If I could give 10 stars I would! Chad and Terry were amazing to work with...no pressure at all. Took me more time to drive there than it did to do all the paperwork, they were very efficient. I have never had a bad experience at Graue Chevrolet and I don't usually answer these surveys; but would really be amiss if I didn't compliment all the people in the service department that helped me with problems regarding my 2015 Chevy Volt. Well, here's my story...I drove for 2,000 miles without my cruise control. When I took it to the wonderful Graue dealer to get it fixed, they called me in an hour to tell me to come get my car. I had not turned on the cruise control properly. They didn't even charge me. That's the kind of dealers we all like to find.

Just completed an oil change & tire rotation provided within the first 2 years following a purchase. The completed service sheet indicates that exterior windows were cleaned. This was not the case. Obviously, this has nothing to do with the oil change itself, but it does make me wonder if any of the other "included checks & safety inspection" were actually performed.

My son and wife were passing through Lincoln last week when the transmission acted up on my elderly GMC pickup. Service manager Dave got them in promptly and they were on the road in less than 5 hours. My son said that the driveline tech, by looking at the reciept I think John Mileham?, even delayed lunch so that they could get back on the road sooner! Bravo to these folks! If I lived in Lincoln I would buy from this dealer in heartbeat. Thanks again!

Scott Graue and the Graue team made it incredibly worth our while to travel from East Peoria to Lincoln to purchase our 2016 Black Colorado. From the first phone call (prior to going to the dealership) until the minute we drove away, we have never experienced such an easy, pressure-free and welcoming feeling while working with a car sales rep and dealership team. I wanted to drop a short note to appreciate Max Pozsgai and the great team at Graue Inc!I was seeking a newer, fuel efficient vehicle for my teenaged son, and had an older truck as a trade-in. Typically, when trade-ins are involved, you can count on a whole afternoon of bantering back and forth for a fair deal. This was not my experience at Graue. While I did my homework in advance, Max and the team were very straight forward and fair with both the price of the used vehicle, and the valuation of my trade. I began the process via the Internet, and once I made it to the dealership in Lincoln, we literally closed the deal in a matter of minutes!I live near St. Louis, and personally made a trip to Graue based on their straightforward, no pressure interactions. I always do repairs, oil changes and tires as well as trades with Graue, Inc. and have been pleased with the courtesy of the staff from phone call to visit. I am greeted by name and acknowledged with the situation of visit. The waiting area is always clean, great coffee and friendly visits with others waiting for service. The team is GREAT from start to finish and if there is an issue we all try to resolve to my satisfaction. Through the years if ever I am not pleased with a concern, Chris will talk to me personally until I am happy. From Tag, Nate, Dave, Todd Cici to John I always leave there knowing they have done their best and at the end of the day that is my real goal. I am an avid advertiser for the Graue dealership and will continue to give them kudos for their work.

Todd Cicci was very helpful when it came to buying a new car. He helped me understand all the features my new car had to offer. He also synced my phone twice for me! I will def be back to buy from Todd!Dave Awe helped me with the service work that needed done! Onstar broke on my car which was the the dealers fault as it came from the factory. Dave Awe got my part ordered right away and got my car fixed. Todd and him made arrangements so I could have a loaner car. I'm glad he is the service manager. He was very knowledgable!

The most difficult part was choosing a color...really. Scott and Dave were friendly, pressure-free, and very accommodating. We've gotten several vehicles at Graue's over the years. Can't express enough how great the service department is. My son was still 2 hours from home on his way back from college when he was ran off the road on I 55. He called us to say the car was shaking, what should he do. My husband had outpatient surgery that morning, so he was unable to drive 2 hours to check the car out. He called the service department here to explain what happened and ask if the could see if the car was safe for our son to continue driving. They said they were very busy, and would give it a quick look, but if repairs were needed, it might have to wait until next day. They looked at car, as soon as my son got there, and then called my husband to let him know we needed 2 new rims. My husband told them we have 2 extra rims for that car. They said if I could get those to them, they would fix it, so we could get home safely the same day. The charge was WAY less than what I would have expected. All employees were very kind. I can't say enough about how great this service department is!

