From the moment we walked on the lot Ernesto was interested in who we were, why we were looking for a car, how the car was going to be used, and what our budget was. He steered us towards a car that was BELOW our budget limit and went with us to an independent garage to have it evaluated. Ernesto and Guido then made the purchase process pain free. Guido and Ernesto were wonderful to work with. I called on Wednesday morning about a car I saw on their website, Guido immediately started the approval process and got back to me within the hour telling me I was approved. I told him I would be up the next day around 4 PM, Guido was kind enough to hold the car till then. I got up early on Thursday and decided to get there in the morning. I arrived at 9:35 when they open (unannounced), Ernesto was there, but advised Guido wouldn't be in until 11:00 but he would call him. Guido had other plans, but dropped everything and raced over to complete the sale. I was out of there with my new 2007 Jeep Liberty in less than 2 hours. Guido worked with me with the financing, called my insurance company for me and got me on my way. What an unbelievable experience at a used car dealership, this establishment certainly does not fit the horror stories you hear from others about used car dealers. GEG Automotive is one of the best kept secrets! We didn't know they existed, and the reviews speak for themselves. We're so glad we found them, and would not miss the opportunity to look here first next time. They definitely keep their lot filled with beautifully kept vehicles at reasonable prices. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for, we were treated with outstanding customer service. The only thing that was missing, was the celebratory bottle of champagne. All the small details and calls that were needed to make our transaction complete, where done without hesitation by Guido. Very courteous and knowledgeable. My wife and I had been looking around for a second car and I had my mind set on a low-mileage NB (1999-2004) Miata. Low mileage for a car this age is ~60k, but GEG auto found a 2002 with under 19k! It was priced above the competition, but for good reason: the car is immaculate (with factory hard-top) and Guido had put on new brakes, rotors and tires. Our car was in the shop, and we had no way to get from Jersey City, NJ to the dealership to test-drive the Miata. So I went to cars.com and read up on Guido and GEG automotive, and THE REVIEWS DO NOT LIE. When I saw that GEG had shipped a car to a buyer in Florida I asked about shipping. Well, they had another delivery in central NJ so if I could get the papers and payment to them in time they were willing to bring the car to me! I did have my doubts about purchasing a used vehicle, particularly a convertible, sight-unseen; but everything came together so easily and Guido was so responsive about the deal, I have no regrets. And by bringing the Miata while our other car was in the shop Guido saved me a few hundred dollars in rental-car fees! When it's time to replace our other car we will definitely be coming back to GEG!

I haven't bought a car in over 10 years, but the sales experience at GEG was as easy and painless as possible. My old car was totaled and I was looking specifically for a certain year, make and model of Toyota 4Runner to replace my old one. I found the vehicle I was searching for on Cars.com and contacted Guido from GEG. We scheduled a test drive and the car was in tip-top shape with brand new brakes a rotors. I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle until my insurance check came in and we filled out all the necessary paperwork to ensure that pickup of the vehicle was quick. When I came to pickup the car it was detailed and ready to roll and my old tags were transferred by Guido to my new 4Runner. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle at a fair price without the high pressure sales and hoops to jump through like at most dealers. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

My husband and I were looking for a car for the past two months. We needed a second car and wanted one with low miles. My husband actually found these guys about two weeks before me. He showed me this car and I was like...umm well it doesn't have a sunroof, no thanks. Fast forward two weeks....while surfing the net yet again, I came across this same car. The price was right, older but that's okay and it looked impeccable which made me think....whats wrong with it. I called GEG and spoke with Ernesto. He told me about the car, listened to me complain about it not having a sunroof but said, you have to come and see it for yourself. Three days later we took the hour and 15 minute drive in the rain. When we arrived the car was sitting out front waiting for us. What a beauty! Ernesto was right, I had to see it. We meet Guido Jr. and Sr. and felt like this is the type of business that we like to give our business to. The process was QUICK and pleasant. I absolutely love my new Mercedes! While not new in years, it's still my new. Thanks GEG, you have customers for life!

