We were in the market to buy a new (or used) vehicle after almost 9 yrs! Obviously we were a little anxious thinking about working with Dealers. Not so much at Germain Cadillac of Easton where our experience was nothing short of exceptional! We sent in a request to check out 2015 SRX and got a quick reply back from Brad. I asked a few other questions via text/email and got swift responses back. We were very pleased. We then scheduled a test drive for next day and Brad had it all ready for us by the time we arrived. We left on the note that we really liked the SUV and will get back with him soon and if he can do anything about the price to make the offer even more attractive. Brad delivered on that and we decided to move forward with the purchase within the next 3 days. We were kinda crunched for time so Brad went over and above and offered to deliver the car and bring the paperwork right to our home for signature! We were totally blown away by this experience! We have wowed our friends with this story as well. Overall, we had an awesome buying experience with Germain Cadillac of Easton, specifically Brad and would highly recommend this dealership and Brad to anyone.

After learning our family would be growing again with our first child still under 2 I needed to find a bigger, reliable, snow-safe vehicle ASAP. I reached out about one in particular and Mike responded right away. I knew the car was priced to sell but would be perfect for my family. From the the moment we walked into Germain Cadillac we were blown away and treated with respect and dignity. From the young girl who greeted us at the door to our salesman Brad M. We had visited different dealers throughout the day and had about enough of the "price gimmicks" they presented to is. When we arrived at Germain Brad was patient with me when test driving different vehicles and in the decision process. When we settled on the vehicle we wanted Brad stated that once you say yes that he would have us out the door in about an hour. Overly optimistic we thought however he delivered on his word. After we committed to saying yes we were out the door in about an hour. We left after closing time but none of the colleagues at Germain made us feel rushed. Every colleague treats each other with respect also which I think says a lot about the culture for this dealership. I would recommended Germain Cadillac to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle and excellent service.

I called the dealership inquiring about a vehicle that my wife and I were looking at as we are expecting our first child. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike and he immediately after our conversation sent all the details regarding the vehicle and set a time to meet. I came in that day with my wife and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and he met all of our needs and addressed all of our concerns. However the point of the story is not about his knowledge but about the way he and his management team took care of a concern we had.As a person who is fairly knowledgeable about cars, I noticed a rattling and clunking noise on the passenger side of the vehicle as we conducted our test drive. My gut feeling was that it was a faulty suspension strut. After a few more attempts and driving the vehicle I was able to get Mike to hear the same noise I was hearing. After we ran the numbers and payment, I was slightly "gun shy" about pulling the trigger on the purchase. Mike knew it had to do with that noise and did everything he could to identify what it was. When we could not identify it he went the extra mile by calling a colleague of his at another dealership up the street to squeeze me in for an impromptu vehicle assessment. Mind you this was at 6 p.m. in the evening and that shop manager squeezed me in! Upon their review, they did confirm that my suspicion was correct, there was a bad suspension on the right side of the vehicle. Mike and the Germain management team went ahead and took care of the cost along with making sure my family was safe. I can't thank Mike and the Germain team enough for great service and for the integrity and exemplifying what their brand stans for. God willing I will make my first luxury car purchase from them!

I was having trouble finding the vehicle I wanted in a 300 mile radius from my home in Virginia, took a shot at expanding my search and found my vehicle in Ohio at Germain Cadillac. I called and spoke with Neal the next morning and he was able to gather more information, take additional pictures and have the paperwork in the mail before early afternoon. Mike was awesome to work with. We came in to the dealership knowing the vehicle we were interested in and Mike was on top of it. Brad Martinkovich made all the difference. Pleasant online presence at first contact - got us to come in. (Patrick - my first contact with the dealer online, needs significant work on his web presence. I experienced the misfortune of losing my car to a total in an accident. In an effort to replace my loss, I used the internet in my search for a replacement within 50 miles. After two weeks, I could not find a better deal on a 2012 Volvo than Germain Cadillac-Easton. I even worked with two other local dealerships, but they could not beat the price of Germain. I always deal with one of the local Volvo dealers but this was a great deal. An easy online contact with Brad Martinkovich and a few days later, I was behind the wheel of a very clean Volvo S80. (this is my 4th S80).I was pre-approved for a loan through my bank with a good interest rate, and Brad agreed, but suggested we try to find a better rate. I worked with Wes Echols in purchasing my 2014 VW Beetle from Germain Cadillac of Easton. The pictures and price were attractive and compared well to several other Beetles I had looked at and test drove in my area. So this purchase was all about trust. I had to trust the pictures and the verbal descriptions by Wes that the car was indeed in excellent condition. Additionally since I had never purchased a vehicle out of state I had to trust that the delivery go well. All the paper work was handled over night with a prepaid return envelope. The vehicle was delivered in one day by a very careful and friendly auto transport driver from Ohio. And, the car was delivered with both sets of mats and a full tank of gas. Very happy with the whole experience.

From the minute we walked in to the dealership we were treated with respect. Everyone we talked to seemed genuine, helpful and happy to be there. Neil answered all our questions and made us feel as though we were his top priority. The car was as advertised. No high pressure or silly games. We were able to drive home with the car in just a few hours. Neil and the service department went the extra mile for us by chasing down a replacement bulb for a burned out fog light while we were in town so that we wouldn't have to spend another half a day coming back.

This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Germain Cadillac and once again it has been a great experience. My sales professional, Marc Rieser has to be the "MVP of sales" for central Ohio. Marc knew exactly what I was searching for and knows that I will not settle for mediocre. Kenny Quinn utilized his vast knowledge of the market in locating a lightly used Cadillac Escalade Premium which are not easy vehicles to locate given their different badging from common Escalades. Once the vehicle arrived, Marc immediately reached out to me within hours and the process moved quickly. I was in my vehicle (cleanup, certified process, etc) within the week. Kenny and Marc will continue to get my business. They have earned it. Matt French in service is very customer focused and rounds out a great Germain team.

I seriously had the WORST experience ever, then everything was made right and I couldn't be happier.To make a very long story as short as possible, I visited this dealership and was treated poorly by an employee. I was made to feel like I wasn't welcome and well, let's just say no one will have to worry about that guy again! The GM, Kenny, introduces me to Mike Perkins, gives me what I wanted for my trade-in and both Mike and the GM treated my fiancee and I wonderful!Then... the car I purchased had a fluke in the engine (that no one could've seen coming) and was just outside of warranty. I was devastated because I JUST bought the car. They offered to fix my car for me at no charge or if I wanted, they'd buy it back. I let them buy the car back from me. They then sold me a car at an amazing deal that's practically new!I seriously couldn't be happier. I've never had a better car buying experience, despite the many headaches in the beginning. This was our first time ever buying a car at a dealership (altho we've visited quite a few) and oh my goodness what an incredible place to BE! You absolutely HAVE to at least visit this place! It's GORGEOUS! The cars are amazing and everyone there is 100% friendly, respectful and well-educated about ALL the vehicles you will find there. They know absolutely everything there is to know about the cars they sell and this is not an exaggeration. How many times have you gone to a car lot and asked normal everyday questions about the cars and no one has a clue what any of the answers are? It actually happened to us enough before we got to Germain that we thought ALL car salesmen were relatively clueless (lol it's true I'm sorry gees). Well not here! Everything at Germain is pristine and the cars are incredible. You will see cars here that you've never seen before . There are no words really; it was a wonderful experience in every way. We got a FABULOUS pre-owned Honda CR-V that is simply perfect! Traveled an hour and a half to get it. Mr Anderson met us and even had the CR-V parked right by the door ready and all warmed up inside :-) A great guy who helped us every step of the way -honest and very trust-worthy, a down to earth person. We will absolutely 100% return to this dealership! It honestly doesn't matter where you live --you've GOT to travel to this place and see the gorgeous cars they have. Hopefully Mr. Anderson will be there (you could ask for him!) but if not, all the other salespeople we met were super nice as well. A+++++

