Things are changing at Graff, and not for the better. .With my last oil change, 10/20/2020, I have not had the opportunity to check over all the fluids to see if they were filled. Last time they did not fill the window washing fluid and last summer, there was not any power steering fluid in my vehicle. Graff no longer washes your vehicle. That was a nice little extra they did for you. They would also take the time to go over some of the stuff the mechanics found. Like brakes, a tune-up that needs to be scheduled, life left on the tires along with the pressure and anything else that needs addressing now or can wait a wee bit. Now, Graff puts your vehicle with the keys outside the drive- in area, takes your money, gives a wave and off you go thinking everything is great. I used to not mind paying a tad more for all the checking they did. I don’t think it’s worth it any longer, which is sad because I have used them since moving here in September 2009. I have always taken my truck to the Chevy dealer, when I bought her with 24 miles and still with 220,000 miles. And I have been truck shopping.

Update 2/22: I was contacted shortly after I posted my review below about receiving a free oil change as an apology for the poor experience I had. I scheduled the service on the phone with the woman who called me. When I was brought my vehicle back, after they were finished, I was asked to pay. When I expressed that the service was supposed to be free, the guy asked who I had scheduled the services with. After three months, I no longer remembered what her name was. He went to the back to check on it. When he came back he said they would comp the service this time but next time I would need to remember the name of the person I talked to. The way he said it made it sound like they were doing me a favor and I should be grateful they weren't going to make me pay for a service they told me would be free. I should not have to provided documentation of an offer for free services when they called me to make the appointment. Especially when it's supposed to be in compensation for a poor experience in the past. I can not express how truly and deeply disappointed and angry I am with the service I've received and the experience I've had. -------------------------------------- November 2020 I was having an issue with a piece of trim coming up on my car that I had already had fixed once. I brought this issue up at a recent oil change and they scheduled me an appointment to get it fixed. When I brought the car in, I waited over 30 minutes and was then told that nothing had been done because they didn't have the glue they needed. I can understand a little mix up like that normally. But I had this same issue with the same piece of trim a year ago. That time I waited over 45 minutes for someone to tell me they didn't have the correct parts to fix it. It took three visits to fix the issue the first time and even then I had the take it in again a year later for the same problem. The staff are always nice enough but there seems to be poor communication between the people who schedule the appointments and the mechanics who fix the cars. Why would you schedule me an appointment without having the parts to fix the problem? Why would no one check before I come in, waste my time sitting in the lobby, only to have nothing done to fix the issue I'm having?

I was contacted with reminder to set up appointment to have oil change, etc on my car by very pleasant lady. Then I received a call prior to my appointment to remind me of said appointment. When I arrived at service , I was immediately greeted by attendant. I waited in waiting area by myself. I was very happy to see everyone in building was properly masked, and schedule was obviously made to promote safe, efficient service which prevented back up of customers. Good job, everyone!

I took my Equinox to Graff Chevrolet to have it detailed, and I cannot recommend this place enough. My car belonged to a farmer before I purchased it used. It was dirty, had an interesting smell, and lots of scuff marks on the interior. The team at Graff was able to take out every mark, eliminate the smell, and make it look like a brand new car! Will be taking all my vehicles here!

Beautiful facility and wonderful staff. Tee Davis is the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and warmest car salesperson that I have ever met! The customer care and service at Graff is second to none. Thanks for a great experience. I love my new car. 😍