Typically when I Ieave a dealership, I feel like that I didnt get the best deal that I could have, leaving GEG I felt like I got the best deal I could of. When our 2004 Toyota Camry was demolished in a head-on collision Dec. 19th, we thanked God we were kept safe and alive. I knew I wanted another 2004 Camry, just like the one that saved our lives. The question was who to trust and where to find it. GEG Automotive had just the car I needed, and Guido Di Cicco Jr was extremely helpful in the buying process. He wisely let the car sell itself to me, and concentrated on easing me through the process. He was patient as we waited for the insurance company to process my loss and helped me find a loan that easily fit into our family's budget. With a deposit placed on it, he held the car for me until I received the totaled car's loss funds. I took delivery on my "new for me" car today, and I could not be any more delighted with the caring and professional service I received from all the Di Ciccos at GEG Automotive!! I will heartily recommend them to my friends and family, and when our 16-year old daughter is ready for her first car, GEG Automotive will be seeing us!!

I found the car of my dreams on the GEG automotive website. I was looking for that specific car - like the one in their inventory - for about 4 months. I called the GEG dealership and spoke to Guido, who told me that he didn't have the car yet, but that he would reserve it for me. I stayed in touch with Guido over the next 2 weeks until the car arrived at his dealership. Once he received the car at his dealership, Guido saved it for me. He got the car inspected, cleaned and serviced. Because I live in Florida, I did not want to fly to PA to see the car and drive it back down. I needed to have it shipped. I was nervous about the condition of the car because I did not see the car in person, and I was buying based on Guido's word that the car was in good shape. When I got the car, I was amazed! It was in fantastic shape and excellent working condition as Guido assured me. It was a pleasure working with Guido and I would recommend buying a vehicle from him to anyone, including shipping out of state. Overall 5 stars. Thank you Guido and GEG automotive.

Years ago, we stumbled into GEG Auto in hopes of finding a decent car with the few funds we had for purchase. We came out of there with a life-long appreciation and respect for this family of car dealers. EVERY car we buy is a winner. They know us so well now they tell us what would work well for our family and what wouldn't. And they have been right every time. They have even gone out of their way to find us that "perfect" fit. Last year, my daughter moved to South Dakota. We would not allow her to buy a car from anywhere but GEG. South Dakota has some rough terrain, rougher roads, and the roughest weather. Guido, Jr. made sure she had the right car, the right roadside-assistance package, the right warranty, and the right equipment for the long haul. She had NO problems with that car her entire time in SoDak (which is amazing because I have seen how she drives it). On the return trip to the east coast, she blew a tire on a major highway. I asked her if she had a spare tire and a jack. In tears, she replied, "No...oh, I don't know!" Then I remembered from whom we purchased the car. "We bought this from Guido -- he made sure you had everything you need. Pop the trunk!" Sure enough, there in the trunk was the spare and an easily-operated jack. i changed the tire in ten minutes -- just as the State Trooper got there to "assist". Guido's concern for my daughter's safety was uppermost in his mind when he got that car ready for her new life. Thank you to both Guidos and to GEG for ALWAYS providing us with good, reliable cars and service. YOU ARE THE BEST! And I tell everyone to go to you -- it is on them if they don't listen.

