I live in Boise, Idaho but due to competitive pricing and some personal friends recommendations I chose to work with the associates at George Gee. Very shortly after I had submitted my paperwork online, Andy gave me a call and helped my get the ball rolling. He was personable, honest and patient with me and all of my first time car buying questions. And that was just all over the phone! He made himself available throughout the whole process and even accommodated his schedule to coordinate with my quick trip to pick up the car a couple weeks later. When at the dealership I also had an awesome experience talking to John who works for the insurance provider that has a portal onsight. He, again, answered all of my first time buyer questions and helped me find the best deal possible making every second of my time feel valued. After I chose the car and we settled the details, Jess in the accounting department thoughouly explained the paperwork and made that fairly short and painless (with only minor hand cramping) ;)George Gee also personally helped assure that I had a positive experience. The Gee family has built a business filled with experienced and friendly associates who take care of their customers, offer competitive pricing and take special care to make sure that all bases are covered.Thank you George, Andy, John, Jess and everyone else who was apart of the process. I am extremely grateful for such a positive and fun experience! Even though I am 100% satisfied about my purchase of a 2016 Kia Optima, down the road I will definitely go back to see Gee.

Everything about the buying process a good.Salesperson was very polite, and answered questions well.The only thing that bothered me, was the length of time from the banks approvalto signing the papers was just to long. 3 hours, not good.Also i do not like the Idea of trying to sell insurance. There is enought to think about just buying the car.

I contacted the dealership by phone and spoke with Taylor Navin, about a Kia I had seen on their website. Mr. Navin was very curtitous and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I made arrangements to stop by the next day to see the vehicle and have my trade-in evalauated. When I arrived Mr. Navin had the vehicle ready for a test drive, while we were on the drive they evaluated my trade-in. Upon returning to the dealership they had the financing options completed in a very short time. I chose the best that suited me, and we made the transaction. I felt there was no pressure in purchases additional items that were presented.It only took about 2 hours and I drove off in my new vehicle!

We bought a 2017 KIA Sorento from George Gee in Liberty Lake, WA. We love it! Our sales associate was Megan Lopez and what a joy she was to work with! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has a way of making you feel at ease during the stressful process of purchasing a car! I would recommend her to anyone. Also, kudos to Kevin McCullough! He sold us our KIA Soul and when we brought it back because it was too small he had been promoted to Finance Manager so we got to work with him when purchasing our Sorento. In general, the George Gee experience was awesome! The facilities are clean, we were offered water and snacks. When we brought the Sorento in for a bug guard and mud flaps to be installed the service people were also friendly and made us feel right at home! Thanks George Gee Kua!

We went in to purchase a used car, but we were offered an excellent deal on a new vehicle for our daughter at almost the same price. Everyone in the sales team was very helpful and patient, since this was our daughters first car purchase - she had many questions. Ryan was great at showing her the vehicle features and getting it setup for. She loves her new Soul. The up-selling was a large part of time spent at dealership (as usual), but everyone accepted "no thanks" politely and moved on without a fuss - I appreciated that. Mom, dad, and daughter give George Gee a solid thumbs up - we would gladly shop their again.

I did most of my research online as I live 3 hours away in Idaho, I emailed back and forth with Andy, told him what I wanted and what I could afford and by the time I was able to go there a week later all I had to do was make a final decision on what car I wanted and do the paperwork. Not only would I not recommend this dealership to anyone I wouldn't recccomend a KIA to anyone. I bought a KIA Forte a year ago and have been having problems since the first month having to replace out of my pocket many different things on the vehicle. Then come to find out my car has had back end issues since the day I bought it and there is nothing any tire place can do to make it so the back end of my car doesn't ware out the tires. I have ruined two sets of tires in just one year because of this problem. The service department of both George Gee Kia dealerships are unprofessional, unwilling to help, and all around negative people. I would NEVER go back.

So I do have to say that we didn't do a very thorough inspection ourselves of this vehicle, so I know a lot of this is more frustration than anything. We purchased our SUV and got an ok deal. They seemed polite and helpful. We drove off, I have had to contact them 4-5 times regarding issues with this vehicle that were never brought up when we purchased it. Each time they pretty much stated that it was on us. I get it, I know we should have looked it over more, but some of the issues are safety related!! Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend them because the service after purchase has been less than satisfactory.

