AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. Keep up the good work and "job well done!"

I want to take the time to Praise Sonny Tucker our salesmen and Bill in Finance for being the Greatest EVER. You guys are a Phenomenal Team. This was not our first buy, but was by far the BEST Experience we have Ever had!!  From the very beginning, with the first phone call from Sonny reaching out to my husband, (wanting our business) to the ease of the application process and of course the final stage of Driving Away in MY NEW DREAM CAR!!!!!! (it truly IS a Dream come true) Thank you so much, Sonny for being a stand up honest individual. And to Bill, thank you for putting together such a magical deal and taking the time in going over everything and not just pushing us out the door. It was and still is so unbelievable. That I have waited 6 weeks to post a review because it has seemed almost "To Good to Be True". We are not local residents, not even Georgia Residents but in fact from North Alabama and drove all that way just to Give Gerald Jones our Business because of Sonny. The idea of purchasing online was something I would have never considered but Sonny gave me the confidence I needed to know that he was not just trying to make a sell, but confirmed that the Deal was in fact AS IS. (no bait and switch) After my Experience with Sonny and Bill I do not want to make any future purchases from any where else. WE'D DRIVE 7 HOURS ALL OVER AGAIN. I drove from north Atlanta to buy a car. It was a great experience. They were super accommodating and helpful when I had some unforeseen issues with my wire transfer. The Sales Manager made special arrangements to ensure I wouldn't have to make a second trip back to Augusta. Cam Brantley was great to work with and even sent me off with a full tank of gas. We purchased a Volkswagen Golf Alltrack from Gerald Jones VW recently. Camry Brantley was our sales team representative and he was a delight to work with. We handled almost everything via email and then we just came in to test drive and sign the paperwork. It was the easiest. It took literally 1 hour. Service Department is a no for me. I’ve taken my car here 2 times, and the disservice is why the next time my car is going to be serviced by a dealer I will have to drive to Columbia South Carolina and hope for the best. 1. First service was to check our car driving poorly. It was wobbling and shaking but they said everything was fine. They didn’t even test drive it. Feeling unsafe, I took the car to a VW mechanic, who drove it and inspected it to find that one of the tires was off balance and coming off the rim. 2. The “inspect now” notification turned on in my car. I honestly don’t know if they even inspected it properly and for some reason they apparently couldn’t turn off the “inspect now” notification I get every time I turn my car on. I feel like I waste my time and money here. I’ve had my sister visit this location to service her car as well only to be embarrassed as they also wasted her time and money because she had to take her car to another VW mechanic to fix the problems instead - more money out of her pockets. Unfortunately, this is the only VW Dealership here. I absolutely do not recommend.

Had appointment time and was able to go right in and leavecar. Service person was nice and professional. We took a oilreplacement piece that had come with the car and that wasused. Thought bill was a little high, being this is a leased carand this was our 18 month check, which we thought wouldhave things, except maybe labor, covered under a warranty.Wasn't the case. Got call later, saying next time we are in,let them know we brought our oil filter and are to be credited for the next one. If some kind of note isn't put in the computer, who are we to tell this and who is to believeus. Poor communition!

Great service dept, they are ready for you at your appt time. They tell you Joe ongoing the service will be. The waiting area is comfortable and has coffee and water available. There are also tables and computers available. If they find a problem they come explain it to you with an estimate and get your approval before they do any additional work.

Customer service was phenomenal! Although I had to wait for Gail for an hour, I like that Honda provides this service. I was able to be dropped off at work by a service member and picked up by Gail to get my vehicle. I found out from Gail that my wait time was long because when I left the waiting area to use the restroom, she happened to come at the same time asking if anyone needed a ride. She had a couple people who were waiting and she took them. She wasn't given any names so she didn't know to ask or wait around for me. I think in the future, if someone is waiting on a shuttle (Gail) a name and number should be given to Gail so she could specifically call them and let them know she is onsite. Fortunately I didn't have any schedule patients or it would have been a disaster being an hour late. During my wait time, I was asked several times by Honda employees walking by, if I was ok and if I needed anything. This made me feel well taken care of and that Honda cares about their customers while they are waiting on their vehicle. One Honda employee asked me if my coffee was ok and I admitted it was horrible. He walked me over to another waiting area with a Keurig machine and this made me super happy. Thank you Honda!!

