We have purchased a vehicle from Glendora Dodge in the past, although it's been over 20 years. We found the used vehicle we were looking fo on line and went in to check it out. Ended up making the purchase. They were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences we've had.

I worked with Jim Brooks and the team at Glendora Dodge when purchasing my 2016 Charger Hellcat. Jim responded immediately to my trade in inquiry via their website and they gave me a very fair trade in on my current Charger SRT8. I never felt pressured and Jim and the team did everything they could to get me into the payment I wanted. We have 2 small kids and it is impossible for us to sit at a dealership to go through the whole car buying process. Eric worked tirelessly for two straight days going back and forth with us over the phone so we wouldnt have to come in until it was time to sign papers! Eric made sure we got exactly what we wanted at the price we were comfortable with. Not to mention, he was probably the nicest, most up front sales guy ever! Tony was also extremely nice and helped get us to where we needed to be. Very refreshing experience!

I want to comment on the outstanding service received by Jim Brooks and the staff at Glendora Chrysler Jeep. This is my first time leasing a car. I had so many questions. I emailed dealerships with all my questions and received a reply from Jim. He was patient responding to all my questions and extremely professional and helpful through the entire phase of the leasing process. He was wonderful to work with. I never felt pressured and best of all it wasnt a lengthy process. Great experience trading in our old vehicle for a new 2016 Jeep Latitude. Over the many years of car and truck purchases, I've had the opportunity to deal with many different dealers and their salesmen. More often than not, once the vehicle was chosen and paperwork began, it was as if I, the buyer, became another number in the dealers effort to just secure another sale. Regardless how I've purchased the vehicles; whether paying for them in full or financing them; it simply took a lot of time, I always felt as if I was being taken advantage of, and I couldn't wait to leave. When my wife and I decided to purchase a car for one of our daughters, we began looking for cars on our cell phones in our bed the other night, and sent inquiries about the cars that interested us. Although we should have known better due to the many years of previous experience knowing that's not the wise thing to do we, nonetheless, became inundated the next day with lots of dealer emails and phone calls.Although this unwise method gave us lots of options; when talking with Eric Delatte at Glendora Dodge, it just felt right. His genuine sincerity, willingness to support and help in any way he could was clearly evident; yet we know you never know until you get to the dealer. Nonetheless, the way he handled our concerns and the details in our phone conversation was really important due to our being about an hour and a half away; if there was no traffic. From the time we arrived, sat down, negotiated, and concluded signing the paperwork: nothing changed from the original phone conversation of the new car or our trade in that I had described over the phone. The interests of Eric and his team, from start to finish, never deviated from their initial honesty and sincerity. When everything was complete and we were ready to go, we felt part of a family, and since the car was for our daughter, we found rest knowing she was in good hands. For the first time, we received more for less money and gained a great relationship from the entire experience. We will never go any other place, nor will we refer any other dealer than Glendora Dodge.

John Bryant and the good people over at Glendora Dodge help me pull the trigger on a 2016 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. I have been waiting on this car for 53yrs. This is my first new car that I can call mine. I went in to order one because I couldn't locate one. John an the crew found the one I was looking for. Just a minute had to smoke this Mustang. Thank you Glendora Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep for a wonderful experience and our brand new Jeep Cherokee Overland. Everyone was so professional and helpful at the dealership. Jim Brooks was our salesman and he was great. My wife and I had so many questions and Jim was patient and understanding, especially when my 7 year old daughter was asking. We had a great overall experience with this dealership and especially with our dealer, Eric Delatte. He was honest and not overly attentive. He did not pressure us into anything and was very open to us leaving to review other vehicles. We got a great deal in the end and felt very informed about what we were getting into. This was one of our best experiences in purchasing a new vehicle.

I was just driving by and spotted a black four door 2008 Wrangler hardtop out of the corner of my eye. I turned around, took a look, a test drive, and made the purchase. Price was way better than every other dealer I had been buy, sales dealer staff was friendly and NON pushy,(I really appreciated this), and my salesman, Eric Delatte was a pleasant surprise, in that he let the vehicle sell itself. The overall attitude at this dealer was a great experience, and if I am ever looking for another Jeep, they will be my first stop.

Hi! I was interested in trading in my car and found the Jeep that I really wanted on-line. I submitted an inquiry on-line and within minutes I received a response from Jim. He took care of everything and made the trade in super easy! I definitely recommend this dealership and Jim is a great sales guy! I didn't feel pressured and he was very easy to talk to. The finance guy was really nice too! I am very happy with my new Jeep! :)

My total experience with Glendora Jeep was Amazing. They found the car I wanted, Color Accessories I wanted and then held it for me until I was able to purchase it., Approx 3 weeks. Overall experience was pretty good and we got an excellent truck at the perfect price;the sales men were helpful and not pushy. The finance portion was easy and very clear. Only downside was (1) we waited about 4 hours to receive our car, which was being transferred in and (2) "required" LoJack ($800). Update: Turns out the LoJack service is definitely optional; once we realized this it was too late to retract our contract but after a few calls we were able to exchange the LoJack for a few add-ons that equaled the same value.

I had been the market for a new vehicle for over a year. I was specific in what I wanted. Anytime I went into Glendora Dodge they were always kind and straight forward. I was not bounced around between so many people that I forgot names. They always did their best to try and make what I wanted work. I am happy to say we finally did this past weekend and could not be happier. It will be years before I look for another vehicle but when I do this place will be my first spot.

I purchased a used 2012 Ram 3500 from Glendora Dodge. I was very impressed with Jim Brooks' professionalism and knowledge of the Dodge products. Jim was also very helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend you chat with him if you are purchasing a new or used car. I did have difficulty getting the deal closed in the finance department, and had to correct details of the agreement multiple times. As always, it is wise to read everything before you sign! I am glad I did because there were significant mistakes made (e.g. the 8year/125K warranty was entered on the paperwork as a 7 year/100K warranty 3 separate times!). The net effect was to make the paperwork portion of the deal last approximately 30 minutes longer than it really needed to. Aside from that one issue, my experience with the Glendora Dodge Dealer and Jim Brooks was overall a very positive experience!

I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee here and it was an overall great experience. Each staff member was very helpful and friendly during my visit. They allowed me to extensively look at each vehicle i was interested in prior to making my decision. They also input extra effort to clean my vehicle at my request. The paperwork process was very quick which was nice as in the past with previous car purchases it took over an hour! The sales rep I was working with, Tamara Tolleson, was very helpful in getting me acclimated with my new car. She went through each function within my vehicle as well as getting me all set up with the features of my nav screen. She also picked me up from the Enterprise when I had to return my rental! Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and the friendly staff here at Glendora Dodge!

Poor communication with scheduling and vehicle being finished. Finished work is crap. Service writer caught talking trash about me when in the next room. The only up side is Loren and Jim in sales. This dealer has lost my service business.
