The staff contacted me about putting me into a vehicle that would help me with my sciatic nerve problem. I went down looking for a specific model of the Santa Fe, They did not have it on their lot so they got it delivered from another dealership. It was exactly what me and my husband wanted down to the color! Our sales person ' REBECCA' was very helpful. We never had to go through financing before so it seemed like and extremely long process. Rebecca brought my husband coffee and a candy bar and a salesman -not even involved with our sale- bought me a cold diet coke with money from his own pocket. By the time we were ready to go home we were informed we'd have to come back another day to have the security system activated. The security system was activated on my 2nd visit. I went to the parts department to buy an accessory for my car. I learned they had to be special ordered -- and that I'd have to make an appointment for the installation. I learned that the men working there had never installed that part before but one thought he knew how and would try.

Our salesman David was great and was not pushy at all. He made sure we looked at a suv that fit our needs and walked us threw everything on the car so we knew how to use it. This is our third car that we have purchased from Gosch Hyundai since we moved to Hemet six years ago. When in need of a vehicle we will go back to Gosch! We kept our Elantra that we bought two years ago, and we have always had it serviced at Gosch. We have even bought our tires from Gosch. We have always gotten a fair deal and the service is great. We used the shuttle service a few times and everyone there is a true professional. We have recommended this dealership to family and friends. We are happy customers!

Perfect professional sales person, staff was excellent to talk with. I would never think of going to another dealer. Our time in for a car purchased was fast and easy, approximately 3 hours from beginning to end. (which is unheard of in this business). The other dealership's in this area should take lessons on how to sell an automobile, and not to high presser customer's. We left the dealership happy and unstressed. I was a pleasure to purchases our car.

I did my homework online and in person previous to buying this car. I narrowed the field online and then went to dealerships to get an eyeball on actual cars and get a feel ,for value. At the Gosch dealerships I was always greeted in a friendly manner and treated with respect even when I told them I was only looking the sales staff would answer all my questions and then let me roam the lot on my own. When I went in to buy the car I had built in my head they had it in stock. We negotiated price for about 15 minutes until we were both satisfied and agreed. After we reached our accord on price I was told that the vehicle has a 4 year 48k miles service agreement for oil changes and tire rotations as well as a 10 year 100k mile full warrantee (bumper to bumper less wear items) with no deductible. Can it get any better? Yes, as I bought this car for my wife without her knowing and when she showed up at the dealership and test drove the car, well, it is 2 weeks later and she is still grinning ear to ear. This is my 6th car from the Gosch Group and they have always managed to meet and exceed my expectations

I was not looking for a car, dealership [Leslie] called me. He is an easy to talk to person who convinced me to consider leasing a newer Genesis for a lease payment the same or lesser than my currant one. Did not believe him but I went two days later to find Leslie was not there. Fadi stepped in and after some time and much negotiation we made a deal and Leslie was correct. Fadi was [is] very easy to talk to and is quite knowledgeable and helpful, was a fun afternoon.

Our salesman, Jesse, was friendly, helpful and non-aggressive. The car we wanted was coming from another dealership, 40 minutes away but it took over 4 hours to arrive. I assume they didn't have the car sent over until they knew my financing would be approved and I was for sure going to sign the paperwork. I wish they would have told me that instead of blaming traffic (which appeared to be clear on google maps). By the time the car arrived I just wanted to get out of there and I didn't read the contract thoroughly. I ended up signing up for a $3,000 extended warranty which I later regretted. The good news is that I was able to cancel the warranty later with no hassle. My advice to anybody buying a car from Gosch is to bring some food, don't have any other obligations that day and don't let your emotions of buying a new car cloud your judgement when it comes to signing the contract. Overall I'm happy with my new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I'm happy that I was able to get my $3,000 dollars back with no hassle.

In spite of living closer to another Hyundai Dealer, we chose to go to Hemet, for their prices~ Leslie was an outstanding, patient, experienced & understanding salesperson. He answered all our questions, showed us step-by-step how to use ALL the features in the 2016 Sonata, we chose to lease and was very patient with all our concerns and questions~ He did not make us feel rushed & wanted to be sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable of our new car. Chris Hughes kept in touch with my husband Clarence for almost 3 months before we actually came down and bought this car from him. He was so sweet, caring and very professional. It was his follow up which convinced us to go all the way to Hemet to get the car. He never gave up, always keeping in touch with us. When we got there, he got us our car from another dealership too. Quite a good kid.