I was very pleased with the level of service I received during and after the buying process. I am one of those that dislikes buying a car and always leery when purchasing one. Marc worked with me even on his day off to give me a list of cars available in my price range and type that I was looking for . I did not feel steered into any one car or category of cars and was able to work my way through what was avaiable with his guidance. I inquired about a vehicle, gave as much info as I could to get things started. The salesman responded with, I would have to take a $2,000 loss on my vehicle a 2012, which then I was told that I would have to make an $8,000 dollar down to get the monthly amount I wanted. The vehicle a 2012 was in the low to mid 20,s and I have little over 15,000 left on mine. I was never told about an interest rate or loan term. Felt as if it was just to get rid of me. Im sure this is a good dealership, just not for me. This is the first and last time I will inquire on the net. I have a great salesmen at Stadium in Salem, Oh. that has been with me through 2 envoys a z71 Silverado and my equinox. I'll just wait for what I'm looking for to come through them. I should have known better then to leave the farm.

We recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX from Germain at Easton. Our sales person was Mark Rieser who was absolutely great to work with. I never felt pressured to buy. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and options. Mark was focused on what was important to us vs. just selling a car. There were a few minor items that Mark agreed to have repaired and he kept his word. All repairs were made during one visit as promised. Kudos to Mark for being a great sales person. We had an overall great experience. This was our 3rd experience purchasing a car from the Germain family of dealerships (Germain Honda, Germain Mercedes and Germain Cadillac) and I would buy from Germain again in the future. Let me start by saying that I am no expert when it comes to buying cars. My spouse and I have gone through the process of purchasing a new vehicle 7 times. We enjoy the selection process, but when it comes to actually sitting down and discussing the purchase of the vehicle I can honestly say that I start to feel ill. To be fair I do this with a lot of purchases but buying a car is a big deal it shouldnt be taken lightly. Research is key. Dealing with Brad Martinkovich at Germain Cadillac was, by far, the best experience in car buying that we have had. Brad's customer service skills are incredible. From the first moment that we stepped foot into the Germain dealership he made us feel comfortable. When we left the dealership after test driving a vehicle, I realized that I left my purse in the backseat. When I called Brad to verify that my purse was still in the vehicle, Brad didnt hesitate to drop everything to run and check. He actually made arrangements for a tech to deliver my purse to me vs. making me drive back to the dealership. I hung up the phone and said out loud, I am going to buy a car from this guy!. While I was joking at the time, I am so happy that we did. Good customer service is not easy to come by. But when we experience great customer service, we believe it is important to let it be known. We want to thank Brad and also Ryan Layman. Ryan made me feel comfortable while I reviewed and signed all the documents that are needed in purchasing a new vehicle. Ryan and Brad did such a great job and we wanted that to be recognized. Thank you Germain Cadillac. I traded in a 2002 Porsche Boxster S for a 2006 Porsche Carrera. Overall it was a good experience, however , I felt I could have gotten more for my trade in if dealership would have considered selling my Boxster themselves rather than whole selling it out . The Boxster was in perfect condition and very unique and I think the dealership could have sold it for at least $12k and maybe as high as $14k and the given me $10k on a trade rather than $8k. Other than this everything else was handled very professionally and the salesman Brad Martinkovich was great. I felt no unnecessary pressure and he was very professional .

Within the first week after purchasing a vehicle from dealership it started to make a noise so this past Monday we brought it in. The service dept came back to say both struts were bad and needed to be replaced. We had bought the extended warranty and was informed we would have to pay for the 200 dollar deductible. We both were a little shocked because we haven't even had it for 30 days, we don't even have the paperwork to transfer tags yet. We were told to talk to the Salesperson we bought it from so we did. He agrees to split the deductible but informed us that "it's a risk you take when buying used" not only did I feel belittled but really?? Do you tell customers that while you sit down trying to sell them a car? I understand it's a risk BUT it's always a risk when you trust a dealership that they do there jobs to make sure it's ok to sell. I've tried to contact Holli The customer service rep 3 times now to have no call back. I have also sent an email to dealership with nothing back. I own my own business and would NEVER treat my customers this way. Germain came highly recommended to me by a handful of my own customers. I would not recommend Cadillac of Easton or the Salesman we had.

I went in to look at a used Subaru Legacy. I worked with Bryan, who showed me and a friend the car. Bryan was very personable and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. There were no pressure sales tactics or anything of the sort, just a genuine desire to understand my needs and what I was looking for. Great no pressure sales. I hate the hard sell and the team I worked with made the car buying experience simple. Let me reiterate, I hate getting the hard sell on a used car. The vehicle I was looking for rarely comes up for sale and I found one here. There was a problem with the vehicle that I didn't notice until after the sale was finalized. It was no one's fault, it was almost unnoticeable, a small crack in the windshield. I called the salesman (Patrick Anderson) and he said no problem, we'll take of it. And did. The mobile service installed a new windshield promptly.The sales consultant (Ryan) took care of my missing title. Received the memo title and registration today. He asked about an extended warranty. I said I already had it taken care of with my bank. He said that was fine and he'd take care of the title and registration. Once again, no hard sell.I research the used vehicles I want and keep them for a long time (two years old and mileage in the 20,000's).I highly recommend Germain Cadillac for a new or used vehicle purchase.

I've forwarded you a communication to Justin Flood that briefly summarizes my experience on Saturday 10-24-15 when my wife and I came into Germain Cadillac at Easton to test drive a new Cadillac XTS. As you can see my wife and I felt we were treated to a first class experience. I've purchased many cars in my 58 years of driving (over 100) and included in that number have been countless high end vehicles such as Mercedes, Porches, Jaguars, etc. I have to admit that I've had many good experiences over the years. However, the test drive experience at Germain Cadillac on 10-24 and ultimately the final lease and pick-up of the vehicle on Friday 10-30-15 have set a new standard in terms of my expectations going forward. On our visit this past Friday both Mike Visocky and Kenny Quinn made a point to come out to meet us and emphasize that should I have any questions or issues down the road not to hesitate to communicate with them directly. They both also made certain to provide me with their business cards. They could not have been nicer and more sincere in their extremely personalized approach to dealing with us as customers. In the past I've met many General Managers and Sales Managers of dealerships in the course of purchasing a vehicle. I can honestly say none have presented themselves in such a sincere and down to earth manner. My previous encounters have always seemed more perfunctory in nature. We are particular and exacting with the vehicles we drive, thus will travel (fly and/or drive) many miles for the right car that meets our particulars. We have done this on five of the past seven vehicles we have purchased... thus we have a basis for this review.Once we found the vehicle we were interested in (and there were many) we contacted Garmain via the Autotrader website where we found the car. Within HOURS of the contact, we had a reply from Neil Daniels answering our questions. Note we had also looked at other cars, reaching out to other dealers we had found online and had gotten responses a week later, or ignored after multiple attempts. In short order we had solidified the deal, with Germain graciously overnighting the paperwork for us to complete in advance of delivery.Upon arrival at the dealership (bright and early, the day after our road trip) we inspected the vehicle and it was indeed everything Germain (and Neil) had reported. I had taken their description with a grain of salt based on past experiences, however their description was spot on. Also note I am an Engineer, so I am quite exacting and detailed so not much gets past me.Finally, the final sales price was great. :-D

