. I trust them with my life, and the lives of my family members. I won't bad mouth gateway Chevy. Bought my car June 29th 2015 I've called the loan company too many times to remember they still don't have my account, so I call Ron my sales guy he has no idea what is going he tells me to call Susan so I call Susan we play phone tag, once we finally talk she says the loan company should have my info soon they have to process the info giving to them. Okay so I wait it's been 1.5 months already. I know gateway said I can make my first payment with them but that's not the point. Meanwhile my temporary tag is due to expire on August 13th so I emailed Ron asking if I could come in to get another if my plates weren't here by the 13th he never said yes or no. He also says call Karen during the week I'm guessing she knows more about the plate process so I called and left a message for her. So guess where I will be Monday morning at gateway trying to get more answers and less of the runarounds. This is not how my first car buying experience is suppose to be like.

My daughter and her fiance purchased a car from Gateway back in April of 2015. Her fiance is Native American, and they live on the Red Lake Reservation. They always planned on putting Native plates on the car. Now this dealership has decided to refuse to turn over the title to the car, stating that they can't put Native plates on the car. They need to put MN plates on it. So if your a Native American this dealership will trample your rights!Next step for my future son in law and daughter, lawyer and finding Native American advocate for civil rights. They have been unable to use a vehicle they purchased in April, now 5 months. Gateway, besides the title what do you now owe they?

My Husband and I were looking to buy a larger family Crossover. When we arrived at Gateway Chevrolet to look at the Traverse, Chris Lehfeldt caught us in the parking lot and was very helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very personable. We had been trying to get and appt for service (check engine lite) and then we were going to get an oil change. for over a week. So this afternoon i went in just to get the oil change, We had a appt to get the check engine lite checked on Monday morning. I asked the "check in" guy for the quick lube specifically if the oil change would be covered under the warranty because i knew were close to the limit and he said yes. When it came time to pay the bill I was told we were 200 miles over the warranty and that i would have to pay the FULL price for the oil change. I spoke to the Service Manager "Dan" who said with a shrug - cant do nothing about it. So i paid the bill and left. I will be sure that anyone that will listen will hear about the service at "GATEWAY IN FARGO" - I was mislead too and then the so called MGR dos not try to resolve the situation at all. Edit: I was to mad to notice till this morning that the service guys got into the car without paper on the floor and anything covering the seats - So now the carpet floor mats are all marked up with grease and so are the seats. This has been one big mess.

I was driving through Fargo on a multi-state business trip and stopped into Gateway. I'm glad I did. I pulled into the service bay at 5 in the afternoon, on a Friday, and explained my situation to David Miranda. He told me to relax, grab some coffee, and that they'd have me set to go in 10 minutes...and he was right. They had no incentive to help me (the recall fix was free and I explained that I lived in Vermont...so I wouldn't ever be back), but they did and they treated me like I was a longtime customer. Thank you.

I went into Gateway not expecting to leave with a new vehicle. I thought I liked my Mazda but Garret showed me all of the Chevys available and I decided to actually take a look. By the end of the night, I was taking a car home for the night to test drive and see how I liked it. Fell in love with the vehicle (obviously) and traded in my 2012 Mazda 6 for a 2015 Malibu LT. I also had several other specific features I wanted and did NOT want. She spent considerable time getting to know my desires. Back in September of 2014, after searching for the "right" vehicle for over 2 years, I had FINALLY found the Traverse and had fallen in love with it!!!! Every one I had found though was out of my price range, over the mileage I wanted or wasn't the style I was looking for (i.e. seating, color I wanted or package I was wanting) I had called Garrett up at Gateway and within just a couple days he had found the EXACT match to what I was looking for and gave me a deal I COULD NOT turn down and the best price I had found ANY WHERE!!! After having it for just a few short months now, we had an issue go wrong with it and Garrett AND Gateway are backing the vehicle better then I have EVER delt with before!!!! Years ago we didn't have the best experience with Gateway. This time was completely different.I was "somewhat" interested in purchasing a new Colorado, but only if I could find exactly the vehicle I built online. We have worked with another dealership who has treated us well over the years. The salesman at that dealership told us the only option at this time to get the vehicle we want is to place an order for delivery in 2 - 3 months. Worst place to take to get recall part done. Told me it would be 4 hours took over 5 didn't call me when it was ready, and waited 20 minutes for my car to just get pulled up! And they blamed it being cold and having to warm up. Sorry but my car doesn't take 20 to get fog off. On top of that they pulled up and they where all still fogged and my car was freezing. Yeah way to go with the dishonesty. Will only take my car to luther now. Should have listened to my husband he loves taking his car their. Wish I didn't have to give them even a one star.

Salesman seemed new and inexperienced with customer service. Waiting around for service was a big issue. I had to ask salesman to upsell "me" in purchasing a new vehicle. Not sure if the Costco benefit is offered to all customers, but we did not receive this benefit from Trevor. Feel free to call me with more information: 701-799-4474.Trevor's a nice guy, but needs work on CS. Hopefully some constructive feedback will make him a BETTER Salesman.

Got several emails welcoming me and asking if their service was good. NEVER got a call or email relating to the vehicle, I called them, she was very nice and promised to call back next day with info. No phone call. I called them, got chewed out for not knowing ladies name, got transferred to very ignorant service dept. He informed me I needed to not be so lazy and just come in the dealership. I explained that I am several hundred miles away. Finally got back to sales, no such car there, 15 minutes later it was oh yea that one is in the tranny shop. He finally agreed to check on it and call me back...... no phone call.... did get another email about how they hope they did a good job of customer service....again!

Went to the dealership for a minor recall on a 1999 silverado. After fixing the minor issues service department told me I needed 1500.00 more in other repairs. I got suspicious and took the truck to my normal mechanic and the repairs I need were only about 350.00. He informed me that they were going to replace parts that did not need replacing. Another visit I went to sell a vehicle that was part of an estate settlement. Their offer was so low that it made pawn shop offers seem excellent. I was considering buying a new vehicle and maybe using the estate vehicle as a trade in but not after that offer.
