Good sales rep. and sales team. Service advisor was very good in explaining how problem would be repaired. Recall problems done in a timely manner. Will buy another auto at Ginn Chevrolet.

This dealership has very friendly people and the service is great. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Ginn Motor. I have purchased my last four vehicles here and am very satisfied!

We live over an hour and a half away from Ginn but the drive to visit the dealership is always worth it. Some of us have been known to limp a car back to Ginn from as far away as California because of the superior treatment we receive. Our family has purchased vehicles from Ginn since 1987 and we've never had anything to complain about.

Ginn is a great automobile dealership. I have bought many cars there in the past. Want to thank Michael Mann for his help with the purchase of my new vehicle. He is a great salesman. I never felt pressured during any of my purchases when he helped me. He makes you feel at home. I want to give a big shout out to Tim Cartlidge for being a great GM. Tim, you work with have a great staff.

I needed a car because my little Jetta was on her last leg, but I simply did not have time to take off of work to shop for a car. I knew I wanted a Chevy Cruze. When my mom mentioned this to our Aunt Betty, she suggested we phone her granddaughter Stephanie at Ginn Chevrolet. I phoned Stephanie and gave her an idea of what car I was looking to purchase. Within one hour, she phoned me back with an incredible deal. It was absolute amazing to work with Stephanie and the finance team at Ginn Chevrolet! This whole experience has been crazy GREAT! I love my new Cruze!

I had put off purchasing a new car for too long, mainly because I dreaded the mind games that are often played at car dealerships. Since I had previously purchased a new car from Ginn it had been many years ago so I forgot just what they are all about. In the door and out with a new Chevy Cruze in a little less than 3 hours. Michael Mann and everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and intelligent in their answers and in anticipating any questions that I might have. I could not be more pleasaed with the experience and the car. Its a shame I keep a car for many years because I wouldn't mind going back and buying another. Thank you Ginn Motors. Cindy Robinson

The wife and I were in the market for an Impala 2LTZ. Found one we really liked at Ginn Chevy and called to verify the car was on the lot. Also called to let them know we were coming to see the car and work a deal. When we arrived, the sales person took us out to look at the car, and while looking at it, another salesman got the keys and sold the car to a couple that arrived after us. We tried to work a deal on another similar car on the lot, but the dealership would not come off of the MSRP price at all, and was low balling us on our trade. We left there empty handed after several hours and went to another dealership and bought the car we wanted for a great price.