Negatives: On obtaining the car after purchase, the car on the exterior and interior were clean, under the hood however there were water spots everywhere. When purchasing vehicle, I was not given the option or knew of the option to have to purchase a spare tire. Positives: The finance manager quickly went through the paperwork so that I could get my very hungry children out the door. Mike the salesman was awesome and helped out in every way that he could...to getting our right price, to installing and re-installing my child's car seat, to playing hang man with my kids while I was busy. He is truly a great asset to have. He wasn't pushy and he made the car that we needed work for our budget.

Everyone was very nice. Guy (my advisor) went above and beyond to have my car repaired -- and repaired in a timely manner (I had to go out of town). Guy was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He kept in touch (as I asked) letting me know the status of my car. Others I had the pleasure of dealing with (Jerrod, Ariel, Shirley, Kaitlin) were just as helpful and friendly -- Gosch has a great working team. My salesman Chris Hughes treated me with such kindness, professionalism and he promised me that I would be worth the two hour drive up from San Diego and he was 100% accurate. I just wish I hadn't wasted my time at other dealers when he helped me get the car, price and payment I wanted and he even went above and beyond for me and got me a better car for the same price! He was even nice enough to drive my new car all the way back to my house in San Diego too, which shows he was a true professional and cared about me. Dan in finance was so nice too, went over all my finance terms and contract so easily and with ease. Dustin and his dad Dale helped me get a great deal on my new Elantra, I highly recommend going to Gosch Hyundai! Save yourself time, trouble and hassle and go to them first!

My boyfriend bought his car here back in August. He got approved on his loan with a co-signer. USAA sent the paperwork to be signed and everything looked good to go get the car. We get there to pick the car up as they called and said it would be ready to go (cleaned with a full tank of gas) at 7PM that evening about a week later. When we go to the dealership, everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. We were not greeted. On the contrary, they acted like we were bothering them. The salesman that was supposed to have the car ready was already gone for the evening. The paperwork got signed finally and the car showed up almost 2 hours after we got there - half a** cleaning, no gas, no spare key. An no salesman that promised to have it all done.We find out after we left that the dealership screwed up the paperwork and they wanted us to drive all the way from San Diego to Hemet to have it re-signed. We asked them to mail it out again as this was their mistake. Because it was a cosign, it had to go back to his grandfather and then back to him before the dealership could submit it to USAA. USAA contacts my boyfriend about a month later saying they still haven't received the paperwork from him. We call the dealership no less than 8 times between the 2 of us, with promises to get the paperwork out as soon as possible. Almost 2 months later, USAA calls and asks again for the paperwork, again. We call the dealership and let them know we will have to start the ENTIRE loan process over again if they don't get it signed by a certain drop dead date. This means they don't get paid either. Finally, they send the paperwork in and everything gets done with not one minute to spare. We have called the dealership about 4 times asking for a copy of this NEW paperwork that they originally messed up and asked them to mail it. Still waiting. Empty promises should be the theme of this dealership. Because of this paperwork disaster, the tags could not get processed at the time he bought the car.We were told the paperwork went to the DMV when the proper paperwork had been filled out when we called to check. Another person told us the paperwork had not been submitted to the DMV and it was sitting on someone's desk. We still don't know what the status of this is because we are unable to get a straight answer. Also, we have called numerous times asking for the copies of the new financial paperwork - no sign of that in the mailbox either. I hope the owner, General Manager or someone that gives a crap reads this review. This dealership is in serious need of a Customer Service upgrade. If you can, find someone else to deal with and stay FAR away from this place. These people are disingenuous and disorganized to a fault.