Jaime was great! Very fast, friendly, and efficient.Can't say the same for two men that I approached upon my arrival. One man never even acknowledged that I was standing before him. He never even looked up. I asked a second man who was not doing anything, "Who is Jaime?". He said, "You just walked past her." I didn't know who Jaime was at that time. When I figured out where to go..........she was extremely busy and was the ONLY person that was even helping customers. The other two guys weren't even busy. Jaime apologized that I had to wait. Hope to get Jaime the next time I have vehicle serviced. Service department will be in a big mess if she quits !! Please give her a salary increase.

I am a long-time customer, and I have never had a problem of any sort. Kenny has been "my guy," and he treats me like family.All the work done on my car has been excellent and of reasonable cost. This last visit was for my AC, and the problem was due to a faulty transistor. I would not have know the difference if I'd been told the whole thing nodded replacement. The fact the it turned out to be a simpler fix once again proved the trustworthiness of your service dept. I am a fan for life!

It was scheduled on line. I was allowed to drop the vehicle off early and it was secured, and the service technician Anthony Wright offered a courtesy ride home if we needed it. All parts were available for the schedule repair and Anthony updated me on the status and when it would be ready to pick up. The car was washed and vacuumed before returning and Anthony reviewed the bill and service completed.

Tire rotation is still difficult! To get the Honda recommended "cross from back to front, straight front to back" tire rotation for front drive cars, I have to stand there and guide it! I sometimes even get told that straight front to back is the correct way, even though the Honda Service Manual recommends crossing back to front! Also the tire bolts are NOT being tightened in a star patten, which is causing the rotors to be slightly warped! My service manager, Don, is good; but the service manager of the oil change/tire rotation dept. does not understand Honda's recommended requirements.

Scheduled the 130K miles service on the internet, the webpage was very user friendly and intuitive. Met Jonathan at his work station when we dropped the vehicle off. He reviewed all of the requested service needs and updated recall item status. He contacted us the next day and updated us on the service and updated me on the status and that everything was on schedule. He contacted us when the car was ready, and we arrived for pick up. He reviewed the services performed and future needs during the next service period. He moved the car for pick up and the car had been washed and vacuumed.

I was having issues with my Honda Odyessey and brought it into Gerald Jones Honda. My contact person was Kenny Elam. He was not only polite and friendly, he also called me to notify me that there was a recall on my car for a fuel pump issued and said they could change that day with any other repairs my car needed. He also found that the problem I was having was also on a bulletin and under recall and so my car got fixed for free. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car washed and vacuumed out, as I have never had my car serviced there before and this was a lovely surprise! I would certainly recommend Gerald Jones Honda! It was an excellent experience!

I took my car in because it had a foul odor (rotten egg) smell. The service tech checked the catalytic converters and said that everything was fine. He could not smell the odor. When I picked up the car, it still had the smell. I went back inside and the Service Writer (Brien Smith) cam outside to the car, sat inside and could smell the odor. He then walked around the whole car searching for the smell, he lift the trunk and found that I had water in the spare tire well. I was so pleased that he took the time to come outside and find the issue. I have never had someone do that from a dealership, they usually take the word of the technician and say the job is complete. I would recommend this service center because it appears that all of their employees are engaged in making sure the customer is satisfied before they leave the dealership.

Took my vehicle in for routine oil change maintenance. Receiving area/ service bay entrance was clean and orderly, service reception team members were friendly and helpful. I have a service plan but was unable to find my coupon that day and came prepared to pay the regular price for an oil change, but the service team member was able to call the company and get my service plan verified so that I did not have to pay that day. Very nice to not have to pay the $ that I walked in expecting to have to pay. I was also informed that this dealer does free car washes with service work, but they were full on the wash schedule that day... but it was nice to know that they offer that free of charge, so that next time I schedule a service, I can request it while scheduling. The other Honda dealership I had been using does not offer this. This one is a little further from my house, but I will be using them again.