Germain Cadillac of Easton is run by some dishonest people.....I am from California...I closed a deal with them by paying 75% of the purchase price and I was told by joe, we will mark the vehicle sold....and then Joe calls me after a day and I was already in New Mexico...he asked me when can I make it I told him tomorrow.. As I am in new mexico..... Joe said ok good... And after 45 minutes joe sends me a text the car has been sold where can I send your money back...So I am in middle of no where...figuring out... What just happened....joe told me Kenny the sales manager will be calling me on the details.... After numerous attempts I was able to talk to Kenny....and he denied of knowing anything about the situation...ONE word they have no morals and ethics of customer service...

We had been truck shopping for awhile and struck out where ever we went. Everyone wanted to sell us a truck and lie about the condition and shape that it was in. We went as far as Lansing, MI and Fort Wayne,IN with no luck but someone just wanting to make a sale. We came home very discouraged and upset by no one being honest. Now we know this is how car salesmen make their living but Neil was different. He was upfront and honest about the condition of the truck. Took lots of pictures and videos for us to look at. When we got there the atmosphere was different from all the rest!! Very clean and upscale dealer with sales people who treated us like people and not numbers! Neil was not pushy and had our best interest in mind. He was able to work up a deal for us and we came home with a great truck! Would recommend this dealership to anyone and Neil as a sales person!! Was well worthy the hour and a half drive!!

I recently bought a 2012 CTS-V sedan from Germain. After 3 months of searching for the perfect match and speaking with different dealerships across the states I was ready to give up. We found one we liked in California we agreed to buy, we were financed and waiting for paperwork to arrive; however, customer service was poor as well as communication regarding details. The next morning my fiance seen a new listing for a 2012 CTS V a few hours away that was on the higher end of our budget. We immediately called and spoke with Donna, jumped in the car and drove 5 straight hours to Columbus to see the vehicle. While we were on our way she got our loan approved at a much lower interest rate than the dealership in California and had our payments right below where we wanted to be! One look at the car and I was in love and drove it home that same day. The dealership was immaculate and everyone was very nice and professional. The LONG car searching process was terrible, BUT thanks to Germain the car buying process was easy and smooth. Even more surprising was the follow up communication for my saleswoman asking about my experience and how I was enjoying the vehicle! The 5 hour drive was totally worth it and we will more than likely make the drive again when its time to buy our next Cadillac!

Justin was by far the beat. I went to a few other places they didn't wanna help me. Justin did everything they should have done. To bad they don't have more sales men like him. I'm very happy with my purchase and will never go anywhere else when looking for a car.

I reached a point with my (then) current vehicle where I knew I needed an upgrade for my own safety. After searching for a pre-owned CR-V for several weeks, I spotted one on Germain's website. The price was well below competitors and I wondered "What's the catch?" Mike and the Germain team truly offered the best price out of anyone else - no catch. The vehicle I purchased is comparable - if not in better condition - than the CR-Vs marked up thousands of dollars higher. The experience was great - especially compared to other dealerships that preyed upon me, the naive first-time car buyer. Mike and team were very patient and understanding of the big decision I was making. I will definitely come back when it is time to upgrade again.

Contacted Brad about a vehicle I was interested in and told him I was ready to buy that day. Asked if the dealership could work with me on the price and Brad flat out told me no. There was no let me see what I can do, or let's work together and I will talk to a manager, or what else can we do to make this happen. Just No! Find me a comparable and then maybe I'll go to a manager is what I got. Not good service. Went to another dealership that day and bought from someone who did go to bat for me.

We purchased a pre-owned Acura ILX from Germain a week ago. We were immensely impressed from the first phone call to the last handshake. They were competitively priced and still willing to negotiate. Neil Daniels is a tremendous salesman. We have bought many vehicles, both new and pre-owned, and he is by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. We drove well over two hours to reach the dealership and found the car to be precisely as Neil represented it. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately, took a test drive, completed all the paper work and were returning home with our impeccably clean car (which had a full tank of gas I might add) in slightly over an hour. From our experience we would highly recommend both Germain and especially Neil Daniels for your next vehicle purchase. The distance traveled will be well worth your time and believe you will have a very positive experience!

I found just the exactly the 2 year old, low mileage car I was looking for; the price was quite fair and the buying process (through the mail since I'm out of state) was pretty simple. However, AFTER they had my check the service was practically non-existent. I bought the car sight unseen and drove 3 hours to get it and they couldn't have been less interested. The facility is gorgeous and they obviously spend a lot of money on creating an impression of service, but the actual service was dismissive. I had what I thought were seemingly simple questions following the sale. (The driver side floor mat is missing - do you know where it is? Do you have a manual? Why was I charged the wrong tax amount? My temporary plate is about to expire, where is the title?) I heard "Can't figure it out." "Don't know." "Oh yes, I guess we'll get you a check." So far, the car seems great and I hope that holds true, but I was unimpressed with the service from the online sales team. I ended up ordering my own floor mat and was reimbursed and I did get the check for the tax difference, but I had to pursue all of these things - no one reached out to me. Just not what I expected. Be sure to ask plenty of questions BEFORE you buy, because after you buy (at least in my experience), they aren't very responsive.

When it comes to spending a non-trivial amount of money (over $30 000), you'd expect a decent level of customer service. This is not the case at this dealership. Expect that your paperwork will take forever to process because salespeople can't spell and will have to re-type all your info multiple times. They will blame it on the system however. And after you got your dream vehicle, expect to spend a lot of time to get this dealership to send you all the necessary paperwork. They don't return your calls, don't explain why delays occur and don't give any answers, and keep promising things that don't happen. I bought myself a whole lot of frustration for over $30 000 and wish I had gone to a different dealership. Should've looked up their reviews on Google - they are awful as well.

They are dedicated to EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE as I went in 6 months ago to talk to Marc Rieser about a vehicle and he took time then trying to work a deal for me, but I just was not ready to move forward at the time. Yesterday, (6 months later), I went back to see Marc like I told him I would because he seemed trustworthy the first time we met and I ended up buying a 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe, which was my dream car for years, black(paint) on black (leather) on black (me) lol. I am 110% satisfied and will be going back to see this great group of gentlemen when I am ready to buy another car in the future. If you are like me and question if your car sales man is going to lie and cheat you, you will NOT have to worry about that with Marc, Ryan, and Kenny. These guys are legit. I just received delivery of my used 2011 Dodge Durango from Germain Cadillac and could not be HAPPIER!!! I have been in and around the car business all my life with my dad having owned a few dealerships during my childhood. Recently found a Used Volvo via Cars.com at Germain Cadillac of Easton. Sales representative was very attentive, responsive and straightforward. We wanted the car with 2 items for service (rattle noise and an alignment). There was no push back or disagreement and these items were part of the purchase agreement. We were able to negotiate a good deall for both parties and were very satisfied with the experience. When we picked up the car after the service items were take care of, the service department was pleasant and quick to respond. Overall, I would do business with this dealership again.