Our car suffered an electronic failure while we were on the road 130 miles away from our home, in the afternoon 2 days before Thanksgiving. Fortunately for us, we were only 3 miles away from this dealership at the time, and even more fortunate for us it was this dealership. We called them and spoke with Nate, a service representative there. He dispatched a tow truck and got our car into their service facility and immediately started working on it. Then, this dealership was gracious enough to have another of their staff, Don, give us a ride 30 - 40 miles to the Springfield airport which was the nearest place we could rent a car to get back home. The icing on the cake was that Nate called the next morning with the good news that our car had been repaired, and at a cost of far less than we were expecting. This incident had the potential of a major disruption in our holiday plans. Thanks to these wonderful people it turned into a minor inconvenience. We can't say enough good things about Graue Inc.

My husband and I had been looking around for vehicles and found a couple at Graue. We decided to go up after work one night and see what they had. He found one that was slightly over our price range, but we went inside to see if we could get assistance. I had purchased my vehicle from Scott Renfro previously and he happened to be inside and immediately recognized me (this impressed me greatly). We started chatting about what my husband was looking for and he immediately went into action looking for vehicles. We didn't have a lot of time that night, but he told us he would see if he could pull together some vehicles (even one we talked about seeing in Peoria, IL that they were going to make arrangements to transport to Lincoln). My husband and Scott talked the next day, and that night we went back to Lincoln and met with Scott again. We drove one vehicle and Scott told us he would see what he could do on the numbers for us. In the meantime, my husband found another vehicle that he wanted to see, and when he mentioned it to Scott, Scott immediately knew what vehicle, where it had come from, and that it was in amazing condition. He asked my husband if he'd like to drive it, and we decided to give it a try. He brought it around for us and it was as amazing as Scott had mentioned. We fell in love with it, and while we were test driving, Scott worked up the financing and numbers for us. By the time we got back, we were approved and the numbers worked for us. We were taken to John Radloff's office to do all the paperwork, and it was a fast and smooth transaction and we got exactly the deal we were looking for. I have never been in and out of a dealership so quickly! I cannot say enough about Scott Renfro, John Radloff, Dave Renfro, and the rest of the Graue staff. What wonderful people and what a great experience! They are so accommodating, patient, and helpful. Oh...and we love our 2005 Chevy Trailblazer!

Chad and John at Graue always go out of the way to help my parents and me when it comes to buying cars. I had finally gotten a new job in which allowed me to afford a new pickup truck. I have little credit history which normally would put a damper on getting financing. But they worked hard to find a lender to lend me the money and at a great rate too! All in all, I will never shop from anywhere else no matter where I move to in the future. Even if it means making a road trip back to Lincoln. I've had my truck about a month now and have had no problems so far. Chad keeps in touch with me and my parents to make sure everything is going good with all out Graue bought vehicles. They treat us like family and that's what we love.

Eight years ago I went to Graue Dealership. This was only after the car I was driving 3 hours to buy in Springfield, IL, that they were holding for me, sold it in the middle of my journey south. :O( Graue just happens to be in my hometown so I took a chance that they might have something comparable for me to replace my van with. I was depressed and upset, and very distraught when I opened their door. I was greeted by the most pleasant people that did everything they could to raise my mood. Dave Renfro said to me, I'm going to get the car my wife drives and you can take it out for a spin while we look over your van and see what we can work out. I immediately drove the Used Buick Rainer to my lawyers office and looked up the price for this used model. YIKES!!! No way could I afford it so I drove it right back and said I was sorry for wasting their time and needed to go. Again, they were all very kind and sat me down and just explained what they could offer me and said they would do what they could to be fair. Needless to say, I was blown away with their kindness and have enjoyed driving my Rainer for the past eight years!!!! So when I decided to look for another Buick I first tried a dealership in DeKalb, IL. They have been wonderful servicing my Rainier and said they could find just what I was looking for and figured out for me what they would give me for my car. They've NEVER called me about a car. :O( BUT I knew in my heart that Graue would be the place that would go the distance for me. I drove down to Lincoln again and drove in, parked my car and started looking around their lot. That's when I met Scott Renfro, Dave's son, and once again they worked with me to be able to purchase my new used Enclave!!! I'm so excited and will continue to go to Graue for my next trade in. They were never pushy and continued to work with me till we found a compatible price that I could afford. They were always respectful towards me, and that's not only Scott and his Dad but the service men and Jeremy too. I think I beamed the whole three hours it took me to drive back home!!! I'm a very happy, satisfied customer!!!!!! :O)