It was just a simple oil change, tire rotation, and the usual inspection checklist. Good service as always, finished with my wife's Pilot, and I drove to her work, and swapped vehicles. I went back to the dealer for the same service on my Accord. The overall experience took less than 3 hours. A nice relaxed afternoon.

One of my computer functions was lost when I had my battery replaced at a local tire shop. My go to person at Gerald Jones is Dovie Yonn. Dovie had several of her associates try to reset my car but could not. Dovie referred to me Don Ray who made an appointment to have my car fixed. Dovie is Gerald Jones to me. She is so helpful, very considerate and always help solve my problems. Don Ray was great as well. Very professional and caring. My car was looked at the appointment time and fixed in a reasonable time. I feel very fortunate to have your dealership in my life.

Just had an oil change and everything went well. Only thing I had a question about was that I was told that I needed my transmission oil changed. If they checked their service records, they would have seen that I had that done 6 months ago and only about 3000 miles ago. I didn't think I should have had it done with only a total of about 38000 miles on the vehicle anyway.

I had an accident due to faulty breaks.. Found out car had been in collision and fixed under the table by a Honda dealership in North Carolina and was never reported to car fax... Now have severe injuries that are related to the accident.. Honda corporation states that the 159 point inspection varies from state to state and they are unable to do anything for me

I purchased a Honda CRV back in 2007 from this dealership. They let me take the car home thinking that the financing will be approved. I found out the financing fell through and they me to come back to the dealership to try to try another finance company. Honda finance interest rate was way to high so I told them that I can not afford a monthly payment. I wanted to walk away from the deal and take my trade in and just go home. The sales manager at the time refused to give me my car back and told me that I had to take the deal or they will take me to court. So after hearing that I went on Fort Gordon and spoke to a JAG lawyer to see what my rights were. After a few days of the JAG lawyer and there lawyer going back and forth they wanted me to go back to the dealership to work out a deal. So my family and I went back to the dealership and tried to work out a deal. The sales manager never spoke to us we just went straight back to the finance specialist in the back office. The offer they told us that we had to take was the same one with the high interest rate. I refused to take the deal. The sales manager came into the room and told me that I couldn't take my trade in and I couldn't take the CRV home because I signed a contract. I explained to him that I the contract says if the financing falls through the contract is no good. He didn't care, he told me that my family and I will have to take taxi home. I was sooooo upset!!!!! They offered me a better interest rate so I took it and my family and I were able to drive home. Later that week I put a complaint on the Better Business Bureau. The sales manager replied to my complaint by putting saying that I am in the military and I should know how contracts work. He also made other derogatory comments about the military that I will not mention on Yelp. This is the worst car dealership I have ever seen in my life. I recommend that if you want a Honda make the two hour drive to Atlanta.

It was my first time to scheduled service at Gerald jones honda. All staff treated me at service department esp. John, Matt and Dan and Gerry or Gary with respect, answer all my question with regards to good maintenance of my car honda. Technician are reliable and honest, I felt at home! The paint on my 2008 Honda Civic LX began to fade, blister and peel last year. This condition was covered in a warranty extension dated back to 2013. My car, unfortunately, was no longer covered by that extension. The folks in the service department, specifically, Kevin Maskey, went to Honda and requested a Good Will assist with the cost of a new paint job. Honda, agreed to cover 90% of the cost. The job took two weeks which is normal for the work being done, no problems there. Dropping off the car and picking it up was smooth and easy.When I first saw the car when picking it up, I could not believe what I was seeing. It was beautiful and looked better than it did when I first bought it, I think. The folks who did the paint job were very thorough and I am incredibly happy with how my car looks now.I would recommend anyone go to Gerald Jones Honda and see they might get this same type of work done through them. It was an excellent experience. Thank you!

