I've been a loyal customer of Gaudin Ford for 17 years after meeting Bill Wheeler through a company I previously worked with. I purchased all of the companies vehicles and dealt one on one with Bill through many sales. After dealing with other dealers in this town I've found that Gaudin has the most reputable staff and honest service department Employees. I would recommend Gaudin over any other dealership in this town. Eric Curtis has been my service advisor for at least two years and as always taken very good care of my vehicles and made sure I was notified of any and all vehicle needs. They really know how to make a customer feel comfortable. The costumer service is A+. I bought a new Ford that I love deeply. My salesman Tony is the best. I didn't know exactly what car to buy and he helped find the best car for me. Adam Zito in finance was great as well. From the moment I contacted Gaudin Ford via e-mail until I drove off in my new vehicle the entire experience was excellent. Tony was very considerate of what I was looking for and what I expected. This dealership has the most outstanding, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly employees I have ever encountered. Tony Najera (this is the salesman's salesman, folks) and Javier Avila both worked with us to give us what I consider the most fair deal possible. Kenny Chapman in finance was friendly, professional, and helpful. We were taken around and introduced to key staff members like Josh Cleveland in the service dept. and others. Tony hustled around and made sure our vehicle was prepped properly so we could be out of there in the least amount of time, yet took plenty of time thoroughly familiarizing us with the many functions and operations of our new car. The feeling that we left with was, that this was not the end of our relationship, but that they were there for any future questions or problems we may have, was very much appreciated. GREAT experience.

I had leased a 2014 Ford Escape in September 2014 from a dealership in NH. Two years into my lease, I was close to going over my mileage allowance. Domenic went over my options and it was better for me to turn in my car and get another one. Within a few hours, my old lease was closed out and I was driving away in a brand new 2017 Ford Escape. Knowing how service departments can take forever we called to schedule an appointment for a simple dead battery and leave the vehicle until it was ready for pick up. The service person that answered the phone directed us to simply bring it to the "quick lane" and we would be in and out. Following the misguided direction upon arrival we were told it would be a THREE hour wait!!! I asked for a service manager to call me regarding and they were too busy to phone me. Not the first time we've had issues with this dealership as another time we were told two days for repair and we picked up the vehicle two weeks later. I highly recommend using another dealership for all repairs!!!

He goes out of his way to satisfy your every need and answer every question you have. He's the most professional salesman I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The others that work with Domenic go out of there way to help you in every way possible with no Hassel . They all helped me to make my experience positive. I recently purchased a f 350. I called Domenic to let him know what I was looking for. He had the truck waiting up front of the dealership for me to view. He went thru the vehicles options and pricing with me . I was able to purchase my vehicle with a trade in ,complete all the paperwork and drove off the lot in less then 2 hours. The dealership is very clean and modern. The service area has always been fast and friendly. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships , they do not compare to Gaudin Ford. Thank you all so much for your outstanding service.

The team at Gaudin Ford is exceptional. If you want a simple, relaxed, easy going and no stress buying experience - then go see Domenic LaSala. This is the second vehicle we leased from Domenic, and he could not have made it easier each time. No pressure, a lot of information exchanged via email before even going to the dealership - then once there, pretty much all we had to do is sign the paperwork. Jacob Medrano, the Finance Manager, was the same way - no pressure, went over everything as agreed - and then out the door. They both made personal follow-ups after the sale which means a lot. We have also used the Quick Lube Service Department at Gaudin for all routine maintenance, and the same pleasant, professional experience holds true.

Went there a little over a week ago and found a truck that I was very interested. Sales rep said if I sign the contracts tonight the truck would be locked in. I needed a co signer which I got and was told it would be ready for pick up today. This morning I get a call that the truck was sold from under me, even with contracts signed. At this point they tried to sell us another truck that doubled the price to $50,000. I asked for rough numbers to see what payments would look like, at which point I declined the transaction. About an hour later my mother gets a call from a finance company that they ran our credit yet another time, asking if we were at the dealership to sign the loan papers. We called the dealership, got the run around. He said we approved them running our credit again, which we did not because we declined the sale.

I had a 2009 VW out of warranty with a very high interest rate. I had decided to go to Ford to see what my options were; not only did I have the most relaxing and hassle free experience, I was able to purchase a 2016 Ford Fusion. Dominic Lasala found me the perfect vehicle, very low interest rate, and a huge discount on the price due to the Memorial Day weekend sale. Bought a 2016 Ford Explorer over Memorial Day. Salesman have to do the back and forth and really don't have any authority for bargaining. I get the well we can do that or this.....but the process was not easy, long, and we paid more than probably we should have. We almost left based on the back and forth which would not have been good since we came in to buy that day. On one of the trips back we asked for tinting and it showed up later on the invoice that we were paying for it at only $200. Later after purchase there were some issues where we noticed on auto pay that we had some money deducted on a lease trade in that they were supposed to handle--we survived that and received our cash back but when my girlfriend called the salesman after the purchase he replied it's not in my "job title". Then.....I get the Ford Motor Company survey code in the mail and find out someone completed it for us....how interesting is that? I will probably be hesitant going in there again although, to be fair we love the Explorer and its a solid suv. The vehicle sold us not the dealership.

The customer service at Gaudin Ford was horrendous. After I got the vehicle and noticed an issue and brought it in. I was assured that the issue was going to be resolved once I got the vehicle back. Not only the issue was not resolved, but upon inspection of the vehicle the service department didn't even try to fix the issue. Sergio Correa and Frank Mooradian were the only people willing to resolve my issue. I concluded this opinion based upon the report that they had tested the component and fixed the issue that I was having. If they had done that then obviously they would have experienced the issue and known that it was in fact defective. I had brought it back to them twice with them assuring me twice that the issue would be resolved. I had to contact Ford directly for them to actually do the work they were supposed to do in the first place. If they had done their job they would have realized what the cause of the issue was, instead of just saying they fixed it when in reality they did not even look at it. I cannot comprehend what would bring on such disrespect and such dishonesty. Even if they ignore the fact that Ive bought 3 Ford vehicles, I still bought a new 2016 Escape SE and they should have treated me with more respect that what they gave me. They had the audacity to lie to my face and tell me they resolved the issue when clearly they didn't even know what the issue was. The Sync 3 is not compatible with my apple products. The car has 2 USB ports, and thus I plan to utilize both ports. When I plug in my iPod to charge and my iPhone to listen to music the sync system decides to not work. This is absolutely unacceptable. Technology in this day and age is expected to be backwards compatible with any major consumer product. I find that because this issue the sync system is not at its greatest potential and because of this I have to reevaluate if Ford is really on the cutting edge. Ford likes to talk about their innovation and how they incorporate new technology in their vehicles, when in reality the technology is flawed. What baffles me the most is how Ford will install two USB ports and expect them not to be utilized to their fullest capacity.

On 6/10/2016 I went to the service department because my A/C went out in my car. It was 115 outside when I arrived I was hot to say the least. Kathryn noticing my flushed face started off by getting me a cold water. On 6/11/2016 I was traveling to California to take my son to Camp. I want to thank Kathryn Parman and the service team for quickly fixing my A/C. The service department was very busy and said it would be Monday before my car could be looked out. I explained my situation and Kathryn and the team took care of me on the spot. I truly appreciate the service I received. Thank you for the great service! I will never purchase, lease or have my Ford Explorer serviced at Gaudin Ford. Their cashier wasblatantly rude; they promised to have my Explorer 5,000 mile inspection ready no later than 45 minutes;I waited for almost 1 1/2 hours and missed my doctors appointment.

A refreshing car buying experience. Worked with me on phone and via email to narrow decision. Confident enough to quote via email. Built trust knowing that they were not afraid to be open on pricing. Salesman Domenic was a rare professional find. Sure he wanted to sell me a car, trial-closed along the way, asked for the order, and he did so with respect, listening, and honesty...as I said...refreshing! Interaction with Kem the manager was very brief and professional as well. Speaking so highly of his team and not speaking down the competition was professional and respected. Typically bring my vehicles to 3rd parties for service but will give Gaudin's Service team the opportunity to earn my business on quality and caring as price is down my list of priorities when customer service is involved.

Took my car in for repairs on 3-11-16. Tony Irigoyen, asst. body parts mgr. greeted me and we discussed repairs, time needed etc. Throughout the entire process, from the time I dropped off the car until it was finished, Tony kept me informed as to the progress. The car was repaired properly, and looks great. When the car was finished , again Tony greeted me personally and went over the repairs. He even asked the shop to save me some paint for touchup. Gaudin Ford, Wonderful dealership and wonderful repair shop. Thanks again, Tony. P.S. I was referred by AAA Insurance.. I have written to them also regarding my excellent experience.

I would like to say that Gaudin Fords body shop manager Tony took great care of my 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis that was hit in passenger door. I was worried that the car was too old to find new parts but Tony was able to locate and repair perfectly. Paying a deductible a second time that should have been completed in September 2015 in addition to having had multiple issues with their lack of comprehensive or accurate "multipoint inspections". On 9/10/15 I took my Fiesta in for service and received "Tires good at this time", I received the same tire rating during my oil change on 12/11/15. I took my car in to fill up tires on 12/17 and Hector in the Quick Lane mentioned that my tires were bad and were dry rot. Today, 2/15 my car was taken in for service and I received "Tires good at this time". My tires are NOT good at this time. It took speaking with a non mechanic/technician, Lisa, about a separate issue before anyone actually looked at my tires and saw the bad condition they are in. Clearly, no one in Service actually provides service or does their job since it took non-mechanics to bring up an issue that should have been seen in these "multi point inspections". Gaudin Ford has a sketchy and haphazard "service" department which is why my car had to be brought in for service today and I had to pay another deductible because it was not done the first time in September.In conclusion, STAY AWAY.

Gaudin Ford had a Previously Owned 2012 Nissan Altima listed, which was the car that my wife wanted. Domenic Lasala was the consultant that assisted me. I had previously checked on an almost identical car at another Dealership, however the experience wasn't good. With Domenic Lasala at Gaudin Ford, it was a totally positive experience. I told him my budget and he worked with it. This is the way to buy a car. There was no high pressure sales going on.