I was convinced I was going to buy another F150 from a crosstown dealer in Lincoln. I already had owned one, and loved it. I purposely went to Graue first, to drive a Silverado, assuming I'd cross that off the list and move on to where I thought I wanted to be. The customer experience that I had talking to Scott, and then later, to Dave, was very impressive. I told him and the other dealer, that I was buying a truck the next day and I wasn't going to deal with 2nd or 3rd proposals from anyone. I wanted a truck that was outfitted with features that I thought I needed, period. I also shared with Scott and Dave, what I expected out of my F150 trade in. Scott hooked me up with plates for a test drive and Dave started working on the deal. Scott was very professional, but also he lent himself to my wife and I participating in the conversation around a potential deal - with what we needed, what we didn't. He compared his product to his competitor's product - without disparaging remarks - and in fact some compliments to the other product. What Scott did do, was listen to what I wanted on/in/out of my new truck and pointed out where his product met/exceeded/ or even didn't meet those requirements. It turns out the requirements that couldn't be met with the truck I was looking at, he could fix, and he did. Scott & Dave made it part of the package. EASILY. QUICKLY. NO BACK & FORTH trips to the sales manager to discuss for 15 minutes... They just made it happen. Scott presented the proposal, and I told him (as I did when I walked in that day), that I was buying a truck - everyone gets one shot at it - till I get to a dealer that has what I want and will find a way to make it happen. I also told him that I was leaving with his proposal and heading across town to drive an F150 that was equally equipped and in fact, stickered with $500 +/- of his truck. He encouraged me to do that. I did do that. From minute one at the other dealer, it was obvious to me, that this wasn't going to go well. Compared to the "customer experience" I had at Graue a mere 20 minutes earlier, I felt like I had been launched into an ugly car sales bidding circus with several people in the dealership that hadn't listened to one word I'd said. Given the trucks, as I saw them and drove them, weren't exactly equal - but were close enough to say EQUAL, I left the other dealer and went home to sleep on it. The next morning I couldn't get over the difference in how Scott & Dave took the time to LISTEN, and understand, and react like I was doing business with a long time business partner. The other dealer, KNOWING WHEN I WALKED IN, that I had bought three previous vehicles from them, didn't listen at all. The next morning, I called Scott and told him I'd like to buy his truck. He asked if they had won on price? My reply was no (it was true). I told him I was buying because of him and Dave. He replied that was nice, but he also wanted me to be comfortable and happy on the price point ( it was peanuts difference in money). I told him not to worry about it and his reply was that he wanted me to be happy with every piece of the deal - even if he had won the business. He didn't have to fix the deal $ wise, he didn't need to do it, but he did. He was perceptive enough to know that I'd most likely be coming back to see him for my other vehicle replacements which are due soon if I was totally satisfied. Delivery of the truck, with the add-on features that Scott( and the service department) made happen in less than 24 hours was perfect. The painful paperwork process that everyone expects when doing a vehicle deal - didn't happen - John Radloff made that experience smooth, easy, quick and explained clearly. At delivery, Scott went through the vehicle being very thorough and informative with me about things that might not be obvious for everyday operation - very helpful. I'm in my upper 50's and have done so many vehicle deals through the years, that I dreaded the shopping/buying experience. Scott Renfro and Dave Renfro have changed my perspective on that. I'm already encouraging my wife, to think about moving from her other brand product to something from Graue - if for no other reason than I feel so comfortable with their staff.

This was my first experience working with Graue Inc in Lincoln, Il and I'm sure it will not be my last. My husband John spoke to Scott Renfro on the telephone and then I drove to Lincoln to meet with him. The Cadillac SRX that my husband found on the Graue Inc website was exactly what I was looking for!Scott Renfro was the first person I met when I came thru the doors. With a smile on his face he happily greeted me and showed me to his office. Scott impressed me right off with his knowledge of the car I was interested in. He is very professional, and yet also 'down to earth.' I found it very easy to talk with Scott and we were able to come to a decision on the price of the car without the usual back and forth phone calls and bartering that is often done when you purchase a car. Scott made this a smooth and easy transaction....along with a few laughs. My husband currently owns a Cadillac and wants to trade in 2 years. We definitely will come back to Graue, Inc in Lincoln and will ask for Scott Renfro to help us find what we need. It was a delight working with Scott and I truly appreciate his attitude and professionalism.