We purchased a Santa Fe Sport from Gosch Hyundai and while the price was on point to match USAA car buying the sales manager's attitude was poor to say the least. Our sales man named Chris Hughes was great however the sale manager was insulting and tries to pressure Hyundai's financing instead of using our pre approved loan. It has now been 17 days and our trade still is not paid off and I cannot get a phone call back from the finance dept. Salesman was great however the sales manager was not. I would NOT go back to this dealership again.

I had been shopping for a car for a couple of months and went to at least four or five dealerships for the same cars. By Far, Gosch was the best; super friendly, really relaxing experience, no pressure, just great customer service, informative and willing to work with us within our budget. BUYER BEWARE - Don't trust them, they are completely DISHONEST. Check your contract carefully! I received a TrueCar quote and they still twisted the price higher than I was quoted. For one they charged us $895.00 for an alarm we did not ask for!!! $895.00 they probably paid $50.00 for the alarm. The car price was $1019.00 over the price quoted at TrueCar. I never got to see the car since it was dealer traded for Temecula Hyundai and they even removed there license plate advertisement. On the contract watch the Total Cash Price column they added line "D" Theft Deterrent Device $895.00 for an alarm.They kept saying all day OVER and OVER the TrueCar deals make the dealership lose money. If this was true, why would they do business with TrueCar? They also requested that I give then all 10's for the sales team so they can get a bonus check. If they honored the REAL price I would have saved $$$$ like I was quoted. They take your paperwork copies, then the games start. Stick by your TrueCar quote!!! STAY AWAY from the Internet Sales Team total BAIT & Switch syndrome! Please don't get caught up in there CRAP! My salesman said he works 14 hour days 6 days a week and answers his cell phone until midnight. (BS) My bother wanted to buy a Truck, I called him and never received a call back. (More BS) So he bought a new truck elsewhere thankfully. He did not have to deal with these DORKS!Also spent more than 6 hours at the dealership with this dishonest group. The car is GREAT at this point but I have less than 1,000 miles on the car.GOSH I got screwed at GOSCH! Please don't let you and your family get the same!!!

A friend of mine really needed a great deal on a car and I suggested that they go see Paul and the Hyundai crew. We called them on the phone and explained what we needed and they we friendly and extremely helpful. They didn't have the car we needed but they located it and got it from another dealer for us. The car was washed up and ready when we arrived and they numbers where exactly where we needed them to be. Its amazing how easy life if when you shop at the right dealership and thats how we feel about Gosch Hyundai. In the last two weeks I'd been researching different car manufacturs and visited a couple of dealerships. All most all of them didn't LISTEN to what I was iooking for in a car. And they kept wanting to show me what they wanted to sell not what I wanted to BUY! So when I went to gosch Hyundai I must admit my guard was up. I was ready for another sales person to try and repeat the trend I'd been experiencing but much to my surprise they actually ask me what I was interested in. what I was driving now. What I liked about it and what must my next new car have? This was very refreshing to say the least. With that said I found a 2015 sonata that I absolutely love. I want to thank AJ and his mgr Mike Jernigan came out to say hi within minutes of me arriving. At the other places the mgr only showed his face when I said I had to research other cars and if I chose them I'd call them. that's when the lock down and high pressure tactics came out! Again I cant enough good things about Gosch Hyundai just if your in the market save yourself the hassle and time and go here first.

Worst Car buying experience of my life. They were completely rude and were just snakes in the grass. The biggest snakes are Jaime and Paul the GM. David, the sales associate is the only pleasant one there. I got a quote over the phone to buy a car cash. I waited on hold multiple times to confirm the price as the sales associate got approval from the GM. Apparently he was just taking a break and stalling. When I arrived the next days as planned sales associate was not there yet and the GM said no one asked about it. This was just the start to the poor service. I had a cashiers check to pay for the car and it says good as cash. The finance person said he gets these all the time and are very easy to process. We signed all documents with the finance guy and they tried to take delivery. Then was told I couldn't leave with my car unless they ran my credit and I didn't need my credit run cause I'm paying cash and they said ok fine but we have to run an OFAC then I could leave so I agreed to that cause that's through the US Department of Treasury. I agreed to the OFAC and thought I could leave with the vehicle. I was then told a cashier's check is just a piece of paper. Unless I run my credit they can't accept a piece of paper for the car. The finance guy did not mention this at all. Well when I went to take delivery of my vehicle there was a huge gash out of front end the driver side panel was pulling off, and still wasn't able to leave with my car. So they said leave it there and they would have all the scratches and the panel and chunk completed in 2-3 days I didn't get until 8 days later and only the gash on front end had been fixed. I tried getting a hold of Mr. Gosch but some how that seems impossible and keep getting the run around from everyone. He must be too tired from his trip up the crane the prior weekend while they were supposedly fixing the car. Worst experience of my life. 3 trips later and my brand new car is still not right. It has scratches, panels partially attached, and smudges on the interior. I'm going to take every avenue on social media and reviews through Hyundai until I get a response from Mr. GOSCH and tell everyone that's listening to avoid this little rinky dink shop who some how managed to get the president's award last year. If you do go there stay far away from Jaime and Paul but only fools rush in.