I found the pre-owed vehicle I wanted in an online search, then contacted the dealer through the website, and heard back from Domenic Lasala in sales promptly. We scheduled an appointment, and also confirmed what my trade-in would be worth before I even drove out, the vehicle purchased was a 2013 Ford Escape, in practically new condition, the test drive confirmed my expectations, followed by super fast paperwork/financing processing, this was the easiest time I've ever had trading in a vehicle towards a new one.

Back to my review of Gaudin, great people, friendly and easy to work with. If it was not a holiday weekend, I would have been done much sooner but hey, anytime you go on a sale/holiday weekend, you know what you are getting into. From my very first encounter with Tanner Marroquin, I knew he had my best interest in mind. He took into account what my needs and wants were in a car and made them into my dream car. I brought in my used vehicle to be serviced through my warranty the service department was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. I was explained about my warranty and car issues one on one and talked to as a person. He explained it until I officially understood. I went to purchase a vehicle they had advertised, in the newspaper, for a price they stated was reduced from its prior selling price. They refused to honor it though I offered them the asking price in cash. I am considering pursuing a legal action against them for false advertisement, deceptive practice and specific performance. The sales rep Chandler was a good honest guy. Be careful of the finance guys though. I verified the car came with CPO warranty and the guy tried to tell that the 2800 they were charging was to lock in the lower rate. Lol okay dude. I run a business and crunch numbers for a living. If I was dumber maybe that would have worked. I'm only giving a high rating because the salesman went out of his way. He even let me test drive it to my office to let my dog out. Just go through all the numbers carefully to make sure you're not getting charged for something you didn't want.

Steven Nohrden at Gaudin Ford was a pleasure to buy a car from. He walked around the lot with me going from car to car to car to CAR. They have a huge selection, and not just Ford. ( I am the most indecisive person in the world, and I am very frugal ) When I told him what I could pay and offered a fair deal he accepted it. There was no game. His boss didn't come out and write a number down or sign a paper good for today only BS. He even said I could leave and think about it without pressure. He went with me to take my lease back to Honda and made the car buying experience the best I have ever had. The finance guy, Edwardo, was really quick and helpful deciding an extended warranty. There was also a tech guy who was great. I can not remember his name but he connected my Bluetooth and showed me all the features and how to work them. I've bought a total of 6 cars in the past 20 years, and have gone to different dealerships all over Vegas perhaps half a dozen times more when I got that "new car itch". In my early 20's, I felt completely inadequate in the sales/negotiating process. From my late 20's to mid-30's, I was a bit more savvy, and used my background in lending to walk in with a bit of the upper hand. I definitely was always ready for a battle and prepped for war, if needed. And then, when I bought my last vehicle at Guadin Ford, I met Julio Lazo. I'll admit that when I saw this 20-something "kid", I might have had a small chuckle to myself knowing that he was going to be ill-equipped to negotiate with me. Fully expecting to be handed off to a more "seasoned" salesman (as often happened in my prior purchases", I was quite surprised to find his knowledge vast, customer service genuine, and even his smile sincere. Not at all what I had expected. As it turned out, I hadn't needed to prep for a battle. He came to the table with the best offer right from the start. I had done my own research and knew that it was a fair deal. Thank you Sean Coon, Who says you cant have a great experience while buying a car. I found a car on the internet at Gaudin Ford Las Vegas and was interested in a test drive. After being greeted by a great friendly staff we were assisted by Sean Koon (sale person). Sean was very friendly and was extremely patient and willing to listen to our needs. Sean listened to our needs and instead of trying to sell us a new car, he found the car we needed in a pre-owned certified car. To our surprise we were able to drive two pre-owned off the lot. Sean worked hard and got the payment that was perfect. That not all. Sean has been available to answer our questions long after driving the cars off the lot. Tanner is a man of his word! I told him what I was hoping to accomplish in terms of a deal, and he said he would make it happen, "plain and simple". I live in CA and purchased a used 2013 Fusion that I saw online in January. It was exactly what I had been looking for. The salesperson Domenic LaSala was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very professional and honest about the condition and negotiated a fair price with me over the phone. He picked me up at the airport with the vehicle. It was in perfect condition, ran great and they even put on new tires. He spent as much time as I wanted with him showing me all the high tech gadgets, phone, sync, etc. I was apprehensive about buying a car out of state, but the dealer hired and payed for a company to do all the paper work for the California registration. The plates arrived in the mail about 4 weeks later. When I got the plates I realized that the car did not have the front license plate bracket. I went to my local dealer to get one. They wanted $54. I called Dom and he sent one out immediately to me at no charge. I have bought many cars over the years at many different dealerships including Mercedes &Lexus and I can honestly say that the courtesy and customer service at this dealer exceeds them all. I wish that I lived closer so that I could have them service my vehicle.

Triple charged my Mom for diagnostics. yes, $130, $130, and $170 for the same trip. She said her oil pressure gauge wasn't moving? It doesn't!...yet they charged her rather than telling her that. After she paid I called the general manager and never received a callback. wonder why? Unfortunately she called me after she paid. This is the second time she has been overcharged and the 3rd time the service writer has recommended repairs that were unneeded. She came in for an oil change and brake check! The ABS light was on. That was never fixed.....but they want to flush the brake fluid???? This is a scam shop!! stay away!!! Bet this review doesn't show up....I'll post it in other places.

I inquired at the dealership about the forthcoming Mustang GT-350. I figured there was likely to be a waiting list and when I got an email back I was delighted to hear I could get in line to purchase one with a $500 deposit. Rumors on pricing are exciting as Ford looks to be selling this car at around 4k and has promised to meet demand. With that in mind I figured the dealer would pull a few extra k out of those of us so anxious. However when I inquired about the pricing I was told to expect to pay 30K over sticker. Let me say that again.. 30K OVER STICKER. I am all for capitalism but this is insane. It is not right for Ford to advertise the car at one price (53k expected) , Have magazines review it in that price category... have all they hype about the competitive pricing and then have a dealership xxxx its customers and charge 30k over sticker. If the value of this car is 83 k then Ford should sell it that way and not pretend. Personally I think Gaudin's pricing strategy is absurd and I will not support any dealership that thinks thats ok. Would you really trust this dealer to give you a good deal on some other car?

2014 F-150 lease, I have taken it back 3 times because tires are not right, they said the last time that tires were 3 to 4 oz. out of balance, truck still bounces down the road, the ford dealer in Cabbot, AR..replaced the right rear tire because it was egg shaped. friends ask what is wrong with it???? look under hood it is dusty, dirty friends ask if it is used & how meney miles are on it. look at the cars & trucks in the show room they are clean & new looking not like a used farm truck. not happy with service Dept. My sales person Victor Gardenas did a very good job and answered all questions, would recommend HIM to all my friends. Fred Marquardt

Julio called me about my email, info on a new 2015 Escape. I told him I had been to one dealer earlier and was disappointed; no deal. Julio said "he would make it easy for me"; if I would come in. I told what I had picked out on Gaudins stock; he found it and had it cleaned up as I drove in.It wasn't long before we had everything worked out and I did in fact drive home with my new Escape. Julio has called a couple times to ensure all was well, which it has been. We really like our Escape Titanium and Gaudin has indeed lived up to their reputation; by the way, this is my third new Ford I have bought from Gaudin since I arrived in Las Vegas; I have bought two others in the past ten years.

We had our truck in another shop due to a misfiring cylinder. The other shop couldn't get the problematic spark plug out and recommended we take our Lincoln Navigator to a dealer. They suggested Gaudin Ford. Since we were visiting from out of town Adam Pia helped expedite the diagnosis of our problem and had us going in just a few hours. The mechanic at Gaudin was able to get out the misfiring spark plug. It apparently had some build up around it and the socket had to be pounded on. The mechanic at the previous shop thought the spark plug was spinning, which would have indicated a much more serious problem. We were so grateful to get our car going with for a few hundred dollars instead of a few thousand.

I recently relocated to Las Vegas from Florida. My wife and I wanted to make the trip together in one vehicle (My Ford F 150) and were planning to pull a trailer. We decided to ship her vehicle and made arrangements with a transporter. We needed someone to receive her car in Las Vegas as it was due to arrive 2 days before us. Our intention was to pick her car up at the dealership once we arrived.I was able to contact Keith Swain (Inventory Manager) at Gaudin Ford. Keith agreed to receive and inspect my wife's Mercedes when it arrived in Las Vegas as a courtesy to us. He maintained contact through email and agreed on a pick up date at the dealership. The morning that we were set to pick the vehicle up Keith called as we were in route. He let us know that the car was ready for pick up and that he was at the store and available to assist.My expectation was that following a 2000 mile trip on a transport truck that the car would be in need of a serious cleaning. Much to my surprise, the car was up front ready to go and fully detailed right down to the tire shine! Keith was super friendly and handed me the keys with a smile! Did I mention....this was all done as a courtesy! I was charged nothing yet the level of service was world class! Keith Swain is a shining example of how people make the difference! My husband and I had researched trucks of various makes and models. There were a few that we wanted to test drive before moving forward with a decision to purchase. We made inquiries via the internet and our first call that we received, literally within moments of pushing "submit", was from Nick Penner at Gaudin Ford. He was incredibly helpful. After explaining to him what we were looking for, he provided us with information and advice. It was a very refreshing experience to have a conversation with a car salesman that didn't trigger a defensive response. We spoke to other sales people from other dealerships, but Nick had already set the bar of what our expectations would be and the competition fell short. After comparison to GMC and Chevy, the Ford F 150 took the checkered flag as the best vehicle for our family. We took a drive to Gaudin Ford to meet with Nick. He was just what we expected. At no time during the entire experience of selecting, negotiating and finalizing the purchase of our new truck did we feel that we were not being treated with respect, warmth and genuine desire to ensure that we were happy with our truck. Nick was amazing. We would recommend him to any of our friends and family .