Today, we purchased a 2015 Chevrolet 2500 HD Pickup from Beth Bangert. Our last 3 new vehicles have been purchased from Beth at Graue Inc. The dealership was most helpful in finding the truck that we wanted and the additional equipment needed for a gooseneck trailer. Based upon various Web sites the new truck and our trade prices were reasonable, so I would say that we were satisfied with the deal. Beth was very helpful in explaining the On Star, Sirus/XM and vehicle settings during the delivery process. As I mentioned, in the past four years we have purchased 3 new vehicles from Graue Inc. In all instances Beth has been that sales representative. I believe that we have an excellent relationship with Beth, especially my wife who has mentioned that she feels very comfortable dealing with Beth. My experience with the service and parts organization has been very positive. Service has been timely and loaner vehicles have been provided when necessary. Ron Zurkammer has been very helpful researching parts to determine if they will work on a Cadillac CTS-V. I believe that a vehicle sale is just the start of relationship between the customer and dealership and that most important aspect is after the sale experience. So far I have not been disappointed with the staff at Graue Inc.

I had not done business with Graue for awhile and didn't know what to expect. My wife and I were in the market for a used pickup. When I walked I the dealership Dave Renfro recognized me right away and from there on it was like I had never left. We test drove one vehicle that I had seen on the internet when I got back I asked if they had any thing else. Scott Renfro search the inventory and found us the one we ended up buying. Scott was great to work with and visiting with Dave brought back lots of memories. Thanks to all for a great buying experience.

My mom went to Graue and purchased a used car in 1993. My wife and I purchased our first new car from Graue in 1996, and we have been returning any time we decide to buy another car. My son just purchased his first new car last year from Graue, as well. We like their service and the way everyone there is nice and courteous. Last week I contacted Chad Branson and told him I was thinking of trading in my car for a newer model. He asked what I was looking for, told him I wanted the new one to match the one I was trading just newer. He told me they didn't have one on the lot but he would check to see if he could find one. The next day he called to tell me they found a car almost the same as my old Camaro, turns out it had a few improvements that made me very happy. They sent someone after the car the next day and had it ready for me in a short amount of time. Great job all around by the entire staff. Chad Branson, Dave Renfro and Jeremy Colgan were great and I am very happy with the service I received. Other staff thanked me for coming in as well as telling me how nice the car looked. Told them I will be back next year to trade in my Tahoe for a newer version. Great Job everyone and THANKS

I called the Service center on an issue needing repair with my daughter's car, a Cobolt, Dave Awe, the Service Manager at this location was so customer oriented. He worked throughout the day securing another vehicle until the car can be repaired - and even called me with an update of where he was on securing a vehicle for her to use. The 5 in my family, my husband and triplets have never driven anything but GM vehicles since I was a long term employee of GM, however, in all these years of dealing with service depts of GM vehicles, I have never encountered anyone as customer focused as Dave Awe. I told him this and because I was so shocked to get status updates on his progress and he communicated to me his philosophy on customer service and how he considers his customers to be his first priority. At the end of the year we are considering purchasing another GM vehicle and most definitely - with the kind of attitude and kind service offered by this dealership, we will definitely secure it from Graue. My daughter has gone for her oil changes and other service needs over the last few years with her vehicle and raves at how honest and helpful the people are in this service department every time she has had to go. I have never seen such great service as this at a dealership - and they should be commended!!!!

Overall excellent experience at Graue! Was looking at dealerships in Peoria and felt hounded, leaving frustrated and disappointed. Graue was a totally different experience. I really liked that the salesman would say "If we're lucky enough to get your business". My experience while looking for a car at other dealerships was extremely poor when comparing others to Graue. I got a good deal on my car as well, and and the $400 certified warranty is a steal!

My wife and I bought a 2013 Volt from Graue on June 29. We found that they had the Volt with exactly the options we were looking for by going to the Chevy website and called them to get a quote. We talked to John and Scott and quickly came to a price we were comfortable with. We drove all the way from Urbana, IL to buy the car the next day. We weren't sure about trading in our car but were give a very fair price for it and decided to do so. Scott, John and Chris were all very helpful and the entire process of buying the car was surprisingly pleasant. Scott was also very patient in explaining the numerous features of the car. This was by far the best dealer experience we have had.

We purchased a new car from Graue Chevrolet, the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Scott went through pricing with various options, and once we selected the model and color choice, he worked with our credit union to have everything ready to go. He went thru all the details and set up the Bluetooth and On Star - explaining how to use all the features. We met the service department folks and the owner of the dealership even took our picture for their Facebook page! Love the car, and will definitely buy my next car from the same dealership. The service and employees are both top notch and we got a great deal on a car the we love!