I have to say that I bought a KIA in Liberty Lake at Gee and it was just great! The team treated me like I was the most important person in the world and it just felt good! The selection was great and the dealership is trendy and fun but it's the people that make it great! My sales person Ryan L was great! The sales manager came out and met me early on and made me feel important. His name was Ryan A. (Pretty easy to remember their names. Ha!) The manager gave me his business card with his direct cell phone number to let me know if I can ever do anything to make their car buying experience better to let him know. Wow! And I always hear that car dealerships are scary... Not here! Thanks everyone for giving me a great car buying experience! I'm spreading the word! Thank you!

Let me start by saying this isn't buyer remorse, I purchased a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD with 144K low miles for a duramax bought on 9-13-13 went to drive home stopped for dinner truck didn't start come to find out lot porter put GAS in instead of DIESEL so they came to my house the next day to get keys and I was told then about the gas/diesel mix up.. Going back to the day of purchase the xx engine lite was on and I was told it was due to an aftermarket part.. So they towed it to their shop to fix it, this is saturday 9-14-13 I was called later to tell me the truck wouldn't be done due to tech went home early(poor customer service) Monday rolls around and the tech is now sick, so by wed they call and tell me the heads(2) have to come off due to broken glow plug it will be friday when done(1 week after purchase) friday nite comes they are just getting done and what to know if I want to pick it up, I asked has it been driven, no is the answer you would thing after all that they would drive it. So I pick it up saturday morning it has only 18 miles on since work and that was put on by the salesman not a tech. I talked to James the service writer and he told me all 8 glow plugs were replaced along with the injectors so I asked for the work order for my records, I notice only 1 injector was replaced and at the bottom of the work order it states the truck was test driven and codes cleared. When I picked up the truck the xx engine lite is on and their claim is an aftermarket part, not TRUE. I took it to a shop only to find out the MAF (mass air flow) sensor is bad along with an EGR code which is due to a bad vacuum pump, it also has a leaking rear axle seal.. I called George Gee and they said the truck sold as is they are not fixing anything. Well when I bought the truck it had a Certified sticker in window and their claim is that was a mistake. They lied about everything. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy here

I had been working with Ryan for days trying to finance a car. First time I called he was on his "day off," but he was very helpful. After that nothing. I'd text, call, leave messages took him 4 days to respond. He was aggressive and haughty, told me last Thursday if I had the downpayment today I qualified, done deal for the Mercedes. I asks him what paperwork he needed he said NONE. I gather the money and called to make appointment, took another 4 days calling, texting, messages, no response. By this time I had no transportation. Finally, sweet receptionist found Nancy to help me. Nancy was a breath of fresh air. She goes above and beyond any car sales person has ever done. She will do whatever it takes to make it easy on you, she drove the car to me then took me to work. She help me to test drive a Mercedes. Ryan's lack of follow through left me without a car, which added so much stress to my life getting my boys around etc. Never has Ryan even attempted to call me back. Nancy met me at my work drove back and forth picking up paperwork going from Liberty Lake to downtown Spokane. She was amazing!! I highly recommend Nancy for all your vehicle needs. Stay away from Ryan's empty promises, lack of follow through and condescending attitude. 5 stars for Nancy, -5 for Ryan.

I purchased a car "as is" from this dealership yet when i went to pick it up the tires had been changed and the rims were off. When confronted they promised to make it right. I never took possession of vehicle and had terrible experience with staff, esp the sales managers. I have yet to have a general manager even return my call. I want out of the deal as I feel scammed. The sales manager says that he has two salesmen that say they told us that the tires on the car would not come with the car. I told him I have two paying customers who say that it not true and he laughed at me. I have contacted the Attorney General but the bottom line is; since I signed I am bound, yet it still is not the way I purchased the car. Since it is not the car that is the problem, unless the dealership lets us out of the deal. It is Friday, this fiasco started on Monday and I am out of my money and without a car!

I had a touchy issue with my warranty and he helped greatly in making sure the vehicle was covered and repaired. Certified vehicle overheated on the way home. They never sent my contract in. Had to pay $1000.00 to fix it. Finance department disrespectful and argues without solutions. Save youself some pain and look elsewhere. The cars they have, everyone else has for the same price or better. I totally agree with the review Jake made. Can't people just be nice?

This dealership apparently believes that customer service is not required after the purchase of a brand new vehicle from their facility. If you have any issues pertaining to your new vehicle, be prepared to phone them repeatedly just to get some sort of response back. Then, be prepared to wait just as long to get the service you paid for. They seem to lack the foresight to plan ahead for future sales. The mentality is understandable for a business who's formula is focused on the immediate sales and cash flow. However, their shortsightedness excludes other factors such as word of mouth and repeat sales. Also, it seems that they ignore the fact that other dealerships sell the same make and models. I work to hard for my money, and have too much self respect to allow myself to be disrespected by this dealership. They certainly will not have my repeat business.