I went in to buy a used Escape for my Daughter but after meeting with the very nice people at Gaudin I leased a new 2014 Escape. It was funny one of my main requests was that It had to have a 2.0 engine, when we got home I popped the hood and there was a sticker on the engine that said 1.6hp. We went back to the dealership and they exchanged vehicles with one that was higher in price and had more options for the same price!This is what I call Customer Service!!

Overall, my family has bought 5 vehicles from Julio at Gaudin and 4 2014 Mustangs. I would recommend him to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.

I bought a 2014 Mustang here from Julio. He is a great sales persons and is really knowledgeable about many cars. He is great with working out deals and letting you know about any rebates out for the specific car you are buying. When I needed repairs on my car from an accident he referred me to the Gaudin Body Shop. They took great care of my vehicle and Julio gave me updates the whole time on how my car was doing. The work was done in 5 days and I had a lot of body work done, I was super impressed. The results are amazing and my car looks brand spanking new!! Love the guys and the body shop and Julio for providing such great customer service!

This is a lengthy post but make sure you read it all because it will definitely tell you what kind of people you are REALLY dealing with. I was in a car accident and had no idea what I wanted to get because this was so unexpected I was already leasing a Ford and had 2 years left. My insurance adjuster told me that my car was going to be totaled so I went out to look for something new. I am new to Nevada and a single women. I choose this dealership because I noticed most ford cars that I've seen had a Gaudin Ford plate so it seemed somewhat familiar to me. When I arrived I was expecting salesmen to swarm over to me like I have experienced in the past. First Tom Brown approached me in such a warm and friendly manner just asking if I needed anything. Before he hit me with any information he lead me to the inside and offered me water. Then Sean Koon approached me again another friendly face. Sean did not try to take me to the most expensive car even after I stated I had no Idea what I wanted he gave me options. Tom and Sean do not try to force a sale on you they give you options. I was placed into a new car and my adjuster called a day and a half later stating that was car was being repaired Again after she told me numerous times they were going to total it out. Instead of me being stuck with 2 lease cars I called Sean and his sales manager Tom Papandrea and explained to them what happened, as they promised before I signed for my new car, they took the car off of my hands with no problem!! They have already gained my business two years in advance plus whatever I need in between time. They are great people and I will send anyone I can their way.

After the fiasco that happened at Ford Country it was a 100% turnaround working with Sean and his team. From the very beginning he listened to my requests and showed me the vehicles that i was interested in. Instead of pushing a hard sell he explained the features in the car. His customer service skills were great and spot on. There is no doubt that i will let everyone know about what happened at the other dealership and how Sean and Gaudin stepped up to the plate to give me a positive experience. I will recommend Gaudin any day of the week to anyone looking for a Ford.

I came to Gaudin Ford to price out some new Mustangs, but had no intention to buy anything. After talking with Tanner for a few hours I was sold. Gaudin is a very no pressure dealership with a knowledgeable staff. Tanner was honest, upfront, and intelligent. He was able to answer questions about service schedules, performance upgrades, and tuning. I love my new Mustang and had a great experience at Gaudin Ford.

I recently dropped Gaudin Ford to look at the used car inventory with John Blink. John was involved with another customer: He very gracefully came to the front of the store and ask me if I would visit with Sean Koon a new salesman that assisted John with clients such as I. He told me that Sean was familiar with my needs and he was available to help me and that he would join us as soon as possible. I met Sean and we discussed my immediate needs, then we went to the autos that met my needs. After viewing three autos we looked at the 2006 Nissan that was for sale. I looked at the engine, interior as well as sat down in the Nissan. It was easy to get in and out of the Nissan. Sean then ask if I would like to test drive the Nissan. I liked the way the car drove in total. We returned to Gaudin Ford and I told Sean and John that I wanted the vehicle but I needed to show it to my wife and daughter. I left and returned with the wife and daughter and they were equally as pleased as I was after we concluded test drive # two. We then entered into price negotiation's with Sean John and Tom. We agreed on a satisfactory price and acceptable interest rate. All Gaudin Ford employees truly provided excellent customer service to us throughout the Sales Event.

From the front desk to the parts department, I felt like I was in the right place. The friendliness, courtesy, respect and comfort were exceptional. I didn't feel pressured to buy extras or add-ons, although they were recommended. I didn't feel like just another number or overwhelmed. I highly recommend Gaudin Ford, in fact already have! The service in the parts department was very friendly. Cannot say enough about our salesman, Jose Lopez. He was EXCEPTIONAL!

I took my 1991 Ford Taurus in for an old recall on the subframe. After waiting 10.5 hours they gave me the car back not safe to drive. They performed the recall, but did not re-install an entire lower bushing. This made it so the car was nearly impossible to turn left. A very unsafe condition. I even supplied them with new bushings, as they weren't covered under the recall. They refused to install the bushings. I brought all of this to the attention of the service manager, John Lindsay, who admitted they should have installed the bushings. He then gave me a free oil change worth $37. I told him that was unsatisfactory, he shrugged. I have pictures and their word they screwed up. $37 is not worth them risking my life. Nic Ave

I purchased a 2008 escape on may 24th. When i got home I noticed the CD player would not accept discs. Not their problem... you have to wiggle the key in the ignition to start it. Not their problem... And if you drive into the wind there is loud humming sound coming though the vents. Not their problem... all of these were noticed within 48 hours of purchase.

I have to say, although I paid a hefty price for my 2014 Raptor, everything my salesman Josie Lopez promised he came through for me with flying colors. I told him what I wanted for my trade ins and that was what I got with no hassle at all. I was very happy with the final price of my vehicle thanks to Josie. My finance manager suggested various addons and extended warranties but did not pressure me to purchase anything I did not want. And my custom service manager Germin (excuse me if I spelled it wrong) was more than helpful in the purchase and installation of accessories. In fact, he was exceptional. Thank you Germin. All in all I was more than happy with my experience and if they treat every customer the way I was treated I would highly recommend their dealership to anyone.

Sean, are salesman is a new employee and was well trained to assist us with our questions and concerns about our purchase. The options we wanted didn't happen to be on their lot at this time but they were able to locate one. When it didn't come in when it was expected, Sean drove to pick it up so we could make our deal. We were planning a trip and that helped to allow us enough time to get the new plates, taxes, & insurance details taken care of without undue pressure.We had been working with another dealer, at another dealership, when he called to say he had the car we were looking for he told us a price. When we got there and sat down with the paperwork it was over 4 thousand more. We questioned the additional 4K, we were told it WAS ONLY 4K difference. We were reminded of ALL the features on the car, we reminded him of all the features it had that we DID not want. We walked away from the deal. The car was a 2012 and at Gaudin we were able to buy a 2014 for less. That allowed us to purchase the maintenance plan and still be under the cost of the other dealer with no extras.Everybody we came in contact with at Gaudin was welcoming. Even the other salesmen were willing to assist us while we waited for Sean to finish with another customer.We attended the new purchase class. I would highly recommend everyone attend that class, it will be worth your time.

I wish there was a zero star rating for this completely unprofessional service department. I have a Ford Explorer that has two doors that open only from the outside. I made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday at 8:00 am. I was first in line in the morning, and immediately after me a huge line formed. He told me they might need to order parts, and I said, OK, let me know if that's the case, I'll pick up my car and bring it back when the parts are in. I called him mid day, but he had no update. I called back and asked for the service manager, Lisa, who looked into the situation, then she called me back and confirmed that, indeed, they hadn't looked at it and the techs leave at 4:00 pm. For the "inconvenience", I would get 10% off (WOW). I will see what they say tomorrow and decide if I trust them to actually fix the problem. I have TWO Fords and I will absolutely NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR ANY SERVICE ISSUE!!!!!!!! If it has to be done at the dealer, I'll go to a different one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

During a two-leg road trip to Park city, UT via Las Vegas, on the first leg I got a warning message "steering assist fault:service required". Car did not lose steering assist however after the next key cycle (off/on) a steering assist failed message appeared and vehicle lost steering assist. The vehicle was driven carefully to Gaudin Ford After a few hours wait they told me the fault was caused by excessive tire pressures )really?) and they had reset the fault code (C102D - excessive friction in steering rack). On the second leg around 40 miles from destination the same thing happened again - same fault code same result. Car was taken early next morning to Crandall Ford in Park City. After a short time they diagnosed the problem as a faulty steering rack. They issued a loaner car while rack steering assembly was replaced under warranty. Josh at Gaudin Ford was helpful and tried his best but the service personnel are incompetent and the dispatcher kept us waiting for hours despite Josh sending an email to the dispatcher to request an expedite. Got the feeling they just wanted to send me on my way.

Agreed to a price on Monday 23rd for two cars. Cmax and a Fusion Hybrid. credit card deposit 3500.00 for each car. One went thru. Second did not because credit card company thought it was fraud. Got that fixed. They said they tried to run it again after that. That was not true per American express. I wanted to pick up the cars on Friday. They asked for paperwork and had a question. I did not know what they wanted and responded 23 minutes later. 16 hours and 58 minutes later I got a response but not a answer to what they were looking for. I was told they were busy with other customers. I asked that they send the paperwork on the car we were not financing so we could pick it up. They did not do that. I guess it cost more to send two envelopes. Every email starting on Wednesday from them said they had to get this closed by the "END OF THE MONTH". I wanted it closed earlier since we had two salesman waiting on the cars. They finally sent the paperwork Thursday evening and an email asking me to send it back on Friday so they would get it closed by the "END OF THE MONTH". I asked if it was set for Saturday delivery so our salesman could get the car on saturday and be on the road the next week. They said they did. When I took it to UPS I was told it was not set up for Saturday delivery. It was set up for Monday delivery which is the last day of the month. The contract on the vehicle we were financing was incorrect. We wanted to finance about half of the car purchase. The contract was for the full amount of the purchase. They would not fix it because if they sent a new contract it would not arrive in time since they wasted so much time getting us the first one. Oh by the way their error means they make more money off of the finance charges. I should of called another dealership but that would mean our salesman would be renting additional rental cars for another week .When I demanded they send another contract all I got was if we do that we will not close this by the "END OF THE MONTH". We buy about a dozen cars a year around the country. Every other dealership I have worked with we are driving away in 48 hours. Not here. It took eight days before we drove off with the first one. I also have only received one contract on the two cars we bought. There were errors in the auto descriptions that never got corrected.The best part is after the cars were delivered I received an email that asked me to either give him the best evaluation score(lie) on the evaluation I was going to be sent or not respond at all.