My first thought when I drove onto the lot was "Oh No, here we go...another used car lot with pushy sales people!" My second thought was "Wow, what a great selection of cars." At this point I just wanted to look around and not be hassled. Guido introduced himself to me and my son and within minutes we both felt at ease and very welcomed as if we were one of the family! Bought a very clean 2010 Ford Explorer from GEG a couple weeks ago. Service was terrific - from the car wash before the test drive to the expedient processing of the paperwork. Guido took care of everything - title transfer, registration, financing, and even called my insurance company to set up the new policy all in less than an hour. This is a small family owned place and they have a really good selection of used cars. They are a bit out of the way but worth the drive. For people who do not enjoy the car buying experience, they were very upfront and honest about the entire process which is comforting. Guido Sr., Ernesto and Guido Jr. work very hard and are polite, professional and make you feel like part of their family when you are there. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. When we began looking for a car for our son, he had very specific ideas, and we had specific criteria. After a few disappointing trips to car dealers, we found GEG Auto. Although they were over an hour away, we decided to take a look. I spoke with Ernesto and made an appointment. When we arrived, Guido had the car ready and waiting for our test drive. My husband gave the car a very thorough inspectionchecking for rust, evidence of any accidents, unusual wear, etc. Guido even remarked that he should take him along when he goes to auctions! Guido happily answered any questions we had and even gave us a CarFax. Our son was thrilled! When it came time to discuss cost, Guido was fair and worked with us to stay within our budget. Most people cringe at the prospect of a vehicle purchase. We would gladly contact GEG Auto again. Its been a month since we purchased the car and we are still extremely satisfied with the purchase and GEG Auto. We were even able to contact the locksmith that works with GEG and arranged to meet him close to our home so we could have a spare key and remote made. GEG Auto is worth the trip to Gilbertsville! I went in to GEG Automotive with my father to purchase him a car he could use. My father has been diagnosed Manic - Depressive, with a hard bias on the manic side. He had lost his license prior to our visiting GEG Automotive. He did not inform me. He paid a portion of the down payment as a deposit to hold the vehicle. Ernesto drove us home. I ordered my father a replacement Driver's License. Somehow, when it arrived at our residence, he got a hold of it. He lost it again. I ordered him a new one, we called GEG Automotive, and they put the financial paperwork through their financing company. When things were ready, Ernesto picked us up, drove us to GEG Automotive, and we had purchased the vehicle in 25 minutes. The service made me feel like I was familiar to the business. I will be buying a used vehicle for myself within the next year, I will definitely go straight to GEG Automotive.

I really dread car shopping because I don't know too much about cars, and I always feel like I'm being swindled. This time was totally different. Ernesto and Guido were great. They didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want, but they gave me the facts I needed to make a decision. The car was washed, filled with gas and detailed while we were inside getting paperwork done. I've never been car shopping at a more efficiently run dealer. I was super impressed and would highly recommend this dealership.

I've never bought a car from anywhere but a dealer so I was cautious when I drove on the lot. Within minutes all my fears were set aside, Guido and his brother made me feel welcome and at ease. They are a no pressure, no hype style dealership who actually cares about their customers needs. One thing I really liked was that I dealt with one person the whole time. I didn't have to meet the sales manager or the finance person - I wasn't harassed about extended warranties or some other "extras". The whole experience was quite enjoyable and I left feeling good about the whole process. Delivery was a breeze - I was in and out in about an hour, including financing. They have access to multiple banks and I found the rates to be very competitive. I highly recommend GEG Automotive.

I was somewhat apprehensive as I started the 95 mile drive from a short distance from Newark Airport to the small town of Gilbertsville, Pa. to view an auto advertised by GEG Automotive. In the past , every time I purchased from a private seller, I insisted on a third party mechanic inspection. Upon meeting Guido DiCicco, I felt pleasantly reassured that I was dealing with a reputable salesman who was interested in having a clientele that would confidently refer GEG Automotive and return for future transaction. The car was in excellent condition and it met our expectations and needs. Guido was patient and clearly answered all of our questions. Guido and Ernesto DiCicco are brothers who really know their automobiles! We walked onto their lot to examine their inventory having an idea of what we wanted and what our budget would permit. After we explained it all to Ernesto, he directed us to a fine looking Ford Escape told us about all its "bells and whistles" along with providing us with what we told him we were after. When it came time to discuss the financial end of things, Guido sat with us and helped figure out the logistics. Initially, we felt we wanted to check out another lot before making our final decision and the guys were very understanding about it. We were making our way to the other lot and talking about the Escape and were soon turning around and coming back to GEG and telling the guys we wanted to seal the deal!! The DiCiccos have been in the auto sales business for years and know their product. They already have many repeat customers who know the value they get for their money and now they have added another satisfied customer to their roster.