She was very friendly and had a warm smile that made the final beginning and final transaction a pleasure. Jackie and Bob greeted me with a smile and checked the car efficiently. Since it was a work day and we had to get back to the office Marc delivered the Ford Escape to my office 3 hours later. We signed the paper work and it was that easy. I recently purchased a car from Germain Cadillac of Easton. I was relocating from Phoenix to the Dayton, Ohio area and did most of my research and the buying process online. Marc Rieser was the associate I dealt with and he was quite accommodating with my needs. Because I was in the process of moving and quite busy, Marc had two of Germain's employees drive the car to Dayton and deliver it to me with a full tank of gas. In addition to that, Marc came in on his day off so a friend of mine (who lives in Columbus) could test drive the car for me. I would definitely purchase a car from Germain again because the customer service was great. Purchased a vehicle on 6/1/13. The transmission blew 8 miles down the road. Consulted with the dealership on the situation. Was told to get an estimate and they would help with the situation. Brought in an estimate ($3000 in repairs) from a reputable garage. General manager did not agree with the estimate. He wanted me to take it to another garage that he prefers. I said, if you had a preference then why wasn't I informed that you would only accept an estimate from a specific garage. Asked what they were going to do in regards to the situation. He said they would help "some." I asked him to define what the word "some" meant as I find it to be rather ambiguous. He said that he could get a discount on repairs at a local garage and then they would help "some." I said, I don't believe this vehicle should have ever been sold if it were in such disrepair and that they should give a refund under the circumstances. (total purchase price with tax etc. was $6998) The repairs are nearly half as much as the vehicle and needless to say if I had any idea that Germain Cadillac would sell something under those circumstances, I would have never purchased anything there. So, I took the vehicle to the 2nd garage. The garage informed me that the transmission was bad and it needed replaced as did the previous garage. The garage also informed me that the dealership asked them to just try to replace the sensors despite the fact that the transmission was bad. This has been the worst experience ever imaginable in regards to a vehicle purchase. This was supposed to be my litttle brother's first car. It's been sitting in the second garage for over 3 weeks and still not repaired. The garage said they've been waiting to hear back from the dealership! Unbelievable! We should have been given our money back a long time again if Germain had no intentions of making this situation right!

To everyone that needs a good car buying experience! This year my car was starting to cost me, though that's any vehicle that's 15 years old with a little over 200,000 miles on it. So searching through some websites, I have to say the largest variety has been through the Germain group. Thinking of the name and the fact they sell the higher end brands like Lexus and Mercedes, I was a little skeptical on pricing, but they have a great pricing variety as well. I called in wanting to look at a Dodge Caliber SXT 2007 that had around 108,000 miles on it. He was very nice and understanding of my financial situation, and was more than happy to take me for a test drive of the vehicle. Once finished we went through the numbers I will say I was between that and another vehicle, and I did go with a different vehicle through a different dealership. It was a Honda, and I'm just more comfortable in Hondas. But I honestly wouldn't put that as a negative for the customer service as I have to say out of the 4 other car salesmen I worked with at other car dealers, he had the best personality, did a great job, and if I had to recommend someone he'd be the first. So if you're looking for a vehicle and you need a salesman that can be patient with you and knows what he's talking about, Chris Adams would be the guy to go to at the Germain Cadillac of Easton location.Thank you!Bryant

(Let me begin by saying that I was debating whether to buy a Lexus or Cadillac, but opted for the Cadillac due to the outstanding customer service I had received from Chris Conrad at time of purchase and subsequent service visits over the past 6 years!)So on January 9th, I took my car in for regular oil and service maintenance. My new customer service contact is Rich Dobney (spelling?). He confirmed and verified my appointment via e-mail, and followed through every step of the process. He went out and inspected my car, noticed some scuffing on mirrors and one side at rear of vehicle, and personally rubbed them out to make it look like new. I was impressed! This is the second car I've purchased from Germain Cadillac. I called ahead to ask about a car and spoke with Sara first at your appointment desk. She made me feel welcome and ensured me I'd have someone to work with when I came in and arranged a time. I was very pleased with the experience. I was looking for the right car, but outside of my experience with Germain, my usual feelings about buying a car are not good ones. I just don't generally like the experience of being pressured to buy something. John Streifel was that guy that was informative but friendly, interested in ensuring he understood what I wanted and that he could find something that fit what I was looking for. It was more of an information session about what cars fit the things I was looking for. I felt the same way when we bought our Sienna (the last purchase from Germain) and that tells me that you as a dealership are doing something right in how you are training people. I am sure I'll come back in five years when it's time to replace the van (we like to run our cars for 10 years and keep only one payment at any time). Ryan supported the finance paperwork and he was also friendly, but expedient too (something you appreciate when you don't want to spend all day signing papers). Count me as a satisfied customer.

I had been looking for the perfect car for awhile. I'd contacted several dealers and visited one other dealer in the Chicagoland area. I found a perfect fit in a 2011 SRX. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to speak to Marc, an extremely professional, non-pushy salesman. Marc helped answer all my questions and took care of all of my financing & credit documents right away. He was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable in purchasing a vehicle 250 miles from home. Upon making the drive to Easton, Marc was in contact with us several times, making sure we didn't get lost and giving us tips on what hotel accommodations were nearby, etc. When we got to Germain, we were greated immediately like we were old friends. I truely feel my experience with Marc and the staff at Germain was top notch. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone!

I had my vehicle in for fuel service just under 2 weeks earlier. The engine light came on so I immediately got the vehicle back in, just in case.Turns out it was a new issue, which was swiftly diagnosed and handled. I needed to have a coil and plug replaced -- not cheap but after the service was done the car ran like new. I'd always wondered why my pre-owned CTS was just barely noticeably not quite as fast off the blocks as any loaner I would take while it was in the shop.Well now it really purrs and it really runs. I could not be happier. The cost was just under estimate, the work was done when stated.Also, some warranty work where I had to have a loaner for a couple days involved a trunk water leak, which was handled in the early part of December.The work was done on Germain's dime and done right.The effect of having a precision machine taken care of by precision mechanics is just beyond words. I'd considered having the vehicle serviced for the engine light issue but honestly, the other option, though reputable, could not give me a straight answer over the phone on basic questions. Well, Germain Cadillac representatives could. I quickly resolved their service, just under 100.00 more than other options, was the right one.Well, I was quickly proven right. I can't believe how well a vehicle can be maintained and just how good it can run.Out of the blocks now, if this car had wings, it would leave the ground. The thrill of punching it to pass slower traffic and being pushed back into the seat is, to make the phrase trite, beyond words. I make sure to have slower traffic nearby a little to often now, just to justify punching it now and then. And this baby responds, let me tell you.This is the first car 6 months after purchase that I can honestly say it was love at first sight and still is.I have to put this in -- if I run into a woman as great as this car is, she's off the market and I'll finally settle down.

Yesterday was the first I time I dealt with Shane Cawley. I must say he is a very good representative for Germain. He was not only professional and helpful, but there was a pleasant demeanor about him which I was impressed with. He was professional yet did not have a wall out in front of him. He was easy to communicate with. As a result, I felt trusting of him and that he cared about me as a customer. He listened, understood and explained well. As I left Germain, I was happy to have worked with him and glad he is there. I look forward to working with him next time. I vote that Germain made an excellent choice in hiring Shane!