We were looking for a car that was more fuel efficient and around the same payment that we had on our vehicle. We had driven by George Gee many times and thought we would give them a try and I am so glad we did. We were greeted right away by Curtis who was friendly, professional and very low pressure. We walked around the lot and explained to him what we were looking for and the payment we wanted. He listened, was considerate and helped guide us to a 2013 Soul. Although my husband was not sold on the Soul initially, Curtis was honest and straight forward and let us take our time. He helped us fill out paperwork for financing, took us on a great test drive and really was our advocate when it came for time for making a deal and getting us a screaming deal on a brand new car. Rocky, in finance, was friendly and low pressure during the signing and helped walk us through everything we were signing. We had our three year old son with us and there was a great corner with toys and games for him to play in that was clean and safe. When my son said he was hungry, another salesperson there saw he was hungry and went and made him a sandwich and got him a bottle of water. The entire time we were there, we felt like Curtis and every member of their crew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and truly cared about giving us the best car buying experience possible. We have had our 2013 KIA Soul for four days now and it is the very best car we have ever owned. We highly and wholeheartedly recommend George Gee, Curtis and Rocky and will definitely buy from them again.

I HAD BOUGHT TWO BRAND NEW CARS OFF THERE LOT A COUPLE YEARS AGO. TOTALING 40,000... I had called to schedule an oil change appointment and a lady answered and at the time only one lady worked in the shop, she denied my service and told my boyfriend to go get bent!!!! I Had my mother call there and asked to speak to the gentleman in charge and he said that he couldn't do anything about it?! REALLY this place is horrible if you want to buy a kia go to the dealership in coeur d alene id, they actually care about you and give you free oil changes every once and awhile!!!!

My original visit to George Gee Kia was to fix a problem with my 2011 Sorento that I purchased last year. As I was waiting I spoke to Brandon Desenberg, who originally sold me my Sorento, about refinancing. He is currently the Finance Manager. He was with a customer but said we could take care of it as soon as he was through. As I waited for him and my car repair I was approached by Curtis,who had been alerted to my needs. He suggested looking into upgrading me into a 2013 Sorento. I was curious, but loved my car. He assured me that he thought we could do this and that this would be a great step up. I was taken to lunch as Brandon worked his magic to get me the best deal. I walked out of the dealership with a beautiful 2013 Sorento with some nice upgrades. Curtis made me feel so comfortable with my purchase and was so nice to work with! Later, I returned to have the LuxCare treatment on my car. The service guys, Robby and Frank were great. I was shuttled by a very nice, young man named Jake. He was friendly and a cautious driver. Thanks to all the team at George Gee Kia. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be!!!

My visit to George Gee Kia initially was to have my 2011 Kia Sorento serviced. While I was there, I saw Brandon, who was my salesman. I had wanted to discuss refinancing my car. He was busy with another client as he is now the finance manager so he let me know that he would be with me soon. As I continued to wait for my car, I was approached by Curtis. He explained that Brandon had alerted him to my need and that he felt that they might be able to do something better than refinance. I was not so easily convinced that I needed to be looking for a new car as I had only purchased mine a year ago. Besides. I LOVE my Sorento. I was curious at what he had to offer, so we started the process. We looked at some Sorentos and we found a good fit. As Brandon started finding a great deal, Curtis took my daughter and I to lunch at the Sage Bistro, a nice little deli next door. When we came back, a deal was made and I was going home in a 2013 Sorento with nice upgrades. Will had the paperwork ready and answered all questions with easily understandable answers. Later, I brought the car back for the LuxCare treatment and I was treated very well by Robby and Frank in the service dept. They had Jake, a lot attendant, to shuttle me home. He was very nice to talk to and returned to pick me up a lot earlier than I was expecting my car to be ready. Everyone at George Gee Kia were knowledgeable and very friendly. They have made me a repeat customer and we will certainly return.

On our way home we decided to stop at the Kia dealership to check out what Kia Souls they had available. We are not new to the car buying experience, so we knew what to expect; the pressure to buy. So when we met Erin, she was friendly, kind, and attentive to our needs and our financial situation. She answered all of our questions and let us try out many different cars before we decided to go with a Forte Eco instead of the Soul. Erin NEVER once pressured us for a sale. She treated us like family, like a friend. Everyone that helped us out that night was fantastic! It was a very wonderful experience and will definitely recommend Erin at the Liberty Lake Kia!