The Service member Don Ray was Very polite, and very knowledgeable. After explaining the problems to Don, we thought it was, he stated the service technician would have to check out the problems. We brought the car home. Don called us at home to inform us, that parts would have to be ordered if the problem was as expected and the car would have to be keep overnight. We returned the car to the service dept. When repairs were completed, we notified by phone, the car was repaired and ready to be picked up. The call was three to three and one-half hours sooner then expected. We were pleased with the service dept. and the workers Charles & Brenda Reynolds.

I went in on the wrong date to have my airbag fix due to the recall on the recall 2008 Honda Pilot. I brought my new Honda Accord back in 3 weeks after I bought it because I noticed that the interior dome lights, map lights, and vanity lights on the visors did not work. The service department took me in within an hour of my call to them and started working on the problem immediately. I was given a loaner car until the car was fixed. I received a call later that afternoon that the technician had found a bad relay that was causing the problem and that the car was fixed and I could come get it. I came back to find the car operating normally. I turned in the loaner and was on my way. It doesn't get any better than that.

There was no problem with the wait as there is a very comfortable and relaxing place to wait or you can get a shuttle ride to your place of destination and pick-up. Various drinks and snacks are offered, so I do not see any negatives that anyone can voice a complaint. Plus, I can trust that I will get top rated care and service for myself as well as for my car which is why I am there. My service person Mr. Elam is AWESOME, I can trust that whatever he states will be done for my car will be done or an explanation if something else is needed he will inform me. Overall, I am very pleased with the service that I receive.By the way, is there another way to rate. I am not the one to use a computer daily. Phone calls work best for me.

I prefer to use Gerald Jones's service for my maintenance. I want to take the best care of my car as possible. I gave a good rating over an excellent only because I had an appointment set and had arrangements made for my car to be taken care of and it couldn't happen in an acceptable time frame for my husband. Even with a scheduled appointment, the wait time was 1.5-2 hours. I had to make alternate arrangements the next day to drop my car off at 7am and it stay all day while i was at work. It was a hassle but i still choose to bring my car here rather than a Jiffy Lube or other "Express" Service.

On a heavy traffic day at the Service Dept I asked my regular Service Mgr if it was possible to be worked into their work load and the response was yes sir however it will be 1 1/2 hours before we can complete your work as there are 7 or more cars ahead of you. Richard Byrd made the purchase of my CR-V a wonderful experience! He didn't pressure me, which I hate, and was willing to let me compare several cars, even though it meant finding one and moving many other cars to get to the one I wanted to look at. Because I felt at ease with him, and trusted him, I ended up buying more car than I originally planned on buying. After originally looking at the CR-V I ran up to Toyota to look at the Rav4, and the experience alone made me RUN back to Honda! I could tell that they didn't care about ME or what I needed...they just wanted the sale. If you keep your focus on satisfying your consumer, and making the meeting of their needs number one, you will have no trouble outselling your competition! BTW...my only complaint is that the people in the repair area did not make me feel confident that my car would be cared for. I felt like I was on an assembly line with robots! Do they ever smile??? My daughter also had her older Honda Civic in for an airbag repair and she said she was treated like she didn't matter...not good fellas! Depending on the service I get from them will also weigh in whether I come back! I have a teenager who will want a new car in the near future, and I would love to send her to you!

Offered me a price on used car based on options that were not on the car. i pointed out the $1200 mistake and they agreed but did not lower the price. Added $400 DOC fee. Total ripoff used car experience. Could not tell the difference between rims and hubcaps. Said the car had power seats and sunroof when it did not. Even got the trim package wrong and confused automatic and manual transmissions. Salesman Rick Opalka is an arrogant liar. Jim Dupree tried to make up but ended up offering me the car at even a HIGHER price after his apology. He says they are having "organizational issues" Stay away.

I took my CR-V in for them to fix my airbags, after recieving a safety recall notice in the mail. Tho the part took longer than expected to arrive, my overall experience was a positive one. I took my 2014 Odyssey in for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Waiting room is exceptionally comfortable with TV, magazines, coffee and bottle water available. I had an appointment for 2:30 PM . The only disappointment was the 2 1/2 hour completion time.

