I love my 2021 GV80 but wish I had chosen a different dealership to purchase it from. The buying process itself was pleasant but the service department is, to be kind, a tremendous disappointment. They refused to honor the valet service promised to me because the service radius was reduced from 50 to 15 miles AFTER I purchased the car. I asked to be grandfathered in and they refuse. They weren’t even nice or apologetic about it. I filed a formal complaint with Genesis and another dealership has stepped in to help me and I’ll be doing business with them from now on.

Suzanne is absolutely incredible! I recently purchased a GV80 and this was by far, the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. While the entire staff here is wonderful, Suzanne really set the bar high for customer service. She was attentive, answered all my questions, and we were able to navigate the entire process with absolutely no pressure and with extreme ease. If you're looking for the best buying experience of your life, go in and see Suzanne!

I looked online for the new Genesis GV70. My first dealership choice was McDonald Hyundai because I heard they have a great reputation. I left my contact information with their web site and was contacted by Micah Levy. After a brief conversation we set up a time for me to test drive the car. I felt no pressure from Micah to buy. I came back the next week with my wife. We then decide to place an order for the GV70. We picked up the new car today. Micah wasn’t available to go over the car with us so Brandon helped out. They both were great. I’m having the Colorado Package installed in a couple weeks. Micah is being very accommodating with us to get that done. I recommend McDonald Hyundai/Genesis. Micah Levy was our sales representative.

Brandon, my salesman was incredibly knowledgeable considering my new vehicle was basically one of the first 2022 Gv70's in the state! I was contacting him days later asking clarifying questions and he always understood my issues and was very patient working with me. Huge kudos to a wonderful salesman!