Gaudin Ford is wonderful! They gave me the first enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. After shopping around for a vehicle on the north side of town and basically being insulted by other car dealerships shady, drawn out sales tactics, it was amazing that we merely made a call to Gaudin Ford explaining what we wanted and had the deal closed in 15 minutes! We knew what we wanted and how much it should cost and Gaudin Ford delivered it fast!! Upon arriving at the dealership I fully expected some last minute detail they forgot that would affect the payment or that the vehicle would be missing something we asked for, but nope, everything was exactly as promised and we were driving away in less than an hour! I cannot say enough about our salesman Julio Lazo, I credit him with the speed and ease of the deal. He was totally straightforward and made the entire process a breeze. If you are in the market for a Ford, save yourself the time and energy of haggling with old school, sheister car salesmen and go to Gaudin Ford. Ask for Julio and I know you will receive a fair deal without the usual drama.

Very happy with my 2010 Taurus and Gaudin Ford so bought a new Taurus there. There were not very many Taurus models on the lot (Focus seems to be the hot seller) but relayed to Sergio Correa what extras and color I wanted and he got exactly the car I wanted when I wanted it. Met with the salesman that I talked to on the phone. Amazing, I wasn't changed to any other salesman which I appreciate. I found that Junior was a very informed salesman and was very polite and professional. I felt that I was in a position of dealing to get the car I wanted at a fair price. I know a lot about Shelby's and mustangs since I have owned 5 of them and own 3 now. Junior knew as much as I do and I was very satisfied with the outcome of this purchase. I would recommend Gaudin Ford to any of my friends or Family. The orientation class of the service area and the parts department was outstanding and I felt very much like a "VIP" while at the dealer and while I was waiting while my car was cleaned and trimmed the way I wanted it.

I visited 2 competitor dealerships, I knew the car I wanted but I just wanted the "total experience" of purchasing a new car. I did not feel I got the attention I deserved at the competitors so when I arrived at Gaudin, with an appointment with Greg, I was a bit skeptical. It didn't take more than 1 minute for me to feel at ease, my wants/needs were heard and attended to immediately! I honestly felt like I was valued, understood, tended to and was made to feel like I was the priority with full attention. The other associates were just as friendly, encouraging and outstanding in their customer service. I have already recommended Gaudin Ford to friends and co-workers and will continue to promote their high standards in customer care as well as their product. I made a second visit to the dealership after the purchase of my new Mustang to pick up my paperwork for the DMV and Greg was readily available to assist me with a question I had about some of the electronics, he is an outstanding employee and I feel he certainly is an asset to the Gaudin family!!

A few weeks before Christmas we visited Gaudin Ford to look at Mustangs. I saw a left over 2013 Mustang GT I was interested in. Mr. Lazo explained the features of the car and never applied pressure to close the deal that I have experienced at other dealers. I left the dealer ship and went back the next day and purchased it from Julio Lazo. Mr. Lazo took care of me and does excellent after the sale care of his customers. About 5 months later I was interested in another vehicle and Mr. Lazo was my sales person. Everything at Gaudin Ford goes well. They care about me and strive to have me purchase the vehicle I want, not what they are supposed to push. I had the oil changed and everyone in the oil change are is polite. The car is returned clean. They hold a class once a month for new owners explaining and answering questions about the vehicle and the dealership. I am impressed with Gaudin Ford and recommend them.

Over experience at the dealership was excellent once we started the process going. We explained what we were looking for, which was a Ford Edge SEL. The purchase of the car was done in quick fashion. Julio Lazo helped us get an excellent price for our trade in. Excellent follow up after our purchase. This was our first time in buying a car from a Ford dealership. We did have to return back to pick up our paperwork for the service agreement, it was omitted from the initial paperwork.

I really enjoyed getting to Gaudin and being approached first hand by a woman! I can't tell you how many pushy, know-it-all men I've come across over the car shopping experience. Also bringing a friend with my that new a lot about the car that I wanted and did research for me also helped. No need to listen to salemen "sale" you a car, but to shop and have the salesman/women do what you need and find what your looking for and want. I found 99% of what I wanted in the car I got and I am extremely happy for it. I enjoyed my time with Gaudin and they were very helpful and friendly.

We have been doing business with Gaudin Ford for many years, purchasing numerous vehicles. Two reasons we keep coming back - we like the Ford vehicles and we like the people listed above. Buying a new car is not always a pleasant experience - salesmen hover over you while you are trying to look at vehicles and they make promises about prices they can't keep. And they keep you hostage at the dealership for hours.We have established a great relationship with Dominic - he knows us when we call for information, we know that he will be truthfull and he does not make promises that can't be met. He is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. We would never deal with anyone other than Dominic for future purchases. We have also now worked with Kenny on our last two vehicle purchases, and find him to have the same great traits that Dominic has - he is friendly, honest and knows his job. And both Dominic and Kenny know their job so the purchase and paperwork goes quick.Both are assets to the dealership!! I recommend both to anyone looking to buy a new/used car.

Compelling reasons for me to go car shopping in March - anticipated tax refund as well as Ford incentives. But I really was not looking forward to working with stereotype slimy salesguy who will do/say anything to sell you what you may or may not want, especially to a single woman shopper. At Gaudin Ford, I was fortunate to be able to work with Domenick Lasala. Domenick is knowledgeable -- he not only knows his Ford product line but was able to articulate pros/cons of competitive vehicles at higher price points that I was considering. Domenick has integrity -- I didn't get switched or upsold on the Ford Edge I came into the door to look at, and he was open and honest about every detail of my transaction. Domenick is engaging, and treats customers with respect, with none of the high pressure tactics I had expected. Ultimately, I think a consumer buys the salesperson as well as the product for major purchases. Personally, I do not care how good a product/service is, if I do not connect with the person selling it, or if I feel the salesperson is a jerk and/or lacks integrity, I'm not buying -- I'll defer my purchase completely or buy from someone else. Bottom line: I highly recommend working with Domenick if you are in the market for a Ford. The ultimate compliment to Domenick and his sales manager Pat is that I walked away from Gaudin Ford feeling good about my purchase. And I'm confident I'll return to this dealership for my next car.

I bought my new Ford through the COSTCO purchase program. Excellent experience. No hassle, no lengthy BS in the finance department either.Great follow up from the dealership. The 2nd. Saturday orientation for the vehicle could be more direct and less sales promotion. It didn't really meet my expectations. The sync my Ford is very challenging for most people without good computer skills. Trying to use dome features while driving can be very distracting. It needs to be simple.

I have purchased several cars in the past. Most of them time it was cumbersome and frustrating. Just when you think you are done, another "add on" came up and I had to re-negotiate. NOT WITH DOMENIC LASALA. I told him briefly what I wanted over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership later that day, the car I wanted was waiting for me at the front door. We took a test drive and that was it. He showed me the purchase options, I chose the lease, we signed the papers and left with a new vehicle. He called later to see if we were happy. He called in a few days to see if we were still happy. The man is amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first stepped foot into Gaudin Ford and found that it provides a very warm and friendly environment. Mike Wolfe was an excellent salesrep to work with and made my new car buying experience very easy and stress free with no hassle. No hassling of "Can you make this payment?" The friendly and attentive service did not end when I left the lot. I recently visited Las Vegas from Chicago. I needed a Mustang for a Shelby conversion. The staff at Shelby American referred me to Gaudin Ford and to Manny Galvin. Manny was extremely helpful. WOW! I needed a new car for my business. I was referred to Domenic at Gaudin Ford. I went in thinking I was getting a used car. I left with a brand new one, better warranty, better price! If only other purchases could be this great. Buying a new car does not have to be a pain, it can be fun and relaxing. Also, you do not have to be looking for a Ford. I have been a loyal Ford Customer all my adult life. That represents (3) Taurus (2) Explorers (1) Fusion & (1) Fiesta. Ford has the models to suit my needs but it is the way I am treated by Ford employees that keeps me coming back. First in Michigan and now in Las Vegas and the common denominator the respect given to the customer. When Gaudin Ford built a new location by my home I started to utilize them for my service, even though I actually purchased my Fiesta at Ford Country. I was browsing for my first car, I looked all over the place for dealerships and private owners on where to buy and going to Gaudin Ford was my first choice due to its proximity to my house.This was my first ever car dealership experience, from the email inquiry to the final sale everyone was friendly and the atmosphere at the dealership was amazing.My salesman, Domenic helped me throughout the entire process of buying my 2005 Pontiac Sunfire, he never pressured me into buying a more expensive car, in fact I chose to upsell myself (my original plan was to buy a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am). He was friendly from the start and he definitely knows what he is talking about, and he would always respond to your calls and emails very promptly and is there to help.After buying my 2005 Pontiac Sunfire, it stopped running after driving it from the lot, I was upset at first with the dealership experience. However I called my salesman Domenic to let him know about the problem, and the next business day it got towed from my house and got serviced FOR FREE. Now the car is running like brand new and the services does not stop there, I felt like I was a guest, and not a just a customer.I would definitely recommend people to go to this dealership to get your car!! I would give this dealership a solid 5/5!!