Stopped in to look at a Sorento. Had never been inside one and heard they were of very high quality. We're met out front, as we expected, by a very nice woman named Edith. She was very helpful and friendly. After test driving several models, V6 and 4 cyl, we decided on a V6. After Hours of decision making, and help from Edith we walked out new Kia owners. Edith made the experience all the better. We came into the dealership after having several bad, high pressure experiences at other dealers. This was not the case today :)

This was the least painful car-buying experience I've ever had. My salesperson, Erin L, was totally straightforward and down to earth; I loved her. Sean in Service was also honest and wonderful, though I have had no problems with the car at all. My only frustration was with the financial guy, who tried really hard to make me feel stupid for not buying the extended warranty. Sales and service were terrific and I got an excellent deal, according to Kelley Blue Book info. I'm looking forward to the great mileage on this car!

I think that George Gee is absolutly great. I had been married years ago to a car salesman and also drove dealer trades for the company that he worked for. The sales person that I worked with,Curtis Heirston was a fantasic salesman and worked hard to get me the best deal. I always look for him when I happen to go to the dealership for an oil change. In fact my brother who was with me actual asked for Curtis when he bought his KIA several weeks later. The finance person was grat and explained everything. The service team, Sean for sure took good care of me and my car. Great team and i would recomend George Gee to anyone. We came into the dealership inquiring about the Kia Sorento. We were connected with our sales rep, Curtis and he was able to answer all the questions we had. He went over financing options and basically bent over backwards to assist us. In the end we walked out with a lease deal with just our first payment as a down and drove off in a great 2013 Kia Sorento. Curtis was great about following up with us, made sure we got home okay and was willing to answer any questions. A couple weeks following that we got another call to come in and sign paperwork because our payment got lowered. They washed the car and filled up the tank. The financing guru there Rocky also told us about future lease deals and plans to keep us informed so we can get another awesome deal. We have bought cars in the past but we would say this was our best experience and we will be coming back in the future.

I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul from George Gee Kia in Oct 2011. My salesman, Curtis Heirston, was very helpful. I needed a commuter car for my 60 mile drive each way for work. I wanted a fun, sporty ride that would get good mileage. Curtis helped me find the right car for my needs. I'm getting an average of 30 mpg and love my little Soul. The bonus is that it handles in the wind and on slick roads better than my 2008 Honda Accord.

I was so exctied to finally buy a brand new car, and they comepletely ruined it! The only good part was my sales person Erin, she was super nice and new exactly what she was talking about. But everything went down hill once i signed my name on the dotted line. They "detailed" my car and scratched by driver door big time. They "buffed it out" and sent me on my way. I went around and around with them and they finally repainted my car for me, when i got my car back the entire driver side had huge swirl marks in the paint. i had to have it paint AGAIN and the loaner car they put me in was a joke and had no gas in it. When i got it back the paint on the door STILL wasn't right and there was a scratch on the trunk. They are claiming i scratched it and are not going to fix it. all this drama for a crappy car wash. I cant talk to the manager as he always seems to be out and good luck trying to call anyone that works there because they will put you on hold and not come back to the phone. I will NEVER buy another car here and i made sure i told everyone i know to not go there. they dont care what happens after you sign the paperwork.

The reason I bought my new 3012 Soul+ was because of a letter I received from the local KIA dealership. I had a 2009 KIA Spectra EX I bought in April 2009. The dealership was looking for well maintained, low mileage vehicles. The Spectra had only 9700 miles. I took it in and after a couple hours of talking I got a good trade-in offer and a good deal on the Soul. End of story.

I bought a used from these guys when my car broke down with the rest of my disability back pay. They let me drive off with the car with out paying anything till my disability back pay got released early to purchase the vehicle they pushed me into getting a 2005 ford taurus sitting out back by the field not out front with nice vehicles when my funds got released i came into pay for it 10 days later after driving off the lot with car i had issues with car idling high and transmision shifting hard the sales guy said "were a reputable dealer with a service shop that we take care of it after you pay for the car that is its nothing but a high idle". They only thing they service shopped looked at was the high idling and they still didnt fix that and then a few days after being in there shop they transmision went out. And they refused to fix the promblem and im out 5,000 for the vehicle and another 3,000 to get the transmission fixed. I do not reccomend buying a used vehicle from this company
