David Choate was so helpful in my "emergency" state of needing a new tire. I couldn't drive my car to Gebhardt so David had someone put a new tire on my rim once I got there with it. Only took about an hour total for something Gebhardt did NOT have scheduled. David kept me updated throughout the hour, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for such great customer service.

Gebhardt always amazes, they are consistently great! Bill Cray and Joel Ortiz do an excellent job in the service department, they follow up promptly on emails and or phone calls. Gebhardt stands behind their work and services too. I have owned numerous of cars over the years, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Mazda, and Toyota and went to 9 to 10 dealerships. Gebhardt ranks as number 1 and we drive from Denver proper to Gebhardt's in Boulder for service, parts, and sales.

From start to finish Chuck Dunlap, our Client Advisor & Lease Termination Specialist, made the purchase of this vehicle easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Chuck and his Team walked us through the process in a professional and comprehensive manner. Everyone involved continually afforded us with enough detail and time to think about what we just learned, and whenever necessary ask questions. Chuck made sure that we were comfortable each step of the way. He kept us appraised of where we were throughout the process and who we'd be talking to next. I don't purchase cars very often. Our last purchase at Gebhardt was back in 2002. However this 14 year gap did not take away from the first class experience that Chuck and the Gebhardt Team afforded us on Monday the 18th of April 2016. Joel was extremely patient by phone walking me through how to disengage out of park with a dead battery. Sent a U-tube video and translated one difficult part of the video.David was excellent as usual once the car was dropped off. Got the key from the drop box, called me, explained what was necessary, arranged transport back to pick up. Flexible ( delayed pickup), friendly and knowledgeable driver. Car looked great! Thanks to the whole team.

Chuck made purchasing my first BMW a breeze, he was knowledgable, friendly and extremely patient with me as I contemplated my car options and test drove multiple different cars. He had alternative options prepared in case we didn't like any of our original options and ended up getting us a great deal on an X3! The sales associate who assisted us with our purchase went above and beyond to work with us. He met us at the dealership on his day off so we could test drive the car and then stayed late the following evening until our purchase was complete. Yes this could be perceived as "expected" from a sales associate, but that has not always been our experience when purchasing previous vehicles. I would recommend this sales associate and dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.

We had an excellent experience multiple times within the past month at Gebhardt. Our older X3 required it's 100K service. They hooked us up with a new 335i as a courtesy car and we didn't even buy our X3 from this dealer. Due to the amount being done on the X3, we had the 335i for a week the first time, and then we had some warranty work done and had another 335i for 2 weeks. Fantastic service department.Shortly after our first visit for service on the X3, our other vehicle had been in an accident and we decided to get a new vehicle. We walked in to the dealership 10 minutes prior to closing and needed to leave with a new vehicle that night. Our salesman, Will Lovell, worked with us and stayed a couple of hours past closing to help us. It was an unparalleled buying experience.I will most certainly purchase from Gebhardt again!

I had a wonderful car buying experience thanks to Charles Dunlap. He put in extra effort to make sure we got the car we were looking for. He even took his own personal time to drive the car down to Denver so my wife could test drive it. After working with Charles, I would not work with anyone else. He let me test drive everything they had I was interested in, and was even willing to do a dealer trade to get a car from California! He was very experienced in the BMW lines and demonstrated all the features and helped me narrow down to exactly what I wanted. Roman, the Financial Director treated me very well and was enjoyable to work with. He was very laid back and explained everything to me effectively.Great experience and wonderful team. Would recommend everyone work with Charles if they are looking for a new BMW.

I was intent on buying an Audi but my husband wanted me to at least look at a BMW before I made my final decision. Nick literally changed my mind and made me rethink the idea of a BMW. My 2005 Z4 needed some repairs and I was very happy with the service I received at Gebhardt. They completed the service on the day they said they would and had a loaner car for me for the whole time mine was in the shop. Dealership repairs always sting in the wallet with a BMW but this was offset by how well I was treated at the dealership and the quality of the work performed.

I was shopping for an X5 50i. Initially, Kory was great; showing me the vehicle and responding to emails. Then, during the negotiation phase, he sent a "Final" email (please keep in mind this was the counteroffer to my original offer). I sent him a follow up request and kindly asked if I should reach out to other dealers...no response. As a result, I went to Schomp and they beat his price by $1,500 at the onset without negotiating. Although I liked Kory, I don't appreciate a lack of communication or follow-up.