It was a pleasure to buy a car at Gaudin Ford! I'm sure it was my salesperson, Tanner Marroquin, who was responsible for this great experience. The process was easy, my payment expectations were met, and my car turn-in was seamless. The "grabber blue" Mustang was for my daughter and she was thrilled. Tanner took the time to show her all the details of the car workings and gadgetry. She drove away with full knowledge of how to operate her new car, even the fact that the new Mustangs come without a gas cap! I would definitely return to Gaudin Ford, but only to be assisted by Tanner. I called the day we decided to trade for a new car, I had a particular Mustang model and color in mind, Tanner found the exact car we wanted, had it brought in the same day, and we purchased that night. That is true customer service!. I have purchased about 15 cars in my lifetime and have had many memorable car sales experiences- this purchase was by far the easiest and most enjoyable.

I bought two vehicles from Domenic. The first was a 2011 F-150 and the experience was terrific. I searched Gaudin's website, found exactly what I wanted (model, color, options) and e-mailed for an appt. I was prepared to buy at the listed priced. When I arrived, Domenic couldn't find the truck. I was suspicious that this was a switch and bait, but Domenic seemed genuinely aggravated that the truck listed on the dealership website was not there. After he accepted that the truck really wasn't there he offered me a better equipped truck, same model, same color for the same price as the one I came to buy. I thought that was real classy. He offered me $8,000 on my trade in which was what CarMax had offered and which was $2,000 more than Team Ford had offered. Two years later my family wanted to buy a small crossover SUV. My wife and I had rented an Escape Titanium recently and liked it. There really are a lot of good vehicles in this category but my prior favorable experience with Domenic caused me to start with him. I test drove a few with different options and we made a deal. The vehicle had a dealer installed alarm. I told him I didn't want it and he said no problem and the price would be subtracted. I came back a couple hours later with my wife to do the paperwork. The alarm was still there but he said he wouldn't charge me. However, the paperwork now had a reduced price of $399 for the alarm. I mentioned that and he re-did the paperwork to eliminate that charge. As you know it takes a couple of hours to get thru the paperwork associated with buying a new car. We left with a temporary dealer plate good for 30 days and I put the paperwork aside. Shortly before the temporary plate was to expire I looked over my paperwork and was quite annoyed to see that I had been charged $399 for car rental insurance in case I had to bring the car in overnight for warranty work during the three year warranty period. I was also annoyed at myself because I recognized my own signature on the paper authorizing this charge. I never would have consciously elected to make that purchase but I had gotten careless signing stuff. (And it wasn't Domenic who had given me that paperwork to sign.) I contacted Domenic and he said he would take care of it. I actually got back about $317 as Ford, not the dealer, charged $50 and I was charged for one month's coverage. I debated writing this review because I like Domenic and will go back to him for another new vehicle purchase but didn't feel I could write an honest review without mentioning these last two glitches. However, I think most non-luxury car dealerships would not have given me the money back (or most of it) on the foolish rental coverage "purchase," so I think it speaks well that Gaudin did. Another reason I like Domenic is that he is very knowledgeable about Ford products. More typically car salesmen bounce around a lot from dealership to dealership and answer questions about model levels and equipment with answers that are incorrect, not necessarily deliberately, but just because they don't know their product line that well.

I went into the dealer wanting to get a mustang. I used the internet to start my inquiry. I worked with John Blink. He promptly took my information and started the process. I will admit my credit was not really admorable. But with a low score John and the finance manager was able to get a deal for me. They sold me the car below invoice to get the car sold because the bank would not loan me enough and did not have enough down payment to cover it. Instead of saying "sorry, can't help you", John Blink and Gaudiin Ford did everything they could to make the deal go through.They did not try to sell me a car I did not want or try to sell me the "left over" that has been sitting on the lot for the past few months. I got the car that litterally came off the truck within the past few days and still was not listed as for sale because it has not be prepped yet. They were considerate for my time, since I went in after work, and let me come in the next day to complete the paperwork. I am surprised that with my credit the was I did not seem get much hassles. I would highly recommend Gaudin Ford because they have shown they will treat their customers like people and not numbers.

We were kindly greeted first thing in the morning. They were barely opening. The dealer was helpful but not pushy and when we asked to come back at a later point in the day they had no problem. The sales person gave us their card and said they would wait for our return. We had purchased a car that was not even on the lot. Got great treatment and was constantly asked if we were comfortable or needed anything as we had our 2.5 year old daughter with us.

From the moment I walked in Gary lead me thru the process and made sure I got the truck I wanted and could afford. Date of visit: 16 Nov 2013 at 1:00 pm. First thing...the only Ford Dealership I know in America that doesn't offer Military Discount. GAUDIN IS ONE CHEAP S.O.B!!! Second thing....outrageous auto service center prices. Being in the military, I travel a lot and have been to a handful of Ford Dealership up and down the West Coast, and never paid more than $75 for a Works Package, but this dealership charged me $90. Third thing....customer service in the Auto Service Center was average, the advisor seemed more worried about answering his text messages. Also, wasn't that knowledgable when asked simple questions about service involved with requested work. The customer service at the cashier desk is horrible. The lady working there makes it quite obvious she hates her job and that every customer that approaches her is the biggest inconvenience of her day! Forth and last thing...service completed took over and hour! At most I've seen it take is 35 minutes at dealerships 3x busier then this place. They washed my truck...which I normally like, except the fact that it looks like they washed it with a floor broom and now i have hairline scratches everywhere in my clearcoat. Looks like I'll be spending a weekend with a buffer and wax trying to remove them....cause based off this visit, I firmly believe that this place wouldn't even acknowledge my presence If I went back and complained about it now.So....spend the extra time and gas and visit the Ford Dealership in North Las Vegas, even though they are much busier, their customer service is top notch and their prices are much more reasonable...plus, they support the troops and offer military discount! WHAT EVERY YOU DO....STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO SERVICE CENTER!!!!

Awful, awful, service!!! Problem was NEVER fixed, charged me for work that was never performed, told me it would be an extra $2,000 to fix the original problem that was not fixed. It is obvious, that the mechanic had no idea what he was doing. I am an elderly lady and they totally took advantage of that. Customer service was awful and rude. Their resolution to the problem was that the extra money they wanted was better than a car payment.

He knew everything about this car. Any questions my son had regarding performance, engine size and "torque" ,warranties,etc...Tanner knew the answer. Domenic also helped us get the price and monthly payment we could afford, by working with his finance manager and his sales manager. We were actually about to walk out, due to the fact that there was a mis-communication between us the time before. But Domenic realized the mis-communication was truly on him, and he worked with his sales manager to get to the price he mentioned to us the first time. Another thing that I really liked about this dealership was that it doesn't flaunt the amount of money it makes. If you are to ever go around car shopping in the Las Vegas valley, you'll notice a trend of fancy windows and humongous buildings for these other dealerships (i.e. Findlay) to show off that the dealership enjoys taking the money from it's customers. Gaudin Ford was very minimal compared to any new dealership in the valley, and I felt more comfortable there than any other dealership I went to during my 3 weeks of car shopping. My experience at Gaudin was second to none! I had the unfortunate experience of totaling my car in an accident a few weeks prior to visiting Gaudin Ford. When any of the employees found out about this, it became clear that their focus was on the human aspect of things, rather than just the "process" of selling me a car. I had done quite a bit of research, and knew what I was looking for going in. I had "built" a car through the Ford corporate site, and after submitting my information, April Edwards called me within 2 minutes. I was floored. She seemed genuinely interested in finding the vehicle that was right for me, and even offered to drive to my home to pick me up (since I was without a vehicle at the time). I wasn't able to go in that evening, so she set me up with Ed Wilson for a visit and test drive later in the week. Ed was very helpful, and never pushy. He helped me search the dealer inventory until we found the car I wanted, then worked with me to make it fit my budget. Ed specializes in people with less than perfect credit, and although my credit is decent, he was still more than helpful. He stayed late, past closing time, to make sure everything was handled and in order. He programed the "SYNC" system to work with my phone, and helped me answer any questions I had. He set up an appointment the following day to have the car detailed, the alarm system programmed and the tank topped off. Overall the experience was great, and I will definitely recommend Gaudin to anyone in the market for a new Ford vehicle in the future!

I had a great experience at Gaudin Ford. I was very upside-down on my trade, and I was skeptical I would be able to get financed with so much negative equity. But they made it work and got me into the car I wanted with only a $7.00/month increase in my payment. Also, there was a minor paint defect on the new car, which they fixed right away and paid for my rental car for the three days it was in the body shop. Tanner (my salesperson) even made sure to be there when I picked up the car from the body shop to make sure it was acceptable. The customer service was great and they never made me feel bad about my financial situation. I would definitely recommend Gaudin Ford and hopefully I will be making another purchase there in a few years! I am active duty military, so I don't know if I'll still be in the local area when it's time to trade in my car. But if I'm still here, I will definitely go to Gaudin Ford. I've bought several cars in my life, and this was one of the best experiences I've had.

I was on vacation out of town when my engine burned up. I limped back into town and, having had a Mustang as my first car many years ago, I wanted one again. In my moment of need, they took my burned-up old trade in and sold me exactly what I was looking for. I especially appreciate the caring service of my sales rep Julio Lazo. Sergio Correa contacted me after I showed interest in buying a Fiesta on-line. There was no pressure and no expectations put on me. I made an appointment to come in for a test drive. Sergio was unavailable because he was with a previous customer so Javier Avila helped me with the test drive. He was very helpful. He was able to find the exact car I wanted at another dealership. Javier actually went and picked it up that evening. When I came back the next day to buy the car, Sergio took over with the paperwork. He was very helpful and we got the deal done quickly. Of course, paying cash makes things move fast. Sergio helped me with the Sync system and all of the other things that the car had to offer. I appreciate the fact that extras, like an extended warranty, were not push on me. They asked and I declined; case closed. I was very pleased with the way Gaudin Ford treated me and will recommend them to my friends.