This is my 2nd vehicle that I've bought from Gosch. The first one was the Sonata. My 2nd was my dream car 2013 genesis coupe. My salesman for both vehicles was A.J. He was excellent in every way. I didn't feel any pressure at all. I hate when I walk on a lot and feel hounded. I also had dealings with Jose and Leland in finance who were both great to deal with. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I'm extremely happy!!!!

Looked at Gosch online found a SUV I liked. Mike picked me up and drove me to the dealership with the car I was interested in. I found another SUV I liked better and wrote a contact up and Drove the car home the same day. After getting home and crunching the numbers I knew I needed to find another SUV less expensive. When I went back the next day Mike was more than willing to help me find another. I couldn't be happier with the SUV or the people at Gosch. When they say 'they want you to be happy" I can say it's the truth. Thank you Mike for making buying a car for the first time on my own an easier experience than I could imagine.

We came to Gosch Hyundai from the desert area because we were not happy with the run-around we had gotten with our local dealership. The people at Gosch helped us find a great car at a very fair price. Their prices were very competitive, and we were able to get a car that we love, not just one that would work. We felt we got a great deal provided by very professional caring people that wanted to help us get a car we would love. All of that happened with this dealership. I will tell all my friends that it is worth the drive to check them out.

The last time I purchased a car was 12 years ago. Generally, I would prefer having a root canal versus buying a car, but Gosch Hyundai completely took away any anxiety I may have had. I had an absolutely wonderful sales rep, Matthew Ecker. He answered all my questions and made the entire buying process so easy and actually (can you believe it?) enjoyable. I got the car that fit my wish-needs and my budget. Absolutely NO high-pressure salesmanship here. I've only had my Hyundai a few days so I can't speak about their service department yet. However, if their service department is as friendly and helpful as their sales department, then I look forward to a great business relationship. My Hyundai is a dream to drive and I have no doubt whatsoever that I made the perfect choice, both of a car and dealer. If you are thinking about purchasing a new or used Hyundai, I would highly recommend Gosch and most particularly Matthew.

We, my wife and I, have been in for service and/or repairs several times. Each time we are greeted by name and the people there are very courteous and helpful. They always deliver when promised and do a great job. We want to repeat the pleasant experience the next time we need service. I was let down by the Sales Department, I was sold a faulty new 2013 Hyundai Accent. However, the Service Department at Gosch Hyundai redeemed in part the Sales Department's inadequacies in repairing my vehicle. I would particularly like to highlight Dale's awesome customer service throughout the lengthy repair process. My overall review is a 3, but really it is a 1 for the Sales Department and a 5 for the Service Department.

My car was serviced with the usual oil change, check fluids, tire rotation, belts and hoses check. This was my first time here for this. The staff was courteous; the final write-up did not say anything about the belts and hoses; so I don't know whether they checked them or not. There was a double entry for the oil change on the final paperwork, which was seen by the staff and corrected. I was given helpful information about not adding radiator fluids when it looks like they need to be added. I appreciate this info! After the free car wash before leaving the facility, part of the vehicle was wiped down. Great! No spots on that part of the windows and vehicle. But the other part has water spots on the windows and the body of the car. My vehicle now has to be cleaned to get the water spots off. My car was cleaner when I brought it in than when I left.