I was very pleased to have gotten this issue fixed, and Joel was excellent in staying in touch with me regularly with progress reports. What should have taken a couple of days was delayed because Sandia BMW, in Albuquerque, was slow in getting back to Joel about their part of the problem, and even tho the car was ready, I couldn't get it back because Sandia hadn't paid for what they agreed to cover. That was frustrating, but we got through it. Thanks for all your good work at Gebhart. We are repeat customers, and really appreciate your professionalism!Mary StoopsP.S. We have been Gebhardt customers for years and have two BMW's we bought from them. We have never had a bad or even mediocre.experience with them. Our dealing with the sales staff has been mostly with David Kuczynski and, to a lesser extent, George Tice. Both are good people, knowledgeable , very helpful, and straight shooters. The service department is also excellent. Most of our interactions there have been with service advisers Bill Cray and Joel Ortiz, both of whom are just terrific. That has also been true with respect to Tina Holt who is no longer at Gebhardt. And our limited experience with David Choate also gets him high marks. Roman Castro, who handles financing , and warranties, has also been a pleasure. You may find someplace somewhere which is as good as Gebhardt, but you'll never find anyplace better.

The process of buying a car is always tedious. At Gebhardt it was not that difficult. George our salesperson was very kind and caring and made the car buying experience one that was OK. Even though we paid cash, we still had to sign a ton of paperwork but we know that is part of the process, unfortunately! We came referred by Murray Motors to Gebhardt BMW for the skilled team they have for AC issues. Billy was our point of contact. He took the time to listen to our issues and reach out to his tech John. They could not solve it in one day as we needed so they allowed us to come back after the weekend. They invested their time to get to the root of the issue we were having with AC and they concluded that the part did have to be replace unfortunately. Billy as a representative of Gebhardt not only was looking at the dealerships interest, he also looked at the best way for me the consumer could come out with a smile knowing I had to get this part for my car. Gebhardt has a great philosophy to treat their clients like they are a extension of their family and looking out for everyone's best interest. My husband took my car in for service instead of me. He reported that all went well but he was under the belief that it was going in for an oil change. I just knew it was going in for service as the car indicated it was due. Basically it was just a check. A more in depth service will be in a few months. New windshield wiper blades were put on my car. The service dept. went over everything with my husband. Someone from Gebhardt called a few days later to see how the service had gone. We had no complaints.

After 20 years of owning our 1995 525i, we are finally getting ready to let it go. We have been offered a deal from a family member that we cannot refuse on a Volvo wagon. My car started running rough and the "check engine soon" light came on suddenly Wednesday morning (the day before Thanksgiving). I called my service advisor David at Gebhardt BMW, and he said to drop off my car and they'd fit it in as soon as they could although the next available appointment was Dec 9 (yikes). So my husband dropped off the car midday Wednesday, and we had it back by late afternoon Friday, with Thursday being the holiday! It turned out to be a faulty coil which they replaced. I was very happy to have my car back so quickly! David has always been extremely helpful and timely with service for my 2006 BMW, including topping up fluids for me if I drop by. The only downside to the whole experience was for my husband who picked up my car- they had originally said it would be ready by noon, then they said 3:00. My husband arrived just before 3:00, but the car ended up not being ready until after 3:30. Slightly annoying, but a minor point.

Upon my first visit to Gebhardt BMW I was greeted in the showroom by a friendly receptionist who promptly introduced to Rob Blacker who would become my Client Advisor through the entire buying process. Rob gave me a thorough introduction to the 4 series, and showed me cars in the showroom. I had pretty specific ideas about the 435i configuration I wanted and Rob took on the task to search for available cars that could satisfy me. Just a couple of days later we decided to order a car from the factory with exactly the configuration I wanted. So Rob and and the guys at Gebhardt created and placed an order to the factory, and we agreed on a below list price. After that, I got to track my car's progress through the production and delivery process: Rob kept me current with the car's status, and through the BMW USA website we were able to see the car's status all the way through. I saw when the car came out of production, and was able to track it being shipped from Germany down through the Panama Canal and on to Oxnard, California from where it traveled to Gebhardt's location in Boulder. After the car arrived at Gebhardt, Rob called with the news and we set up the delivery time. At the appointed time, I arrive at Gebhardt and the car was waiting. I was pretty excited to see it after the wait, and must say that the car had been prepped to perfection. It looked, felt, smelled, and sounded even better than I had imagined (and that's after owning three other BMWs).Driving the car, well, it's as good as the reviews say. The car is great all by itself, but working with Rob and the other guys at Gebhardt made the experience extra pleasurable. Next time I'm shopping for a BMW, I'll be back.

