We just took delivery of a new 2016 Explorer from Gilbert and Baugh. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Randy Baugh and have referred 3 other sales thru this dealreship. They are excellent in al aspects of running a dealership whether it is buying a new or used vehicle, trade in value for a vehicle, or the service department for waranty and non-warranty work. The parts department is even great at what they do. This is one dealer that can be trusted to treat you fairly and personally. Kyle Baugh has been our salesman for a number of years and does an excellent job - with no pressure. l have found that all of the employees are willing to help whether it is the finance dept, the rental dept, parts dept, service dept, etc. We will continue to buy all of our vehicles through this dealership due to the personal attention and fair deals we continue to receive.

I was looking to trade in my wife's car and had been looking /all over the internet and at some local sales lots for the car she wanted. I finally found it doing an internet search on cars.com it was at Gilbert & Baugh Ford. I did the contact me box on the website at around 10:30 pm 12/29/2015. The next morning i received a call from Kevin at the dealership. We discussed the car i was looking at getting and the one i was trading in, I explained to him that since we lived about 60 miles away I wanted to try and get as much of the deal ironed out as possible over the phone. Kevin said he understood and he even gave me his cellphone number to call him on and he also allowed me to send him pictures of my car that was going to be traded in. A short time later I received a call from the owner Randy Baugh (I have never had the owner of a dealership take the time to call me personally) he was very nice and he discussed what he felt he could give me for my car and that was after only seeing the pictures so I told him as long as I could trade it in and get the new car without needing to come up with a down payment and keep my payments as close to what they currently were we could possibly do a deal. He said he would see what they could do. That was late the evening of 12/30/2015. The next morning 12/31/2015 I got a call from Kevin saying everything was worked out the way I had asked for it to be. I was amazed, there was no back and forth on price or payment it was just done. I explained to Kevin that my wife was working and wouldn't get off work until 5:00 pm and since it was new years eve they would probably be closed, he said they would wait until i got there that evening which i told him wouldn't be until around 6:30 he said no problem. He waited for us along with the finance man Lee Culpepper and the owner Randy Baugh they had all the paperwork ready for us when we got there my wife test drove the car and when she got back we signed the papers. I was blown away that they would wait on new years eve for me and my wife to get there at whatever time it would be. I have never received better customer service anywhere and I will definitely tell everyone I know and everyone I meet how wonderful my experience was and I will definitely look to them next time I plan to buy a vehicle. Thank you guys for a smooth and pleasing experience.

I was shopping around on the internet for a Volkswagen CC. My search led me to Gilbert & Baugh Ford i was contacted immediately by Mr. Tim Johnson . Mr. Johnson was very thorough and helpful but not pushy he was more interested in customer service than he was selling the vehicle i drove over 322 miles for the sole purpose of buying this vehicle . I arrived a few minutes past 6 pm after dealership hours but the staff was very helpful and courteous. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle and service that i received from this dealership

Extremely satisfying experience. Dewayne was laser focused on working with the parts dept to insure the correct part was ordered. Brian checked availability and pricing and the correct part arrived as promised the next day. By far, the Gilbert Baugh Ford team is the best in northeast Alabama for a used vehicle buying experience, and I expect the same based on personal observation of others buying new vehicles as well. They are extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and low key/no pressure. After a lengthy search for the "right truck," my wife said this was the first sales team the didn't annoy her. I can't speak highly enough of them and will definitely recommend them to all I know.

The purchase of my 2016 Fusion was made so easy and hassle free. When I walked through the door, I was greeted by the lady behind the counter and was assisted immediately. I didn't know exactly what I want when I went in. All I knew was I wanted a Fusion. I knew my credit score, my trade in and my down payment. John, (the salesman) showed me the Fusions on the lot. They had a great selection but I opted for one with heated seats that would be in my price range. Thought they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot, John worked really hard and found the exact car I was looking for within a couple of hours. They had the car transported to G&B and I was ready to sign paperwork the next day. The car dealership that the car came from didn't have it cleaned or detailed; not a problem though! G&B ensured my car was spotless before handing the keys over. At no time did I feel anyone was trying to "get over on me", I never felt rushed to make a decision and never felt uncomfortable with the deal. Everyone there, from the first hello to the last signature on the paperwork were very professional and courteous! I wouldn't purchase a car from anywhere else. If you go to G&B and they don't have EXACTLY what you are looking for, let someone know! They can get it for you! Thank you G&B!!! I absolutely love my new Fusion!!!