Hi Chris, I just wanted you to know what a great bunch of people work for you, especially Todd and the maintenance crew. We purchased tires from another place several years back and part of the deal was they got rotated the life of the tires for free. I have done that everytime since my husband passed away until this last time. For a long time I have been fighting a tire that had a slow leak, and the dealer always said they fixed it but I always ended up losing air and making many trips to the gas station to get air and becoming more frustrated. This last time I had service at Graue's I had them rotate the tires and told them about my problem and they fixed whatever was wrong and have not had a problem since. It is a great thing to start the car and not have that blinking light telling me to check tire pressue. Sure takes a lot of stress off of an old lady Thank you so much

I have been dealing with Graue Chevrolet since 1995. During these years, I have always been very impressed with all of the staff I have met. It is rare that a dealership has such a high number of employees that can make you feel like your business really matters to them. The after sales contact and follow up is wonderful. They are truly concerned about your experience with Graue Chevrolet. My most recent purchase was with Beth Bangert and John Radloff. John is a long time friend from past purchases and this was the first time I had met Beth. I also had some contact with Tub Baker in having some service done on my 2013 Silverado. If you have even a little problem with your purchase, the staff always makes sure it is handled as well as if it was a major situation. The wonderful thing is that these folks treat you the same way outside of the dealership. It doesn't matter where you see them, they always greet you with a pleasant smile.I have never felt any pressure to make a purchase at Graue Chevrolet. No salesperson has ever made me think that I was being forced into an agreement. It has always been a pleasure to shop here with all the friendly folks on the staff.It is rare to find a business that can maintain this level of customer friendly service for such a long period of time. I am very happy to have found this dealer so many years ago.

My experience with Graue, Inc has been wonderful. Todd Cicci is the only salesmen I will work with. I have purchased 2 cars from him and will continue to work with him in the future. He is nice and goes above and beyond the salesmen duty. When buying a car he spends time with me to let me know about every car I am interested in. He has arranged for Graue to come get my car and bring it back to me when it needs work done. He always returns my phone calls. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on your lot. Jeremy Colgan knows everything about financing you would need to know. He explains everything in detail so you understand every charge. Jeremy, Todd, and John presented me with the opportunity to lease a new Buick. I would have never leased or bought a Buick if it wasn't for their opinions and knowledge. This lowered my car payments, gave me free maintenance on my vehicle, XM, and onstar for free. I couldn't have asked for a better deal. I know Nate Bossingham and Marty Sawicki well. I trust both of them when they tell me something is wrong with my car and it needs fixed. The Graue team has been nothing but superior to me. We have used Graue, Inc in Lincoln, Illinois for our two previous Buick purchases and have been very satisfied with them. The service department is also top rated. Beth Bangert was our sales person along with the help of John Radloff as they searched for the right Buick Enclave for us. Even though it was a long distance away, they were able to trailer it back for us. Beth has been very attentive in our satisfaction of the new Enclave. We enjoy the new Enclave very much, even though it is black and sometimes dirty!!!!!haha.

When I initially informed our salesperson, Beth Banger, as to what I needed, Beth went to work to find the vehicle that would meet my needs. Beth and I spent a considerable amount of time actually verifying what I needed whether it was part of the base package, and/or part of an option package. After searching the GM database, and not finding exactly what I required, Beth then proceeded to search the dealer inventory. Upon successfully locating multiple vehicles, she then proceeded to get all of the available information and then contacted me. After reviewing several vehicles, Beth and I then negotiated a dealer that was more than satisfactory to me. Beths' professionalism and knowledge cannot be surpassed when it comes down satisfying a customers needs.

It's the people and the way I am treated by every person at this company. They are friendly, professional, knowledgable and the easiest crew to work with. The remove the nervousness from the car-buying process. My sales staff has always worked with me to make sure I know the bells & whistles of anything I purchased - even sitting with me to set up my bluetooth and stereo!! Since I work out-of-town, I've always purchased my cars out-of-town thinking I'd be able to get a better deal and have the convenience of a nearby dealship for repairs until my husband, who has purchased 3 cars from Graue, convinced me to visit Graue's. It was such a better, stress-free experience, I wish I had done it much sooner! No more wasted hours sitting in the showroom playing aggressive bargaining games. Since then, I've been treated fairly and have been well taken care of. Whenever I've had to leave my car for more than an hour, a loaner has always been available so no more wasted, precious vacation days.

There were a few bumps in the road, but I saw that my best interests were always in mind, through any decision.
