Best experience buying a vehicle. Friendly sales staff, no pressure, good selection of vehicles. We were in and out - with our new commercial van - in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend them.

This place sells unsafe cars to families and when you call them on it they say " that's what a warranty is for"!Beware of this place .The salesman Tony is arrogant and rude and doesn't care.! They expect people to believe they are honest .If your smart always look on the BBB they are not accredited with them ! You will see they've sold lemon cars for years!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor excuse for a business. Gentleman named Tony (who might I add was complained about by numerous customers, who went on their site and the staff assured a customer from facebook that they only had female workers, a year ago when the poor review was for the gentleman, Tony, they insisted on lying on behalf for some reason) handled our robbery transaction and sold us a vehicle that tore up in 6 weeks, not counting the time the vehicle sat in their possession. Gave us the run around for days between them and the dealer. Left us up in the air throughout the course of 4 days reasoning between the company and the dealer. When the vehicle belongs to a family with 3 kids. Leaving us without transportation and making us pay out of pocket for a rental after 2 days of waiting. 3 kids in a vehicle that lasted 6 weeks. Thats a liability. which they lack the knowledge to assess seriously. That knowledge shows with the hammy down engineering practices they enforce but stating the vehicle has a warranty as the only supporting detail they can provide as to why this happened is heinous. places won't do anything with liability but these folks want to rip you off. Thank God for the honest warranty company who outted good rides for dragging their feet. They decided not to inspect it given the situation and push it through. Not a shocker considering the seller Tony, wasn't too charming or for the people, stating that he had real work to do and thats what a warranty was for. 6 weeks for a vehicle that had a 6000 dollar down-payment and warranty coverage. 1 previous owner (but apparently that changed to 2 after the fact) with only highway miles. The warranty inevitably sent us to the dealer, who also tried to charge an additional 600$ dollars for the repair labor extra when the warranty calls for a 100$ deductible. Absurd the lack of integrity and it makes me sick. It is beyond me as to why this business or its affiliates are still left robbing families and elderly during these economically strenuous times that we are all facing. Id love to advertise that this is a lemon business and believe that without a reasonable doubt that they are. Please be wary and aware of this business and their terrible ill intended practices. Thank you.

Buyer beware! My 77 year old father was taken advantage of! Purchased a vehicle in GOOD faith and car needed $4000 worth of repairs including a new transmission! Owner refused to repair the vehicle!

Traveled from Miami to purchase a truck for my husband at Good Rides Port St. Lucie... I have to say that after so many years of buying cars and trucks, I have never experienced such nice and sincere people. From the get go Steve and Tony were such a big help in helping me buy a surprise truck for my husband and Tony for making it happen. So honest about everything, only a few minor details and was taken care of right away. Thank you Steve and Tony for your excellent Customer Service and honesty. My husband could not be happier with his looking like new 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie Big Horn!! Everything works and drove it back to Miami with no issues what so ever. Process was so easy and was only there not even an hour. Thank you again guys, you're the best!!!!! Will definitely be back to buy my daughters car there. Happy Camper :)