Overall and in all retrospects from looking at down to the buying, was easy with no pushing ing. we told them what would have to happen in order for us to buy. They did it and we bought. I brought our CRV in for an oil change only. They advised that the 30,000 mile checkup was overdue. I could not wait that long, so they gave me a shuttle ride home and back, which was done with no hassles at all. Very convenient.

Kendall Scruggs was the consumate professional. He was patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. All in all we spent nearly 7 hours with him and drove 4 different cars. With the exception of the time we had to wait to meet with the financing manager, it was time well spent. I did not feel like I needed to take a shower when I got home. I felt like I got a reasonable amount for my trade-in, an acceptable price for the car we purchased, and an excellent finance rate that beat the already excellent deal I had obtained with my credit union.

He contacted me to remind me about my upcoming appointment and emailed me as well. I was a little thrown off because my on-line quote for the service I had chosen was half the price of what I was planning to pay but Joshua Cook stated that I was to have the 15,000 mile service. I went ahead and had my car fully serviced now instead of later. His customer service was also great. Overall my experience Gerald. ANDY JONES WILL LEAVE YOUR WIFE AND NEW BORN CHILDREN STRANDED. AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. There is nothing currently louder than caps to where I can illustrate this for you. I had purchased a "Certified Pre Owned" vehicle from this establishment less than a year ago. It was a 2007 Honda Odyssey. A month after purchase there was an axle leak at the bushings. Had to take it in to find that they do not stock the part, waited a week, got ONE of the parts. You know because there is MORE THAN ONE AXLE ON A VEHICLE!!!!!! So I had to spend my one income families time now 3 times, 4+ hours per time, in 2 months after buying the vehicle. 4th month, air conditioning assembly fails, another 2 4-hour trips for them to replace the air conditioning assembly, and recharge the freeon. Month 6, tires are now so bald have to replace all four to the tune of 480 dollars out of my children's mouths. Month 7, THE CAR BREAKS DOWN IN A PUBLIX PARKING LOT, NO START, clicking indicative of an electical system failure, I HAD A FRIEND TOW THE VEHICLE BACK TO MY HOUSE SO WE COUKD HUMP THE VEHICLE. My wife and 2 children were stranded in 100+ degree weather. This dealership did nothing and yhr warranty would only cover 50 miles. WE LIVE IN THE COUNTRY, EVERYTHING IS 50+ MILES. The car broke down an additional two times, DROVE TO THE HONDA DEALERSHIP AGAIN. ANOTHER 2 HOURS AND THEY SAID IY WAS A BATTERY AND TERMINAL CABLE AND IY WOULD COST ME 320 DOLLARS TO REPAIR THAT. NOT COVERED UNDER THEIR 3000 DOLLAR WARRANTY, WHICH YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY. Convinced Mr. Jones to own up and they replaced that. Got to listen ti the service manager for thirty minutes talk about the 300 point inspection their technicians do. TOLD HIM NOT TO WASTE MY TIME, YOUR TECHNICIANS MISSED ABOUT 60 POINTS. MONTH 10, my air conditioning has stopped, most likely will need a freeon recharge. Will cost me at least 130 dollars to do. Unless that warranty will cover it. I work with 4-10 small and medium businesses in the local area and see about 200 customers a day. I tell anyone who asks me where to get a good deal on a car to NEVER step foot into this establishment. They have terrible service, when they are servicing their "High Quality Vehicles" they offer you nothing in the way of a courtesy car I'd you have a family of 3. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, ESPECIALLY A CERTIFOED PRE OWNED!! Email me of you need any other details, and I will give you a full service history.

