Not worth the time to go in. Will over charge you for the vehicle you want. Also, NEVER respond to their promos and flyers, especially if they say you win something. You never do. Might say you win on the flyer by matching a certain code, but then when you get there, they have a different number and code to match, so the rules and what their flyers state are just a complete falsehood to get you to come in and buy their overpriced vehicles.

My experience started out very well. I saw a vehicle that I was interested in online and sent an email to the address and had good communication with an associate. I decided that I would come in that evening and take a look at the vehicle and when I arrived I was greeted quickly and courteously. I was given the option to take the vehicle offsite to show my husband, no questions asked. The sales manager had been driving the car for a few weeks and it took a few minutes to clean the car out, but I thought that this was a very nice gesture. There was some damage to the bumper of the car (both the plastic and paint), so I made sure that I mentioned this before driving off the lot. My husband and I were very interested in the vehicle, but needed to have a few questions answered that could make or break our decision to buy. The salesman worked very hard to try and obtain the answers to the questions that we had, but due to the time of night was not able to get all of the information that we needed. Sadly, we decided to leave that evening without the vehicle and wait until we could confirm that we could add on what was needed. At 11:00 pm that evening I received a text from the salesman stating that there was another party interested in the vehicle and that they were coming in first thing in the morning to put a deposit down on the vehicle. Obviously this did not make me very happy because we were waiting for answers regarding the damage and aftermarket towing capability answers. Throughout the conversation with the salesman I knew that part of this was the salesman trying to close the deal and was annoyed by that, but also concerned because we were very interested. To make a very long story shorter, we did end up purchasing the vehicle the next afternoon after completing our own research on the towing capability. We spent a great deal of time at the dealership and did not receive the deal that we were shooting for, in fact, the dealership received everything that they asked for and we did not walk away with a good experience. This is a mixture of the sales ploy, the financing and paperwork as well as the after purchase customer service. It was late that evening when we left with the vehicle and it was very dark. The next morning when it was light out, I could see that he vehicle which had been driven for a few weeks by the sales manager was not vacuumed out and there was still trash remains in the car. Annoying, yes but not the worst part. The floor mats that were wrapped in plastic in the back of the car earlier in the day when we looked at the car before purchase were gone. I contacted the sales guy and although he responded to me quickly initially there was no mention specifically of fixing the situation regarding the floor mats. I contacted the sales manager the next day who stated that I could bring the car in and that they would do a detail and put in the floor mats. Well sad to report that I have front floor mats that are not specific to my car, the middle seat floor mats are there now, but I am still missing the third row mat. I was told that they would have to order them and then I was told that they had arrived. I went in to have the rear bumper damaged sort of fixed and was told again that the mat would have to be ordered and that someone would call me back. That was on the 9th of February and I still have not received a call regarding the mat. When I took my car in on the 9th after only having it for a few weeks I already have to change the oil and have the tires rotated. This is the first time that I have ever purchased a used car and it has been such a hassle. I never even thought to think that I would be paying $50 for an oil change before I even had the car for a month. Had I known, I would have attempted to negotiate this in the purchase of the vehicle. I will say that the service department was very nice and helpful and I do not point any of my dissatisfaction towards them.

I have bad credit and a clunker to trade in but needed to get in a new car.. I was hoping to get into a used car but was able to drive out with a 2016 rob navarette was great. Nice took the time to answer any questions I had.. I am very happy with the service and my shiny new car

We recently purchased a 2015 Rainforest Green Chevy Cruze LT from Ghent Chevy in Greeley, CO. What makes this purchase a bit unusual is we live on the Gulf Coast of Texas (Alvin, TX), 1097 miles away. We located the vehicle by chance, when a local dealer told us that the only vehicle that checked all the boxes was over 1,000 miles away. We wont make any claims that we got the greatest deal ever on this vehicle, but John Syracuse and Bob Brighi made our purchase feel right. Everyone at this dealership made us feel welcome and as important as if we were purchasing their most expensive automobile. We can truly say that we felt great about our purchase. We also want to extend our thanks to Roman. He picked us up at the Denver airport and made the 45 mile trip to Greeley pass quickly

i have been doing business with Ghent Motors for over five years. Their facilities are always well maintained, they make the buying process easy and stress free, and they're always will to go out and find the car you want for you. Drew Middleton has been my go to whenever I was looking for a new vehicle. I highly recommend them to everyone, and have sent them plenty of referrals. You won't regret the decision to buy through them.

It was at the Fort Morgan Wal-Mart parking lot tent sale. All the guys were very helpful and went out of their way to help me find a car in my price range:) It was the second time of me buying a car and hands down Gent wins my families business. They stood by their word as to fixing the couple things that need done. Only due to the fact of the car I choose was a trade in that very day.... Thanks for the GREAT experience!

If your reading this then you are ready to "buy"a vehicle... You just don't want to be "sold" one. Talk to Jason I have bought 2 vehicles from him. A 08 trailblazer and my 06 duramax. Couldn't have had a better experience either times. I know that I got the best deal on both of them.. Jason will not "sell" you something you don't not feel comfortable with instead he will let you " buy" what you want for a price that your willing to pay, not convince you that this is a good deal but show you... I bought my Duramax expecting over a $700 payment with a high interest rate ( I don't have good credit ) Jason refinanced my deal three times doing anything he could to make me feel like I wasn't being "sold " I wound up buying the truck for less than listed with a very low interest rate and a payment over $100 less than expected!!! GREAT PEOPLE, financing is simple Troy did mine and everything was explained so that I could understand, NO FINE PRINT!!! took a Chevrolet silveradao pu in for some normal preventive maintence. It took 10 days longer then it should of. vegicle smoked/ran terrible. Took it back got another long delay . They failed to do the work right an in the end ruined the diesel engine with all the acknolwledged airleaks over fueling. now they don't want to stand behind their work.