We moved from the east coast and had a long standing 40 year relationship with a Ford dealership who had a great service dept. I had a recall notice that required a visual inspection of a cable with a possibility that parts would be ordered if necessary. I called to make an appointment with Gaudin since they were closest to us. I made an appointment for 7am a week in advance to get the vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. I arrived at 6:50am and waited at the service window for someone to appear since they opened at 7am. None of the 3 people in the showroom showed any interest in assisting me. At 7am I finally asked an employee making coffee where the service people were. I was told to go outside to the center service bay and get in line. Once I pulled in I gave the paperwork to an employee and told him of my experience so far at Gaudin Ford. He said the people inside had "bankers hours". I was told it was going to take awhile since not all the service techs were in yet. I left and have scheduled the recall at another Ford dealership, so much for customer service. If you are looking for a "la di da" yuppie ford dealership who run on their own schedule, not yours, then Gaudin Ford is for you. We are in the market for a 2014 Taurus Limited, but I don't think we will be back to deal with the yuppies! A week later Friendly Ford performed the service necessary for the recall and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 40 minutes after my appointment time. The service manager even told me not to schedule the appointment before 8am when the mechanics arrived. This is a true no baloney dealership! They probably will get our next Ford purchase, not Gaudin.

I had been looking for a particular truck for a while without any sucess. I didn't think a new one would be what I wanted mostly because of price, but I found what I was looking for at Gaudin and they worked a deal for me that I thought was fair to both of us. They were very friendly and most importantly, I never felt pressured. Mike let me make my own way at my own pace until I was ready and then he was very helpful in all respects. The entire experience was pleasant and not what I was expecting as I had been looking around and felt pressured everywhere else that I had looked. Good dealer, good team, good car.This is my fourth new Mustang since the 2010 model year, and the third from Gaudin Ford.Last summer's team was not nearly as helpful. No one even found the right Mustang to even try and write a buyers order (deal) on. I had to buy that Mustang elsewhere. Recently purchased a new F150 4X4. I live out of state but liked the salesman, Gary. He did a great job. Really knew his product and if he wasn't sure of a feature, he would get an answer for me. Took a lot of time to pair my phone with the truck blue tooth. Next time, I would negotiate price a little more aggressively but really liked working with Gary. The entire process took awhile, longer than I was prepared for, but the dealer added a couple of items that I asked for. They were very accomodating. Highly recommend both Gaudin and Gary Mynhier.

My wife and I were very impressed with the way Gaudin Ford treated us as customers. As we arrived in the showroom we were greeted by Sherman Reif Sales consultant. We were offered something to drink and ask how he could help us. I told him the type of vehicle we were looking for and he checked his dealer stock and also checked his computer. I drove several vehicles before finding the one I was interested in. It didn't have a couple of Items I liked and he told me he would have them installed that way I would have the vehicle I wanted. The equipment was installed and the work is excellent. My wife and I were very pleased at the way everyone at Gaudin Ford made our buying experience a pleasure. They worked with us to make sure we received the best interest rate on the loan. Sherman made follow up phone calls to us to see everything was going great and the vehicle was performing well. My wife and I are now Gaudin Ford customers .

This dealership should be avoided at all costs and the keyword is COST! First the sales department has no idea what they are doing. They couldnt find the F-150 we wanted and later found it another dealer so that took three hours to get it back. Than the finance manager, a guy named Jacob tried to pull a fast one with the interest rates by trying to talk us out of the 1.9% rate we were quoted. Than when we went to leave with the car it was dirty and out of gas and we had to come back the next day again. In the end I found we paid $500.00 more for the car because we didnt ask for the internet price. It was a bad experience!

Every once in a while, you run across a business that has outstanding employees. Gaudin is one of those and one employee in particular: Domenic LaSala. I was in the market for a new truck and I used the Ford Corporate web site to build and price the truck I wanted. I sent the build sheets to several local and out of state dealerships for cost and delivery comparisons. Domenic answered the mail for Gaudin, which for me was great! While all the dealers supplied virtually the same out the door cost, Domenic made the difference in helping me make the decision to use Gaudin. He worked with me to refine the options and answered all questions without embellishment and factually. Which, by the way, is rare. When it came time for me to place my order, he did that with skill and passion for the product and for us as well. Interruptions in the process were few and he got us out the door with minimal fuss. He provided me a build schedule for my truck and then maintained contact with me to help me track its delivery to Gaudin and ultimately to me. When I asked questions, he took the time necessary to track down answers for me, again a rare employee action. During the waiting time for delivery, I brought my trade in for Gaudin to assess for trade in value. Domenic took care of that as well and that helped me considerably. It made my decision to "trade in" rather than for me to sell. When the new truck arrived, he took time to finalize the paper work, and to make sure that everything was in order. It turns out that it wasn't because an alarm system had not been installed. When that was discovered, Domenic took the time necessary to explain to us what had happened and then had a technician install the missing alarm system for us. We appreciate the timely manner in which he took care of that issue for us.I feel that Domenic is a great Gaudin employee and ambassador for the dealership. Went to Gaudin and dealt with Greg Anderson on a referral from a friend. I called and made an appointment with Greg. He asked many questions as to what we were looking for so he could have several vehicles that matched our preferences ready. We showed up and Greg met us with several vehicles that matched what we were looking for. We went for a test drive and Greg was very informative about the Fiesta we test drove. We picked the Fiesta that matched our preferences and went in to start the paperwork. We went in and did some negotiating on our trade in and some options for our car. They gave us a very fair trade in value for our old car and had several rebate options thru Ford. Greg helped us pick the best options and off we went to financing. The financing dept actually found a better interest rate than our credit union had pre approved us for. That allowed us to purchase a better extended warranty. Our monthly payment is within the budget that we went in with. We were out of the dealership within 3 hrs and are more than satisfied with our experience there! Would recommend this dealership highly!

last year I bought a 2013 v6 mustang i like the car I did the test drive and we made ??the deal.After a few weeks of having the car I heard a noise in the shocks or struts, when I go over the speed bumps, the noise was annoying, sounded very strong, as it hit something, I went to the dealer to explain, after reviewing it told me there was no problem, everything looks fine nothing was wrong.I call FORD they told me don't worry, everything will be fine.Well after many trips to the dealer talking with supervisors and manages they said that the car does not have a problem there but the noise was still there. I was very disappointed with the car I heard few other different noises I decided to trade in the mustang ford a Toyota.I will never recommend this cars of this dealer to nobody it was a very disappointed experience ....!!

My experience began positively, and I nearly purchased a vehicle from Gaudin. John Blink was personable and had a generally thorough understanding of the vehicle in question (2013 Explorer XLT). He DID attempt to upsell the vehicle by adding a security system, in spite of the fact that the package identified came with a perimeter alarm STANDARD. After correcting this, I agreed to move ahead with the deal. Being lat in the model year, the specified vehicle was not in local inventory, but Gaudin arranged for transfer of a matching vehicle from a dealership in California. I agreed in principle to this deal, but continued to investigate other dealerships in the region for competitive deals. Upon learning of this, Mr. Blink became rude and opined that "...I was clearly not interested in the deal he had offered". In fact, I was utilizing a practice commonly refered to as "shopping", a practice that did not sit well with him. As I attempted to assure him in a phone conversation that I was happy give him the opportunity to negotiate a deal, he abruptly cut off the conversation and hung up the phone. He was apparently only interested in customers who represented "low-hanging fruit" and had no desire or competence to actually practice salesmanship. I'm happy to take my business (and Mr. Blink's commission) to one of Gaudin's competitors.

My husband and I have been loyal Nissan customers for at least 10 years and have purchased 9 Nissans. When we arrived at Gaudin Ford, the salesman Ramiro greeted us and offered us something to drink. He took us around to see several F-150s until we found one that we liked with the accessories we wanted. When we decided on the truck we wanted but the monthly payment was not what we wanted, without telling us what he was doing, Ramiro went out onto the lot to find a truck with the things we wanted that would put us in the monthly price range we needed. When we fell in love with the truck we wanted Pat worked really hard to get the loan approved within the price range we were looking for. Throughout our experience we were treated like family by both Ramiro & Pat, and never felt taken advantage of, disprespected or like we were dollar signs. At Nissan, eventhough we were loyal customers the experience always felt like the dealer had the upper hand and that we were just a paycheck to them. Our experience at Gaudin NEVER felt like that!!!! To top it all off when we took delivery of the truck Ramiro had taken it upon himself to remove the license plate from our trade in. At Nissan we always brought a screwdriver to take off our old plates, so this small act by Ramiro made a HUGE impression. I have already given Ramiro's card to several people I know looking to purchase a car & I will continue to recommend Ramiro to any one I know in the market for a vehicle. I have been in the service industry for 20 years and I work extremely hard to make sure all of my customers feel welcomed like family, because of the level of service we received from Ramiro & Pat, my husband and I will be loyal customers for many years to come.

One week after purchasing a used 2008 Hyundai Accent from Gaudin Ford, the Check Engine light went on. When I called the dealership to get it fixed, I was given the run around by an inflexible policy on loaner cars. When I finally was able to get one of their mechanics to look at the vehicle, I was told that it was a leak in the gas cap. After purchasing a gas cap, the light remained on. It has now been nearly 30 days since the purchase of my vehicle and the light is STILL ON!! I have been told by another mechanic that there is most likely another issue with the car that will need to be repaired. I will NOT be returning to Gaudin Ford because they sell used cars that are NOT in good condition and when something goes wrong with one of their POOR QUALITY cars, they do NOTHING!! I trusted this dealership to sell me a decent used car. They broke that trust. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again and I will tell everyone I know NOT to buy a vehicle from them either because they are NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Gaudin Ford sold me a faulty vehicle and refuses to rectify the situation. One week after my purchase the check engine light went on. The dealership did everything they could do keep me from bringing it in to get it checked. When I was finally able to bring it in, I was informed that it was simply a leak in the gas cap. Even after purchasing a new gas cap, the light remained on. Now it has been nearly 30 days and the light is STILL ON! The dealership refuses to do anything more even though I have learned that there is likely something more serious wrong with the car. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership and I will tell everyone I know NOT to purchase a vehicle here as well. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

From the beginning to the end was pleasurable. I explain to Greg Anderson what I wanted and what I could afford; he listened to me and did not try to persuade me to change. He did not put any pressure on me, which would of been uncomfortable for me. He answer every question and even after I got home I emailed him several times and he got right back to me. He physically showed me how my car operates and how the smart box worked, as well a connecting my Iphone to it. From choosing the Ford CMax, writing up the deal, meeting with Kenny Chapman for finance, to driving my car away from Gaudin Ford dealership was by far the BEST experience I have had buying a car. I had already identified the car I wanted from the online inventory and it was just a matter of going to the dealership and signing on the dotted line. With all of the information I was able to get on the car on the Ford web site combined with the specific details on the Fiesta I selected from the Dealer web site, I had few questions and they were easily answered by both Domenic & Jullo. I received a fair amount for my trade in vehicle and the financing terms were very good. The extended warranty and extended service plans were were well explained and we chose to get them. Everyone at the dealership from the Parts Department to the Service Department, including the Sales guys and even the installers who installed the alarm system after the sale were professional in every way. When I'm ready for another vehicle I will return to Gaudin Ford !!