This place is disrespectful to their customers and money hungry. We bought 2 cars on the same day. Within 24 hrs I found that the driver's visor mirror was cracked and they told ME it would cost $250 to replace. I soon found out that our sales assoc. was either fired or quit within a week of the purchases and NO ONE followed up with us. It took me 4 times and 6 months to finally get the owners manually to my car. 7 months later my cars water pump and timing belt go out. I have a print out showing the maintenance and things they checked the week prior to to my purchase but this must have been fabricated because the mechanic that looked at it now stated several obvious things that were not put back in place or bolted correctly. WOW. To think that I am still making payments and have to have someone work on the engine. The other car we purchased was a certified Honda and well we have had water leaking problems that are ruining the interior. The service department was already tried once with no success and have to try again. THIS IS INSANE to have to deal with when you are making payments for something. Not to mention the time out your day/week to have to go back for a problem that I am sure they knew about when they sold the car. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. Even if you go try to talk to someone for help, they are stuck up and rude with no customer service skills.

The sales side of our experience with Gerald Jones Honda was excellent. Both Dave and Travis were easy to work with and very professional. We were able to agree on a price within 20 minutes. Our only complaint was the long length of time it took to process the paperwork and then when we actually went to sign the paperwork we felt very rushed. It was close to closing time and the gentleman we dealt with was in a hurry to leave. He was very impatient. This left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths after an otherwise great experience. Nonetheless, we highly recommend Gerald Jones Honda.

I bought a used 2010 4Runner from a younger guy, Cory Tucker, at Gerald Jones Honda. I was exceptionally pleased with all aspects of the sale. This is due to the absolute effort on the part of Mr Tucker, to accommodate me in the purchase of my car. Ge did so, by coming himself one night very late about 3 1/2 hours away from both of us. This saved me a great deal of hassle, and was a major deciding factor in the purchase of the vehicle, although Mr Tucker did not kmow it at the time. He did it out of customer satisfaction and for that I thank him. Also his supervisors were great in allowing this exception to take place. It was actually the first time I had ever bought a car and Mr. Tucker and Gerald Jones Honda in general made the process a much easier one. Furthermore, the price and quality of the vehicle was wonderful, and on a fully loaded model. I had a great experience with Glenn McCall. I found just the car I wanted online...a new Honda Pilot with all of the features I wanted. I went to the dealership anticipating a normal (difficult) buying experience...instead it was a dream! Instead of trading in my van, which had several months to go on the lease, he suggested we pay off the rest of the lease and turn it in. He handled the entire turn in process for me, including having the van detailed. Even though I didn't come into the dealership until 6:15 at night, I drove out with my new Honda Pilot that same evening. I love the car, but I really love how easy the transaction was. We purchased a used car from Gerald Jones and were initially very happy with it. After only a few short days, we had serious problems with engine oil. Turns out, when they performed the oil change they promised, they forgot to fill it back up with oil. The salesman told us it wasn't the first time they had drained oil from a car and forgot to replace it. Luckily, it doesn't seem that any serious damage was done, but that was only because we were able to take care of the problem ourselves. Also, when I went to the DMV to get new license plates, they told me the car title was in some else's name. The dealership took almost 8 weeks to get the title straightened out, and that was only because I was calling their office every single day and showing up in person every other day or so. The woman who was supposed to be handling it went out of town and apparently didn't tell anyone else in the office that there were problems with it. When they finally claimed to have it done, it wasn't our car but another customer with the same last name. We ended up having late charges from the state because we couldn't register the vehicle in time. Eventually Gerald Jones covered the fees, but only after a lot of headache. I wouldn't trust them to work on my car or be able to properly sell me another one. I won't be going back.

Me and my fiance took our 93 prelude to Gerald Jones Honda for repairs. While our car was being fixed we were approached by Mr. Clough Campbell. He was just doing his job, so we were asking him questions concerning a new car. Well I don't have a job and my fiance was going through bankruptcy, so we knew that we would not be able to purchase a car. However my mom bought us a car three days later. Everything that was promised turned out to be a lie. Now we can't register the car because we need a bill of sale and a title for the car. The car was repossed and we can't locate the previous owner. They want us to do all the foot work to locate this information. I have called them and left numerous messages to call me everyday. Still no response. The car payment is due on the 12th and we can't even drive the car because the title is nowhere to be found.