When you walk in you are just in awe of how nice the building is and how the 2 levels are laid out then you talk with someone. I started out talking with one gentleman, John, who seemed like a great guy about a 2009 Toyota Avalon. I gave him all my trade info and our credit info but he was busy the two times I came in to look at the car so I was passed off to Chris who took me on a test drive and worked the numbers for me. I was a little upset when my finance and I came in to buy the car we were passed off to Tony. Chris had called me twice and confirmed my appointment but when we showed up 15 minutes early he was too busy to help us. So we got Tony who seemed like he didn't want to help us. We sat in his office for 20 minutes while they transferred the deal and I had asked $1500 for my trade because that is what we had been quoted at other dealerships. Then came up $1000 when we decided to leave, so we asked for $500 off the price of the car. They said no and we left. If I wasn't passed off so many times and felt like a second rate citizen I may have still bought the car because it was only $500 but the customer service was lacking severely.

Wow! Very surprised! I had visited Germain Cadillac of Easton a couple years back looking to buy a new vehicle. I had an awful experience with their former sales manager, and said I would NEVER ever buy a vehicle from them. Having been in the market for a new vehicle, I wanted to buy from a reputable dealership that was close to home, so I gave Germain another chance to sell me a vehicle. I had contacted 3 other dealerships in the area in addition to Germain. My sales contact was John Streifel. I spoke to him over the phone and managed to work the majority of the deal over the phone. I like that he was upfront and honest about everything from the beginning of the process. I felt like I was in charge of the transaction, unlike previous experiences where I felt like the sales guy was trying to pull a fast one on me. Once I had the final price set on the vehicle, we started talking about my trade-in. I realize John is not in charge of appraising the trade, but this was my least favorable view of the dealership. I still feel like my vehicle was worth about $1500 more than what I was offered, but I was given a generous offer. Once that was set, we started discussing the financing for the vehicle. The process was easy and smooth - I wouldn't necessary say 'quick' though! I believe we spent about 3.5 hours at the actual dealership. John was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Cadillac. The finance guy was also really nice - I believe his name is Ryan Austin. He was friendly and explained everything thoroughly as we went through the heap of paperwork. I like that both John and Ryan were laid-back guys and genuine. In the past, I felt some sales people came off as 'fake' - this is not true with these guys! Since I purchased the vehicle, I have spoken to John regarding a few questions on the new vehicle. He still treated me as a valued customer and didn't push me off now that he had made a sale.

After reading the previous reviews I felt that I should offer one even though I have yet to make a purchase from the dealership. John Streifel has to this point provided some of the best customer service I have ever encountered at a dealership, this despite the fact that I am over 1000 miles away and all of our dealings have been via phone and email. I have never gotten a stuffy shirt or they don't care about me feeling... in fact quite the opposite, he has stayed in touch with me, advised me of a price drop on the car and gone out of his way to earn my business. Thank you John, and keep up the good work.

I have purchased 3 almost-new (ok, used is the industry term) Cadillacs and traded in 3 vehicles with Marc over the past 2 years. First one was in 2010. I believe you get what you pay for. The prices on the 3 vehicles (CTS, STS and an Escalade) were very competitive. Not a steal, but a great value. Certainly worth the price considering the condition of the vehicles. Everything was there: both keys/fobs, owners manual, Nav disc, window stickers, floor mats, etc. These were low mileage (less than 20K) vehicles and they looked and smelled brand new. Germain provides the CarFax directly off the website, no charge to click on it and view. I would not go to any dealer that did not provide that as part of the service. Whats great it is right there, you dont even need to request it. What they gave me on the trades was reasonable. Obviously, not what I could sell it for by myself, but worth not having to go through that experience. Marc, Kenny, and Ian make the process very simple and fast. I also rated Anthony as a 5, as we bring our cars there for service. The Germain service department is excellent, and Anthony does a fantastic job as one of their representatives. Vic Butler is their Service Manager and he is also excellent. The Germain dealership is first class in every respect. All the people are professional and really nice. Sure, they are running a business, and need to be profitable. The difference is in the way they treat you as a truly valued customer and their fairness when it comes to the numbers. I would refer my 88 year old parents to Germain Cadillac, and know that they would be treated right.

I am a Canadian buyer that purchased a pre-owned 2011 Volvo S40 from Marc Rieser. I found the vehicle on Carguru after looking for 2 months. I live close to the US border near Lewiston, New York and hoped to find a vehicle that was not too far from this area. I found that the best priced vehicles seemed to be in Florida until this vehicle came on line at a very competitive price at Germain, in Columbus, OHIO. I spoke to Marc about the vehicle and had hoped to put a down payment on it as he assured me that it was in excellent shape, and that I would fly to view the vehicle and make the final payment. Marc advised that he could not hold the vehicle for me if a firm purchaser attended the lot. I did not want to lose the vehicle as it was exactly what I was looking for. We compromised by Marc agreeing to bring the vehicle to a Volvo dealership in Columbus. I paid the dealership a nominal amount to perform a complete review of the vehicle. The Volvo mechanic advised that the vehicle was in mint condition. Volvo also corroborated the Carfax report, performed a small recall fix, and performed all of the warranty work that still remained on the vehicle (oil change, rotate tires, cabin filter replacement, etc) at no cost. I wired the full payment to Marc after he asked me to check the Dealer Rater web site about Germain. Germain has an excellent rating. Three days after the purchase, I flew to Columbus and was very pleased to find the car that I expected to purchase. Marc sent all of the required documents to the US/Canadian border. The vehicle is now in Canada and I saved a lot of money. I will do this again and would not hesitate to shop at Germain. I am sure to send some people their way.

After deciding on a used Cadillac I spent some time searching on-line for something that would fit my criteria. Seeing that I live in Charlotte NC it seemed at the time not very economical for me to drive as far as Columbus to buy a car so I visited a few local dealers with disappointing results. Germains price and product seemed much better then what i had seen thus far and i decied to investigate if it may be worth a trip to Columbus after all. When I called Germain everything and one was professional from Donna personally walking out to verify the car was there to Marc calling me to see if he could help with directions and assuring me the car would be there waiting for me and not out on a test drive by another potential customer. There was no pressure to buy and every question I had was answered with no hint of persuasion or deception. In the end I ended up saving approximately $2,500 which even takes into consideration my gas and hotel etc. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Came into the Dealership to place an order for a new 2013 XTS Platinum AWD, Crystal Red Tintcoat.I had talked to Donna on the phone and She set Me up with Marc. I found that it would most probably be 6-8 weeks to get an ordered car in. I am just a little immpatient (like a child), so Marc "twisted My arm" into buying a CTS-V Sedan that was just gathering dust in their showroom!! At this point I should mention that I was trading in a C5 Corvette convertble. So the moral of this story is, I left as one very "happy camper".I have a little trouble breathing, so Marc moved vehicles around so I didn't have negotiate stairs while at the dealership. I have had the MOST positive experience of dealing with purchasing an automoble of My 70+ years!!

