They made buying super easy and their low pressure and really nice. They let you take the car for A day and then are not pushy about buying it. That why we picked them. Only thing is they told me they fixed my rear door hinge but they didnt.... my only problem so far but i still highly recommend

First, I would like to give a wholehearted thank you to Good Brothers Dodge. For your fantastic customer service and family made feel, a five star review is the least I can do.Yesterday, I went into Good Brothers interested in looking at the new Ram trucks. From the jump, the Good Brothers team got right down to business. They left out any nonsense and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. After laying out many and all factors, we did not originally come to a deal. The team was thanked for their time and effort, and we headed home. Within about half an hour, the Good Brothers team made the effort to call my phone and apologize for any miscommunication they may have made. Although this wasn't the case, the effort and gratitude they showed made me return first thing to do business with them.After spending my morning at the dealership, a great deal was made on a vehicle. The team made my day not only productive, but enjoyable. I spoke several times with the owner (Mr. Gerry Good), and he is nothing short of a stand up gentleman. He cares about his customers, and spoke with us like family, not as a client. My salesman, Bill, was in contact all day with me to keep me in the loop and let me know the status of any and all paperwork. Within a few hours, anything and everything was done.These guys are approachable, friendly, and most of all, fair. They took me through step by step and were honest from the jump. Nowadays, this is extremely hard to find. I will refer any friends, family, and strangers to Good Brothers Dodge. At the end of the day, I just want to say thank you to the Good Brothers team, and thank you especially to Mr. Gerry Good.

I'm in eastern Massachusetts from out-of-state for work. I was able to find the exact model Ram I was looking for. I can see why the family has been able to sell cars for so long. The price they gave me for my trade-in and the negotiated price for my new truck were fair to both parties. They were very accommodating in helping me get my truck registered in my home state, in detailing my truck, and in helping me move some hardware from my old truck to the new truck. Gerry Good III was my salesman. I would recommend the dealership to anybody in the area.

Everyone at Good Brothers was great. Great price, great service and they didn't waste my time. Pat McCarthy was the salesperson I dealt with. I will be back next time I need a new car.

I went to Good Brothers looking for a new Durango and was helped by Pat McCarthy. He took the time to show me a few vehicles and finally picked out the one I loved. He actually listened the whole time unlike most carsales men I have worked with. he made the process very easy and I plan on coming back to see him next time I am looking for a new a car.

Good brothers Dodge was the only dealership that I lasted more than ten minutes walking around checking out trucks. I am not exactly a people person for starters, so before I pulled into the parking lot I was already in a bad mood but Sean Good, Tim Good and Pat McCarthy thankfully changed that. From the minute I walked into the door to the shaking of hands before I left there was never one time where I felt uncomfortable. They went out of their way to make my car buying experience as easy and flawless as possible. We all know how the car buying process goes, no one likes it, but I have to say this time I actually enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend anyone to go down to Good Brothers Dodge if your looking for a car or truck. Won't find better customer service or prices anywhere!

i recently had a problem with my truck, not sure what it was,but i had to have it fixed and fixed right away.I spoke to a gentleman,john fernandez at the service center and explained to him i needed my truck looked at asap, this was on a thusday morning.He somehow found a way not only to look at it thursday but had it repaired and ready to go on friday afternoon! Wow, now thats service! Larry at the service desk was also so helpful,kept me informed with what was happening to my truck,if ur vehicle needs repairs look you should def. go to good bro in weymouth!

I purchased a new ram 1500 on 05/08/2015 and is an absolute amazing truck.If you are looking for a dealer to purchase a new vehicle, look no further!This dealership has it all, from great trucks to great employees,this is not my first time purchasing here,the 2nd purchase was as easy as the first.Pat McCarthy and justin are awesome consultants to work with (made buying a new vehicle very comfortable for me, no pressure).Jack hart worked so hard on getting me financed,i was amazed what he actually did for me, i cant thank jack enough!Also, what owner do you know that would go out of there way to meet and greet customers, well, owner Tim Good did with me, he is very sincere about his dealership and actually does listen to the customers needs, a perfect gentleman and a owner you want to talk to, he is very honest.I will def. be back to this dealer when the time comes for another vehicle.If you want to be heard and not scammed, you have to go here for your next vehicle!

I dealt with both Gerry Good III and Sean Good. As it was my first time buying a car, they took me through the entire process and made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything. They were very patient with me and answered every question I had. Two days later, they reached out to me and asked how I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions or problems. A great company to work with- I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car!

I saw a pre-owned Jeep online and called to make sure it was still available. I was fortunate enough to speak with Gerry Good III who answered all of my questions. Shortly thereafter, I went to Good Brothers to take a look at the Jeep and it was sitting right outside of the sales door, freshly washed and with the heater going for me. I got the sense that these folks appreciated my business and dealt with me in a professional and respectful manner. When it came time to finance the Jeep, Good Brothers had multiple banks to deal with and I ended up getting an excellent finance deal also. Thanks to Gerry III for providing a no pressure, professional and enjoyable buying experience.

We purchased a 2010 Dodge charger with 32k miles from Good Brothers Dodge in South Weymouth, MA on 11/20/12. When my wife put the vehicle in drive the check engine light turned on, so we put it in park & informed Gerry Good III of the problem. Gerry told me that he guaranteed that it was nothing major and that it would be taken care of when we brought it back to get the inspection sticker (we picked the vehicle up later in the day, after work, so the service department was already closed). We dropped the charger off the next day and after an hour and a half were told that there was a bad spark plug that was causing a cylinder 2 misfire code. Dave, the service manager, informed us that it was a time-consuming job & they wanted to keep the vehicle for the night to complete the job and make sure the code did not return. They arranged for a rental vehicle (which was very acceptable)& said they would contact us when they were done. Two days passed and I had heard nothing, when I called to inquire I was told that now they were cleaning the fuel injectors and they would let me know how it went. On 11/24/12 I called around noon & spoke to Dave, who informed me that he had just spoken to Gerry Good III and had recommended that the deal be reversed & that they could have our trade in back on the lot by Monday. We made the hour long drive back to the dealership where we met with Gerry Good III. Gerry said the only options we had were to allow them to rebuild the motor (estimated 2-6 weeks) or to void the entire deal (which we choose to do). There was no attempt to try and work out a deal for a comparable vehicle (Good Brothers Dodge currently has three chargers, a 2010, 2011 & 2012 with 32k-36k miles on their lot) It was obvious that Gerry Good III had no intentions of trying to work with us so we spoke to the customer service manager, Linda (not sure of the spelling,or her last name as we did not speak long) who told us that there was no point in trying to work out a deal because we were unhappy with them & no deal would satisfy us (Linda can be reached at Good Brothers Dodge Inc 577 Columbian St South Weymouth, MA 02190 if anyone is in need of a fortune teller). The story does have a happy ending (no thanks to Gerry Good III, or Good Brothers Dodge). We found a 2011 Dodge Charger SE in canton at North End Motors for slightly more, but because they worked with us & got a 2.25% rate as opposed to the 3.99% that we got at Good Brothers Dodge we were able to have the deal done in less than an hour.