I was extremely satisfied with our experience at Gebhart. The salesperson Robert, was very informative and not pushing, and pointed out the differences in the competition's comparative models without bad mouthing them, but in a way that informed us so we could make a good decision. We visited a local Audi dealership and got the exact opposite which was a real turn off, I don't want to be hard sold a luxury automobile. The sales manager was very fair on the price of our new car and trade in. And they spent plenty of time showing us the features of the car once we purchased it. I would definately recommend them and would return as a customer.

My husband and I decided to purchase my 5th BMW for our 20th anniversary and do a European delivery. My husband called several BMW centers to inquire about this process but didn't get very far before frustration set in. We live in SE Aurora and wanted to buy close to home. After talking to several salespeople that didn't know much about the European program, he decided to reach out to Gebhardt BMW in Boulder.When the receptionist answered and he asked if anyone there was familiar with the program, she cheerfully suggested Kory Rodemich. Once connected it was very easy to see why he was recommended.Kory made everything so simple and offered an deal that we immediately agreed to. We had already built the 2015 535xi on the website, but he also made some suggestions on other options we had not considered while making sure nothing had been overlooked. In 2004, I bought a 1997 BMW 328i. It was basically like new at 22k miles, and over the past ten years I've taken it to Gebhartdt for service, and always gotten such respect even though it (now) is a 17 year old car. Joel, specifically, in service department, is really honest and always gives me advice based on the long term picture. His advice paid off because my car is in mint condition. Recently I ran my car in for service and caught sight of a new BMW style on the lot. I met Mike Gebhardt and we hit it off. Over the course of six weeks, we stayed in touch and today I bought that car. Mike is truly the reason for the deal... he is trustworthy, relaxed and never put pressure on me to do anything but what is right for my life. Also, he completely respected my little 1997 BMW and never made me feel like I SHOULD sell it. As I was figuring out the numbers, we talked about how in the end, a car really is just a material possession and it comes down to knowing what you need and want. In other words, he gave me permission to walk away at any time, instead of trying to convince me of how great this car is. I went into the dealership to investigate lease options on a 2013/2014 228/328/335/435. They willingly ran the numbers for all options both lease and finance without a hassle. After a couple hours of driving and number crunching, none of these options were a better deal than my current finance on my 335. After some discussion, they got me into a 2011 CPO 335is, local to Colorado with very low millage. The only option for me in that vehicle was a lease, which they had no problem working up the paperwork to make it happen. I was helped by both Mike and Adam, who were focused on me and my needs, wants, and desires from my next BMW ultimate driving machine. I will go back to Gebhardt for my next BMW purchase and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Tina told me that because it was an alignment issue it would not be covered under warranty, and the selling dealer should not have sold it to me that way. I was not surprised by this, but did not want to return to the dealer in Denver. Without my asking Tina offered to split the cost of the service. I was fully prepared to pay the full price. Tina's handling of my service visit was outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and professional. Purchased my 328i X through the internet...had an interest in leases and was contacted by John Weisbart. I knew exactly what I wanted as far as options go for the price I wanted to pay so in a day or two, John responded back with an attached vehicle print out of model and options. Suggested even that I'd be happier with a 328 vs a 320, not only in performance but overall price:option ratio since the 328 had 3K mi on it than a 0 mi 320. After a day of sleeping on it...told him to write it up and I would see him at the end of the week driving1.5 hrs to Boulder (I live in the Springs) to sign. So I had all the paperwork prefilled prior to arriving and all that what needed was if my wife loved her surprise! She had no clue, so after seeing the specific vehicle, I made a bad choice on color so she opted to see any other models that wouldn't change the numbers too much and she fell in love with the white! Had a couple of issues with the windshield having a nice sized chip in it and a quarter sized dent on the front pass fender (she noticed it right away after pulling the car out of the line). John assured us that both would be fixed and taken care of, just needed a day for us to come back up and drop the car off. Gave us a loaner 5'er (nice touch....now a want one of those) for the 3 days it took and received our 328 w/ a brand new BMW windshield and no dent. Overall the entire process was enjoyable and exciting. My only heartache I had was we were in a rush to get back home (kids off from school) and so we didn't get the FULL vehicle introduction/walk-thru and highlights. Besides it was starting to rain/snow...uggghhh (car WAS clean) but at least we have Xdrive!! We absolutely love our 2013 328i Xdrive, the white is amazing! The was the easiest I have ever bought a car! Took 2.5 weeks thru emails and setting up time to come up there but it was all worth it! (i did try the other dealership here in the springs and it was a complete waste of my time, and they did not want to work with me or my money!) Thank you John and Gebhardt for getting us into the BMW family!