I tried Gaudin Ford Service and I compared them to Ford Country Service in Las Vegas . I will choose Ford Country Service for my future repairs and pass on using Gaudin Ford.Gaudin Ford $ervice has higher pricing than Ford Country Service.. For example, to inspect my seat belt for repair , Gaudin charged me $60 inspection fee. Ford Country charged me $ZERO for the same inspection.I spent $2000 for my repair work at Gaudin, yet they wanted to charge me $60 to inspect my seat belt?No thank you, Gaudin Ford Service.... I was referred to Gaudin Ford by COSTCO. April Edwards and Dave Poltorak greeted my wife and I when we first came in and throughout the buying process were excellent people to work with. The pricing was very fair. We were interested in a Ford Focus Titanium. However there was no inventory with all the options we wanted. So we placed an order with them for the car. A week later April called us at home and said a similar car came in and asked if we would like to see it and drive. It had a few more optons on it that we originally did not order.We came in to the dealership on Presidents Day and decided to buy this car with the added options. We also were able to take advantage of a $3000 rebate that was being offered that day. Dave and April were absolutely great. Dave is somewhat of a comedian at times which helped during the process. Both of them were very attentive and I really appreciated it.

My car's transmission was broken (because private dealership was a liar and did not tell me about the car had a bad trans) and obviously I need to fix it. First, I went to private mechanic place but still he could not find out whats the problem with so I brought my car to dealership(which is Gaudin Ford). and well, he looked nice and friendly but he brought a topic of payment plan and I had to deal with it. So I paid for it, and done. However, my car's performance became bad, lost a power than before I fixed it. It is like even though I hit my gas pedal all way up to but the response of shifting gear up got slower than before. So far It didn't have problem on DRIVING so I did not worry about it. Then guess what happened after a year and half later, my transmission got broken again. So I brought my car back again with a receipt of transmission but one thing it was strange was, on the receipt I got did not say anything on warranty but I was assuming that there was it so I went there. and I checked a computer with different guy and it surprised me; the warranty has been expired within 3000 miles after I fixed transmission (well, how does a transmission break down within 3000 miles???? Are they doing their job??) and I heard it was exchanging a transmission with new one on phone call but it was rebuilt. Well, it shocked me because this guy took advantage on me that I did not know anything about cars, he thought it would be nice chance to get some cash and he also thought I would not care whether he told me any details about warranty and how it was fixed or not.I am really disappointed what he has done on work on my car. Now I waist my $2500, even though I have pay for school and I am sure I would never be back here to fix my vehicle again at here. Obviously, what I had on my customer experience was, he did not tell me anything about how it has been fixed, what a warranty was, and he took advantage on the point of I did not know anything about a car.So, what I can suggest is, it is better to go local mechanic place to fix a part not only about transmission but it is also about in any parts like engines, sensors, plugs or anything. Because local mechanic place knows better about the parts that has more performance than manufacture parts that is same costs. This place is just wasting money, liar, breaking or giving low quality of parts to keep bringing back customers again and again.

I have been through the car buying process 3 times in the last 7 years and I have to say that this has to be the most pleasant and efficient process that I have ever experienced. After I decided on the car that I wanted( there was never any pressure for me make a quick decision) I was done with all the paper work in about 2 hours maybe less.. the last car I bought( from Nissan for my daughter) took around 6 hrs ...they kept making errors on the paperwork and after all that time I found an error that I had to have corrected on Monday morning. So I have to say Gaudin has the system down to make the car buying experience pleasant and effortless...I would do business with Gaudin again!

I was involved in an accident and was able to request where my car went so I asked for it to be taken the Gaudin Ford, as I had work done there previously and it turned out well. Unfortunately this time was not the case, after having been told that the hood for my car was on back order I would be able to get a hood for a higher package (GT) instead of the one that came with my car, so I agreed that doing so would be acceptable. Unfortunately after trying to order that hood, I can only assume it wasn't available either. I got calls along the way, a hood for a 2011 is not available, nor 2012, nor 2008, etc. Eventually in turned in to my car being in the shop for 42 days, all held up because of a hood. I finally got a call before Thanksgiving from Chris Duell that my car was available to be picked up and I could come get it any time I'd like. The same day I received another call from Chris and a voice mail stating that the car is ready to be picked up but, they haven't received a guarantee of payment from the Insurance company so they cannot release my car. I called Chris back and asked him what was going on, he told me again that he could not release the car and that he would get back to me if he heard anything back from the Insurance company. That was on Tuesday, I still had not heard back from him by the following Monday, so I called Gaudin myself and they said my car was available since last week and I should have picked it up then, to which I told them I received a voice mail the previous Tuesday that my car was ready but that I could not come pick it up. Chris said that he never had that conversation with me and I told him that I still had the voice mail on my phone of him stating that. I finally went to pick up my car, on the 42nd day of it being in the body shop and went to return my rental car, and they told me that since the body shop said my car was done a week before, I would have to pay the difference in the rental period (1 week). I called the insurance company, played them the voice mail of Chris stating the car was available but I couldn't pick it up and they eventually paid for it. I was at that point, very, very tired of dealing with Chris and Gaudin ford, but when I took my car out the next weekend, my hood wasn't aligned properly, so I had to drive the 40+ miles from my house to Gaudin Ford for them to fix that again, very irritating considering they had the car for 42 days, you'd think they'd be able to get it right in that period of time. After driving my car for less than 300 miles since the work was done, the Mustang emblem on the grill fell off, I called back again to state that more problems happened, Chris said "Those things fall off all the time, come in and we'll give you a new one." So now I have to drive another 40+ miles from my house back to Gaudin to get another emblem placed on my car. I am very tired of dealing with Gaudin, and Chris and will not be returning to Gaudin Ford fo anything.

Working with John and Pat was such a positive experience and they took the "Drama and Trauma" out of buying a new car. These gentlemen could not have been more cordial or forthwright in their manner. There was no hard sell or pressure. We agreed on a model and when it was not readily available they suggested ordering the car made to our spec. We were made well aware of the lead time necessary, and that worked for us, so we intiated the deal. The catch was that the car was to have been available at Christmas and we had plans to be out of town for an extended period of time. John assured us the car would be waiting for us and they would not sell it to someone else! The car arrived and we took delivery in January. The entire process was so positive that I wish we needed to buy another car!

We were in Vegas for the NFR and the engine light came on. We brought oue Ford F350 truck in for service and the team determined that further service would be needed, which might be extensive. I first visited the GAUDIN FORD dealership in August 2012. I would of rated the overall service at that time to be a 3. The only person that made my service experience a 5, would of been Justin Priddy. Justin went over and above especially because I had vented to him on how the service needed major improvements. Justin is the only reason I actually came back to get my car serviced at GAUDIN once again. However, NOW the experience was a completely different feel and everyone seemed to take pride in there work. I was greeted ever so nicely by my service writer, Chris Rogers, who was walking towards me as I was getting out of my car, as if he was waiting for me. Then I was greeted by Justin Priddy walking by and remembered me from my prior visit. A nice friendly greeting came from Justin as well. He asked if everything was going ok and if something was wrong to let him know asap. I left my car and went back to work. Within an hour, I received a email from Eric Curtis stating how much my car would be and the details of what was being done. I was really impressed with the email and notifying me of the amount to expect to pay. I then received a call letting me know my car was complete. Once inside GAUDIN at the cashiers desk (in which she was friendly ~ unlike by initial visit in August), up walks Eric. At the time, I did not know it was Erik. He walked up asked me if I was Shirley and informed me they had washed my car & it was waiting for me. I turned around and walked almost right into the GM, Wesley Gregg. I was so WOW'ed over my current experience I told him how impressed I was with EVERYTHING! It has changed so much for the better in a few months. I would recommend GAUDIN FORD to everyone! I am looking forward to my next service at GAUDIN FORD!

Great service from Gaudin from start to finish. Kat greeted me at the service window and registered my truck for the works package and a fuel injection cleaning (recommeded be Gaudin at last vist). She was friendly and curteous. My truck was wisked away by your service team and delivered back to me within two hours. The estimate by Kat was spot on. Someone at Gaudin even washed my truck - saving me at least ten dollars.Another great service by Gaudin. I will be bringing my mustang in for service after the holidays.

The overall work performed was good. I was a little dissatisfied with the wax that was not removed in the area by the windshield wipers. This area is plastic and looked very poor from wax dust and a wax mark that was not removed. I was also dissatisfied with floor mats, which were a little soiled from perhaps not having been covered. My steering wheel is partially covered by a soft material. This too was also soiled. As mentioned, the reason for visit was completely satisfied. I do feel that secondary details were overlooked though.

