I have purchased several vehicles from GCMC over the past several years and have been very happy with the vehicles , staff attentiveness , after purchase service and the overall buying experience. Mr. Steve Bright, owner has it right...when he not only says but practices the axiom...the customer is what it's all about. I will definitely but more vehicles from Granite City Motor Car in the future

Granite City Motor Car is the only dealership I will ever buy a vehicle from again!! The customer service was amazing- The owner, salesmen, and the ladies in the office were extremely helpful and made me very comfortable with my buying decision. The vehicle I bought was 2 years old and had a few minor dings. Not only did they fix it for free, but they picked my car up at work and left me a great loaner in case I needed to run any errands. They had the repairs done before I finished my work day! If you want to cut right to the chase and find the exact car you're looking go to Granite City Motor Car!

I had an awesome experience buying my car from Granite City Motor Car. I had been looking for a while and knew exactly what I wanted. I told them I wanted a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium; I was also specific in color and what upgrades I wanted it to have. Cole (salesman) came and looked at my trade and showed me the Fusion he found. He even delivered my new car to my work and showed me how to work the features. I was very pleased with the entire experience. After I got my car I decided I wanted to tint my windows, so I called to see who they would recommend. Cole came back to my work picked up my car and brought it to get it done. Cant get any better than that! I would definitely recommend Granite City to everyone and will purchase from them again.

Bought a minivan from GCMC and was very happy with the experience and vehicle. They saved me a lot of time, headache, and money during the search process. I would never take the risk of private party or Craig's list these days. GCMC was able to locate a minivan out of state and when it came back with a couple of minor cosmetic issues, they took care of & fixed everything free of charge. Excellent customer service!

Saw a car here online, went in to see it and was shocked I was at a fly by night kind of car lot located in a STRIP MALL!!! parking lot. The salesman was rude and very arrogant (Steve Bright)...I think he is the owner also. I left after the high pressure test drive. I would never advise anyone I know to get a car at this shady car lot. When I told a friend of my experience he told me he had a bad experience with this sales guy named Steve at The Hyundai store in St. Cloud when he was managing for Denny Hecker...go figure that store went out of business due to its shady practices.