We live in CT but were visiting our son and family in Niwot for Christmas. Our son took us to Gebhardt BMW in Boulder "just to look," where we met sales person Mike Gebhardt. We test drove two used BMW's and selected a 2011 335i 6-speed (we both prefer standards and could not find one back home in CT). Although not a BMW-certified used car, it was in great shape and has performed flawlessly for us so far. Mike did a great job as our salesman and treated us very fairly. He handled all the details, including helping us get the car shipped back to CT. Everything went very well, and we really love our new car. Wish we lived closer so we could get our service done there too, but I'm sure we'll do OK when the need arises. We just recently purchased our first BMW. It is a 2004 330xi with 6 speed manual. I knew we were going to have to do some maintenance and it was sooner than we expected. We came in unannounced on a Monday morning and they were able to get us in. We had a little lack of communication regarding shuttle service and weren't too happy for a little while. Our service advisor (David) did not try to come up with a bunch of excuses and owned up to the failure and graciously reduced our bill. Me being a service manager for a roofing company, i can totally relate to how busy any given day can get and can truly give kudos for the way it was handled. We will be coming back again (soon) as we have more work to bring this awesome car up to 100%. Thank you David.

Mike went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted - - I believe that it was the only one available in the Rocky Mountain area. He made sure that it was clean, filled with gas, and had all of the extras done in a timely manner (i.e., window tinting, clear bra, satellite radio). Since the weather was horrible, and I was buying a rear wheel drive Z4, he kept it in the showroom for me until I was able to pick it up. He was very attentive to me and answered whatever questions that I had. If he didn't know the answer to something, he searched it out and responded to me quickly. Everyone I met at the dealership during my experience was friendly and professional.

For the past five years I have been looking to purchase the "perfect" car. My criteria was great gas mileage, AWD, nice options, and reliability. I drove almost every brand and attended many car shows. The BMW brand was my very last visit. Adam F was very friendly, easy to talk to, and informative about the cars. David K assisted me in the pricing and answered additional questions. I went home and built my "dream" car and sent it to them. Bottom line. After a five year journey, BMW Gebhardt made my dream come true. While I was still thinking about the purchase, they built and ordered "my car" as one of their allotted cars. Shortly thereafter, I called to place the order to purchase my dream car. Adam told me my dream car was sitting at the port ready for transpiration to the US. This information was my best Christmas gift! I tracked the car to the dealership which was a lot of fun. I worked with Roman C for the financing and the best interest rate. Roman made the financing very easy with no hassles on final pricing and rate with warranties. In fact, Roman gave me a better overall pricing package than I expected. They even gave me more than I expected for my trade-in. I picked up my dream car and David went over all the features. Now, the car is sitting in my garage. I can not begin to thank Adam, David, and Roman for my "best ever" car purchasing experience. I have to admit i constantly contacted (bugged) Adam, David, and Roman and they always answered my questions without complaint. I have no hesitation in recommending BMW Gebhardt as the place to purchase your next BMW.

These guys are the best BMW dealership in Colorado, hands down. The service department is fantastic and accommodating, and the sales group is a no-pressure organization that works with you to find the right fit at your price point. David K is the guy to see in Sales. This is the only family owned car dealership where you actually feel like you're part of the family. Made the mistake of buying a used car from a dealer in Colorado Springs several years ago and will never go anywhere but Gebhardt in the future. That car had problems but Gebhardt treated me like I had purchased from them. They saved me literally more than $7,000 dollars on repairs by going to bat for me with BMW Corporate and getting coverage for issues which should have been addressed by another dealer. Words of advice - avoid Winslow - they're literally "used car salesmen". Highest recommendations to Gebhardt.

