Beware buying a vehicle from this lot! I bought an Audi for my teenage daughter and asked the owner if the vehicle had common problems and he told me he was a master technician and could fix anything that could go wrong. Also said he would replace the sunroof screen that was missing. Which he still hasn’t replaced 3 months later. Well the low oil pressure light came on and I took it back to him. He told me he didn’t know what was wrong with it but he “would google common problems.” Days later he sends my wife a nasty text saying he “didn’t have time to waste on our vehicle.” We had to have it towed to the AUDI dealership. Within an hour they told us it was the oil pump. Easy thing to figure out if you’re a MASTER TECHNICIAN. L His vehicles are junk, and he will tell you he can fix any problems, but when it comes down to it, we were told it’s not his problem. Not only did he not know how to even diagnose the problem, he flat out refused to work on it. Buy at your own risk. But don’t let him convince you he is a master technician. This is the second vehicle we took to him which he had for days before calling and saying he doesn’t have time to mess with it. Good luck. Big thumbs down on German auto sales and service. He talks a good talk, which made us take a chance, only to be let down twice. He is a liar when he says I wanted it fixed for free. The fact is he had no clue on how to even diagnose it! No one asked for anything for free. His excuse was that someone messed it up when they last changed the oil the wrong way. Well when I bought it he said HE had just changed the oil HIMSELF. When I complained, he said I talked him down on the price so he doesn’t feel the need to work on the vehicle. Nothing but lies. Beware of this guy.

Outstanding Knoxville, TN used car dealer! Friendly, easy to deal with and no sales pressure. The dealership is in a great location, clean and well kept. I drove 7 hrs to buy 2017 BMW and car was as described and in perfect condition. It was worth the drive!!!
