Got a brand new lease from here thanks to Michael Paris. I put a refundable deposit down in early July and he updated me weekly on changes or anything I was curious about all month long. He gave off a very friendly and relatable vibe, and hooked me up with a great deal! The place itself was very clean and spacious, and they had a greeter inside when you walked in. Dealerships are always intimidating, but Michael was super easy to work with and talk to. Never tried any sketchy tactics and gave me straight answers the whole process. Another great thing I appreciated was that whenever we talked estimates or prices, taxes and fees were always calculated in so you know EXACTLY what you’re paying from the beginning. No last minute surprises. I’d be surprised in myself if I don’t call up Michael again to buy a car in a few years. Came back for service (oil change, etc.) at 6 months and 12 months. First time Aimee helped me out, and second time Crystal took care of everything. Always a great experience here! Everyone is kind and helpful.

Excellent experience throughout. Have scheduled service both by phone and by website; both methods are absolutely painless and 100% reliable. Drove in for my appointment and was promptly attended to by the service rep, Aimee. She took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. Work was finished sooner than expected. Again, Aimee took the time to go over the work done on the car and what maintenance was expected in the future. Aimee is an invaluable asset to Golling Toyota. She deserves to have her salary doubled and her title upgraded to “Queen”. Seriously she did an outstanding job as did the entire service crew

For years brought my van in for regular maintenance to this dealership, especially to Chris Walker as my service technician. He is an excellent communicator. The experience is always great; appointments are easy to get, fast and safe checking in process. Vehicle always ready on time or sooner. If something new is discovered I am notified promptly. Friendly and value added experience. Concierge service is good.

Huge thank you to Ronnie Reeves for helping me out with my new 4Runner. He was nothing but amazing throughout the process and very knowledgeable. Ronnie and I have been in talks about getting a car and it took some time for me to truly get the most of what I wanted during this wild time. He was extremely patient and absolutely great to work with. If anyone is ever looking for a car I advise you to reach out to Ronnie. Great place to purchase a vehicle with good people!

Had a great experience with Golling! Eyes caught a blue Toyota 4runner TRD out front so I stopped in to check it out. Joe was awesome- he hooked me up with a test ride. Ended up leaving with nothing on my first visit but Joe said he would keep me in mind if anything came in that fit my bill- sure enough- he contacted me as soon as he landed two vehicles for me to check out. Both were perfect - exactly what I wanted and I was totally torn! Ended up with the perfect vehicle - seamless process start to finish! Joe was super friendly, courteous and totally accommodating through the entire experience! Highly recommend asking for him. LOVE MY NEW RIDE!!