I put a $500 deposit down for them to hold an 07 BMW 335i, 200 on my credit card and 300 in cash. did not recieve my 300 dollars cash back. I visited this dealership to look at purchasing an 07 BMW 335i. I went to test drive the vehicle and when i arrived the salesman said we could not test drive it because one of the Technicians had broken a mirror. when the salesman showed me the car all mirrors were there and none were broken. confused i asked the salesman why we couldn't drive it, he went back to service to check to see. While he was busy doing that i got inside and started up the vehicle. Being an automotive mechanic i instantly heard bad noises coming from the engine. I got out and opened the hood, a little while later Ted Osbourn the salesman came back and asked me if i was a mechanic, guessing because he saw me looking at the engine in detail. I told him the engine sounded bad like a piston rod or cam was failing. After he came out and said "well let me just give you the run down on this car since you are a mechanic". Instantly i knew something was bad, Ted tried to tell me that the tech did not put the cam shaft back in there after they worked on it. Little foot note, a car NEEDS CAMS TO RUN. Ted then told me he has no idea about how a car works (Now how do you sell cars if you don't know how they work?) They told me they would have it looked at again and have whatever it needed to be fixed within reason. I put a $500 (refundable) deposit on the car while they figured out what was wrong so they couldn't sell it to anyone. A week later i got a call from Ted, he told me the catlytic converters had gone out. As a mechanic i knew the sound i heard was not the cats making noise and insisted they go into further diagnosis on the vehicle. Another couple days i recieved a call from the Sales Manager saying it was the head gasket and cats, i declined the offer to have it fixed and asked for my refund. the sales manager said i could come and get my refund whenever. I drive down after work at 5 and arrived around six. They proceeded to tell me they couldn't get me my refund because the office was closed and they would have a check in the mail for me. Well it's been alomost a month since they said they would put the check in the mail and have been ignoring my phone calls since

My sales person,George, identified which new vehicle best met my needs and was instrumental in working with me and the managers to get the price on the new vehicle and the trade in value I needed in order to make the purchase. I feel the managers gave me an excellent value for my money. Better than I expected. George then spent over an hour after the sale showing all the features of the vehicle to me and set up many of the features including satellite radio for me. On top of all that, I received a $50 gift certificate towards a parts purchase (I purchased floor mats) and also a beautiful BMW travel coffee mug. I have purchased Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche, and other vehicles and this experience at Gebhardt was the best! I would not hesitate whatsoever to recommend this dealership to my friends and family in the future. I know any future BMW purchases I make will be only at this dealership. I also plan on having all the service work performed at this dealership as well. The parts department was helpful and put the floor mats in the vehicle for me. Its little things like that which make a positive first impression which is so important. Thank you to everyone at Gebhardt and to BMW for an excellent product.

Gebhardt quoted me a price in email and then confirmed over phone before I started to drive - I drove 40 miles one way to the dealership and then the price changed to almost 10k more? Kory gave the quote and Brandon confirmed the price over before I started. I specifically asked if the quoted price of xx,xxx was correct before even I started driving. It was an utter waste of my time - I spent 3 hours of my day today just to realize that Gebhardt bluffed me. Even after doing this , they were not apologetic at all and did not even respond to my mail asking for an explanation (I wanted to make sure they did not this to other customers and fix their internet pricing system). I have informed BMW USA customer relations - Hope thy reach out to the dealership and fix this

We've leased BMWs from Gebhardt in the past. In addition, we purchased a VW from Gebhardt about 11 years ago and used their service center for all service and repairs. The BMW purchasing experience was easy and quick. The sales people were friendly and willing to take the time to make sure we were getting the car we wanted. I would highly recommend purchasing from Gebhardt.

