My salesperson Michael C was very nice, respectful and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. He made buying my Mazda -CX30 very easy. Another plus about my car I purchased it was not White. Pretty much all the other dealerships I went to had very few selection of new cars , if the did have what I wanted on it the car was white. It was really nice that they are able to post the vehicles that are on the lot on their website. That is how I was very fortunate enough to find the car I purchased. Scheduling a test drive at anytime online was super easy . Signing all the paperwork was super easy and David was very nice. Again I looked at other dealers in Janesville and the Mazda Dealer by far was the best. There are a couple of things that the body shop needs to do to my vehicle that is small, when that is done I will update my review. Buying a brand new car is not easy these days with the limited available new cars at dealerships but, I was super excited when I saw the one I bought pop up on the website as a new arrival. Thank you again Michael for the Soul Red Crystallized Metallic car instead of an ugly White one 😁

I have purchased from Gordie Boucher in Janesville, since 1994. I have received nothing less then Spectacular service! Jeff Vance of Gordie Boucher has gone above and beyond, to make sure I have purchased the best vehicle for me. I have bought multiple cars through the years from this dealership and have never been disappointed. I shop, NOWHERE else! Gordie boucher of Janesville is A+ to me, hands down!

Staff was very courteous and respectful of keeping my car clean during the oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Waiting area was clean and offered free WiFi and beverages if you decide to wait. Advertised oil change 'special' won't apply to all makes and models - just be aware your vehicle might cost more & you won't know that until you check out. That's why the 4 star, and not 5.

Eric Schuhmacher was great to deal with and talk to. He is very professional and well mannered, he treated me with great attention and respect. We were able to reach an agreement on a new vehicle. Due to the shortage of vehicles in 2021, Eric was very interested in selling me the vehicle I was interested in. Due to my experience in searching for a vehicle over the last few months Eric was the best to deal with. Picking up the vehicle did not take any longer than 20 minutes with paperwork. AAAAA+

Gordie Boucher is an amazing dealership to purchase a vehicle from. Joe Zipperer is a very personal and helpful person. Not pushy and helped me find the car that fit me perfectly. I would highly recommend them!!
