We stopped at this dealer on our way "up north", but arrived past 7PM. I initially made contact with this dealer via the internet and they were very helpful and offered pricing. when we arrived, they had the vehicle ready for us to view and test drive. The "negotiation" process was very quick as compared to other cars I purchased from other dealers. They ended up doing better than the pricing they initially offered over the internet. I ended up with a very comfortable price. It was late when we finished signing papers (after 9PM). They arranged for a time that we could come back in for a full detailing of the vehicle.

No better selling point then when your sales rep so busy with new car deliveries that the sales force needs to tag team. Bill McQueen and Joe Zipperer took a great team sales approach to help us out. We stopped in to see Bill and he had several vehicle deliveries that night, we were on a tight schedule so Bill had Joe Zipperer assist us with our new car search. Between the two of them we were able to work out what we needed that night thanks to the great teamwork that these two sales professional showed. They asked questions and brought up points to help us make the best decision for our needs. By far the best car buying experience we have had.

Needed to upgrade my 11 year old Sport-trac which Ford no longer makes so went with a new F-150. Was able to get Joel Remer who sold me my original Sport-Trac. I got a good price and smooth route taking a while to select the appropriate truck after a few months of consideration. No pressure. I love Fords and this is the dealer to go. I also get great service. I also have a 6 year old Taurus X from the same dealer and have previous purchases from here as well!

I bought a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback from this dealership last weekend. I found the exact vehicle I wanted through Cars.com and sent an inquiry to the dealership for some more information. I received an email back almost immediately from Dave Behling answering any questions I had. I set up a day and time to come look at the car and when I arrived I was greeted by Dave and the new vehicle. He had the car ready to go for a test drive and even went out of his way to get it washed as the detailers were gone for the day. It was an overall great experience

I purchased a new Mazda CX5 from Gordie Boucher in Janesvile. The experience was not your typical pressure sale when you buy a car. From Greg, our salesman, to the finance department, everyone was friendly and polite. There was no pressure. Greg worked with us to get the vehicle that we wanted at a fair price. I will definately go there in the future.

I live in Kansas City, but I could only find the exact truck that I wanted online at Gordie Boucher Ford of Janesville. My experience with Noel Jhochson, their sales consultant, was five stars across the board! All aspects of the buying process was simple, enjoyable, and turned out perfectly. I bought the truck on a Wednesday morning and they actually delivered it to my home on Thursday morning. Their driver couldn't have been more professional! The best part of the experience was I didn't even have to leave my house; got to love the Internet! My heartfelt thanks goes out to your entire team.

We stopped in the Janesville Ford dealership last week during their Labor Day annual car show. It was a very festive environment with lots of food, music and car enthuists. We were looking for a replacement for my 7 year old vehicle. John Newman waited on us. He was friendly and helpful. When we said that we were interested in a car in the showroom, he immediately rounded up some assistants and had the car moved outside so we could drive it. My husband had done some research and we knew the value of my older car. Both of us were very pleased with the trade-in price offered to us in negotiations. Within 24 hours of our visit to Janesville Ford, we were driving our new 2014 Fiesta. We are both thrilled with it. I wanted a small, safe, stylish car and I got all three wishes with this car.

I am Egyptian and I'm not aware too much about the market here in Wisconsin. But the mean nothing to Gordie Boucher.They gave me the best service ever, I really appreciated about how great is the deal i got from Gordie Boucher.The vehicle deserve every penny and with Dave Behling exceptional service I think it deserve more than what i already paid.First he was very flexible and very welcomed when i visit him.Then we close together and deal go very smoothly.After we finalize the deal and i am ready to pay, I surprised that he gave me too many offers plus my original deal.Thank you Gordie Boucher, Thank you my friend Dave Behling. I just purchased a new 2014 Ford Focus ST from Gordie Boucher in Janesville and what a great experience it was. I contacted them about looking for a Focus ST and was contacted back within minutes of my email saying that would like for me to come and help me find what I was exactly looking for. I met with Steve Borchardt and he showed me a sticker of a car that they had at their Kenosha store. They were willing to have it delievered to the Janesville store so I could test drive it. The whole experience was great and all the dealership staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely go back to buy a new vehicle.

I leased a new Mazda3 last week and it was the best experience I've had at a car dealer in 17 years. Joel Remer was fantastic and everyone in the showroom and business office were easy to work with. I didn't feel any pressure during the sales process and all the followup was polite. The may have earned a customer for life.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour I had taken a test drive, agreed on a price and set up a time to pick up the car on Monday! Wow, that has never happened. Joe Zipperer was great to work with and was the most knowledgable salesman I have ever had. He made sure I knew about every feature of my new vehicle and all of the extras like, Ford Website, Service dept. etc. Thanks Gordie Boucher and Joe Zipperer.