I was looking ion purchasing 535 BMW. the first time I test drive the car and I felt that the sale person was very arrogant. I return about month later as the location is closer to me and this time the manager came to talk to me about price as every body else was busy. I felt he was annoyed or tired ! He definitely did not seems interested in my business. I think this dealership is very busy and they don't make any effort to be friendly and helpful.Don't go there

Kory Rodemich of Gebhardt BMW - my HIGHEST recommendation - 12/28/2011. We leased a X5M, and Kory went out of his way to get us the car we wanted at a deal we were both happy with. He was a pleasure to work with both via email and in-person. Should you only look at Gebhardt if you are in the market for a BMW, of course not, but you CERTAINLY SHOULD either email or phone Kory and give him the opportunity to work on a deal for you. His professionalism deserves top marks! Kory and Gebhardt earned our business; there is a good chance that they will earn yours as well. I will now also briefly note our experience with Murray and Schomp. MURRAY: though we leased our previous two vehicles from Murray, this time communication was slow, little attempt was made to offer us a competitive deal, and I was left with the impression that since we leased our previous BMWs from Murray it was to be assumed that we would lease or X5M from Murray as well, in other words, we felt a bit taken for granted. SCHOMP: we have never leased from Schomp, but they have put together deals for us in the past. My slight quibble with Schomp is that once they offer you a deal, negotiation becomes more difficult - not impossible - just more difficult, in other words, they tend to take "this is our best offer" approach. Schomp's communication was quite good, better than Murray's, but still second to Gephardt.

I have never had a good experience here and would never buy a car from them! After purchasing my pre-owned BMW from a dealer in Denver, I was so excited finally have a BMW! I used Gebhardt for warranty work because of its convenient location to my office. On one of my first visits, the work was completed and the car returned to me on a Friday evening. On my way home from work I heard a terrible noise from under the hood and I went home immediately. I had a mechanic take a look at it and... Oops! Gebhardt's mechanic had forgotten to tighten the fan belt back up so it was flopping around. That same mechanic forgot to close up the tool compartment in the trunk and the carpeting was all peeled up. Most recently, I purchased a new battery for my car and had my husband install it. Well, once the radio is disconnected, it locks itself down as a security measure. I thought there was no issue, since I had all of the original paper work from Germany, which included the radio "code" and serial number. When that didn't work I called Gebhardt for help and they told me to come in and they'd reactivate the radio for free and it would just take a few minutes. After waiting in their shop for 90 minutes while they worked on the car, I was told they were unable to reset the radio but they'd call me with the code. After two weeks, I called them back and was told that in order for them to reset the radio I'd have to come in and there would be a $120 charge. Needless to say, I haven't been back.Oh, and there is one thing that just infuriates me about Gebhardt! The ONLY time they EVER washed my car after service was the time I went back inside and INSISTED that the car be washed before I took it home! My sister has a Saturn and her dealer ALWAYS washed the car after service... So much for the BMW experience!

I decided on getting a BMW 328 and so I called Bud, who had worked with me the first time, to set up an appointment. He was with a customer, so I left a voicemail. Never heard back from him! Luckily I found a dealership that wanted my business and I just bought a 2009 BMW 328!

In the last 11 years, I have had the pleasure of doing business with this Boulder dealership. From the moment I walk in the door, someone usually recognizes me and invites me over to talk about life, sports, politics, etc... To me, this is how I like to be dealt with, no pressure or clock ticking. I have dealt with David, Kory, and George in the past, with David being the 'Go to' guy. When he has been out, or on vacation, Kory and George have filled in with their own unique sense of humor. They have an amazing knowledge for both their own, and their competitors vehicles, and they never seem to be too busy or too rushed to make some time for me. Over the last decade, I have seen the ups and downs of the economy, and the car market, and these 3 guys have stood the test of time. It shows something in the fact they have all been there that long, and been successful at doing what they do. The only mechanical problem I've ever had, has been with the lights on a Z3, and the problem was fixed in a short period of time. What really blows me away, is their ability(especially David) to identify what things I would need in the future, and address it before it becomes an issue. I have rarely been let down by anyone in the dealership, except when they run out of coffee(once). They continue to earn my business year after year, and I look forward to my semi-annual visits...

I purchased a car from this dealership and traded in a very old car for only a $500 trade in value. I did not have the title, so I signed the power of attorney over for the old vehicle, and then they told me I would need to get my Ex-husbands signature also. I mailed it off to my ex ( lives out of state) which he signed, mailed back to me, and I sent back to the dealership. I got a nasty message on my phone 5 days later threatening me from Amanda Price that I must provide proof that that is is signature, or she will turn this over to her legal department. They have waited long enough, and I need to provide proof or pay $500 dollers. I was shocked. I provided everything they asked for, I was given no time limits, and now they ( mind you it took a total of 2.5 weeks- not really a long time) are trying to tell me I owe them $500 cash. This seems so sketchy, They made my experience horrible. I was excited to get a new car, if I could return it I would, I would actually PAY more money for them to take it back and have me just go buy somewhere else. They got everything they need, please do not do business with this company. I feel they are asking for cash for what? They have my old car! VERY weird, strange experience.

