The staff is friendly, helpful and they do what they say they will do. A quality that is hard to find these days. Everyone at the dealership is helpful and courteous. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Glen Sain and I plan to purchase my next vehicle with them. I live an hour away and there are several GMC dealers much closer, but it is worth the drive.

Took car in to have item checked, I was told I need extensive repairs. The cost $1200+. I decided to wait and think itover. I decided to get a second opinion. This shop inspected the item and fixed it for $35.00

I had researched the new Ford Escape vehicles available at the dealers in and around our area. The first one I went to did not have any of the vehicles that their website said they had. I saw that Glen Sain Ford had just what I wanted. We went there and it was exactly as their website had it listed. We had a trade-in and were able to get what we wanted for ours and was able to make a great deal on the new one. The salesman, Jeremiah, was great. He explaned all the new features and how to use them. We left there very happy with our new car.

I drove 140 miles to purchase a truck from Glen Sain Ford. The truck was not what the add and the pictures said that it was. I still agreed to purchase the truck if a small price adjustment was made. I have A+ credit with over $18,000 of down payment. The used car manager talked to me like I was a dog!! Very disrespectful!! I would never consider buying a vehicle from Glen Sain Ford!!

The cars and trucks are ordered with excessive options. That is why they are over priced. They make a lot of $$ off the options.

Would never recommend this dealership to anybody. Had engine replaced, bill ended up $1760 more than estimate with no warning prior to final bill. Additionally service dept. told me truck was ready to go and had been test driven, but as soon as it was driven off the lot there were more problems. Took it back and they said transmission was bad and it wasnt their fault. It certainly wasn't mine as it was in perfect shape before it was brought to Glen Sain Ford. Stay away!
