Wouldn't recommend it. Everything was good and I would have recommended it, and was actually planning on doing so to some friends, but not I no longer would. I worked with AJ Johnson. We test drove a VW Passat just as it was starting to get dark (so we couldn't see every detail on the body). I did easily notice a big rust spot when you opened the driver's side door though, and they said they'd have their paint guy fix it. AJ explained the "Boucher difference" while trying to sell to us and mentioned how they had a name and reputation to protect, and many times even if a car wasn't under warranty, they'd still fix something shortly after it being sold just to maintain this good standing. A week after purchasing the Passat, I noticed a small rust spot and scrape above the back left tire. (Something I wouldn't have noticed in the dark). Having not had the other rust spot fixed yet, I called AJ and asked him if they could paint over this one too, and if he remembered a scrape. In a condescending tone, he said "I don't remember if anything was wrong with the car or not... we sell everything as is. We only agreed to fix the rust on the inside." That was it. Basically felt like hearing, "Sorry, I've already sold a car to you, therefore you're not important anymore and my whole attitude and demeanor have changed since then." Suddenly the whole "Boucher difference" wasn't so evident and I would certainly not recommend this dealer anymore. They weren't even willing to take a look at the rust or scrape. It was sold and therefore a done deal. Feeling a little screwed.

I bought a used car and it was a very clean and nice car. I worked with Dave Matuszczak. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Through the whole car buying process there were many people tat were involved with the purchase. Moving from person to person was flawless and a great experience. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for a new car. He will help in any way possible to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

This is our 3rd time using Gordie Boucher Lincoln Mercury for our leased vehicle. Our salesperson Greg Miller is VERY knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and has an amazing memory for us being previous customers. Every staff person we have encountered at this dealership has been Very friendly and wanted to make sure they treated us fairly with the deal they put together for us. We are extremely pleased.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Boucher Lincoln. I had been looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks, and Dave M. with Boucher Lincoln was the only salesman I worked with (across many dealerships) who actually wrote down what I was looking for in a vehicle, and called me with suggestions from all Boucher lots. His hard work and attention to my requirements paid off for both of us. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would recommend the Boucher Lincoln dealership to my family, friends, and anyone else who is willing to listen. The sales consultant Guss Hollo is pleasure to deal with. Guss is Professional, friendly, respectful of the customer time and needs. The dealership was rather busy, but he did everything possible to make sure that every step of the sale was accomplished on a timely bases, with no delays and complications. He even made sure that technician cleaned the car and asked him to redo the pure job.

I purchased 2 Lincoln from Boucher and have had them serviced exclusively by Boucher Lincoln. Excellent service, everything is always checked and reported. The car is always washed when they are done servicing which is very rare in Milwaukee. The Service Advisors are always friendly and helpful. A great organization. One of the best I have experienced over 50 years of car ownership.

Made an appointment via email and when I arrived the salesman I was supposed to meet with had left due to a family emergency. Gus took over for him and took care of my expectations and with help from Joe found me a beautiful car with all the goodies I wanted. Good job.

I had a particular vehicle in mind, but test drove 2 other models just to be sure. Once the particular vehicle was chosen, finding the vehicle with the options desired began. The perfect vehicle (color, options, and price) was put together. We traded in a vehicle, and that experience was just as great. Financing details were handled with true professionalism and we are happy and satisfied customers. We would definitely work with Boucher Lincoln for any future purchases.

Every employee I encountered was extremely professional and courteous. The facilities there are immaculate and they have a great showroom. Not once did I feel pressured to buy even though I really, really wanted the truck. The salesman Mike LaCoursiere was a delight to work with and the finance manager I worked with made signing all of the paperwork a breeze. All in all, I walked out of there with my dream ride at a great price and a great interest rate. Thank you to everyone at Boucher Lincoln-Mercury.

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee recently from Salesman Nick Loth. I have had mostly unpleasant experiences buying cars in the past. Nick was a very low-pressure, high-service guy. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, and there was none of the pressure that other dealerships sometimes apply to close the sale. The website was very useful in selecting the vehicles I was interested in looking at, and they were more than willing to move vehicles from one dealership to another so I could check them out. When I found the Jeep I wanted, we were able to come to terms easily. I was very happy with the trade-in value they applied to my old car, and they came down a reasonable amount on the new one. I really feel I got a decent deal all around, and I absolutely love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. There's no doubt that I would shop there again for my next car.

Gus Hollo and the entire Boucher team's years of experience in providing outstanding customer sales and service was evident in my used car purchase. The pricing, financing and delivery of the car I wanted was handled in an efficient and professional manner. Gus and the dealership make a point of listening to what the customer wants and then making it happen. I would recommend Gus and the Boucher dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Gordie Boucher Lincoln of West Allis is a great dealership! We have had experiences at other Gordie Boucher dealerships, so we thought We would give them a try. We had been there before for service for our Navigator and they did an excellent job!Mike Novak did an excellent Job of explanning the cars we were looking at and it helped us in making a decision on which car to buy! Since picking up the car we have had several questions and Mike has always been happy to help in any way he could! I am disappointed with the quality of work this dealership has done, I truely believe my situation could have been handled better and in a more professional manor. This dealership was unable to negotiate the price of the vehicle or anything included with the vehicle. My main frustration with this dealership is that it seemed like once the vehicle was in my name they had nothing to do with it anymore. I will never purchase a vehicle from Boucher again, nor will I recommend Boucher.