I was offered to drive a used car for a day. When I arrived it was explained to me that someone else was interested in buying the same car. So I wasted my time waiting around over an hour until it was explained to me that the general manager's neighbor (who was interested in buying the car) was vastly more important than me so they were given preferential treatment. No thanks! Not interested in this dealership any more. YOU ARE TREATED LIKE DIRT!!!! The offer also was very poor and the offer for my BMW in excellent condition was extremely low if the low mileage was considered and the Kelly Blue Book/NADA values were used. Gee, I didn't know that even they value their own product so poorly! I think I'll be buying a better quality product with much higher reliability quite soon - from someone else!! I live in a Country Club area so you bet the whole club will soon hear about this one!!

Overall, Gebhardt BMW has great customer service and support. These are great people that I feel are genuinely concerned with your needs and strive to provide great service!!! They definitely believe in their product. Now, unfortunately, since January 2011, my 2008 BMW 535xi has had five separate mechanical problems requiring me to leave my vehicle there for service.- Failed High Pressure fuel pump- Failed Low pressure fuel pump sensor- Leaking sun-roof which resulted in a wet interior and stained bolster on the C pillar. Following that repair, I found that the retaining clips which hold the trunk panels together were either not re-installed or missing altogether. They offered to fix that, but it's just additional time out of my schedule to bring the car by again.- Intermittent problem with left side speakers - couldn't find the cause - stopped happening following service. Possible loose connection?- Sunroof stuck in "up / vent position" - Fixed myself when I realized that the previous leak repair had left a small wind-screen detached which was possibly interfering with a safety sensor.The Service department staff and management are extremely polite and always helpful. I believe that they honestly care about taking care of the customer and don't mind having a little chat to make you feel like you're not just another number.Now, where the technology is concerned, I am worried. Having only owned this car for a total of three months and already had to check the car in for service three times, I was concerned that this car may have some serious overriding issues. Maybe it was beat on by the previous owner and we have no way of knowing. I brought my concerns to the attention of the Service Department management and while he was very polite and professional, I was told simply that with this car being much more complex than the average vehicle there is more to go wrong with it and there is nothing they can do to predict what will fail next. I find that response to be totally unacceptable in that I am an engineer myself and I know that if something is over-engineered so badly that it is prone to failure, it is time to go back to the drawing board and fix it!SO, based on this response, my only option is to conclude that the BMW 5 series is over-engineered and people are going to have problems with it. This is based on direct observation and what I was told by the dealership - Not, my opinion. If I was told that this car was an exception to the rule, something is up and we need to see what's going on here, I would come to a different conclusion. I am very worried that when my warranty runs out, I will be in big trouble. What is going to fail next? How many thousands of dollars am I going to pay out of pocket in the future to keep all of the extraneous electronic systems running? I don't know for sure and I won't be buying or recommending another 5 series unless my concerns are alleviated.Once again - GREAT PEOPLE - questionable engineering.

These are small things; overall, I had a great experience:When I first got my nerve up and walked in to the dealership to buy a new BMW, it was several minutes before someone helped me. I think it was a busy day, the last day of the year. I was asked a couple of times if I was being helped and when I said no, I was told someone would be right with me, and then more time went by.We found a car that had all of the options that I wanted, and we went through all the paperwork to buy it, and I wrote a check with the plan to come get the car on Monday. Then Monday I learned that the car had already been sold, so there was more delay to find another car and some of the paperwork had to be repeated. When I came to the dealership to pick up the car, I was sent in to do the paperwork and sign for it before I had even seen the car. When I asked to see the car before completing the transaction, Roman and Bud were very patient and let me do so.I would have preferred to pick up the car in the daylight so I could see better for the tour of all it's functions.