My vehicle was serviced by the Express Shop, they took me right away and finished rapidly. THe service employee contacted me before changing the filters on the vehicle. Very satisfied with personnel. The price was not as competitive as with other independant shops.

The entire service team works well together, helping eachother as a team. The waiting room was pleasant and clean. Easy to hear the intercom when my name was called. Payment for services was easily handled right at car pickup, no longer a need to pay at cashier then pick up car. Overal it was very pleasing.

GET THEM HERE AND THEY WILL BUY! All I asked for was a simple "no obligation" price quote. After submitting my inquiry, I promptly received several automated responses from 4 different salesman, all stating that they would look into my inquiry. I then received emails on how I could get a gift card or attend a tent event but not a single price quote. I had to email them 3 times in order to get a quote ( the third time threatening to report their code of conduct to cars.com ) which returned a quote that was neither helpful nor competitive, but rather the MSRP price and invoice price of the car ( the same numbers on cars.com ) not a price at which they would sell it to me. I did however receive a voicemail from someone there requesting that I come take a test drive. Now if you're like me and shop around for the best price before you pull the trigger, this place is 1hr45min from me, why would anyone drive that far to take a test drive on a car you don't know how much it costs. Responses like this not only prolong your decision but are a complete annoying waste of time and energy.

When I made my decision to purchase an Elantra Coupe, Floyd was very helpful in locating the vehicle that I wanted. He even contacted me on his day off. The day that I picked up the Elantra every person involved was so helpful in completing the purchase. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. They were also very helpful in explaining the internal components (XM Radio, Bluetooth ,etc.).

Every time I mention to someone that I have a Hyundia Santa Fe, Iam asked, How do you Like It. Answer "" Well in the last 11-12 years I have Had 5. Iam a senior, Getting in & out Is a problem for us. Seat hieght is great,Gadgets are wonderful. 2013 Is loaded with toys.Price is great,gas is great,Warranty is hard to believe.Iam as thrilled with my first amd still thrilled with my 2013. Hyundia sales people have been helpful not pushy.I feel they went out of there way just locating what I wanted. What can I say, 2-3 years I will have the 2016.

Waited for 4 weeks for these sales people to find and sell me a Hyundai Elantra. Never happened, never contacted me back, I had to call them, terrible. Finally had to buy another brand of vehicle all together.We were not fans of Hyundai but the Elantra sold itself. Now we're back to thinking of Hyundai as a 2nd or 3rd rate dealership.

I recently purchased a new sonata limited from gosch, I am used to dealing with fleet departments so the dealmaking aspect was a bit of a challenge for me, but I was insistent on what I was willing to pay. I understand everybody has their goals and in the end I feel I received a fair deal. I had an issue with recieving the second key, but Tim Moran has been very helpful in making sure that my situation was taken care of. This has been the second car I have bought from Gosch and will certainly consider them when I begin looking for my next f250 next year. After all I do like to keep my sales taxes local, and their responsiveness helps keep me in town.

Everyone was really helpful and cooperative. My first visit was to simply test drive 3 of their vehicles and that was easy to do. The next visit I brought my daughter to get a second opinion about a couple of the vehicles that I liked and we ended up buying that day! I bought the Elantra and Matt in finance worked asome great numbers for me, and Reagan and Carl were so friendly and very nice to work with Berbnardo helped with all of the test drives and it was an experience that was painless. Every time I have had to purchase or lease a vehicle it has taken hours and hours...this time I was in and out in just under 2 hours, and it w9uld have been less, but they detailed the car for me ! It was all GOOD!

