This was our second time leasing a car from Gengras Volvo. We have purchased many cars over the years and this has been the easiest and stress less buying experience. I thought maybe it would have just been the first time, but this time was exactly the same. I have to say the service department is excellent, also. I never would have gone back if they weren't. They bend over backwards to make everything right. Not that I have ever really had any real issues with this car, but I did have an issue with new windshield wiper blades that were installed and they went out of their way to fix the problem. They have earned our business, consistently!

If you are looking for a new or used car, then look no further than Gengras Volvo in East Hartford. I purchased a used Honda that they got as a trade-in, and they treated me like royalty. The buying process was extremely smooth because the staff is so efficient. I need to especially thank Vecdet Yagtu. He patiently answered every question I had about this used Honda. Their service department made this 2006 car look and feel brand new. I was very excited to drive it off the lot. A shout out to Justin in Finance, too. He moved through the paperwork like the pro that he is. I highly recommend the Gengras Volvo dealership.

I needed to replace a m VW I owned for many yearsand looking to buy a Volvo. I went with Gengeas because they had the most inventory at a good price. I purchased a XC70. My salesman Vecdet and the staff at Gengras made this a pleasant and smooth experience. Very happy with my car.

Purchased Volvo XC 90. Kevin and Reilly were great and very patient. The process went and even though we had lost the title on our trade in vehicle they went beyond to make it smooth. Highly recommended

I purchased an XC90 and was in and out in less than an hour. I even brought my five year old and 18 month old as we brought a car in for service, a vehicle caught our eye and out the door we were with the new vehicle. It takes more time and energy to fold a piece of paper than it did to buy a car from Gengras. thank you Vecdant, Justin, and Ann.

I highly recommend that if you are looking for a quality car and a quality purchase experience, that you see the folks at Gengras Volvo in East Hartford. Everybody who worked with me genuinely strove to provide me the best buying option with the least amount of anxiety. Reilly (Sales Manager) was great at coordinating the team. Justin (Finance Officer) was a true professional and put together a package that was above and beyond what I expected. A special thanks to John Rita (Inventory Manager) who handled all of the details, both large and small. This was an absolutely seamless experience and I am very glad that I chose this dealership.

I had a very positive, relaxed experience leasing my 2016 Volvo S60. Craig Cheyne was great to work with and my husband and I were very satisfied. Everyone who we met at Gengras was friendly and accommodating. Justin in the finance department was very easy to work with as well. I would definitely recommend Gengras to anyone.

Our Sales representative, John Gallagher He was extremely helpful in answering questions and going over different specs on all models we were looking for. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I WENT INTO GENGRAS VOLVO BECAUSE I SAW A CAR ONLINE THAT ME AND MY WIFE WAS INTERESTED IN. THE SALESMEN WAS MANNERABLE, NOT PUSHY, WE DROVE TWO DIFFERENT VEHICLES AND CHOOSE ONE WE LIKED, I TOLD THEM I WOULD CHECK MY CREDIT UNION FIRST. THE NEXT DAY MY CREDIT UNION TURNED US DOWN. SO I TOLD THE SALESMAN TO PLEASE NOT MAKE A LOT OF CREDIT CHECKS, HE ASSURED ME THEY WOULD NOT MAKE ANY BECAUSE THEY DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THERE BANK. THE NEXT DAY I NOTICED 8 HARD INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT, I CALLED THE BUSINESS MANAGER AND COMPLAINED, AND ASKED HIM NOT TO MAKE ANY MORE, THAT NIGHT THERE WAS ONE MORE ADDED. I CALLED THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY AND THEY SAID HAVE THE DEALERSHIP WRITE A LETTER, SAYING THEY WERE ONE TO INITATE THE CREDIT CHECKS AND THEY WOULD REMOVE THEM. I CALLED AND EMAILED THE BUSINESS MANAGER, BUT THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME. MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED 11 POINTS, NOW THE HARD INQUIRIES WILL REMAIN FOR TWO YEARS.