I flew down to Las Vegas from Sacramento for the SEMA convention and worked out a trip to your dealership at the same time. The car was everything I wanted. I had the pleasure of working with Sergio Correa in your Sales Department and Jacob Medrano and Sam Monaghan in Finance - all of these guys were a real pleasure to work with and represented your dealership in a way that would make any business owner/manager proud. I never felt the high pressure/slimy sales tactics, and Sergio was even nice enough to come pick me up at my hotel (the Luxor) to take me out to the dealership. When my wife and I were pulling out of the parking lot in my new ride, we both commented on how much we enjoyed the car buying experience - something I can say has NEVER crossed my mind in any of my 13 previous car purchases. I would not hesitate to make the trip back to Las Vegas from Sacramento to buy from Gaudin again when the time arises for me to buy another vehicle. We had a great trip back to Sacramento (through Death Valley) in my new car, and every time I go out to it in the parking lot or driveway, I am reminded of the amazing experience I had at your dealership. I have worked in the Customer Service industry for over 16 years (and currently manage a call center), so I understand the importance of great service, and taking care of customers - there was NOTHING about this car buying experience that didn't exceed my expectations. Please be sure to give Sergio, Sam and Jacob a pat on the back and "kudos" from me."It's been about 2 weeks, and I look forward to every time I have to drive to work, or out on an errand in my new car. I love the vehicle, and the service I got was absolutely icing on the cake.

Took my truck in for service. They don't allow appointments so you have to take your chances. On this day, I asked the service writer how long it would be. He said 35 min. Took me an hour to get my truck back. When I asked why the difference between estimated time and actual time I found a defensive and dismissive employee. You pay a premium for an oil change here. What you get in return is attitude. I saw my truck just sitting there for 15 min while they messed around. There are 100 places to get an oil change in Las Vegas. I won't be back at this one any time soon.

Both Eric and Cathy have always treated me right when I bring either of my F150s in for service. My 2006 F150 has 195,000 miles and all of the services have be done at Gaudin. It runs and drives great, no oil leaks and does not use any oil. Plan to drive it another 100,000 miles.

I rated customer service only "good" because I waited about five minutes for a service advisor to come out the the Quicklane. Then, with three customers waiting, three service advisors came out at once. On a previous visit (10/15/12)I was told that the Quicklane area was backed up and I could expect at least an hour wait, so I left without getting my oil changed.

I paid cash for used 2009 Mazda Miata at the internet listed price...no haggling. It took THREE hours to give them the money for the car, and then once I got it home, the battery died, even though their checklist inspection said it was fine. A rocker panel also needed to be replaced right away, and the dealership should have known it was defective since the panel still had car wax on it when my local dealership removed the panel to put a new one on. I called Gaudin to tell the general manager about the problems, got his secretary who promised to leave my message. Two days later, no call back. If I had known about the bad battery and the damaged rocker panel, I could have negotiated a lower price to cover the $750 extra costs I incurred to fix these problems just a few days later.

Dave called me to update me before I had any time to wonder what was going on. He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He offered information, so that I didn't have to dig for answers-I like that. And Donnie gave real information, he gave specifics, like "the part will be in by the 31st" even tho it was early in the month, at least I had something solid to work with. Both guys were super helpful and easy to deal with, because of Dave and Donnie, I will come back to Gaudin if I need more help with my car, and when we are ready to buy a truck for my husband.

The friendliness of every Gaudin employee we encountered was refreshing; esp for a Monday morning. Our service advisor was GREAT; I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable asking questions, like I thought I would. I was a bit reluctant to buy a car because of dealings with past car salesman. Bob kratsch and later john Rumfield made my car buying expirience great. I have recommended them to a friend of mine, and would certainly buy a car from gaudin in the futere. The finance manager ken chapman was very informative, knowlagable, and courteous. All in all a great car buying expirience.

Originally went in for oil change on my wife's Lincoln MKX. Service team was awesome! Very helpful. Talked to finance team about a possible extended warranty and that led to sales team, and Bob Kratsch, who knows his Ford products. Very courteous, friendly, and helpful. This was the best car buying experience of my life. Got a great deal on my trade-in, was told all my options on new purchase or lease plans, and am extremely happy! I've already recommended Gaudin Ford to several friends and I will definitely be back this summer when I'm ready to purchase a car for me!

Reason for Visit: New SalesRecommend: No:Ordered a new Ford vehicle back in February 2012. I was told the car was being worked on as late as May, June and July; delayed due to the 4wd option ordered. When I started to see them arriving at other dealers nationwide I became suspicious that there could be something wrong. Only after I went in again and spoke to upper management at the end of the final e.t.a. did they reveal the vehicle had been one of the 3,500 damaged during a Hail Storm which had occurred back on April 28, 2012. Apparently, Gaudin must be the only dealership in the country without access to newspapers, internet or television as they claimed to have no knowledge about the storm.A new one was not built though there had been ample time to do so or they were trying to piece the damaged one back together but Ford decided to scrap it in July when the Vin number disappeared from the system.I was told by the sales manager they would attempt to locate or dealer trade one the following week. Though many were listed online they said they could not locate one nor dealer trade and said I should pick up my deposit or start the process from scratch.After waiting 5+ months not to mention the cost of car rentals a complete waste of $$ and time.

I went in because my airbag light was on. Cat (Service Writer) called to tell me a plug had been damaged and was not covered under warranty. I asked if it just needed to be plugged back and zip tied, she said that the whole plug had to be replaced and it would cost $115. I agreed. When I picked up my car I found that the plug had just been put back together and zip tied. I called another Ford dealership and they said that would be covered under warranty, and said Gaudin most likely charged Ford for an hour of diagnostic and was "double dipping". After complaining the General Manager said he was embarrassed and refunded my money. If you do decide to use Gaudin for warranty work make sure they don't lie and charge you extra.

This salesperson is the best one i ever had to deal with. For may years i have been buying and leasing fords. Working with Dominic in buying cars was a new experience. I have never had a salesperson that will explain you every single detail before buying a car also he was the only person that we could depend on in troubled times. I we needed to buy a car he was never pushy in what he wanted to sell. he always waited and asked what are we looking for and what can we afford before starting the whole process. Also when the deal was finished he still kept on calling couple times a month to be sure if we were satisfied and if not he asked what he can do to make us satisfied. I have never worked with a sales person that would deal with his clients so close on a personal level and i never regret meeting him. I knew what I wanted when visiting the dealership, and from the salesman (Kyle), to the Sales Manager (Frank), then finally the Finance Manager (Jacob), my experience was top notch. I wasn't pressured into options I did not want, and I was even offered lower finance rate after I signed on Saturday night, and came back on Monday. Jacob did some financing magic and got me a better rate, and I came in and signed the new contract -- unheard of -- usually there is a big warning, do not resign a contract, this is because most other dealerships will call you stating the financing fell through and want you to sign HIGHER rates, not this one, Jacob got me a much lower rate - top notch! Thanks to Jacob, Frank and Kyle, I appreciate all your hard work.

Terrible!! Dangerous!! Do not get service or shop here!! I had a safety inspection performed on a car prior to purchase. I paid $929 for the inspection and repairs prior to purchase. When I got my car, was missing a stud on the front wheel. (They inspected the brakes. So they pulled the wheel.) I pointed this out, I was told they did not care about it and if I wanted it fixed they would charge me the full rate for the repair. If it were not the end of the day with all other shops closed and my need to drive from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City I would have taken the car to Jiffy Lube to have them replace the stud. There are several mountain passes and canyons on that route and driving with a car like that is a bad idea. So I paid another $108 to replace the wheel stud. When I got home to my own garage and tools, I replaced the shocks and struts. I found a completely stripped stud right next to the one they replaced. They could not diagnose a broken motor mount. A simple enough task that I've done it over the phone before. These are two of many things they failed at doing properly. Poor service is one thing, but endangering people's lives is another. The only time they even bothered to do anything was when I walked on to the showroom floor and started telling people not to buy vehicles there. A Sergeant from Nellis AFB was at the salesman's desk with pen in hand ready to sign a contract and he walked from the deal. The salesman was very upset and started trying to bully me. He is lucky I was calm and he did not come any closer. The sales manager said he would try to assist me, and I think he honestly would, but was told he could not because the man walked away from buying a new truck and it cost them thousands of dollars. I plan to continue to costing them money and preventing people from risking their lives and those who are on the road near them because of this terrible dealership.

My 2006 Superduty truck broke down on I-15 just south of Las Vegas. I called Gaudin Ford and asked if they had a diesel mechanic on duty, and if they would be able to look at my truck. They told me no problem as long as I showed up before 12 noon. When I arrived around 10:30 AM they told me they would not be able to look at the truck, that the diesel mechanics had left for the day.. After insisting I spoke with someone an hour prior, that told me to come on in, they said "sorry, we might be able to get to it Monday". POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..............This dealership obviously has internal communication issues..

In April I decided I wanted a fairly base 2011 F150 supercab. I got a net price from a different dealer for a vehicle in stock that wasn't bad but that dealer really tried to beat me down on the trade in. I found a suitable vehicle at Gaudin Ford and make an appointment with salesman Dominic LaSala after getting a price on the vehicle. When I got there the vehicle listed on the net in their inventory couldn't be found. Dominic seemed embarrassed and found a similar vehicle with a dealer add-on (bed liner) that he offered at the same price. I thought their trade-in offer was fair so I bought the vehicle and have been pleased with it. This was so different than the usual switch and bait.

I would strongly suggest if in market for a Ford vehicle get from any Ford dealership but this one.... I went in on Sept 1, 2011 to buy a Ford F150 took delivery of truck traded in my car gave them my car payment as a down payment because they assured me they would be paying my car off within 10 days... Well 23 days later I get called in at which point was told they couldn't get me financing need a larger deposit $4,500 I don't have so was like well then I'll take my car back... So because of them my car payment over 18 days late got a late fee... To me and everyone I have talked to about the situation not very good business/financial discussion by Gaudin Ford they should have lowered the price of the truck by $4,500 or gave me more for my trade instead now they get to take the truck back with over 1,000 miles on it and sell it used... So have to sell a lot less....Filled Better Business Bureau complaint.... Even vented my frustration on their Facebook page and instead of addressing the issue they just removed my post and banned me... great customer service.... NOT
