Andrea was extremely helpful she told me exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was able to get service without ever going into the facility. She was not aware that I was there to pick up, I was out side in my moms car with my son getting his car seat out and I seen her cleaning and disinfecting my vehicle. It’s not what people do when your looking it’s what they do when they don’t know your there. I found a honest service advisor...it’s a female too. Thanks Graff

I called to inquire about a Nissan Rogue. I had not driven one and wanted to come in to see one. I also wanted to find out interest rates and lease rates. Andy came on the phone and spent a lot of time with me. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes with the numbers I requested. He did and those numbers proved true throughout the transaction. I have a busy psychotherapy practice and take care of my little sister who is on hospice with early onset dementia. I have very little spare time. But Andy and Nicole were fantastic in accommodating my time crunch. I had a few hours Monday and went to Okemos (I live 99 miles from there and my office is 75 miles from Graff Nissan). After test driving and learning about vehicle options I came home and filled out the credit app. The next morning Andy, Nicole and Mike were busy finishing up the deal for me. By noon, my new car was in the parking lot of my office. Amazing service! I will encourage everyone I know to go to Graff Nissan. Best car buying experience I've ever had!

Graff Nissan of Okemos is AMAZING!! I met at least 4 or 5 sales staff all of whom were kind and had great integrity. They matched me with a vehicle and guided me throughout the whole purchasing process. They presented me with all of my various options and helped me find the best vehicle with a great affordable price! 10/10 recommend others to do business with the Graff Nissan family.

This was my first time leasing a car and the service I received was exceptional! Pat at the Graff Nissan of Okemos was a delight to work with. He was friendly, very knowledgeable on all the cars on the lot, patient, and was not “pushy” (for the lack of better words) on trying to sell/lease a car to me which I greatly appreciated. He answered all my questions that I had and made the process easy. I also greatly appreciated the time he took to key me in on all the features of my vehicle. Also, shoutout to Andy’s services as well for finding me the best rates! I will definitely be sending anyone I know to this location. Thank you again Pat!!! :)

Pat and Mike worked closely with me to get the car I wanted at a reasonable price. The whole process was smooth and easy. They even moved my new and old car into the shop so I didn’t have to transfer things in the heavy rain.
