I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and oil light on. They diagnosed the vehicle very quickly and told me that it needed a complete engine flush and a bunch of other things done to it to make it right. They wanted to charge me over $1000 to do this. I contacted the dealer that I bought it from because I trusted them. I bought the vehicle out of state so the dealer was about 3hrs away. They contacted Giles nissan and went over the problem with them, after talking with them they told me to go pick up the car and they would come get it from me and take care of it. They drove right down picked it up and left me a car to drive. They had it diagnosed at a mechanic shop in their local town and realized that all it needed was an oil change. Literally cost me $60 to have it fixed. Giles nissan were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about vehicles and after the dealer I bought the car from contacted them they realized the same thing. That is why they went over and beyond to help me. My vehicle has low mileage and only couple years old. not an old vehicle. Buyer Be Ware of Giles Nissan. Get second opinion.

DON'T BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! THEY COVER NOTHING!!! I HAVE HAD TO BRING MY CAR BACK FOR REPAIRS 5 OR 6 TIMES AND THEY COVER NOTHING!!!
