Purchased my third consecutive vehicle today from Gaye Chevrolet! My first purchase was in 2003, then 2012 and now it’s 2021!!! These guys are the best and they know I’ll definitely be back in 2030... From the front to the back of this dealership they remember you and truly want what’s best for the buyer! We stopped in to Gaye Chevrolet on the way to the beach from Charlotte for Memorial Day Weekend when the oil pressure light in our 2008 Tahoe suddenly came on. Even though it was 30 minutes before their service department closed they were more than willing to find the part we needed, put fans on the engine to cool it down, did the repair, and had us back on the road within 45 minutes. Needless to say when we are ready to make our next Chevrolet purchase in the next few months, we will be making the short trip down the road.

My wife and I ordered a new Tahoe from Steve at Gaye Chevrolet. He kept us informed throughout the order process. I chose Gaye Chevrolet based on their reputation in the community and how they have treated us in the past. We actually made a 4 hour trip in order to deal just with this dealer. The fact that they have employees who have been there for over 30 YEARS means something. They never applied any pressure to us and were very helpful with any questions. The delivery process was fast and painless. Bobby took time to explain all the paperwork so that we left with a complete understanding of what we signed. Kevin was our Delivery Specialist. He took over an hour getting us familiar with our new ride. He knows these Chevys inside and out, literally. Every feature was explained in detail, so that we are now very comfortable with all the bells and whistles that came with the Tahoe. All in all, I would rate this as one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. No pressure. No gimmicks. Straightforward approach. With all the other high-pressure, know-nothing dealers out there that just want to churn through your transaction to get to the next guy, it's refreshing to know that there is still a dealer that cares about their customer. Gaye Chevrolet is small enough to give you that personal attention without it costing you one dime more than the big boys. And it actually saves money when you start looking at all the other "fees" the large dealers try to pass on to you. Don't be fooled. Give Steve and the folks a try. We love our new Chevy and will recommend our friends to them.

I was in the market for a Chevy Traverse of which I purchased in November from Gaye Chevy. The sales associate Kevin was very friendly,informative and best of all no pressure. When the deal was done Kevin even spent about an hour with me helping me get acclimated with the vehicle and setting up things like the Bluetooth, Radio, etc... If you are in the market for a new of used vehicle you would be foolish not to give Gaye Chevy a chance to earn your business.You will experience good old fashion service !!!

I went to Gaye Chevrolet just to look. The car I was thinking about wasn't the one for me and I turned and saw the Captiva and I loved it. Mr Bobby Williams was the best and easiest sales person I have ever dealt with. I always ask for 24 hours to think on it and usually I am met with resistance. i.e "You can't leave yet." Mr Williams said when can you let me know. NO PRESSURE..Loved that. After I purchased the Captiva a very knowledgeable young man named Mr Kevin Hooker showed me how to work all the wonderful features on my new car. I am a very happy camper with the Captiva and with Gaye Chevrolet. Thanks to you all.

Our experience at Gaye Chevrolet was unbelievable ...Kevin the salesman spent quality time with us . He told us everything he knew about the van and helped us through the entire process.When we had further questions a couple weeks after the purchase .. My husband and I shopped around for the perfect car fitting our new needs as parents. We needed something with more space, at a good value, and decent gas mileage. We ended up at Gaye Chevrolet in Marshville, NC. Kevin was our sales assoicate and he was excellent. He answered all our questions and then some that I didn't know to ask! He helped me compare the competition and proved that we were making the right decision for us! I know that I can call Gaye anytime that I have questions or concerns. My new car was handled as a dealer transfer and was done quickly and efficiently. Bobby Williams was easy to work with and had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign upon my arrival at the dealership. With all of the new gadgits on my Malibu, Kevin Hooks was patient and had nothing but time for me and my questions. I would recommend this dealership for new or used. I was searching for a used Nissan Altima on cars.com when I seen the one that I wanted at Gaye Chevrolet. I considered other car lots around the NC area, but they had the one that I wanted with great mileage. It was priced well and they worked well with my bank to get me into that vehicle. The process was smooth and Kevin Hooker was nice and knowledgeable of the vehicle. Even though it was not a Chevrolet. I was able to get all of the information about the car off line and it looked just as great in person as it did in the pictures. Once I was done I felt joy and happiness with my car. I didn't feel hassled or rushed. They worked with me the whole way. Thanks again Kevin and Bobby. Oh and thanks for giving me easy directions back home.

On 12-27-13 I decided to stop by the Chevrolet dealership in Marshville NC. I was immediately greeted by a sales professional in a very courteous manner and asked if I could be helped with anything. I was just looking around at the time and the sales person(Mr. Hooker) understood that and did not pursue me or continue to push me like many sales associates do. Once I did have some questions he answered all of them in great detail never trying to persuade me in one way or another. He was a sales associate who truly wanted to help. Mr. Hooker did not judge me because of my checkered past and went out of his way to try every possible thing he could to help. Once I chose the car that I wanted he proceeded to direct me to the financing manager so we could get everything finalized. I believe the financing mangers name was Mr. Bobby and he likewise did everything he possibly could to help to get me into the car I wanted.Once everything was completed Mr. Hooker proceeded to demonstrate every feature that the car offered. O was quite impressed. This was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car and I have bought many from a multitude of dealerships

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The employees made me feel like a friend and a guest rather than a customer. I drove about an hour and a half to visit the facility and the drive was well worth it. The sales staff worked with my needs and desires to get me into the car of my choice and they sold it to me at a great price in the process. The entire process was easy and I recommend everyone to visit and purchase from the staff at Gaye Chevrolet!

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!! We wold like to recommend Gaye Chevrolet as an exceptional dealership for customer services and quality of vehicle assurance. Having lived in another state for many years, we were unfamiliar with North Carolina dealerships. At the recommendation of a friend, we visited Gaye Chevrolet of Marshville and spoke with Bobby Williams, Sales Professional. At the moment of his first hand shake and sincere smile, we knew we would be in "good hands". We were provided thorough details and allowed to trial drive vehicles. Once the model was chosen and specific features were idendified, Bobby set to work locating our ideal car. Within 24 hours, our car was located in another state, driven to Gaye Chevrolet and prepared for inspection and purchase. The following day we arrived at the dealership for final purchase and completion of documents. Again we were greeted with courteous and helpful employees. We were introduced to Kevin Hooker, Internet Sales Manager, who provided us with a complete review of the car's features including set-up of GPS and telephone systems. We were also introduced to Paul Winchester, Service Manager, who will coordinate our future service needs. We have been driving our new Equinox AWD LTZ for one week and love it. I purchased a 2010 Saturn Outlook from Gaye based on the information they had posted on Cars.com. Bobby Williams was very helpful. They stayed late on a friday night to meet me after I had driven 600 miles to pick the car up. They are a old time, small town, honest dealer. I had shopped for a few months to find the vehicle I wanted. I was very specific in what I wanted and they had it at a very competitive price. Even adding in the travel cost, I saved money. Whats even better is they are a few hours from the ocean so we made a long weekend, mini vacation of it picking the vehicle up. I would strongly recommend Bobby and Steve to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a fair price and wanting to deal with honest people.