As a single woman looking for a luxury vehicle, I was nervous at first at how I would be received. I had concerns about being dismissed to quickly or not being seen as a serious inquiry. From the first phone call with Donna I felt welcomed. Eric Williams gave me the initial tour and test drive. He was very thorough at not only telling me about the features of the SRX, but explaining the benefits of each one before we even started the drive. He really listened to the things I said were important instead of trying to sell me on what they had available. He also laughed at my jokes which made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process. :)Because Eric had an earlier prospect come back to purchase, Megan Brandt helped me through the numbers part of the process. They came up with an option to terminate my old lease early without penalty, and provided me additional incentives and rebates to get the payment close to my desired range. Within a few minutes, Megan felt like talking to a friend. There was no high pressure sales strategy....just a genuine desire to make me happy and get me into the SRX I fell in love with!!I had planned on test driving at least 4 vehicles, but ended up only looking at two. After driving this amazing car and working with such wonderful people, I knew I had made the right choice! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new SRX!!! Thank you Cadillac of Easton!

I had a great experience with Germain Cadillac and Marc. That is until the buying process was almost done. Marc was great, However Germain accepted a check on the condition that they wait two days to cash it. They tried to cash it they same day I gave it to them and it caused me to over withdrawl my account. They were nice enough to cover the fees that I encured however they called me later the same day with the same problem. If they would talk to eachother it would be an amazing dealership. Oh and they didn't even fill the tank on my new car.They said it would cost too much to fill all the cars they sell. Really you are a Cadillac Dealer come on now. I felt that had I bought a newer more expensive car they would have treated me differently.

My wife and I were in the market for a used Lexus RX330, and found one online what we thought would be something worth driving to Columbus, Ohio to look at. From our initial call, Donna was very helpful and put us in contact with Marc Rieser. Marc was very knowledgable of the vehicle we were interested in, and answered every question we had. Marc asured us we would not be disappointed if we traveled the 1.5 hour trip to look at the vehicle. Upon arrival, we were greated by everyone who walked by. Marc had the Lexus all ready for us to hop in and take a test drive. His description of the vehicle was exactly as he described. There was some minor scuff marks on the rear bumper that I wasn't impressed with, but Marc quickly resolved any concerns, and offered to take care of the scuffs. Upon further inspection, we found a very small crack in the dash. That too was taken care of without any negotiations. My wife and I were aware that when buying a used car it is more than likely going to have some wear issues. However, this vehicle was an exception to the rule. Not only was this vehicle in excellent condition, but it was priced well below Kelly Blue Book. We purchased the Lexus RX330 on Saturday, but due to having the minor issues that had to be taken care of, we couldn't take it home that day. Marc explained to us that it would be Wednesday before the repairs would be done. We picked the car up a few hours ago, and I was amazed at the job they did to correct the issues. I can honestly say that this was truly a great car buying experience. From the intial call, to the very end, this dealership has it figured out! Marc is a huge asset to Germain Cadillac, and we will definately be contacting him again when buying another vehicle. We would like to thank Marc and Kenny Quinn for taking the hassle out of the negotiating process, and making this such a great experience!!!!

Had a great experience here when I bought my CTS Coupe. The salesmen was helpful and thorough- no pressure or mind-games. I felt comfortable with every aspect of this transaction. Went in to Germain to look at a 2003 Toyota Corolla I found online. Dealership was very busy, but my wife and I were still helped almost immediately, and were given keys to the car while we waited for Marc Rieser to finish with another customer. Took a test drive and then ran numbers. There was some brief negotiating, very friendly, and they met the price I felt comfortable with on the car after Marc checked with his manager twice(about 6-7% off their listed price.) They went halfway after the first check, but met our price after the second time Marc spoke with him. Overall it was a very good experience, a low pressure environment, and I would highly recommend working with Marc.

I must first preface my comments by saying that it is of no surprise to me that the dealership is as successful as it is because of savvy business professionals like Marc Hellman. It was very evident that he has a "customer centric" approach as he truly focuses on the needs/desires of the client; this is where most dealerships "miss the boat". My wife and I just recently purchased a Caillac Escalade and shortly after the purchase, had a few drivetrain related issues. As Marc embodies all facets of being loyal, dedicated and committed to the customer, he made the decision to put us in a different Escalade that was even nicer than the one we purchased!! My experience buying a car from Marc was excellent.He was very quickto answer them or find out what he did not know. He had the car readyand clean at the time we arranged. I found the owners manual missingwhen I got home so I called Marc and he sent one to me since I livein Canada. GM would not transfer the extra warranty that this Cadillaccertified pre owned vehicle had to Canada but they where willing tomake up the difference in the final price.I would recommend Marc toanyone buying a car there.

We went to Germain Cadillac of Easton to see a used SUV they had on their website. We were greeted by Marc, who gave us access to the vehicle in question. It was what we were hoping to find! Marc was attentive, respectful and answered all of our questions. He suggested we test drive a Cadillac SRX for comparison after discovering we had test driven many different SUVs over the past year. We drove a 2012 Cadillac SRX. The drive/ride was the best of those we had driven. The deal was great and the value fantastic! We live quite a ways away from this dealership but found an online offer for a used vehicle that we thought was a good price...so we decided to head over. After a smooth initial conversation and test drive we began our "dealing." We were reminded that it was a luxury dealership a few times in small talk, even though we were dealing on a major American brand automobile. But anyways...we were offered far below what trade-in for our vehicle was. The Boss Man came in and offered us a few thousand more than what initially was offered but still below trade-in value. After about 30 minutes of the back and forth we walked away, they never dropped the price on their vehicle at all...plus our salesman never told us goodbye or thanked us for driving 2 hours away. He was too busy talking to another employee out in the lot. Rude!

Every time I've tried to your service it has been terrible to say the least. The first time I tried to have my Cadillac STS serviced at your facility. I was always sent to voice mail, and I wouldn't get any return calls. When I finally was able to make an appointment. My appointment was not honored. It took them over 2 hrs for a basic oil change. So after I left I said oil changes must not be a strong point of your facility. Then finally I needed other service and parts. On Monday October 3rd I called the parts department to check pricing on parts and find out what I needed to do as far as order a part. After I finish my conversation with the parts department I ask them to transfer me to service. Brian answered the call. I told him i needed my STS serviced and would need a loaner car. Brian told he wouldn't a loaner car until Thursday. I said fine and set the appointment for 8 AM Thursday morning. On Thursday I arrive at the garage and find out they didn't have a appointment set for me by the attendant. Then I go inside and talk to Anthony. He said I had an appointment set for Friday and I couldn't get a loaner car. He hasn't had any available for a day and a half. One of the reasons I purchased the STS from Germain Cadillac was my salesman told that when I needed service I would be able to use a loaner car if needed. I am finding out that buying a car from Germain cadillac is the biggest mistake any one can make who values the word of individuals.

I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey from this dealer.Two months after the purchase the check engine light came on and the engine ended up needing repair. This was fortunately covered under warranty by Honda.However I also found out that the car had been in a unreported accident in which the front fender radiator and AC compressor were replaced with aftermarket ones and that the other fender, bumper, hood, driver door, and passenger door had also been repainted.My local Honda dealership and Carmax found this damage in 15 minutes, so I have to beleive that during the "used car pre-sale inspection" Germain would also have known this.They did not admit it but told me that there were no laws that require them to disclose that info. We called Germain to ask about simply returning the vehicle (only after 3 months and under 2,000 miles had gone by). The offered to buy it back for what would have been a $4000 loss for me.I know they did not do anything illegal, but they didn't do the right thing either.I also have still not received the owner's manual they said was in the packet after 3 months.My advise would be to take any used vehicle you are interested in that they have to a mechanic you trust before you buy it, because all sales are FINAL. Check everything yourself, do not take their word for it.

