Josh was super helpful, but I was not impressed with the car. Everything seemed great about the car until a week later when the battery died and I called the Opelika location to see if they could help because it had been less than a week but they just told me that I needed to find someone to give me a jump.The next day I had to jump it myself and I started smelling a rotten egg smell from my car so I brought it to Advance and they told me the battery was overheating and the whole engine could have blown up. That same day, the engine light turned on and it needed an oil change so it was just one thing after another. While I understand it's my responsibility to check the car before buying it, I'm a young woman so I just had hoped that I wouldn't have been sold a hunk of junk without a little warning because that was an additional $300 I spent trying to fix a car I had bought 6 days before.

I just got my car from there and so far I am impressed. Jackie is a great salesman and the rest of the staff were friendly.

Larry was very demanding and rushed my friend into buying a car. Said car has multiple problems. She spoke with Larry about him helping resolve this issue . He states it will be hard to get another car . And they will simply just garnish her check for non payment. It’s sad a grown man had to prey on a woman who had no help with choosing a car . She went off his word . Now she is out of a car and they don’t care . Karma will bite you Larry! It may take a year or two but you reap what you sow partner ! You don’t go around playing with people who don’t have money or help when looking for a dependable vehicle ! PERIOD !

They sold me a car in three months I had to change oil,buy tires,buy a battery,and then the engine went out.They are not good at all because I gave them my hard earned money and now I don't have a car.