May 15, 2010What brought me to Gosch Hyundai? Actually it was because I was unable to get a test drive at two other Hyundai dealers in the Inland Empire. One dealer didnt have a Santa Fe SE on their lot both times I visited them (in a 7 day period) and the other had one on the lot but said they were "too busy" on a Saturday to offer a test drive unless I was buying that day! Because of this I almost ended up with a VW Tiguan but, to be fair, I felt that I really should try the Santa Fe before making my final decision. I had driven the Tiguan, the Maxda CX-7 and the Subaru Outback. So I decided to give Hyundai one last chance.That is when I phoned Gosch Hyundai to see if they had inventory available for a test ride. I was linked up with Will Holmes who took the time to talk to me and also called me back from his cell phone while outside on their lot to ensure that the color and specs were accurate before I made the trip out to Hemet. Will was very amiable and never seemed to rush our conversation in order to get to another customer. The next day, I found one more Santa Fe at another Inland Empire dealer location, but because I already felt comfortable with Will, I made the venture to Gosch in Hemet.My test drive was leisurely without being hurried to return. I was able to able to put the Santa Fe through its paces on an open highway, steep grade and unpaved road. The results were very impressive and the vehicle performed about as well as its next closest competitor (the Tiguan), but for $5,000 less! Will was very knowledgeable about his product, and when we returned, I decided to buy.At the dealership, Will put in the extra effort to not only locate my favorite color and feature combinations in the 2010 Santa Fe (in L.A.), but also worked with his manager to match the price I was quoted with Overstock.com. I had no reason to shop elsewhere. Will was sincere and genuine and met every concern I had about the purchase so I took their offer of the 3.9 financing and the Hyundai rebate to complete the credit application to seal the deal. Will had to leave after finishing his shift and turned me over to his very capable co-worker Chad Jahary to finish the application process. The car was delivered that night, but we returned the next morning to pick up the SUV. The next day, something unusual happened. As my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were actually GREETED by someone obviously in Management. That acknowledgement helped to make us feel special. I had also noticed that the staff appeared friendly and smiling towards each other, another positive evident at Gosch Hyundai which I noticed absent at a few other dealers. The contract formalities were handled with finance manager Leland Riker (nice guy, no pressure). Chad Jahary took care of everything else from application input & completion, going over the ownership manuals, the new car walk through inspection, the first time instruction and also the pairing of my cell phone to the Blue Tooth connection. Again, I was never rushed or treated like anything other than the only customer at the moment Chad was professional, attentive and humorous, and puts forth a very welcoming attitude and I drove off the lot with a Cheshire Cat grin on my face.I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Gosch auto group and would recommend them to anyone who lives within a 100 mile radius and is interested in one of their vehicles.G. Chad Jahary was my sells Representative and he did an amazing job with helping me choose the best vehicle that would fit my family and financial needs. Because of my pleasant experience with Bob, your salesman on my first visit to Gosch I cancelled my appointment I had made for the following day with an Ontario dealerhip and decided to return to deal with Gosch dealership and I asked two of my friends to accompany me which they did. We were all very impressed with Roger who gave me a long trial drive which was very nice. It made me decide to purchase a beautiful Elantra Hyundai. Roger was very jovial and knowledgeable. He then sent in Ryan to complete negotiations and we sealed the deal. Today I returned to have help activating the bluetooth and Diana did that very graciously. My thanks to all of you. I recently bought a 2010 Hyundai Veracruz. After shopping and deciding exactly what car and trim I wanted, I contacted Gosch's internet division. Chad, my sales representative gave me an excellent quote over the internet for the car I wanted with all the amenities I wanted, and even searched extensively for the interior color that Hyundai advertised but is actually not available for me. When we located the car I wanted he gave me a price as good as ebay and overstock.com pricing, I went to the dealer, drove it, signed the papers and got an excellent interest rate as well. He also immediately tended to the one concern I had about the car days after I purchased it. When I purchase our next vehicle, I plan to go through Chad at Gosch.

I was an impossible case. I called everywhere and no one could help me. Then I called Chad Jahary the internet sales guy at Gosch Auto and he not only helped me, but he moved mountains! I had bad credit, upside down in my current car, no down, and only wanted to pay half of what I was currently paying AND wanted low miles! He didn't give up on me...three days later we got together and I drove off in the sweetest 2006 Ford Escape, low miles, half my current car payment, no down...I did need a co-signer, that was okay and because of my bad credit I did have a higher interest rate...that was okay! This guy is remarkable...he just didn't give on me or laugh or treat me like a loser...I walked out of their feeling very special! Everyone there was so nice and I love that I was greeted with a handshake and left giving a hugs!