F350 not so super duty

So I take my 2013 F350 in about 5 months ago because the wipers would not stop. $500 not covered under my extended warrantee. Now, I go to use my high beams and they don't work nor does the low speed on my wipers. I have not tried either since the repair. Gordie Boucher in Janesville want me to pay $650 for a repair for something that worked just fine before they touched it or been covered under my EXTENDED warranty. Never again. I should have know that they would be just like Fagen and all of the rest of the Janesville dealers. I should have purchased a Chevy at least they recall their junk. Never again

My sales guy (ask for Joe W) was straight up and no pressure. It was obvious he has a passion for his product and I could hardly get him out of my new Edge when I picked up the car. He was so into telling me about the features and walking me through the functionality. Good stuff! After 8 years of driving a Prius, I am feeling less claustrophobic and riding in comfort. I was hoping for a better trade, but that is true with most folks. Even the finance guy was low pressure and took the time to walk through all of my finance options.

I REALLY hate buying a new vehicle, but with Gordie Boucher, I don't have to worry about being taken for a ride. They always provide excellent customer service and can answer just about any question I have about the vehicle I'm interested in. They don't treat me like I don't know anything and believe me, being a woman, other dealers have talked around me to my husband irritating me to no end. Not here. I was treated with respect, my opinion mattered and they went out their way to satisfy. I won't buy a vehicle anywhere else. If you need information on all the new techno stuff they put in vehicles, see Jeff Vance. He helped me set up everything from seat setting to phone syncing to radio programming. I know more about this vehicle than my own oven and how it works! Buy from here and keep more of your hard earned money in your pocket. I special ordered a vehicle for what I wanted not someone else's idea of what I should have. They told me how long I would have to wait and made sure I had everything just the way I wanted. They even told me I was under no obligation to purchase if it turned out not to be what I wanted!! How many places let you special order and not charge you something if you don't like it? The wait was short, the people were great and I don't know how much more I could tell you to convince you this is the place you want to buy your next new or used vehicle.

I had my 2012 Ford Fusion radio replaced twice under the new car warranty because it stopped working. The first time I was told I received a new radio. The second time the service advisor let it slip that these were not new radios but rather remanufactured ones. The definition of remanufactured is used but supposedly restored. Boucher contends that Ford makes them use remanufactured parts on all "major components" when they repair them. I have called Ford and they said exceptions are made but the dealership did not pursue them in this case. If you want your new car repaired with used parts you will be very happy at Gordie Boucher in Janesville. If you think that a new car warranty should get you new parts when something breaks while the warranty is in effect, then you should have your car serviced elsewhere.

I recently purchased a 2014 CX5. I located the exact vehicle I was looking for on CARS.COM. I was contacted by John Newman of Gordie Boucher Mazda in Janesville, WI after my request for info regarding the vehicle. John was absolutely wonderful to do buisness with. They were honest, honored their internet pricing, and gave me a better trade in value for my Xterra than CARMAX offered. I would drive from Elgin, IL to do buisness with them again in a heartbeat!!!!

He was obviously a big part of making our experience a good one. I was looking for a new F150 and buy accident found there site ,and am happy I did .I have bought a lot of cars and trucks and this was a great experience . There sales staff new there stuff ,all questions were answered , there price was the best in a 300 mile search . I at this point will go back . My wife will only buy BMW X style {made in USA} SUVs, and when you buy at BMW the lay back feel of buying ,is a pleasure and that's how I felt at this Ford Dealer .

I have nothing positive to say about this dealership. The sales man Jeff is untrained and unhelpful. He told me a handful of times that he is new and not really sure how things work. He promised me a lot of things and then did not come through. Also the day i picked it up he acted like he did me a favor by putting 1/8 tank of gas in it for me. They sold the f150 to me with the 4wd not working and then fought with me due to it not being covered under the warranty. I ended up going through Bouche Chevy of Waukesha because they were the only ones who would work with me, and took care of everything perfectly. Then the sales Manager of Lincoln Mercury made sure that he told me "this would never happen again". As if i was in the wrong and it was my fault. I now have more issues with the truck (front end noise) and dread the fact of having to bring it back to them. I highly recommend you do not deal with these "salesmen" and their "Managers" and take your money and business elsewhere.

I made my deal via the internet with their internet manager Dave Behling. He has great customer service skills and the vehicle was in great condition and every bit if not much better than the pics and how he described it. I was leary about making a deal almost 300 miles away on a sight unseen vehicle but I was totally satisfied with quality of vehicle- my expectations were greatly exceeded! Dealer was totally honest and accomodating about all questions and needs. Also impressed with the cleanliness and professional atmosphere of the entire facility. I've bought many, used late model vehicles in the last 40 years but this Certified Pre-Owned one was by far the best quality and value that I've ever had! They were miles ahead of the other big-name, high volume(and overpriced) dealers!

I recently bought a used Ford Escape and when I picked up the car it was filthy and later discovered a large hole in the floor mat (The mats were tucked away in the back when I picked up the vehicle, so I did not see this in the excitement of picking up the vehicle). When I called about these issues they were not the least bit helpful and wanted me to come back to the dealer to resolve these issues, knowing that I lived over an hour away. They will preach how much they care about service before you buy, but once they have your money they could care less. This dealership only cares about the sale and will say anything to get you in the car. I strongly urge you to reconsider buying a vehicle here, new or used.

I worked with Dave Behling at Gordie Boucher when purchasing my new vehicle. He was super to work with. He answered all my questions which helped me decide that it was the vehicle for me. He also went over all the features of the vehicle with me and has been there to answer questions that I had run across after I had driven off the lot. The buying process was quick and painless.