My Wife and I went to Columbus to pick up our son at the airport and although we had been discussing a new car for Her which would do a little better in snow ,we had no intentions of buying one until we walked into Germain with a couple of hours to kill before our sons flight landed. We have had a cadillac CTS for a couple of years and are aware of the quality and knew this would probably be the brand we went with in a SRX. While looking at the inventory Eric Ross came and introduced himself. My Wife told him we were " just looking" and He asked what She was looking for and He told her He had just what She wanted in the rear. After a short test drive I knew we weren't "just looking " anymore. After crunching the numbers we were the proud owners of a new White Cadillac SRX. We were never pressured at any time and Eric was very well versed with any questions I had. Since I have been driving I have purchased 36 new cars almost all from our local ( Portsmouth, Ohio) dealer. This is my first dealing with Germain and hopefully won't be our last.This is a very professional dealership where my Wife and I felt very comfortable and wanted at all times.

If you dont show up in your pressed white shirt and dress paints dont go. Its a little stuffy. I wanted to purchase a used pick up, yes it stuck out in all those high dollar used Lexus and Cadillac's. If you dont want the kind of customer a twelve year old pick up attracts in you fancy show room dont advertise the vehicle. I test drove the truck and was ready to purchase and ready to haggle only wanted them to reduce the price $1500.00. They informed me the dont haggle, the price advertised is the best they can offer. They said if it didn't sell in sixty days the would be happy with it going to the auction. So I left, for the next two weeks I received several phone calls and emails wanting me to rate my shopping experience and wondering why I didn't purchase or if I have found a vehicle yet. I told them I found a vehicle I wanted but they wouldn't sell it me!

I bought a certified used CTS from this dealership. I love the car, but the experience was not only the worst that I have ever had buying a car, but the worst I have had buying anything! I am actually disappointed in myself for buying from these folks, and let me tell you why: I was told by the salesman that a bluetooth system would be put into my car if I decided to purchase it. When I decided to make the purchase, he said that the offer was not for the car that I had selected because there was not enough profitabilty in it to absorb the $350 fee for the bluetooth. He said that there was enough "room" in the silver cts for the bluetooth, so I decided to buy that car instead based on the fact that the system would be installed in it. Shortly after agreeing to the purchase, the salesman recinded his offer and said it was no longer possible to put in the system. I was irate, but I needed to buy a car, so I bought it anyway. I cannot believe that they would not keep their word, and I cannot believe that a huge dealership could operate that way. The used car department at Germain Caddy of Easton lived up the the stereotype! If you can buy somewhere else do it. The car was delivered with some scratches on it, and the salesman said that they would fix them, but he will not return emails, texts or calls to set up an appointment to get that done. At this point I expect them to back out of that also.I will say one good thing: the salesman delivered the car to my house on his day off which was nice and very much appreciated, but it doesn't make up for the fact that they lied to me throughout the process.

We've been looking for a used Audi A4 convertible, bright blue, for about 6 months, and the online tools this dealer had enabled us to find it. Our search was nationwide, so finding this one within 200 miles of home was great. The dealer followed up with e-mails and phone calls, assisted with locating them as we drove into town, and went above and beyond to help us complete teh transaction that night (after hours) even though we had a complex need (we were buying the car for our Mother). We ran into the Owner of the dealership, Steve Germain, and he was a wonderful, down to earth, caring person to talk to. He spent 15 minutes with my family while I was taking care of the paperwork. Marc Rieser was my sale person, and he worked with me after the sale to get all the paperwork sent via FedEx. I will keep them on my list of places to look for any new or used car. Thank you!

Went to Germain Cadillac of Easton on the second day of looking for a Chevy Equinox saw that they had one online and it fit everything that I was looking for. John came and we talked about it took if for a test drive and was hooked! John was very nice,sociable, and answered all mine and my parents questions without hesitation! When i got it home found that the driver side door wouldn't lock with the remote or when using the automatic locks inside. I called John and he set me up with the right people and even though that part of the car was not under warranty they fixed it anyway! Originally, I called about a van I had seen on the internet at Germain but it had been sold already. I asked John S. to let us know when they get a similar car in so we could have first dibs on it. John was more than happy to accomodate us. He followed through when a van was coming in by letting us know a few days before it arrived. John was professional and easygoing throughout the process and best of all he was not pushy at all. Car Buying process was quick, painless, and quite frankly, something I would do again at this dealership. Marc was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me into buying the car like normal sales people. On the other hand though, I got a flat tire on the way home from the dealership, so i called Germain and asked them if they could help me out, They agreed to fix the tire.The next morning I took the car into the dealership to repair the tire at 10 am, and I didn't leave there till almost 1! Just to fix a tire!While waiting, the service manager kept telling me it will be around in a few minutes, and kept saying it would be done shortly.Final note -> Car buying experience = Great! Service = TERRIBLEI can't complain too much since it was done at no charge, but tire discounters would have fixed it for $20 dollars and it would have been 30 minutes.

I live a couple of hours away from this dealership, and contacted Marc via phone based on a car that the dealership had advertised on the internet. Marc was very timely in his communications with me, and described the car perfectly to me. I am livid about my experience with germain cadillac of easton. I chose to have my vehicle serviced there, and in no way shape or form, in two entire days was it serviced. Over the phone bruce sounded like an honest legitimate service advisor, as i listed all the things i wanted fixed on my 2007 H3. He was very friendly. After my truck sat for 2 days with the initial problem still in question, did i choose to remove my vehicle from their serv dept. Come to find out, my vehicle was not even being worked on. I was told i needed a diagnostic done to determine if the battery was bad?1?!?! Yes that would have cost me 125$ to check my battery?!?! I thought autozone does that for free. Furthermore my vehicle was parked offchillerlane,in i guess their storing parking lot. evertime i called to checked on my truck the receptionist said they were working on it. I had asked for an oil change that was never done because they said that the technician missed that i wanted that done, i was completely lied to, and was stuck without a vehicle for two days for nothing. I was taken advantage of, or at least they tried, and i will never return to this dealership or recomend this dealership to anyone, ever. when i took my keys from bruce i asked what was done to my truck, he said, "well, we charged the battery". Absolute terrible customer service!