In May I purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX from Ghent Motors. We didn't have time for the salesman to demonstrate all the wonderful features this automobile has, but the salesman said to call him later and he would help us with the settings, etc. We did call later only to be informed that he was no longer employed at Ghent Motors. On August 23 I went to Ghent Motors and asked for a salesman to help me. JAIME QUINONES did just that and more. He was friendly, informative, and professional. Thank you very much, JAIME QUINONES.

Just went down to Ghent Motors over Labor Day, bought a new vehicle! Was so impressed with our salesman Jason. First off he wasn't a typical salesman, I don't feel like he tried to push me into anything. He was very down to earth and helpful. Very honest and he will always have my business and anyone else I can refer go to Ghent and speak with Jason. You will not be disappointed!

Came down to trade in small sedan for a SUV/ crossover... Jason helped us out greatly and was very personal and friendly. He found us a car for the right price that we were interested in... My wife and I have purchased 5 vehicles at Ghent Chevrolet and Cadillac. I have never been in a store where the Owner himself comes out and sits with us to help us get a good deal. I really like how they treat us and how there isn't any games. I hate games that car dealers play. They even went to bat for me and got me a great interest rate on my new SRX. I will continue visiting Ghent as long as Bob Ghent is the owner and continues taking care of me and my family... J.P.M.

I was looking for a pickup with good gas milage and they had a 2005 Cheverolet Colorado. I went to inquire about the pickup and spoke to Mike Dalgato. He first had me drive the vechile to see if i liked the way it drove he showed me all the features and knew all the specs on it. He was very friendly and seemed so concerned about what i was looking for. After i drove the vehicle he took me in to Kris Hendricks and we started going over the numbers and figuring out what i needed down and what payments would work for my situation. She was very helpful and got me finianced without a glitch. I was very impressed. It seemed like i was driving away in my new vehicle right away. I highly recommend this dealership for buying a vehicle. Their was no hard pitch and i felt like i was among friends not sales people.

My daughter was looking to trade her old Cavalier that she has been driving since high school. We went to our local Chevrolet dealer here in Cheyenne to look at the new Cruze, as she had done her homework and had seen the excellent reviews. She was horribly mis-treated by their sales man saying things like " When your dad gets here we can drive the car!" She came home in tears... We had seen many commercials for Ghent on the local television and decided that we could make the drive to Greeley looking to find a dealer that could treat her fairly. We were immediately welcomed by Mike Saldago, with a smile and an attitude of service. Not only did he have her test drive 4 different Cruze's, but he actually took the time to show us payments on all 4 of the Cruzes letting my daughter make up her own mind about which Cruze was the best choice for her, and her budget. I will be telling all my friends about our experience with Mike and the team in Greeley and look forward to visiting them 1st on my next car purchase. Thank you Mike, Sandy absolutely loves her new Cruze.

I purchased my 2012 FJ Cruiser fron Ghent. They had sold me my previous car a Honda Civic, even though my Honda got great gas mileage I always wanted a FJ Cruiser; I just love how they look. I told my sales person that I had been pondering purchasing a new FJ Cruiser, but he asked me to be patient. Unlike other dealers that never get back to you Drew called me just 2 days later with great news, he had found me an FJ Cruiser. So I headed down to their lot immediately and Drew had The FJ sitting out front for me cleaned up and decorated with balloons! My FJ only had 3,000 miles on it (almost new) and they saved me over $6,000. It was also loaded with aftermarket products like rock sliders, a grill guard with fog lamps and a roof rack; all of which I could never afford to put on myself and wasn't even offered to me while I was pricing a brand new one. Ghent is my dealership for everything from buying cars to service. If you want to work with down to earth people that really go to work for you I suggest shopping at Ghent. I worked with the internet team toward purchasing a car I saw listed on their website. I wanted to trade in my current vehicle a ford taurus and and purchase a dodge charger that I was very much interested in. This was my fisrt experience in "shopping online" for a car, but so many people i talked to told me this is the way to go. From start to finish, the web team at ghent was great to say the least. They made my experience from trade in, to driving off the lot in my charger seamless. I dont think i would ever buy a car any other way going forward. To the web team at ghent - THANK YOU!!!!!

I filled out all of the paperwork, and left a down payment on Sat 12/2, they said I would have a car Monday (Christmas Eve) late day at the latest. Monday came there was a call from GHENT that they didn't have the car yet, it should be there late Monday but because of the upcoming holiday they told me Weds evening to be safe. NOW, I paid for this car on sat 12/22, and as of the 26th it was still not yet at the dealership, and was only being brought in from 140 miles away. When I asked them what was happening, they told me they never guaranteed me a car (I signed it saying that they owed me 100% customer satisfaction and a new 2013 car, and I provided them the down payment). On weds night they still didn't have my car, didn't really have any idea of where it was or when it would be there.. AND THEN GOT DEFENSIVE with me. Like the money I spent was menial. They never said sorry, thank you, and then towards the end of the conversation, they were extremely rude to me - DAVIDSON -GEBHARDT here I come - DON'T SHOP GHENT!!

Went to Ghent to trade in my cluncker they gave me a used car from one of the sale associates that it use to be his..Had the car for only a week and the clutch went out took it back and they tried blaming the situation on us. The offered to pay 400 to help fix it but acted really rude everytime we went in there. All in all worst place ever to get a car Yasser, Rico, Kris are bad sales people and will just give you dirty looks everytime you go in there with a problem

They located the exact truck I was shopping for out of town, and brought it to me. I have had some credit issues in the past few years after I was layed off from work, but that was no problem. they got me financing and treated me well. A++++++++