I worked with Woody Anderson and a few other dealers before finding Gilbert & Baugh online. First, Kevin was very quick to answer my questions and be available via text/phone call. The OWNER then called me to ask what they could do to win my business. I have no idea who the owner at the other dealers I worked with are. They didn't care to get to know me. But Randy (owner) made me feel comfortable the entire time. He is a good ole country boy that ain't gonna do you wrong. It was like talking to a friend. They aren't pushy at all. The finance manager, Jim, was like talking to a friend as well. We traded stories and laughed as we walked through my financing options. All in all I can't be more pleased with this dealer. My first time in more than 40 years for buying a car on my own. I was unsure of what I needed or wanted and changed my mind after a preliminary agreement. G&B staff were patient, kind, and non-judgmental toward this old lady. When I did decide on the car I wanted, a 2016 Fusion, they went out of their way to find and secure the car I wanted. They even drove my old car home for me. I could not have asked to be treated better. Everyone including the owner went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and appreciated. I will never do business with any dealer other than Gilbert and Baugh.

. In April 2015, I purchased a used vehicle from them. I live 150 miles away, and it was late when I arrived. I test drove the vehicle, but was not able to get it out on the freeway. On the way home, at approx 65mph, I noticed a noise and vibration. It was too late by then to take it back (dealership closed for the night). I called first thing the next morning, and was told by the salesman that he would check and call me back. I never got a call, so Monday morning, I called back and was told same thing, he would check and call back. He did call back that time, and told me what they had done to the vehicle and why. I told him I needed to bring it back and get it checked out. He said he would talk to his manager and see what they would do and call me back. I never received a call back, so I called back and he told me his manager was busy, and he hadn't had a chance to talk with him yet, but he would and would call me back. 1 week later, I still haven't received a call back from him. I ended up handling the problem myself (turned out to be a minor problem) because I didn't want to take a day off work and drive 150 miles to argue with them. When I purchased the vehicle, while we were negotiating, and after we had agreed on a deal, the salesman complained about how they priced the vehicle too low, and the manager was not happy about it, and they could have charged a lot more for it. Not a good way to run a dealership, especially a national brand. I have had better service from a private owned used car dealership. I would not recommend them.

My husband passed away in December and as you might expect looking for a newcar was very intimidating for me. It was much different at Gilbert Baugh Ford, Cody Conner was wonderful, he did not try to push me into anything, I told him I wanted to look at other dealerships before I bought and he said that was a good ideal. The Explorer I bought is great, but the reason we bought from this dealership was because of Cody Conner's and his patience and kindness. VERY VERY helpful. I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta. The transmission has always had a sputter as all made this year do. I worried about it getting so bad at times that it could cause damage to other parts of the car. I went in for an oil change last week and spoke with them about it. They changed my oil and checked the clutch. They determined my clutch needed replacing and ordered me another one. They not only replaced the clutch but most of the transmission while they were in there. They also did updates. The day I picked it up I drove over 100 miles to a bigger city with a lot of stop and go traffic. I was amazed! I was expecting it to still have some sputtering but it had NONE! My husband, who knows a great deal about mechanic work, couldn't believe it either! It's like a totally different car! I could not be more pleased! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

F-150 XLT. The salesman, Kevin, was exceptional, polite, informed about the vehicles and was not pushy. Also enjoyed visiting with the owner, Randy. Kevin also took time to go over the operation of the electronics in the vehicle.The only negative experience was after we drove off the hood of the vehicle was not down properly and almost blew up on us before we could pull over and secure it. I took my 2012 Ford Edge Limited to Gilbert and Baugh to have a problem with the gear shift repaired. I had this same problem looked at by them at an earlier date and it was under warranty at that time. This time it was not. I was told the oil change would take 1 to 1.5 hours with the others that came in before me.My wait was just under an hour. I was a bit surprised by the increase in cost as it had just gone up two oil changes before. Have been around $29 then around $32 now $37 and change.But it's still better then having to get rid of old oil if I change it my self.

My friends story that iam telling and he had been looking for a truck for sometime and out of the blue his wife Called him and told him to go by and look at the 2009 truck it was 14,900 well he did The truck wasnt there it was at clean up he talked to salesman and one of the owners Thay told him were it was I told them he was interested and he would be bk the next day After that he came back the nextday it was about 6 pm thay close at 6 I told them I would Be bake I was going to church and he would be there the nextday so he did the truck was gone again it was at the paint shop he ask them y thay said blocking was bad he said it wont affect the price will it ?my salesman said no he told them he wanted the truck as long as it ran he would buy it was there any thing he could do he told him would call me whenn it got there and he called two days latter and told him it was sold but thay were sorry for the miss understanding Thats all u can say you have 20 other f150 s and u could make him a happy customer

Best Ever! I traveled 150 miles as they had the car I wanted. Tim Johnson was more than kind and professional. His help was outstanding, at the dealership my wife and I was greeted by the owner himself, Mr. Randy Baugh. Please note, that I have bought a lot of cars in my 67 yrs, but never got to speak with an owner. One of the nicest men I have ever met, I consider him a friend now. It gets better!! Upon agreeing on the vehicle, I was greeted by the Finance Associate Lee Culpepper. He worked his magic and got me a great rate and I was done in record time!!