Dave Kuczinski is as pleasant and effective a salesman as I have ever known; really makes the buying experience what it should be. Service is consistently friendly, fast and solid. Considering how used car sales experiences usually go, it was a surprisingly pleasant experiance for us. We felt no pressure to buy a car right at that moment. Curtis made us feel comfortable just taking time, walking around the lot and test driving.The most frustrating part of purchasing a car has been the trade-in negotiation with dealers. We did our homework to understand what the reasonable trade-in price for our car. Our experience with Gebhardt went fairly smoothly. We felt we were treated with respect.We understood Curtis himself was a BMW owner and he shared his experiences as an owner and was proud to share the great services with us.We drove to Boulder from Denver to look at a specific car we found on-line, however, the car was sold the evening before. I thought I was just going to turn arond and go home, but it turned we found a better match of a car to our needs.After some repair work on the car, we went back and picked up the car. Curtis took time to show us some of the unique features of BMW since we are a new BMW customer. It was very helpful! My husband has been a loyal Audi owner for years and said that the experience at Gebhardt made him feel a lot better. Thank you for making the car purchase experience pleasant for us!

They we very helpful, low pressure and willing to negotiate. The salesman i worked wirh, George, was great to work with. The actual purchase went very smoothly. The only criticiam was when they filled the gas tank, they spilled some on the side of the car. The car itself is spectacular. A great experience overall.

Started online with 4 BMW dealers in the Denver area, inquiring about availablity and price for "mybmw X5". Kory Rodemich at Gebhardt BMW responded immediatly with answers to both requests. His price was quoted as "this much above invoice + $399 handling. I couldn't get the other dealers to offer such a quote. The X5 I wanted was not available and to complicate matters, my wife couldn't decide on interior leather color, SO Kory ordered TWO identical vehicles with different interior colors and put them side by side in the showroom , gave my wife a cup of coffee and told her to take her time and decide which she wanted. He did this within 30 days from our inital visit! After the decision was made, he spent over 2hrs with us explaining mainly to my wife, the operations of the X5, paired her cellphone, and sent us on our way. While Kory was getting things ready, I talked with two other sales guys about the X5 features. They went out of their way to help, knowing full well we were dealing with Kory. Thats customer service! I have not yet had the opportunty to use Gebhardts service. Will be back when I have.

I called in with some serious but not critical issues and was told that they could accommodate me the next day. With some schedule shuffling I was able to get the car in early and was given a ride as they had no loaners. At 4:30 I get a call that they didn't get to my car, do I mind leaving it over the weekend, with no guarantee that they'd get to it. Are you kidding me? I also got the quote "well you only called yesterday." Well you told me to bring it in!!!!!An Audi is looking real good for my next purchase right about now as this isn't the first crappy service I've had with Gebhardt BMW.

I kept asking myself: Is this really a BMW dealer? ...am I being "Punked"? Who's in charge here? No one, apparently... It was the worst, most unprofessional service experience I've ever had in my life. I felt sorry for them. It seemed they were all miserable and confused, low moral, lack of teamwork, lack of knowledge, failed communications, didn't finish the job, very unapologetic.... FAIL, FAIL, FAIL. They should rename this location: Buford's Auto Dealer - BAD. This was my third time being at least notably unimpressed with this place. I will not return again.

My girlfriend went to Gebhardt BMW to check out the 3 series. She was looking at trading in her Jeep after driving my 2000 3 series. The salesman let her come by my nearby workplace and pick me up in the vehicle she was test driving. She loved the car and was considering getting one. Upon arrival to the dealership, I saw the new 135i being displayed. I had been interested in the 1 series since it's production had been announced. At that time I wasn't really looking for a vehicle, but the 135i was so seductive. "Bud" offered to let me take a spin in it so I can experience the car that I had read so much about. I was really reluctant at first because I was happy w/ my 323i. He finally talked me in to driving it and it was amazing. To make a long story short, we accedpted delivery on 2 new BMW's on April 2nd 2008. He was the best salesman I have had the opportunity to work with. I trust few salemen but Mr. Light was open, honest, and never treated my girlfriend and I like most dealerships have in the past. We were in our mid 20's and look young for our age... so most people treat us like children just wanting to play with things we can't afford. In the past I couldn't even get a Subaru dealer to let me test drive a WRX (non STI) that I wanted to buy. Needless to say, his respect and personality paid off in the end when he sold 2 new cars at the same time to some crazy young couple.Also... this dealership will wash the car you bought from them if you being it by on Saturdays. I haven't seen any other dealer (of the 5 I have been to) do this. Talk about giving people an incentive to make Gebhardt their dealer of choice. They were well worth the drive from Centennial. Watch out Murray and Ralph Schomp!