I had to bring in my 2008 Cadillac DTS for A humming noise. Bruce Thomas and Matt Guth both let me know that the problem sounded like a Hub Barring and it was both front barrings had to be replaced. Luckly it was under the 5yr 100,000 mile warrenty. Both Matt and Bruce are great to work with! Bruce even was going to let me use his personal car if I needed to go any place durring my Apt. Now how often does someone offer their own auto to a customer so they can travel about while their auto is being worked on? My experience with Marc and Jason was the best I've ever received with any dealership....ever! I emailed Sales Manager Jason my "not so good and dishonest" experiences with a few other dealerships the weeks prior and what I was looking for in a new car. Jason replied promptly with help and Marc Rieser took over from there. Almost the entire deal and communication was done via email, in one day. Marc and I finally came to some numbers I was happy with and frankly, couldn't believe the deal I was getting. I was able to get a decent trade in value and with no money down purchased a new 2011 Cadillac CTS Luxury package car with a lower payment then I was paying and my insurance even went down a bit per month. While at the delearship finalizing the deal I was treated very respectfully, everyone was great and all paperwork was explained detailed to me. After everything was complete Marc gave me some education on my new purchase prior to me leaving. I highly recommend Cadillac of Easton and especially Marc Rieser as your sale representative as the man will get you the best deal, is respectful, doesn't rush things and will work with you. I am now planning on working with Jason and Marc in the near future with a trade of my wifes car from the great experience I've had. I feel compelled to let you know about my recent experience at your Easton Cadillac facility. I would imagine all too often you only get the complaints, but not this time. First and foremost a little history is in order. It has been ten plus years since I last purchased a vehicle and I would rather have open heart surgery with a dull butter knife then buy a car. That is until Friday evening Jan 7. After researching for months and visiting numerous dealerships, a couple of which are in your stable, I walked into the showroom at Easton, was greeted immediately, and had all of my questions answered and then some. Due to the snow falling I was not real anxious to take a test drive at night in the snow so we ran some numbers to see what it looked like. A good experience to this point, but enter Jason Dwyer. He made the already good experience into a great experience! I asked to come over the next day to take a test drive, to which he answered absolutely. He followed up the next day with no pressure just good follow up making sure the vehicle I wanted to drive was ready, and he and I spent quite a bit of time going over numbers and such after my test drive. I left that evening pretty sure we would close the deal which we did Monday over the phone. The car I wanted was at another dealership and Jason sent for it. When I showed up Tuesday to pick up the car, Jason had done some further work on my behalf and gotten me an even better deal. I was dumbfounded. I am not sure what comes after a great experience but whatever it is I had it, thanks to Jason Dwyer and his team. Further, I will promise you that whatever he gave up in getting me a better deal I will give to you ten fold in the form of advertising. None of the other dealerships I went into gave me the treatment I experienced with Jason. I doubt it will be ten years before I buy another vehicle and most likely it will be from Germain Cadillac of Easton.Thanks for an unbelievable experience.

Overall great sales / shopping experience when compared to other places I visited ... Brock and Jason quickly and professionally handled all my questions, and were a pleasure to interact with. Brock made saying yes very easy ... he was just so helpful, I kept coming back !!After agreeing on vehicle and pricing terms, the 'last mile' of paperwork with finance was not a consistent experience. It quickly became a hassle of waiting for people, then hard sales push to sign up for financing options after saying no 3-4 times. My other partners that purchased BMWs had a no wait completely seemless pick-up, just showed up to pick-up the car, and signed something and were on their way, no waiting or more sales steps of the process.

My after Germain Cadillac was very poor. I bought a used Honda Risdgeline with 44k miles. The truck was very nice and the price was the best I found. After I had the truck I started to run into problems. The tires were dry rotted and cracked and the dealer covered it up by slathering tire sealer over them. After my first car wash I found the rotten tires and had to replace all four tires. I was lucky that Michelle honored their tire warenty but still had $300 out of pocket. Later when I got my first oil change (60 days later) I was informed by the Honda dealer that my back brakes were shot. I called Germain and talked to a manager named Kenny. Kenny told me it was my responsibility to notice that the brakes were at 25% when I bought it from them. I believe Germain cuts corners and does not service their trade ins very well. I would recommend someone be very careful when looking at a used car at any Germain dealership and have a 3rd party inspection.

Mark was good and helped me in all possible ways. His manager was bit rude at my first visit, but that did not change my mind about buying a used one from them. Got a good deal - narrowly missed the best :-). I felt Mark understood my bargain better than his other manager Tony and when Tony got involved, I lost track - well, thats the way he needs to handle his bussiness. But at the end - a deal was made and we are all set and I had a good long drive to quench my thirst in my new (used) SUV.

Marc was great - personable, helpful, unobtrusive but attentive. I would definitely seek him out if I were to buy another car. Tom - I almost left the deal there because he was overbearing, obnoxious, condescending and loud - to the point I believe he was yelling at me! Not a good representative for what I believe you try to portray as a dealership. So, I had to split the difference on the "friendly" category and give the rating of OK instead of Excellent because Tom was involved -- he was a definite detriment.

Great experience with John Streifel and Germain Cadillac. We wanted a 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe in all wheel drive. We did most of the deal by phone and email, didn't walk into the dealership until we were ready to pick the car up. They found what I wanted, got it in quickly and made the sale fast and easy.

My first and last impressions of my experiences at Germain and with Kenny,Jason,and Chuck were those of professionalism. I ask for certain things and my requests were handled in an expediate, professional, and plesant manner. I have purchased many automobiles over the years and I did not want the "smoke and mirrors" show that so many times occurs when you deal with some dealerships. Kenny took me through the car and presented the options that were available to me and when I did make up my mind what I wanted, made the purchase process very quick and painless. Jason did the same when he and I sat down and talked financial options. Chuck close it out with giving me precise options that were available to me to protect my car in several ways. At no time during my buying experience at Germain, did I fell pressure to do something that I did not want to do or was not going to do. It was quick, painless, fun, and I drove away in a beautiful new 2011 CTS Coupe that is getting quite a few admiring looks on the road. That is when I take it out in the sunshine--no rain! We use this dealership for both our personal and company vehicles for many years. Our experience with them has been superb both with the sales dept and the service dept.Since we use the service dept more frequently I can state that they have been super great. Our visits are handled quickly and service required is well explained to our satisfaction. Service is completed on time as prommised. I would reccomend them to anybody.

It's the people. These people know how to make you feel like a privaleged customer. You want to come back. I have not been turned down for any request. I respect them, and they respect me. Those people mentioned are both sales and service. They are experienced and it shows. I shudder when I think about going outside of this dealership. The people bring me back. Kenny Quinn was an excellent salesman.He was extremely helpful and quite knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, an Escalade, we purchased. Our minds were made up when we arrived at the dealership as to the type of vehicle we wanted. His expertise and excellent salesmanship ability and quality of the care he gave us added greatly to our purchase experience. We felt a little lower price would have been another "feather in the hat" for the dealership . . . it had nothing to do with the service of sales we received . . . strictly the lack of enticement. Kenny showed us the prices of other Escalades on the websites of other dealerships to reassure us that the price was in line with others. However, if we find out in the future, that other dealerships do, indeed, lower their sticker prices on their used cars, we won't be nearly as happy.

We had the very best and most enjoyable new car purchase experience ever at Germain Cadillac of Easton! The new car saleswoman, Karin was terrific! She was very professional, extremely well informed about the product and very respectful! From the moment we were greeted when we walked in, to the tour of the awesome facility, including the meet and greet with our assigned service manager - the entire experience was unbelievable! We were very impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism and overall attitude of everyone in the dealership. I can not say enough about Karin and how calm she made us feel during the whole process of leasing the new Escalade. Her sales style was very comforting and reassuring! She did an excellent job.On another note - the survey that was mailed to me never arrived? I would really love a chance to reate the dealership and Karin in the survey. Our experience was awesome and the entire level of service was so outstanding I feel that someone really needs to know this through the survey! It's not often that companies like yours get to hear about happy customers and how thrilled they are with the overall experience at Germain Cadillac of Easton; more-so you probably only hear about complaints. Kenny took a considerable amount of time when I made the purchase to insure that I was going to get the car I wanted. He expedited the delivery of the car. When I took delivery he introduced to many folks at the dealership in the different departments and spent considerable time showing and explaining the car's features to me. Since that time he has made two follow-up calls to answer any questions which I may (and did) have.