So.. if there is one process that bothers me more than any other, it is the process of purchasing anything that requires a Sales Person. Specifically if the purchase is measured in thousands vs. ones. Well, last weekend I had a very short and sweet encounter (which is the way I like it) with a Father/Son auto dealership in PA named G&G Automotive. Caution: This review is not for those who enjoy the shopping experience or are interested in the Sales person's bedside manner.. I found a car online that fit the description of what I (my wife) wanted. I skipped the part about the days and days of searching.. Well, I clicked the little email dealer button, which i had done before only to receive phone calls from 100 to 400 miles away from a Sales person who was only interested in me "stopping in for a test drive". "I'm 200 miles away, there will be one test drive, when I come to buy the car!" But they didn't understand those words. I need some details now. With the mileage I'm looking for, there should be no car problems you can't explain to me over the phone. Anyway the next day I get a call from a young man named Guitto. Well, Guitto started with the same script until I told him my situation... "Finally, someones hearing me". Well, Guitto got the job done... AND SOME!! After answering all of my questions, I left him with a tentative plan to drive 300 miles to see/pick-up this automobile on the next day. Which, also needed a little "help" to be totally within my budget. (I know this is long but necessary) Well, decided to go to work (an hour in the other direction) the next morning before I totally decided to go see Guitto! ETA at this point 5pm, when they close. Long story short, when we finally left home ETA was closer to 6. Tag place closes at 6. Guitto, got our information and took care of all of the tag work prior to use arriving! A+!! Arrival, quarter after 7! :-(.. (wife came with, had to stop a few unexpected times. Well, and traffic..). When we arrived, he was waiting. Took a quick test drive, EVERYTHING WE EXPECTED! Tightened up the deal, met the big man in charge (Guitto's Pop), chuckled a bit, took a satisfied customer pic, and we were on our way!! SHWEET!! Now, the kicker. The very next day, Guitto gave me call to tell me someone had just left the dealership who had driven an hour and a half to pick that car up. Why is that so sweet, you may ask. Well, if it weren't for Guitto, and his assistance (i.e., giving me what i needed to make a decision over the phone, staying after hours to accommodate my situation, taking care of my out of state tag business, squeezing the deal into my budget), I would have lost that automobile in a little over 12 hours. To sum it up, next time I want to buy a vehicle, if they have what I want, I will be calling GEG Automotive, and driving 300 miles, for that kind of service. On a FRIDAY NIGHT, even!! A+ GEG. GEG was a really great place to purchase a car. Small town but big service. The Nissan Frontier was everything I wanted, price was really good and purchasing the vehicle was truly fast, no hassle and friendly. After having a "not so good" experience with the "big" dealers-(and I live along a big car sales area) it was worth the trip to come here. I would certainly recommend GEG and would purchase there again.

We have been looking for a truck for over a year. Sent an email through the website on Sunday about our interest regarding a truck on their lot. Got a call on Sunday evening and scheduled an appoint to look at a Silverado on Monday evening. Guido already had the truck washed for us, ready for a test drive and stayed way passed store hours to talked with us, look at our trade in, and do all the paperwork. We went home with a new truck in less then two hours. No hassle, no back and forth, just friendly and no pressure and the right price. Guido was very knowledge about cars and a pleasure to talk with. I already recommended the dealership to my uncle who is interested in a car. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

Had been shopping for a quality use car for some time. Came across the GEG website and started looking. Found many vehicles that met my criteria. I randomly stopped by to see what cars they had as I was shopping for a new car. They had a great car and gave me an awesome deal as soon as I walked on the lot. The whole process was very easy and these guys know their cars. I would recommend them to others looking for used cars.
